Customers consistently praise CA Electrical Middlesbrough for fast emergency callouts and reliable fault-finding, with Craig often arriving within the hour to get power restored. Reviewers appreciate the friendly, clear communication and respectful approach in their homes, noting thoughtful touches like wearing shoe covers and leaving work areas clean. While most praise the high standard of work and reasonable pricing, a couple of clients experienced issues with an unanswered enquiry or a lack of follow-up on an incomplete job.
I can recommend CA Electrical enough! They did a fantastic job on the work needed in our house—really clear communication, punctual, and extremely polite throughout. What impressed me the most was how respectful they were of our home: they even put on blue shoe covers as soon as they walked through the front door! Top-quality service and total peace of mind. Will definitely be using them again.
Outstanding service from CA Electrical from start to finish. The work was spot-on, and they were incredibly polite, professional, and easy to deal with. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers—putting on blue overshoes before stepping inside was a brilliant touch that didn't go unnoticed. 10/10 service!
Really good service from start to finish. He turned up when he said he would was really friendly and got the job sorted without any messing about. Everything was explained properly and the work was done to a really good standard. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing an electrician
Canny enough, little messy working but the disappointing factor is that Craig never returned to remedy the outside lights he fitted which he was paid for.
Excellent service prompt repair to shower
Rang Craig as we had no electrics at home. Rang as an emergency at 1.30pm and Craig was at my house by 2.00pm. Electrics working by 2.30pm amazing service.
Great service absolutely superb team kept everything clean so i didnt have to when i come home everything works how it should 100% would recommend
Craig came out and sorted a fuse issue in a student property for us on a Saturday afternoon. Came round quickly then found and fixed the fault. Great service 👍
Craig was amazing, came within the hour and everything was back to normal. Great tradesmen and guy.
Called Craig at 7.20pm, he came round in less than an hour and sorted the problem. Chatty and a good laugh too. Definitely recommended.
Useless, they didn't even bother replying to my enquiry. I've left one star because it won't post without, but it should be no stars
Really friendly, helpful and well priced electrician. Craig responded quickly to an emergency and went above and beyond to get the problem sorted. Will use again for sure, and would recommend anyone else to do so!
