I initially asked EV Electrical for an Electrical Condition Report on a property we were in the process of purchasing. Jordan communicated clearly on the work that was needed which gave us peace of mind during the process. Jordan and his team then completed the necessary work (inc. new consumer unit, rewiring lighting) within a few weeks of us moving in with minimal disruption for the level of work needed. All the guys were friendly and professional and happy to respond to any questions or requests. They even did a couple of extra bits of work and I always felt they were trying to do what was best for me. Really good customer service, coming back quickly to sort a couple of minor issues as well.

His expertise was evident from the outset, and his professionalism was matched by his friendly demeanor, making him very easy to converse with. He went above and beyond by identifying and addressing additional, pre existing dangerous faults and rectifying them. His commitment to safety was commendable, as he ensured that everything was thoroughly tested and fault-free before completing the job. I highly recommend his services for anyone in need of a reliable and meticulous electrician.

Jordan and his apprentice conducted an electrical survey of my home and, based on their findings, installed a new consumer unit, and two new wall sockets. Throughout the experience, Jordan was unfailingly professional, and kept me informed of what was happening. The work was completed to a high standard, with minimum disruption. I'm delighted with the service I received from EV Electrical and highly recommend them.
