Stern Site Services Ltd

We have used Jordan and his team for household electrical work and his team was reactive and very professional throughout. We also have used stern for electrical testing on our rental property and they quickly completed recommendations and we will definitely use them again. Thanks

Friendly, reliable and quick to respond/deliver work. Would highly recommend these guys, they made some daunting jobs in commercial business a total breeze. Thanks again

Jordan Stern was recommended to us by a local mum’s chat saying hes reliable and trust worthy After having the work done by the company, i can only agree to that Its not just he was quick to get the quote AND the work done, but also done in a great way and with a very reasonable price Totally recommend Stern Its 10/10

Fantastic service and very quick response to our call. Highly recommend.

Done a great job on my garden room and other work around the house.

Very professional and efficient. Assisted with my sense of urgency as our downstairs lights were all not working all of a sudden. Highly recommend!

Had stern mechanical do a lot of work done on my house recently from new sockets to switches fire alarms the list goes on and could not of been given a better service the guys were so professional and beyond helpful really went above and beyond and made what could of been a very stressful experience so much more at ease

Professional service from initial quotes all the way to completion. The team came recommended to me and I have recommended them on to colleagues. Pleasure to work with Jordan thank you once again

I made a last-minute call for some help regarding the installation of plug sockets whilst I was completing my own kitchen installation. Jordan understood my sense of urgency and was as accommodating as possible. Work was completed by Harrison. Really respectfully done and left the house in immaculate condition.

10/10 the best! Fabulous company, very reliable and professional

Recently had an EV charger fitted by Stern. The price was fair, installation was swift and conveniently arranged. The installation was carried out by Mehm who was extremely professional and did a very neat job. Very happy.

Charming, professional and efficient.First Class !

This company is completely unprofessional. They will show up without telling you a time of when they are coming - like they did to me this morning when one of the electricians let themselves in through the lockbox and walked in on me naked and asleep. As a 21 year old female in my house alone that was a very vulnerable position for me to be in. When I tried to address the issue with Jordan he made it my problem and would not address the issues and when he finally did he decided to turn it around on me. He ignored all my messages asking him the name of the company before finally responding ‘for what reason’. This company is so unprofessional it’s only saving grace was the lovely and apologetic electrician that did walk in on me, Mem (the only reason I’m giving any stars on this review. I would give him 5 if I could). He was much more gracious than his boss and completely understood my position unlike his boss. Somebody hire Mem and don’t use this company unless you want a rude and unprofessional service.

Have been working with Stern for a number years, great attention to detail on all projects, pleasure to work with!

We have been working with Jordan and his team for a while now and can't recommend them enough. Great workmanship, reliable and punctual across every project.
