Pro Property Limited

Ben myres just repaired my toilet very happy excellent service

Dave (Joiner) was quick, efficient, discreet and understanding. Would definitely have him back to do other work

Really good service. Very professional.

Alfie was very professional as he was still learning the trade. The work was spot on.

We had a full rewire and several new windows fitted in August 2024. The rewire seemed fine, and we received an electrical safety certificate. We initially asked the electrician to come back and do some extra work for us, but he ghosted us. This was weird and concerning because if we were to ever have a fault, we would not be able to contact the electrician to get support. We have recently found out (June 2026) that the property did not have an earth cable at the mains unit, meaning that the 2024 electrical safety certificate was void. This is a serious safety breach and the electrician has been reported. A Northern Powergrid engineer stated that the electrician is not fit to practice. Proproperty used a young lad who seemed to be an apprentice to patch up the walls after the rewire. The plastering was awful. We had to ask him to come back to redo it, and it was still shocking. In some instances, he used large amounts of polyfiller to fill holes and gaps, and this eventually shrunk and cracked. We had a brand new light fixture, and rather than removing this and plastering underneath it, he smeared polyfiller around the base of the light which we then had to clean off. We have since paid for our own plasterer to rectify the issues. The windows were fitted well, but there was no attempt to repair the damaged plaster around the windows. We naively expected this to be included in the price, and we had to pay a plasterer to do this separately. This should have been discussed upfront. We also had to wait a year to get our certificates to prove that the windows were fitted to the correct standards. I wasted a lot of time chasing this up. We were away on holiday while the work was done. The icing on the cake was that one of the workers left a mess in the toilet for us to return to. Not happy at all, and would not use Proproperty again.

I have just had my downstairs toilet redone by Sam Hall, he turned a tired room into a masterpiece. Absolutely love my new space and the final result was more than worth it. Would recommend them to anyone who is out there looking for someone.

Have used pro property for a number of jobs and really recommend. We’ve just had a new bathroom with them and are really happy with it. The company is very organised and reliable. Linzi always got back about any queries and we got an itinery of what would happen each working day. Adam was really helpful at working out best design and interiors. Andy removed the old bathroom, Jason did the electrical, Carl did the plastering and Tom did all the main fitting. They were all were reliable and the job was completed in the agreed 8 days. Everyone was polite and friendly and communicated well about the job. Plastering work and bathroom fitting were perfect. Tom worked non stop and kept us updated about any tweaks that were needed along the way. He stayed late on the final day to get it fully finished. Thank you very much. In the past when we’ve used other building companies they haven’t started work jobs on time, been hard to get hold of, and taken weeks and weeks to get jobs finished. We’ve never had this experience with pro property and find them really organised so it’s become a company we will always use.

Dan did a fantastic job... very professional. Would definitely recommend

Had a Call out. Regards My Boiler. Daniel was very Professional. Located the Problem. Very Much Appreciated. Now Ready for Later Service. Recommended.

Really pleased with the service Ben Lindsey provided. Communication was excellent, he was polite and knowledgeable, and the whole job was completed quickly with no mess left behind. Gave me confidence that everything’s working safely and efficiently, cheers!

Had our annual service done by Ben. Very professional clean service. Would highly recommend Pro-Property for all your plumbing and domestic needs.

Thank you Ben Myers for mending our bath seals . Great job 👍

Roman did a great job of my internal doors, they look great! Thanks

Simon helped us plaster 2 newly formed rooms and did a great and thorough job whilst also making sure we were kept up to date when plans were needing to change. He worked efficiently to get the plastering and skirting boards done and also did a great job explaining his work to our very interested 3 year old!

Great service from Chris - very quick and efficient! Thank you very much

Sam Hall from ProProperty came today to replace bathroom windows. Excellent job, lovely and friendly and cleaned up brilliantly. Would recommend 👌

Excellent service! Daniel was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. All that I could ask!

Excellent job carried out by Ben Myer. Ben fitted a new bathroom sink. It was neat and tidy work that wasn’t rushed.

Many thanks for your prompt service as always, rang Zoe first thing to say I had a water leak in my kitchen by just after 12 Ben Myers arrived found quite a large leak caused by a corroded pipe in the most difficult place to get to, cheerfully he got on and corrected the problem and left the kitchen as he had found it , excellent service! thank you, very grateful Keith, just realised when I posted this review I only put three stars ( another senior moment ) should have been at least seven

Many thanks to Ben Myers the plumber from Pro property. Arrived quickly, assessed the issue quickly and did the under sink valve repair. Excellent from start to finish.

Thanks ProProperty for your excellent joinery and plastering work giving us a quality new bespoke stud partition wall and door way upstairs for our bedroom. Dave (joinery) and Carl (plastering) were super skilled, on time, friendly, happy to give advice and left the area clean and tidy. They did you proud. Right, it’s time I get decorating! See you again soon for more renovations to our home. Thanks, Paul & Heather

Friendly, hardworking and professional

Today Simon finished the plastering in my bathroom, ready for the tiler. He has been polite, tidy, efficient and done a brilliant job. I am completely satisfied with the work done and the time it has taken. Thank you Simon. Today my bathroom has been finished, Ben Myers has done a fantastic job with the tiling and fitting out. He has also been polite, tidy and efficient, involving me whenever there were choices to be made. He has taken the trouble to ensure that the tiled walls are now flat and square. I am extremely happy with the quality of workmanship. This is the second time over a number of years I have used this company. I am so impressed by them that I have already booked them to come back in a couple of months to do my kitchen.

