1st Class Electrical Poole Ltd

For once a local company who fully justify their proud and positive name. Recommended - strangely by a fellow electrician who specialises in alarms - the company has conducted a few domestic jobs for us in past few months. On each occasion they have been exceptional in all aspects of their work. Primarily a family company we have had the benefit of both electricians, Chris and Dan, who have proved equally reliable and efficient without any character faults or issues. They have been precisely prompt, ever-affable, willing to discuss the nature and significance of their labours which are made clear even to an elderly layman such as me. The quality of their varied work has been consistently very good with flexibility excercised in changing circs. Prices are fair and reasonable and within quoted estimates. Unusually tidy and respectable for sparkies; my wife and I have no hesitation in fully recommending them. Probably best electricians we have ever had. Accounts manager/organiser Rebecca also excels in her role with her kind, sympathetic and supportive approach.

I have dealt with 1st Class Electrical on a few occasions including a full rewire and new consumers unit and most recently they installed a ceiling fan in my Daughters bedroom. The team are responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and do a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend them more.

Excellent company, that you can trust.

Dan was incredibly helpful providing proactive advice on works to be done at my flat providing a range of options and the work was done to an excellent standard.

Great work taking electric to the outside office. Fitted a heater and light. Super company.

I called 1st class electrical and now I can understand why they are called that. First class Outstanding service and Chris even called to fix my problem on a Saturday. I can’t thank him enough for fixing my electric that kept tripping the fuse. He didn’t leave till he found the issue and sorted it.

We were recommended to go to 1st Class Electrical by Forum Jewellers and what a good recommendation that was! We had lost all power to our sockets. Dan arrived within the hour. It turned out to be quite a complex issue, needing three visits, but from the first visit Dan had most of the sockets working again. The other visit was finding the source of the problem and the last changing all sockets in the conservatory. Dan was very personably, and the kind of person you feel very relaxed having in your home. He was polite and hard working and left everything need and tidy. We highly recommend 1st Class Electrical and wouldn't go anywhere else now whenever we need an electrician. Thanks so much!

We are really pleased with the work that 1st electrical carried out at my daughter’s flat in Bournemouth. They were very responsive and everything was carried out to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Can't thank these guys enough. Used them 5 yrs ago and they did miracles in our old hse. Called them last week to come and look at a problem that was tripping the main fuse in our new hse. Dan came round and within an hr and after a good chat found the problem. Went away came back and the problem was solved. Clean tidy no fuss and problem sorted. Highly recommend this company friendly, clean and always on time and ready to help. Amazing 👏 thank you.

Installed power in our garden room. Very friendly, efficient service. Thank you.

1st Class Electrical were excellent from the offset and throughout. A great family run business who take pride in their work. Thank you Chris and co. for all the great work you did on our kitchen - couldn't recommend enough! :)

Chris and the team at 1st Class Electrical were fantastic! They were so friendly and approachable, and worked hard to get everything done for us, and to a great standard. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and affordable service. Thank you so much!

I've used 1st Class Electrical many times and their service is always prompt, efficient, very tidy and competitive.

Work done to a high standard. Good value. Family business that’s trustworthy, competent and professional. We have had work done by Chris and his company on several occasions. Even to correct issues that other electricians could not sort out. His knowledge and competence is second to none. Highly recommended.

I am an elderly lady, and I can with hand on heart recommend this company, and I have. All the workers that I have had contact with are professional, polite, respect both your property and yourself. They are very hard working and tidy. I have recently had a lot of work done and I am thrilled with it. And my neighbours have also commented on the work I have had done.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - they really are 1st Class. We've been using 1st Class for over a year now and find them very reliable. They are extremely competitive, professional, efficient and personable.

Great service, our electric went off and the trip switch would not come back on. Called 1st class electrical, he was very helpful and arrived within 10 minutes and he found the issue and it was sorted within 30 minutes. Will definitely use again if needed

A few electrical jobs sorted out for me, very efficiently and politely. I would certainly recommend them.

Great! Professional, friendly, and reasonably priced - thoroughly recommend!

On time professional service, Chris was a delight to deal with. Thoroughly recommended.

1st Class Electrics helped sort out an electrical problem with my boiler quickly and efficiently. Their help was greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend them to anybody.

Came out on the same day we asked, got the parts in straight away, got the job done within a week. Cannot complain, 5 stars!

Always friendly and provide a great service at a good price.

We have used this company before and have found them excellent. Chris found our electrical fault and got our faulty ring main repaired quickly. Highly recommended!

Very quick to get our power issues resolved. Now on speed dial for all electric problems!

Simon carried out a landlord electrical inspection, then returned later to fix the snags he identified. He was personable and very efficient. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Great service. Great job.

Contacted their office at 08-00am to inform them that we had no power to any sockets in the house, shortly afterwards they phoned back to say an Engineer would call later in the day. At 02-30pm Dan arrived and within 30 minutes he identified the problem....... a faulty kettle! Their service and expertise has been outstanding throughout and they will now be my first port of call for any future electrical work.

Excellent service from Dan. He even came with his own Henry. Very professional and friendly. First class job, would not hesitate in recommending. Thanks very much

As always happens when I deal with 1st Calss Electrical I get the quality of service that their name says ...1st Class in every way. I cannot recommend them enough

Professional & friendly service from first contact through to job completion. I will use this company again & I highly recommend them.

1st Class replaced our industrial units main lighting with LEDs & a wireless switching system so that we could selectively switch what light would be on or off on the same circuit. Chris was fast, efficient & tidy. It is the third time we have used them & highly recommend them for good safe work & a very reasonable cost to. Thanks Colin - Killer Brands - Poole.

Great local company, carried out the work I needed doing. All mess cleared up after they had finished. Will use 1st Class Electrical in the future. Highly recommend

I've just moved house and needed some spot lights replacing in my sons bedroom as well as moving the light switch. Dan was quick to come over and sorted ordering the bits and fitting. Overall great service, fast response and very friendly.

Rang this number as an emergency as fuse box had tripped and couldn’t switch on . Dan was there within 2 hours and was very helpful and efficient and polite! Good value too ! Would definitely use again! Thanks

1st Class Electrical are absolutely brilliant. We've used them several times for different jobs (and one short-notice emergency fix!) I'm normally reluctant to bring in professionals, partly from dumb bloke pride and partly because of some bad experiences with other companies, but the people here are superb. They're professional, timely, neat and very helpful. They'll continue to be the electricians that I use going forward because I know from experience that I can depend on them to do a great job for a fair price.

Called on Sunday afternoon and Chris came round very quickly and sorted my electrical issue with professionalism and very reasonable. Will definitely use again Thanks John Gibson

Great service and price. I would highly recommend.

Great company which does have emergency call out facility.

Top Quality work first time and everytime. Professional and honest. Highly Recommend

Great Service from all the Team
