Pro-Spark Electrical Contractors Ltd

Ian completed electrical works in my garage this week, adding new sockets for our business move. His help and advice was fantastic and quality of work was exceptional. I would definitely use Ian again for any future work and highly recommend. I have used electricians previously and not been happy with the work, thank you for providing an amazing service and giving me peace of mind.

Would highly recommend Ian for any electrical work you need doing. So impressed with his level of professionalism and the fantastic job he’s done at house. I feel like we can sleep easy knowing the electrical work he’s carried out has been done to such a high standard. Thank you

Great work as always, very satisfied with the finished results

Excellent! Our first meeting Ian was punctual and methodical as we went through everything we needed doing, a complete rewire with new sockets, external lights, consumer unit, the whole lot to replace the original 1960s wiring. He took it all in his stride, and had the quote over to us before the end of the day. When the work started he was with us for 8AM every day and worked solidly through the week and weekend, even enlisting the help of his friend Jack (who was also excellent), during this time he was happy to make suggestions and raise issues we may not have considered previously and provided solutions as the rewire progressed. Whilst working he did his utmost to minimise damage to the walls (a necessary evil when rewiring), and tidied up thoroughly at the end of each day. Upon completion he provided all the necessary paperwork and certificates and even checked in with us a couple of weeks later to ensure all was well. I would recommend Ian to anyone who is in need of any electrical works for a decent price, and would be happy to use his services again.

Ian is an exceptional electrician who goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. From the moment he arrives, he is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the work that needs to be done and answering all my questions. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were clear in every step of the job. He completes the work efficiently, with no mess left behind, and I could tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch electrical services!

He came and responded to our call straight away. He fixed our electric problem and we are very happy with the service we received. Job well done

Today we had Ian from Pro-Spark Electrical Contractors come to install extra plug sockets in our kitchen, and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. Ian was incredibly efficient and made sure to clean up after himself, leaving everything as he found it. His workmanship was absolutely beautiful—no cutting corners, just a dedication to doing the job right and to a very high standard. It was clear that Ian put a lot of care and attention into every detail, even being mindful of my husband, who was working from home. When it came time for noisier parts of the job, like drilling, he timed it thoughtfully to minimise disruption, which was much appreciated. Ian was also incredibly respectful of our home and made an effort to be friendly with our two rather large dogs, which was an added bonus! We were so impressed with his professionalism and quality of work that we've already booked him for another project in our home. We highly recommend Ian for anyone looking for top-notch, reliable electrical work. 💫

Absolutely fantastic. Punctual, professional and great value for money

Great expert service from Ian. Always kept us informed in the days leading to the appointment. Gave us some useful options, talked us through it and did an excellent job. Always on time and very reassuring and considerate in the house as there was someone quite ill there. Very happy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of hiring Ian from Pro Spark to install our media wall lights and an EV charger for our car in our new build home on Pye Green, Hednesford, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful in guiding us through our decision-making process. He offered valuable advice that helped us choose the best options for our home. He was very prompt and professional throughout the entire project. The quality of his work is outstanding, and the finish is impeccable. What really stood out was how Ian went above and beyond to protect his work while our plasterer completed the plastering. This extra effort ensured that everything was perfect once the plastering was done. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the service and quality provided by Pro Spark. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical services! W

Professional, friendly and communicated well throughout. Really happy with the work they have done and will definitely be calling again in near future.

Ian came to do a periodic test on my property initially, highlighted a few issues. When he came to fix them he was prompt, and explained everything every step of the way. Even when he found a few issues explained what was happening and why before ironing out the problems. He fitted us a new fuse board, changed some sockets and switches and sorted out some problematic shower issues. He was kept everything tidy after the work had been done and was a really professional, easy to get on chap. I would recommend his services.