Hi Dan once again has a done a top job friendly througher and a pleasure to have in the house used this company for 20 years and this man knows my house better than me 5 stars if there was 6 I'd give it him .

Very happy with the work performed by Dan and Ben on my heating system. Flushed out the system to unblock pipes and radiators and replaced our old boiler and controls. despite a few problems along the way displayed a can do attitude and got on with the job. no mess, no stress, no nonsense. Thanks Daniel Herbert and Ben Myers at Pro property

Chris Marlow from Pro Property replaced our front door step - did a great job and went the extra mile in sorting out some extra details. Well done Chris - thanks!

Always excellent service! We have used Pro Property for several jobs now in our new house and will continue to do so! Ben came round today to clear out our radiators after Dan had fitted a new boiler for us last week. Both Dan and Ben were incredible at getting the jobs done, informing us of how everything was going as they were doing it. Both going above and beyond. If you have a thing you need sorting get in touch with Pro Property. I would fully recommend them!

Ben Myers came to fix a simple leak that turned into a much bigger repair - really amazing, friendly service. Would recommend! Cheers Ben!

Kitchen installation has been very professional, to a high standard and to schedule. Particular mention to the joiner Dave

Dan did a great job installing our new combi boiler, including removing tank from the attic and disposing of waste etc. He was very respectful of our home, lovely with our dog and provided a seamless experience. He finished by showing us how the boiler and new thermostat worked which was above and beyond!

Excellent service

Ben myers did a job for my sister in law & she says she can't praise him enough. He did a good job & tidied up & was pleasant and courteous throughout. 5☆

Daniel worked really hard to fit our new boiler. He was friendly and very efficient, tidy and clean work.Really happy with our new boiler.Great job. Thanks

Had the central heating system flushed out following fitting of a new boiler. Ben Myers did an excellent job. He explained everything he was doing and left everything clean and tidy. Ben identified a problem with one of the radiators and sorted it out whilst there. Great service as always.

Tom from Pro Property Ltd came to my home at 8:00am as scheduled to carry out repiping work to fix a leaking pipe. He arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional, experienced and efficient. Tom carefully opened the ceiling behind the cupboard, completed the repair with excellent workmanship, and ensured that the leak — and any potential future leaking above my kitchen ceiling — was properly resolved. The work was carried out very neatly and the area was left clean and tidy. I am truly impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown. My sincere thanks to Tom, and also to Dean, Simone, Zoe and the office team for their excellent organisation and support. I feel very fortunate to have found Pro Property Ltd and would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again for any future plumbing or property maintenance needs. I would also like to say a special thank you to Daniel from Pro Property for his initial inspection and professional assessment. Daniel originally came to repair the leaking pipe joint, but he identified that the pipes on the kitchen ceiling were vulnerable and advised that repiping would be the proper long-term solution rather than simply repairing a copper-lead joint. He then carefully checked the pipework throughout the property — including the downstairs boiler room, the old boiler cupboard upstairs and the bathroom. His thorough assessment helped lead to the correct solution and the successful work carried out today. The leak that had been worrying me is now fully resolved, and I feel much more reassured knowing the vulnerable pipework has been properly replaced. Many thanks again.

As new homeowners we've had to have various things done right away and Pro Property have been brilliant for our many jobs. Most recently we swapped our heater and tank to a new boiler and Dan Herbert was a true professional - he kept us informed, checked in with us when he found more efficient ways to do things, the job looks amazing and was up and running under time. He was lovely to have around, self contained and kept the house working around us (essential as we have a young child), then cleaned up brilliantly before he left. Would fully recommend

Ian Jack came out to do some repair work on my guttering and drainpipe. He was clear and helpful and got the work done with minimum fuss (despite the strong winds and rain!), explaining what had been done. Thank you.

A reliable company with safe pairs of hands. Ben Myers showed up as promised to replace a semi-recessed sink, potentially a tricky job. He thought it through, communicated clearly in his warm personable manner, chose the best course of action, and professionally navigated the installation to a great tidy outcome. Ben was also, with my permission, proactive in fixing potential issues. This is the second time ProProperty provided superb service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Shower screen re fitted , done a great job , very clean thank you ben myers

We had a young man called Ben come put and service our boiler, he was very nice and great at the job

Ben arrived to do my boiler service. He was very polite and courteous. He explained everything to me. He cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend

