The communication both before and after installation is very good. I tried lots of other companies before finding this one and they made the decision very easy to choose them.

My installation wasn't the easiest because of my supply. I wasn't aware of my supply issues until Western Power contacted me to discuss dates to carry the work out. Gary had made the initial contact in the background. I'm now the proud owner of a charge point and I have to say that if you need a "one-stop" solution to getting a charge point then Gary is your man, from the background contact with Western Power to the final installation of the charge point Gary was communicative and professional. The final result was a neat and tidy installation that works, what more can anyone ask for.

Gary and his team have been exemplary - everything from offering pre-sale advice through to installation and support have been taken care of. There were a couple of issues with the charger (nothing to do with the installation, rather the charger itself!) that I e-mailed Gary about, and I got a response that same evening - you really can't fault the customer service from EV-PV. The installation was quick and incredibly neat - I wasn't sure what to expect, but the care that went into concealing wires and making the charger fit flush to the wall really was impressive. You won't go wrong with these guys!

Really happy with the installation, very tidy and provided excellent advice on not only the installation bug also general car charging advice. Couldn’t recommend more.

Excellent job done, Cant fault the installation or his workmanship. Absolute pleasure to do business with. Thanks Gary!!

Excellent prompt service, very neat work, definitely use again.

Great communication from the start from Gary. Came on time and did a great job quickly, including going the extra mile to cut a slot for cable to fit under the garage door. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the car charger installation - great communication in advance, fitted the addition to our fuse box in the under stairs cupboard so that it would be less visible/obtrusive despite it being more work, and stayed and talked us through logging into & using the charge point.

A+ service from start to finish. Communication from the very start was great and very thorough, right through to explaining how the product and app worked. The isntallation was spot on, very tidy work and on the whole I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend!

Gary has been fantastic from beginning to end in getting an Andersen A2 charger installed for us. Communication was great, keeping me informed at all times with progress, and working with total professionalism in getting us up and running. An incredibly nice, trust worthy guy who i can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic service. Thx.

Great communication and a very professional install from the team at EV-PV. What I really liked was the friendly service, but also the positivity during the install - nothing was a problem and all would be managed to get the charger fitted - other trades people could learn a thing or two from this really positive customer facing approach from EV-PV Ltd! I would recommend without hesitation.

Gary is easily the best tradesperson I have ever dealt with. From the moment I was put in contact with him his communication was excellent - offering flexibility with booking and keeping me well informed throughout the process. On the installation day he was prompt and I felt I could trust him to get on with the job - he updated me with each step and completed an extremely tidy installation. When I had an issue with the charger at a later date he was so supportive in helping to get the issue fixed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Gary!

Really prompt response and very neat installation of my EV charger. Highly recommended.

Gary responded to my initial enquiry for a Wallbox EV charger within 24 hours, the online survey was easy to submit, he quickly came back with the quote and agreed the install date. On the day he arrived at the agreed time, confirmed the final position of the charger and one the work was completed the area was left completely tidy. The OLEV grant was all done by Gary and the invoice included this being deducted from the cost. All in all EV PV are professional and I would recommend them, and use them again.

Very happy with installation. Gary and his team did a brilliant job working hard to complete a difficult installation which involved digging a long trench through concrete . Very happy to recommend and would give more stars if could.

Top service, everything well explained, really tidy job, thank you!

Gary was fantastic from start to finish - from the first email he was quick to respond, helpful and professional. We talked through best location and what was involved during installation so everything was clear before the day. He turned up on time and took exactly as long as he said, was very friendly all the time and left everything cleaner than before. He also waited for me to test charge before he left. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the communication and service. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Excellent service provided by Gary and his team throughout. We had the process clearly explained to us, including the need to unloop us from next doors power supply. Installation team did a neat good job and cleared up after themselves.

Great friendly service. Very helpful team with the install and clean job. Cleaned up the mess after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Really great service from EV-PV Ltd. Great communication before installation, and also during. Explained the process clearly, and what was needed from me. Installation was very efficient, and work was carried out to a really high standard - it all looks superb. Everything was clean and tidy when they'd finished too. I'd recommend to family and friends. Thanks guys

Gary and the team fitted an EO Mini Pro. They were very professional, discussed the job clearly beforehand, made a very neat installation and tidied up afterwards. Recommended.

Excellent service from Gary and the team at EV-PV. Great communication from the start clearly explaining the process. I was able to get an EO charge point installed at home promptly before delivery of my new car. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.

Great job by Gary and his team to fit my charger as soon as it arrived. Couldn’t ask for a better service, helpful all the way from advice on the best charger to fitting and using the app. Would highly recommend!

A big thank you to Gary and his personable friendly and efficient crew who were absolutely superb on the day and went above and beyond what I expected. All round excellence like this is a rare thing indeed.

Gary communicated really well in advance and was really helpful and professional on the day. Great job :)

Professional service with great communication. Cant ask for any more. Highly Recommended!

Don’t usually leave reviews however I have this time. Incredibly brilliant service and such a lovely guy is Gary. Most importantly Gary came across as trustworthy when I first spoke to him and as a non standard install he took the time to work out the best solution for my house. I would not hesitate to recommend the service here and how genuine a nice guy Gary is. He took time to explain show me how the system works and the quality of the work was exceptional. If I needed any electrical work going forward I think I’ll only use Gary.

Fitted my EV charger and did a clean and tidy job of it, including cable placement. Communicated well and explained everything I would need to know about my device. Would recommend.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful and efficient.

Fantastic from start to finish. Great communication ringing me up to explain the added extras on the quote. Brilliant service, installation looks great. Very happy.

Gary and his team were superb right from the start with what could have been a tricky installation due to where we wanted our EO Mini Pro charger to be installed. Great consultation from the start, and all of the team were polite, considerate and did an amazing job. Couldn't recommend more.

Fast and easy installation. Very helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys.

Excellent service right from the initial survey (all performed remotely with photos being requested by EV-PV to understand the installation prior to fitting), through to installation itself. Turnaround time was around 7 days, much less than I was expecting. Very neat installation. Many thanks to Gary and Ed.

Gary just did a professional, neat, tidy and friendly installation of a EO Mini Pro charger. Super responsive to messages, no additional horror charges - was able to help advise me on another issue and worked around my schedule. I'd recommend these guys for any electrical service they undertake - even took the time to help us with the app after. A+

Exceptional service, quick, professional, friendly and informative. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent all round service and after sales support with both the hard ware and necessary WiFi /app. Cheerful, timely and completely COVID safe. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the EO charger fitted by Gary. It’s been a pleasure dealing with him and I would recommend EV-PV ltd without hesitation.

“Gary and team tuned up as planned on the day. All wore PPE when and where needed. The team went about the installation of my EO charger in a timely manner which seems to be fitted as I asked and to a high standard. Gary helped me complete the install of the EO app on my phone and talked me through how it worked. The charger is not overly big and doesn’t look to unsightly. Gary helped me find a lead that fitted my car and charger. All in all a great job and I would highly recommend Gary and Ev-vp-ltd to anyone needing a charger installed for there EV, or any other service they can provide”

Excellent service. Communication, friendly, helpful. Professional installation, all done outside and safely including covid wise. V pleased in every way
