I can't recommend Destan from Polyteck highly enough. His attention to detail is outstanding, and every time he visits, I have complete confidence that the work will be carried out to the highest standard. It's always reassuring to know that everything will be done with such care and precision.

Total disrespect for disabled badge holders I could not park in disabled bay due to your fully abled workers displaying no blue badge using your work van to go shopping in. Are you vehicles insured for domestic use?

I just wanted to say on behalf of myself and my entire family that we are so beyond grateful by the outstanding and high level service received by both Radu and Eryk when they attended our property. We’ve been left with nothing but admiration for them as everything we explained to them was handled with exceptional attention to detail every step of the way. Radu honestly exceeded our expectations as in the past we have had other companies / people attend our property and disregard our questions and concerns, or had patronising or unprofessional behaviour. But even when Radu was supporting his apprentice, he went consistently above and beyond to explain everything to us clearly and addressed and reassured us with any concerns we may have mentioned to him during the process. Their respect for our property, patience, dedication to finishing the job despite the circumstances we were left in and professionalism made a real impact on us as you could tell that they both genuinely cared about providing the best service for our family & home. Nearly got hit by one of their drivers (marked van) when they ran a red light that was green for pedestrians to cross! I sent them an email, and had no response - no acknowledgement or apology. Clearly don’t care that their drivers are a hazard!

Kitchen refit!!! Scratched marked tiles, leaking pipes electrical items not fixed properly, no thresholds installed between kitchen and hall. HAVE NOT RETURNED MY KEYS.!!!!! It’s been over a month. Couldn’t do enough before work started since work has “finished” Ignored emails and multiple phone calls!!!!! COWBOYS

Never hire these cowboy unprofessional builders if you want to keep your business afloat. They fail to follow simple instructions and look for an easy way out to complete any job required to be completed.

I believe they get work only because this is provided through Goldman Greg, otherwise worst cowboys I have seen in my renting life. My flatmate and I have been living in a flat manged by Goldman Greg and we have faced a series of issues over the past 2 years: all the appliances broke down at a certain point, vents in the bathrooms (both without a window - one is located in the basement room that does not have an opening itself) are not working, radiators are corroded, heating is currently not working properly and affects our energy bills, there is a leak from the pavement in the basement room, lighting fixtures are burned, and so on. Needles to say, all of them are potential health hazards. The agency have arranged countless visits from Polyteck but nobody ever followed up (e.g. we reported the vent issue, which is affecting the entire housing, in April 2023 and it still needs to be fixed - apparently it has been a problem since forever). We have to act as policemen with Goldman Greg to get replies like "we need to check with Polyteck and get back to you soon"/"Polyteck did not report any issue during the last visit, let me follow up with them". Definitely would not recommend them or the said agency.

Horrible service, they can’t even speak England properly. Waiting for quote week and they asking questions after week which they didn’t have clue what they been asking. Completely joke service.

The worst business I have ever come across and their staff/ drivers are extremely rude ! One of them told me to shut up when i tried to view my point to them when they were in the wrong

Please don't drive around with your eyes glued to the mobile phone in your hand. If you do that in a liveried van, it doesn't reflect well on the business. Driver spotted on Eversholt Street in London at 17:30 23/08/19

Words cannot express the poor quality of the service, avoid.

Avoid at all costs. Flat refurbishment was agreed to take 4-8 weeks - 8 months later work remained unfinished. Builders not only damaged new items (mirrors, lights, floors, bath fittings, walls almost everything..) but walked off leaving the electrics unsafe and work unfinished. There is not even a small job that they got right and to the agreed specification. My new kitchen installed by another company was damaged. The project planning was non-existent and workmen were just left to do what they wanted and in the order they decided, which didn't make any sense. Despite the electrics being "upgraded" the installed circuit boards are apparently "cheap rubbish" (as quoted by another elect.) They took short cuts everywhere e.g. by painting over elect sockets. They left with circuits tripping and no gas or electricity safety certificate being provided; which I repeatedly requested. Dangerous. Employ at your own risk.

Avoid this company at all costs. Staff are completely disinterested and even lied, saying they would arrange an engineer that day, only for them to then leave the office and not call back. Engineers came out and claimed they'd fixed hot water and tried to insist it was fixed when it was not. Polyteck then didn't feel any sense of urgency or ownership in coming back out and resolving the situation.