I visited Pro Property Limited on South Road after seeing they were a local, family‑run business offering plumbing, electrics, and general home refurbishments, including bathrooms and kitchens. The lady in the shop was extremely helpful, straightforward, and confirmed that she and her husband own the business. Their manner immediately gave me confidence — no pressure, no sales tactics, just clear information. They also offer insurance packages to cover boilers and other plumbing issues. My boiler is in good working order and I’ve never had a problem with it, but it’s now six years old. When I bought the property over twenty years ago (two self‑contained flats), there was no NHBC policy, and the original builders had not plumbed certain parts correctly. Over the years I’ve had leaks on radiators, and the upstairs flat had a leak under the bathroom sink that resulted in a full replacement of a solid oak fitted floor throughout the property via insurance — which, of course, affected my cover and premiums. Because of that history, I decided to take out their Gold insurance package for peace of mind. It includes a free carbon monoxide detector and covers the boiler, which I would have to pay to service anyway. Being able to deal with a local company, face‑to‑face, was important to me, so I checked their manner and trustworthiness in person. Daniel, who is obviously qualified and knows exactly what he’s talking about, came out on time and took his time checking the boiler, all appliances, and the radiators before the cover was put in place. The only issue he found was a worn gasket — a small, inexpensive part, but one that can cause bigger problems if left unattended. His attention to detail reassured me that prevention really is better than cure, especially in the realm of cause and effect. Overall, I’m very happy with the service, the professionalism, and the peace of mind that comes from dealing with a reliable local business. Highly recommended.

Andy did a great job repairing a wall and cleaned up after the job. He is really friendly and helpful.

Ian and Ben were great. They arrived early, got on with replacing our radiators quietly (both myself and my partner could still do our work from home) and left everything super tidy once they were done. We always use pro Property and will continue to.

We decided to use pro property to renovate our main bathroom because they are a local company who have great reviews. From the beginning we were happy with the quote and the wait time for the work to start (about 10 weeks, including the Christmas period). We found the design process very difficult, we’ve never designed a bathroom before and would have benefitted from more support with this. The service could be greatly improved by adding a design appointment. This would be really helped us to plan all the different elements (bathroom suite, tiles, flooring, etc), it may have helped with a couple of issues that occurred whilst the work was happening and it would have helped with our stress levels! One the work began, all the guys were great, and we are really happy with the quality of the work and their work ethic. All of the guys arrived promptly and worked really hard to get their jobs done. Tom especially worked really hard make sure everything was right at the end. We had a couple of delays with the work, firstly the tiling taking longer due to us picking small tiles, then an issue with the shower screen. This may have resulted in the painting being a bit rushed. Everyone worked hard to overcome these issues and we were happy to wait and have the work done properly rather than rushing. We got a couple of quotes for addition work from pro property (asbestos removal before work began and carpentry to build new cupboard doors), in both cases I managed to find much cheaper quotes by shopping around rather than immediately accepting the quotes. The bathroom is completely transformed and we are really happy with the outcome.

Ben did annual boiler service today all Pro Property engineers are polite and efficient had the job done in no time great company

Dave shaved the bottom of our external door down in order for vinyl to be laid. He was punctual, friendly, professional and did a great job. You can always rely on pro property.

Andy was brilliant, really professional, thorough and with great attention to detail. Excellent service, thank you.

Pro Property have installed a new boiler, new guttering and pointing work for me recently in addition to boiler servicing. They have done quality, professional work for a fair price.

Work to replaster that ceiling and skim wall to make good the removal of a fitted wardrobe was carried out to a high standard by Carl. He also took care in moving the furniture and replacing after completion.

Our project involved a major kitchen installation. This involved removing the old kitchen, lowering a window, new window and french doors, replacing ceiling and floor joists, moving and installing a new consumer unit, structural work in the extension including installing a new RSJ. We also had new ceilings, and plastering from top to bottom. It really was a back to brick project. Massive thanks to Daz, Craig, Andy, and Ian who did the majority of the work. All the team were punctual, friendly, easy to communicate with and put us at ease with the whole job. Adam the PM was great and kept us up to date with how the project was progressing. We love our new kitchen, and it has made our house a home. I recommend Pro Property 100%, and we will reach out to Dean and the team again whether it’s a big job, or a small job.

Dave from pro Property was really good. He arrived on time, was pleasant and professional and tidied up at the end. Would recommend

Great service on boiler by Ben L

Ben did a great job and was on time whereas We’d forgotten about the boiler service and were still in bed! Sorry Ben thanks for being patient!!

Ben has just been to fix a niggling kitchen tap, and has done a fantastic job! Very tidy, efficient, and friendly.

I’ve used Pro Property twice now, because I was impressed by their problem solving (especially with our flat’s weird setup!), professionalism, good communication and transparency around what the issues were, what would be done to fix them and how long it’d take. I’m confident in the quality of the work too as the went over everything with me afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

Pro Property (Carl and Dan) removed a fire surround and boarded up the fireplace in my front room. They were both very professional and friendly, and did a great job - I would highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time we have used Pro Property. The 1st time to replace 2 old single banked radiators in our lounge with double banked ones, and this 2nd time to replace the rest of the radiators in the house. Thoroughly professional and friendly lads both times, the first time lads names escape me, this time it was Tom and Ian. We would not hesitate to recommend Pro Property to anyone.

2nd good experience with Pro Property. Andy sorted out fixing and flattening out out kitchen floor, quick friendly service. Thanks

Carl was always on time and his work is to a very high standard

Craig did a really good job repairing our porch. We are very pleased with the repair. He was friendly, efficient and cleared up really thoroughly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We were really pleased with the en suite refurbishment the pro property team did for us. They were all very helpful and professional, arrived on time and kept to a clear schedule of work. We would recommend them to others. David and Helen Malin Bridge

We had a new boiler fitted by Daniel Herbert. He was really professional and friendly and a goid hard worker. We were really pleased with his work and support

Thanks Tom for helping me replace the kitchen tap! Great service, quick and smooth, recommended!

