Terrible service
Amandeep Singh was absolutely amazing second time to fix shower and toilet. So professional unbelievably polite very neat job goes above and beyond to get his job done. I can’t say enough about this young man. Thank you so much. Keep up the good job.
Lance Green arrived to do some tiling work that was a fix of a previous repair which was causing a leak. This man was shouting at my mother complaining that the previous tiler should have done the job, and also denied that there is any leak. After my mum convinced him to test it, he hastily admitted there was a leak. He then sat in his van for over an hour before coming back to do the repair. I regret that I was not at home, as the conversation would have taken a very different route. A grown man shouting at a 62 year old woman. Unacceptable. The state in which he left the repair is awful too.
Terrible service, would not even give 1 star, incompetent staff, ongoing issues, repairs outstanding
The never really care or look deep into the problem or to try to sort it out. My flat still leak since last year. One contractor came and said something and left, the other contractor came and said something different and left. The flat below me is facing hell every day.
Spoke with Sheila explained to her that I’m disabled and needed an emergency repair.. never have I ever been spoken to in such a rude unprofessional way.. horrible human being very sarcastic and nasty.. can’t believe they have someone like her working there
Absolutely terrible contractors! Waiting for a simple pane of glass to be fixed and all they do is bounce you around from company to company without taking any responsibility for job itself and we’re left in limbo!
Diabolical emergency repair service during the night ! Chased up raised emergency repair after 5 hours waiting throughout the night to then be told that they had no way to find out if operative was going to attend as the only form of communication was done via email ! Disgraceful!! Shame on you Peabody !!
Had a new wooden gate fitted between my front and back gardens, as it was'nt a stock size Daniel Wasjik had to build it from scratch, he did a wonderful and professional job, he was very polite, he is a credit to your workforce

Waiting for over 3yrs for room for my daughter to be repaired now they want to give me 24th Dec to finish damp /mushroom room tolaly utterly disrespectful going further with this Sky News are on they way to my property for the evidence if this will ve on the news later

PGM One of the worse companies ever for 8 years I am trying to change the ventilator fan bathroom and kitchen they just come and leave never do they job on time,,
Terribe service, they never show up to their appointments, The front door of our building has been damaged now for 3 months and the entire building has logged complaints, but still no one has come. Awful awful company.
This was how my flat was left by so called repairs- smashed glass bottle all over floor of bathroom and rubbish left in kitchen. This company are consistently disrespectful with tenants, lie saying works on the my peabody repairs request system as repairs completed when they haven't been, rude and argumentative, state you've refused repairs when you haven't!!, should loose their ability to call themselves a repairs maintenance team - disgraceful service Peabody!
