BPM Electrical Services Limited

BPM recently installed spotlights for us in 3 rooms and also extra sockets in our living room and kitchen, they were both really nice guys and worked efficiently I would definitely use them again, and will be recommending to family and friends.

Very professional, tidy and friendly service.

Excellent customer service received. The 2 electricians completed the job efficiently and we even had a good chat after the job was done. Would highly recommend to friends and family, and definitely planning on using their services for all the odd electrical jobs around the house.

BPM came to my rescue following a botched installation by another company. The job presented big challenges, but Bobby and his colleague persevered with the task, and went the extra mile in finding creative solutions to the issues. BPM also addressed some other issues with our electrical network, for which I am very grateful. I thoroughly recommend this business, and would not hesitate to give them more business if the need arises.

Top class from BPM as always. I use them regularly and they never let me down, responding quickly.

I’ve used BPM numerous times in the past few years and have always been impressed with their expertise and customer service. Most recently I contacted BPM for an emergency fusebox issue. Bobby and his team have been great. They've been super responsive and answered any electrical based question I had after my lights weren't made adequately safe by a previous electrician. They then came out to fit two new light fittings for me after previous ones were damaged in a leak and the team were quick and tidy and the lights look great! Would 100% use again and recommend.

We have use BPM quite a few times and have always been happy with the workmanship, quality and professionalism. They have always been reliable a d go above and beyond to ensure the work is done correctly and looks great. I would highly recommend!

During the process of buying my first property I had Bobby do an electrical certificate for me. He did an extremely thorough job, highlighting any potential issues and taking the time to explain these fully. This in-turn gave me the confidence to go ahead with my purchase at the agreed price. Once in the property I had no reservations about using BPM for works I wanted done. This included; adding and relocating sockets, changing light switches, installing a new light fixture, installing spot lights in multiple rooms and installing a ring door bell. To say I was impressed with BPM is an understatent. From the moment I made contact I received nothing but professional responses to anything I asked (no matter how stupid!). Bobby came round to quote on the works and made some very useful suggestions of which I hadn't thought of (I now see 100% that these were the right routes to go down with the works). I received the quote very promptly (the quote was very reasonable) and arranged for the works to start, from day one on the job Bobby was brilliant. He was punctual and organised, taking time to prep the house which protected carpets and furniture and discussing with me what works needed doing first as I am living in the property. All of the work is now completed and I couldn't be happier. All of the work has been finished to a high standard and is exactly what I wanted. If I or anyone I know need electrical work doing, I wouldn't hesitate in using or recommending BPM. 10 out of 10. Thank you again Bobby.

V impressed with the workmanship of the guys. Will definitely use them again.

Very professional! Did a fab job changing our light switches. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again :)

Bobby and Tom arrived on time. They are very polite, courteous and tidy workers. They were able to offer advice regarding replacing an old obselete switch so I’ve now gained a modern socket and have new sockets, switches and ceiling lights. I will definitely use them again as they are also reasonably priced and get on with the job. Thank you both.

Great work, done quickly and efficiently. V professional and courteous, very quick to respond to messages. Recommend!

Really quick and helpful. Responded to enquiries really quickly and helped us out in record time with minimum fuss. Very well organised and efficient. Thanks so much and well recommended.

Excellent service. Prompt and professional. Bobby helped with an issue with my dimmer switches, after another electrician had failed to respond. Extremely helpful, friendly and reliable. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I was very pleased with the service I got from BPM to do a few smallish jobs. My request was answered quickly and Bobby popped round for a look before giving me a quote that was excellent value. He was available to do the work at a time that suited me and was very respectful of my home and the covid 19 rules. He went the extra mile on the day as something unexpected went wrong. I have found it very difficult to get small jobs done reliably and will definitely use BPM again. 100% recommend.

BPM upgraded our old fuse box at a reasonable price and was very responsive to questions we had. Highly recommend.

BPM provide a speedy and thorough service for our lettings portfolio. They are always on hand to communicate with us about jobs and send documents as soon as jobs are completed. Highly recommended.

Couldn't have been happier with the work that was completed. Hard working and efficient. Very quick response time and done the job superbly. Fantastic finish and extremely reliable. I highly recommend!

Very happy with the experience I received from BPM. He was very proactive and came when he said he would. He explained the work he would do as well as giving me a range of options with their pro’s and cons, allowing me to make an informed decision before proceeding with the works. Once the work was agreed, he came when he said he would and got the work done in a timely manner. I am very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout the process and will definitely return should I need work done. A company I would definitely recommend.

Bpm was reliable, professional and very efficient. Done an excellent job and I would highly recommend.