I had been putting off having some fairly major building work done on my house for years, mainly because I didn’t know who to trust. Through word of mouth I heard positive reports about ProProperty Ltd. Dean Staniland visited me in Autumn 2024 and we discussed the work I wanted doing. As my confidence grew, so did my demolition plans! I have just come out the other side with a completed project – new kitchen, stud walls taken down opening out the whole of downstairs, new French doors, the demolition of a rear porch, new electrics, plumbing, new radiators, flooring etc. I have moved from drab 1980s décor into the modern world and I am over the moon. The workforce that make up ProProperty Ltd has made this project quite painless. Adam was the project manager and totally on the ball. An 8+ week work schedule was stuck to the window and unusually for building work, they got ahead of schedule. This helped me know what was going to happen when. Everyone who came to do any aspect of this project showed professionalism and skill, attention to detail, they were polite, friendly, good humoured, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I could see how they just motored on day after day. The trust I put into ProProperty Ltd paid off and I am more than delighted about the end result, I’m ‘reyt chuffed’ as we might say in Sheffield! Thank you very much team.

Great company , reliable and professional , would highly recommend .

Great plastering job by Simon, very neat and tidy job. I would highly recommend.

Craig and Andy were very friendly and got on with the jobs efficiently. They sorted out some long standing issues and left the place tidy, so super happy and would be happy to use them again with any other issues in the house in the future.

Pro Property were quick to answer my call and booked Daniel in to visit our house and look over our heating leak. Daniel was quick and efficient leaving no mess and our heating system back on line with no water leaks!

Pro Property provided an excellent professional service from start to finish on our loft insulation. Every member of the team was polite, punctual and worked very hard to get the job done to a high standard and to tidy up afterwards. In particular I'd like to mention Craig who was really excellent at communicating to me what was happening and very considerate of noise with us having a young baby in the house while the work was going on. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend to friends & family needing work done.

Daniel arrived on time and was friendly and efficient.

This was a difficult job. Mr Herbert was great. He worked hard to find were the water coming from. He made a lovely job. I was happy with his work. Thanks

We have had Andy working on our property over the recent weeks. Initially to prepare and start laying a new patio outside the new shower room, and then this week to decorate our kitchen. Andy has done a great job for us, and has also been happy to step in and do other bits for us while he has been here. We have enjoyed Andy's company while he has been around and hope that he will be back at some point during the remaining works still to be carried out.

Excellent experience with Pro Property again, boiler serviced and quote for new bathroom by Daniel Herbert. Very professional and friendly, always does an excellent job and explains things clearly. Would highly recommend this company

Daniel came round, quickly found the problem with our boiler, ordered a spare part and had it fixed within the hour.

Daniel came and serviced our gas boiler and did an excellent job. On time, friendly, polite and helpful. This is the second time Pro Property have serviced our boiler and I will be using them again next year.

This was a visit for our annual boiler service, as always a positive experience from pro property and first class for tidiness, Daniel was our engineer, always friendly and polite and overall would recommend.

Just had a new boiler and 2 new radiators fitted by Daniel. Excellent job done and Dan is pleasant and helpful. Explained everything I needed to know. Would definitely recommend.

Unbelievable service, very helpful over the phone, asked for pictures to review my leak and to help with a quote. Came out to me within the hour and Tom worked tirelessly to sort quickly. If you want a professional plumber to solve a challenge in your property use these guys! Thanks.

Daniel removed an old wall heater from our kitchen and made good the hole with brick and mortar. Great job and he even entertained our kids (they watched at safe distance)! Thanks Daniel

We used proproperty to turn our cupboard under the stairs/utility cupboard into a downstairs toilet. Adam and his team were brilliant, super reliable, went above and beyond and really took pride in doing a good job with a great finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them, everyone who came was friendly, reliable and professional and we are so pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend and would definitely use then again.

Pro property were great for our garage conversion, got the job done efficiently and on time and to a great standard for a great price. Would recommend!

Although only a small job, bespoke corner bath panel replacement, Adam responded promptly to my enquiry, Tom undertook the work in a very professional, courteous and timely manner. I'm very pleased with the finished product.

Jack, Ben and Darrell did a fantastic job restoring my roof windows and cellar and fitting out my under-stairs cupboard. They were prompt, hardworking and a pleasure to have around. Best of all, the work they did was excellent.

Daniel came and very promptly repaired our boiler, including finding the part from a different supplier and driving an hour round trip to get it. He was pleasant and helpful the entire time, and I'm very relieved to have a functioning boiler again!!

Visited today by Daz (Daryl) who came to build an internal wall that had to be constructed following the removal of an old boiler. He did a professional job, tidied up well afterwards and was very friendly. Would recommend!

Carl re plastered our living room wall after som water damage. Did a fantastic job of plastering and took great care to cover and protect furniture and carpet. Hoovered up as he left!

Very friendly and courteous tradesman. Installed new window and cleaned up very well after themselves. Also took away old window/glass which was a great help.

Adam and the boys did an amazing job with my kitchen! I had ProProperty renovate my bathroom 2 years ago and was so pleased with that I had them back again, 10/10 in every aspect

Ben Myers was perfect got everything sorted quick and proper. More than happy to use these guys again.

