The breaker for our kitchen kept tripping nonstop despite constantly turning it back on. I couldn’t use anything for about 2 minutes max because of the power cutting out, so I called this emergency local electrician in Manchester to check it while I was at work. Thanks to 24 Hour electrician they showed me the plug and socket he’d found that were completely burnt. He explained a burnt socket and plug is a major cause for electrical fires and it could've gotten REALLY ugly without professional attention. Electrician replaced the socket and tossed the plug - the breaker hasn’t tripped since. Super hands on workmanship. The community expects no less!

24 Hour Electrician came out the same afternoon after our garden lights stopped working. He checked the outdoor junction, found a corroded connection, replaced the damaged section and re-sealed everything so it’s weatherproof He explained what had caused the problem simply, and left the garden tidy while leaving all lights tested before he left. Nice guy and reliable service — would certainly call them again

I was getting really annoyed because one of our kitchen appliances kept cutting out and the lights in that corner were flickering nonstop. I couldn't figure out what was causing it, and it was driving me mad every time I tried to use the kitchen. I ended up booking this electrician in Manchester to check it while I was at work. Came home to everything fixed. The electrician explained it was down to moisture affecting the wiring, which I'd never have guessed. He sorted it quickly, left everything tidy, and the kitchen's been perfect since. Exactly the kind of straightforward service you want.

We had all the lights in our living room suddenly go out one evening, which was a nightmare because we couldn’t see a thing. I got in touch with this electrician in Manchester and he came round the same night. He had a quick look, figured out the problem straight away, and got the lights back on without any hassle. Had a tricky job where the RCD kept tripping and a couple of sockets were dead. Electrician arrived, did a full diagnosis, found poor connections in a hidden junction and my consumer unit that needed replacing. He replaced the unit, re-terminated the worn circuits, added a new radial circuit for the cooker and left clear test results. Took a bit longer than a simple callout but he explained everything, kept the place tidy and the price was fair. Would recommend him to anyone.

Came home from work one night and the lights at home wouldn't turn on at all. At first I thought the whole house had no electricity, but no so I had no idea what was going on. I called this local electrician in Manchester the next morning, and he said he'd pop round during the day while I was at work. By the time I got home that evening, the lights were back on and everything was working again. He let me know what the issue was and fixed it up. Really straightforward, reliable service - exactly what you should expect from a proper electrician.

Cannot recommend 24 Hour Electrician highly enough. Very careful, detailed and thoughtful, explained clearly what needs to be done, what the options are and executed perfectly the task at hand - also going the extra mile. Very kind and communicative, it is obvious he cares highly for his work.

Couldn’t be happier with the service! The electrician was friendly, respectful of my home, and incredibly thorough. They fixed a problem I’d been struggling with for months and even gave helpful advice to prevent future issues. Truly a top‑class professional and would suggest this to anyone who has issues with electricity or just not confident in fixing them!

This electrician is local around Manchester so I rang up to upgrade an old consumer unit that had been causing past tripping, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. He turned up quick, talked me through the entire process, and carried out a thorough inspection before beginning any work. His knowledge and attention to detail were obvious straight away. The installation itself was done to an exceptional standard. The new board is neatly labelled, the cabling is tidy, and he made sure everything was fully tested and compliant before signing it off. What really stood out was how clean and organised he worked — no mess left behind, no rushing, just proper, professional workmanship. The peace of mind this upgrade has given us is massive. The house feel safer, the tripping issues have completely stopped, and the whole setup looks far more modern and reliable. I’m genuinely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to call this electrician again.
