Many customers highlight prompt communication, efficient lighting installations, and thorough electrical testing. Long-term clients report reliable service across domestic and commercial jobs. However, recent feedback includes complaints about unresolved faults after visits, such as flickering or buzzing lights, uneven fittings, and sockets that sparked or failed again.
I contacted this electrical company after several sockets in my kitchen suddenly stopped working, but despite the electrician claiming the issue had been repaired, the sockets failed again later that same evening and now occasionally spark when appliances are plugged in.
I hired this company to install a new ceiling light in my living room, but the fitting was left hanging unevenly and the light occasionally buzzes loudly whenever it’s switched on.
The electrician came out to repair flickering lights in my hallway that had been getting worse over time. Although he replaced part of the fitting and assured me everything was safe, the lights still flicker constantly and now sometimes cut out entirely for several minutes.
What an excellent electrician Ross is! He came to the college and he helped fix some really over bright lights that were causing a real nuisance! Highly recommended!!!
Cannot recommend Ross enough! He is incredibly quick when responding and accommodating to the businesses changing needs. Did an excellent job and we will definitely be having him back :)

Super fast response, told me exactly when he was coming, with the right parts and took no time at all.