Tom did an excellent job of replacing a radiator. Tidy well executed work. Explained what he needed to do. Was personable and polite and completed his work in much less time than estimated. An asset to the company

Daniel came to fit us a new boiler. He took out our 35 year old boiler and pipework and replaced it with a combi. Absolutely no complaints. He was punctual, friendly and informative. Job well done. We would recommend him to anyone.

Very pleased with the workmanship in all areas - plastering, painting, electrics especially the new fitted kitchen. It was great to see how the work progressed through the regular photos and updates from Adam. Couldn't recommend Adam and the Proproperty team more highly!

Tom was helpful and efficient putting in a new shower. Would definitely recommend.

Had put off doing this job of replacing brickwork in an external wall, but so glad to have gotten it done. Andy did a really good job of taking out degraded bricks and replacing them. He'd planned ahead (to get materials) and arrived on time. He checked with me what was needed, and told me the steps he'd take. He was polite with me and nosy neighbour. Tidied up muck / waste properly at the end, and I'm very happy with the results. Thanks Andy

My project involved a complete redesign of my kitchen and dining room in addition to a number of smaller jobs on both the interior and exterior of the house. Pro Property were professional throughout the process from the initial quote onwards, which was detailed and accurate and gave me the confidence to move forward with the build. The project ran like clockwork and finished bang on time. Ian, Adam and the crew were great to work with and really helped me get through the difficult bits. Dean and the girls in the office were always on hand to help answer any questions and provided great support throughout. The quality of the work was excellent and I'm really happy with the results. Overall, I'm glad that I chose Pro Property and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. They will definitely be the first company I speak to about my next building project

We had Pro Property come and do some work at our house installing a new Hull re-running a gas supply after a change in our kitchen. We had three trades people come and look at this job because it was a small job. The other trades didn’t want to entertain it, Pro Property reply to swiftly booked in the following day and Daniel from Pro Property came and did the work he was there about an hour and a half more than happy to do the smaller job as well as bigger jobs we are now planning on booking them in for more work, he was very neat and took all the rubbish away with himmy partner felt comfortable around him and said he was very nice and polite. I would highly recommend Pro Property for doing your house no matter how big or small. Chris

Great job done by a very professional company and Daniel ,the Gas Engineer, was polite, friendly and had a thorough knowledge of his trade .highly recommended

Would like to say thank so very much for Jack excellent service today, I had an emergency with my electric and I got a quick response and everything is now working, Jack you are a brilliant lad keep up the good work.

Adam has transformed our cellar head into a fabulous pantry giving us some much needed extra space. He is an excellent craftsman and has managed to make a very awkward space useful. He is friendly, polite and respectful. I can’t recommend him or Pro-Property enough. Thankyou.

Fabulous team! We are so thrilled with the work on our garage by the ProProperty team. They turned a dark damp space into a warm inviting room which still has plenty of storage, we are so pleased with the results! Shout outs to Dean (the boss, who did the initial job spec and quotation process. Always on hand to chat things through), Adam (A* - Adam effectively project managed on the ground and quickly spotted anything that may need to be done differently to achieve excellent results), Andy (A* - Andy worked alongside Adam for most of the project and they are the best team. They both go above and beyond to achieve the best results for the client), Simon (the flooring king!), Chad (plumbing), Jason (electrics), Jack (did loads of the initial labouring to prep the space - not an easy job! Also worked with Adam and Andy during the early stages), Carl & Ash (plastering), and last but by no means least Zoe (the Office Queen who organised the itinerary and kept everyone on schedule TO THE DAY!!! She is amazing!). Sorry if I forgot anyone from Team ProProperty, you were all incredible and achieved results beyond our expectations, thank you so much.

Ben came to service boiler very polite young man would definitely recommend alway do thing properly. Thankyou

Rob (engineer) did a great job, much appreciated

Andy did a great job clearing out our cellar and sorting our tricky jobs. He was a great communicator and left everything very tidy. Would definitely recommend!

A leaking bath meant I needed a new bath and plumbing, and it had been suggested I needed a whole new bathroom because it was all tiled. That was out of my means. Happily, Daniel replaced the bath with great care and there was no need to do any redial tiling. Really pleased with the result as well as the way the job was done. Daniel always neat, punctual and professional.

We were first introduced to ProProperty a year ago by a neighbour. Since then we have used them another couple of times. During a recent boiler service by Vaillant we were advised to have our central heating system (combi boiler) power flushed. This, plus a full boiler service, was carried out today by Daniel. He has visited us before and again carried out the work meticulously, explaining to us as he proceeded what he was doing at each stage. Whilst forecast to be noisy, it was in fact no where near as noisy as the last time this was undertaken. Another excellent jobfrom a company we fully recommend.

Fantastic job by Rob fitted our boiler today, fast efficient and left the job clean and tidy. Thanks Rob.

Daniel from Pro property has recently completed a boiler service for me. Efficient and tidy work. Friendly and informative. The office staff are also very helpful when booking. I've used this team for a few jobs now and have no hesitation in recommending pro property and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Daniel serviced our Boiler, would highly recommend.

Dan was very helpful and gave our heating system a thorough check over 👍

Just had a new kitchen fitted and dining room refurbished by Pro Property and they've done a fantastic job. They're a great team, all of them are excellent at what they do so it seems a bit unfair to single out any one person but Steve did a superb job fitting the kitchen, laying the flooring and tiling the splashbacks. He's a real perfectionist & nothing's too much trouble for him. Also Paul did a great job with the decorating, if there was a world championship for wallpapering Paul would walk away with it! I'd highly recommend Pro Property for any jobs around the house.

Had a boiler service done today, The job was completed by Daniel. He came on time, explained everything thoroughly to me and serviced the boiler in a very professional manner. Very pleased with the great service, I would highly recommend.

Always a great experience with Pro Property. Ben undertook our boiler service today and I am really pleased with the service and his explanation of what was done. Ben was also very polite and professional.

Daniel fitted a new boiler for me. Fantastic job. Arriving on time all up and running with no mess whatsoever. Would highly recommend.

Steve installed and fitted a set of doors for us, which were very old and needed lots of expertise to shape and fit. They look amazing and have transformed the look of our home. At the same time Simon and Carl fixed and plastered a hole in our ceiling and finished up around the new door frames. the workmanship was of the highest of standards, and the team were personable, friendly and very respectful of our home. Great work and very pleased with the results, we will definitely use them again in the future, and can't recommend highly enough!

We have a service contract and had a recent issue with our boiler in the early hours of a Saturday morning. Dean gave us advice over the phone to help us quickly and efficiently - issue resolved!

Rob installed and fitted a new outside toilet and wash basin and tap for us. His workmanship was of the highest of standards. He was personable and friendly and very respectful of our home. Great work and very pleased with the job done.

Dean and the team at Pro Property have been absolutely brilliant. On more than one occasion coming straight round to help with a broken boiler (even on a bank holiday) These fake reviews stating he is rude to women are beyond ridiculous, such a lovely guy! Please ignore them UPDATE... After our boiler decided to explode days before Christmas, the amazing team at Pro Propery jumped up and saved the day AGAIN! Having finally accepted, we could no longer keep battling with our defunked old boiler, the guys at Pro Property arranged for a new boiler to be fitted on Christmas Eve no less!!! I can't tell you how grateful we are!! Special thanks to Zoè for sorting and Rob for spending his Christmas Eve saving our Christmas 🎄 Where are the 10 star ratings on here, Google 🤔 just superb service 👏 👌

Many thanks to Dan for fixing and servicing a small leak on the boiler, and giving me a lesson on how to hopefully work the thermostats more efficiently now on the Heatmiser underfloor heating system I know nothing about!!! He actually found the instructions booklet for operating the thermostats on top of the boiler. Great service from him

Good service from Pro Property - Adam delivered the work well and made sure the surrounding area was carefully worked with and cosmetically sound. Thank you

Dan fitted a new gas hob after we were let down by the original supplier. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He worked around some little problems with the fit. Everything was left perfectly clean and tidy. Really pleased

Annual boiler service provided by Ben on behalf of pro-property. Arrived as planned 1 pm on 6th December. Ben was polite, helpful and appeared to be a very efficient, competent and tidy worker. All site left clean and tidy. I would therfore not hesitate to recommend this company. ,

Modernisation of a very old and tired family bathroom. Pro Property provided a clear costed itinerary which they stuck to precisely. Each day we knew what was to be carried out. The fitter (Chad) became an extra member of our family. He was polite, punctual and talked to us at every stage of the project making sure everything was according to our wishes. He was also a very tidy worker, clearing up at the end of each day. The standard of his work was exceptional, I would go as far as to say that he was a perfectionist! Needless to say we are extremely happy with the finished result and would

Great service from Daniel from Pro Property. Punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Came to give us a quote and sorted out some unsafe plumbing with no fuss.

Dan was the tradesman from Pro Property Ltd I used to replace a faulty toilet cistern. He arrived on time, was very polite, considerate and friendly. He was clearly experienced and completed the work to a very high quality. The quote for the work was also very competitive. I would highly recommend Pro Property Ltd and will use them again in future.

I have used pro property a number of times over the years, for several major projects. This time pro property converted part of our garage into a utility room and second bathroom. This was a complex project subject to all the usual unforeseen challenges this type of work brings. Working closely with the team we were able to adapt things which has resulted in an outstanding finish and the extra space and functionality has totally transformed our living experience. Pro property is family run and always strive to delight their customers and build lasting relationships. As such you can have honest conversations and trust them to deliver the project of your dreams and everything down from that within your budget. Special mention to Steve (powered purely by tea and Bovril) who went the extra mile to turn vision into reality and paid attention to the little but important details. Thanks to all the team pro property.

We had Daniel for boiler work, and he was brilliant. Professional service, explained everything he was doing and made sure we were happy! Fully reccomend!

Highly recommend company did a great job at my mothers and fathers fitting a shower tray and cubicle. Very professional and straightforward Dean sorted everything the work force turned up on time and and was friendly and polite, went though everything that was going to take place worked effectively and left everything clean a tidy. You could not of asked more

We use pro property regularly because of the high quality of work and politeness of the staff. Today was no exception, Daniel came to do a boiler service, completed job without any issues was polite and even careful to keep our cat out of the cellar as requested.

I can't recommend Pro Property enough, their staff have been so helpful. Booking workmen is something I can find really intimidating but Rob the engineer was so friendly explaining the work he was doing throughout I was immediately put at ease. Everybody I have spoken with on the phone have also been so friendly and accommodating when I needed to adjust my appointment time. Pricing was explained clearly and in advance so no unpleasant surprises. Would recommend to anybody and will definitely be using them when needed in the future.

Amazing experience with ProProperty. Redid my shower splendidly and ultra fast to respond to any concerns. Highly highly recommend the entire team.

Rob was very friendly when doing boiler and oven service, and seemed sincerely interested in helping resolve an existing issue with boiler.

Pro property (largely Rob!), fitted our bathroom, and we have been extremely pleased with the results. We have two small kids, and having work done in the house could have been stressful, but Robs professionalism, friendly (but none intrusive) nature and high level of workmanship has made it a breeze. I have already recommended them to my friends and will use them again without a doubt. Thank you :D

We had our downstairs toilet moved to a new micro-bathroom including upgrading an existing shower unit, demolishing a wall and building new ones with ancillary electrical work. The work took a bit longer due to rot being discovered, but we had people in working every day until completion. The workmanship was good quality and Pro-Property were very responsive whenever we needed to clarify anything. We are really pleased with the result, feel the work was good value for money and will definitely be asking them to quote for any further work.

Daniel was super helpful, as usual!

I had my bedroom, bathroom, hallway and living room/kitchen painted as well as some plastering and skirting repair work done. Andy did an excellent job with all of it, I am very pleased with the results. The work was completed on time to a high standard and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend both Andy and Pro Property.

I’ve just had three rooms painted by Andy, over four days. Fantastic job, from start to finish. Always here at time agreed; explained the day’s plan; took great care in his work and - I would unreservedly say - went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with his work. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from syary to finish

I have used Pro Property twice now, and Rob was fantastic both times. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Rob from Pro Property could not have been more professional and helpful fitting the new gas hob and electric oven - from supplying a competitive quote to leaving the work-area spotless the standard of service was absolutely first rate - will def be using Pro Property again.

Brilliant service, Chad was right on time, very friendly and did a great job fitting our new sink and tap, he cleaned up after he'd done. Would recommend Pro property and Chad to anyone, brilliant

On time. As usual very friendly. Did the job in a most competent manner and beyond.

An efficient service as usual. A problem with the circuit board and after a few attempts, Darren hunted down the right model. All up and running within a couple of hours. Thanks.

Chad was good, all work dome.

Pro Property have just replaced our boiler with us going for the silver package. Daniel the engineer was on time with great communications. He was efficient and professional in every way explaining all the main areas of work including the power flush carried out a couple of days after the boiler installation. Great job and I fully recommend this company for anyone considering this type of work.

Dan at Pro-property has been servicing my boiler for several years and has always provided a first class service. Always efficient, tidy, prompt and polite. I can highly recommend Pro-property.

Top rate service - came to fix a leak and did loads of little things along the way, all clean and tidy job, couldn't ask for more.

Daniel was very professional and friendly So pleased with the job he's done

New kitchen flooring fittened by Adam. Professional and clean. Helped me work though options when the job hit a few issues that needed additional work.

Excellent boiler service from Daniel. Friendly, efficient and honest. Our boiler was making odd noises and Daniel was very effective in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. The price was made clear and I wasn’t charged for anything I didn’t understand needed doing. Pro Property are really a pleasure to deal with as a company, from booking them in to getting the bill, they provide an efficient and easy to follow process. I would certainly use them again.

Very pleased overall with the work carried out. The pre assessment was helpful, the work schedule impressive. Both Zak and Chad arrived on time each day, were polite, pleasant and efficient. Daily cleaning and tidying could be better. The standard of work overall was excellent. Several problems that inevitably arose were resolved effectively. Just waiting for joiner to refit door !

Dan did a great job fitting us a new boiler, clean and tidy, and very informative in helping us set it up!

We had a problem with our toilet. Adam came and sorted it out for us. He is Chatty, hard working and determined to sort out problem out.

Service completed by Daniel. Work was quickly and professional done plus pro property carried out additional safety work on boiler. Thanks

I’ve just had all new windows fitted to my property. I couldn’t be happier with the value for money and service received. Very efficient fitting, great quality and they’ve left my house spotless. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely Brilliant! Faultless, Top Quality Engineer was Simon 👍🏼

Zak went above and beyond for us. Pro Property have been doing a number of jobs for us (which has all been fab) but when the plastering proved to be a bigger job than expected Zak offered to come back on a Saturday morning to get it finished for us so we weren't waiting a couple of weeks for a scheduled slot to be available.

Daniel was really helpful with servicing our boiler and installing a new outdoor tap

Had a new boiler fitted, really impressed with Pro property and Daniel was efficient and professional and very helpful, I would definitely recommend

We've had another great job done with Pro Property. Adam came to board our loft. He was always on time, worked non stop, and always polite and updated us on progess of the job.

Always found all staff very helpful. A special mention to Rob who installed my mums boiler. He did a fantastic job.

All good. Dan came out to remove a radiator. We have booked him for more work next week.

First time using this company. They came when they said. All communication was clear and timely from first visit/estimate to completing job. Rob did a good job fitting a new part in the boiler, and installing a kitchen tap. Competent, friendly and efficient. Tidied up neatly. I'll be happy to use the company again!

I am beyond grateful for the incredible work that Pro Property's team has done on my new home. In just three months, they have completely transformed the space into a beautiful and functional living space. From replacing the boiler and radiators to adding a new shower room and refurbishing the bathroom, the team has truly gone above and beyond to make my home everything I had hoped for. They have also taken care of important details like tiling, ceiling work, and laying flooring, as well as having power supply to my cabin. I cannot thank enough Simon, Zak, Jack, Chad, Rob and Jason for their hard work and deep gratitude to Adam and Steve for the kindness and exceptional craftsmanship. Steve's attention to detail is unparalleled, and his tiling and flooring work are simply superb. He has also been incredibly kind and helpful in solving any issues that arose during the renovation process. Adam, your energy and positivity have been a constant source of reassurance for me throughout this project. Despite my many requests and high standards, you always managed to deliver top-quality work. Thank you so much for everything really. Last but not least thank to Dean, Nicola, and Zoe for the incredible patience and understanding throughout this renovation. I know it wasn't easy for any of us, but your dedication and passion for the job truly shines through. I am so grateful to have worked with such a talented and dedicated team. I wish Pro Property all the best for their future projects and know that they will continue to deliver exceptional work.

10 out 10

Job done to a very high standard. No problems at all. Very highly recommend.

I have used Pro Property for a new bathroom 3 years ago and it is as good as new

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dean and his team at ProProperty. From start to finish our boiler installation was completed professionally, to a high standard and on time. I can honestly say they were the cleanest team I’ve ever encountered in my home! It’s such a refreshing change to find good, reliable tradespeople these days. Thank you

We had our bathroom and lounge fully stripped back to the brick work and renovated in Feb and March 2024, by Pro Property. Dean helped us work out what we needed doing and was really friendly and approachable. Our old bathroom was painted and not insulated correctly and so we would get lots of damp and mold, but we had it all stripped out, insulated, and fully tiled and had a towel radiator put in, which fixed it all. Chad did great work tiling, and would patiently answer all of our questions as the work progressed. In the lounge we had the wall and ceilings replastered, and fully redecorated and the old carpet replaced with LVT flooring. Simon and Zak did a great job doing the decorating and plastering and Chad once again did some tiling in the inglenook fireplace that we were really pleased with. Zak, Jack and Simon were around most days and were all very polite. The whole team was really punctual, started and finished promptly every day. They gave us a plan/ schedule for all the work which was brilliant and they stuck to it precisely. They were all very respectful professional and polite and we'd definitely go to them again for more work to be done. Zoe and Nicola at the office were also really helpful and would answer the (many!) emails we sent promptly.

Pro property came and did a super job with the electric s and joinery work done by Jack and Steve thanks

Prompt service, Daniel was a friendly and informative repairman 👍🏻

Dan was on time and friendly when he came to service our boiler this morning! Emails are replied to quickly and always had good service.

Daniel came to sort out vibration noises in our pipes and problem with toilet flush. Very thorough and now sorted.

Rob did a great job with the new boiler - explained everything well

Dean, Nicola & the team at Pro Property provide an excellent service. We've been using them for all of our household plumbing & heating needs for 20 years now & they are always amazing. Right from the get go, they ensured we weren't without heating for Christmas when our very old boiler broke, which as a newly qualified and working nurse at the time was amazing. Since then they've helped us with leaks, services, faults & general household needs. They are always friendly & responsive, clean up after themselves and transparent about essential work & cost. They are the best! We recommend them to anyone who needs any thing doing or who ask for recommendations. We've had a number of the lads come & do work including Dan who has been with the team for years and always does efficient, clean work with a smile & friendly manner. I think the fact the team is so stable with the same team members speaks volumes about the company.

Excellent communication at every stage and excellent attention to detail. Care was taken to ensure everything was exactly as we had asked for.

Boiler serviced by Daniel. Excellent and friendly service as expected from all the ProProperty team.

I can't recomend the guys at Pro Property Ltd enough. Rob rebuilt our shower room with great care and skill. He was very friendly and made the whole experience so easy for us. We definitely recommend this company. Thank you Rob.

Used Pro Property for over 10 years now for various jobs including central heating plumbing decorating etc. In all the time I have used them they have always been friendly and polite and always done a good job at a fair price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pro Property

Water was running cold after a few minutes, emergency callout very prompt, Dan can and fixed it , highly recommend

Very good service. Did a good job in the kitchen. New work tops & new sink. Thank you Zak & Adam!

Daniel serviced my boiler. Really friendly, professional and helpful

Dan always does a good job and I get him back every year to service the boiler and do general maintenance. Can highly recommend.

First time we've used Pro Property. Helpful and friendly staff from the start. Daniel was very friendly and he sorted out our boiler problem quickly and efficiently.

We've used Pro property for two bathrooms. Everyone was really friendly, turned up when they said they would, left things in a clean state at the end of every day and did everything to a high standard. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we'd definitely use them again!

Daniel did a great job fixing the external pipe! Was on time and really efficient!

Outstanding work carried out expeditiously and to a very high quality. Full marks to Chad

Whole bathroom renovation was carried out superbly. Rob did an outstanding job with all the tiling and plumbing! Dean looked after me very well, helping with my choices, quick and accurate quotes, provided a schedule for the whole project broken down by days, keeping the project on track and checking over each stage of the project to make sure all the different works people were on the same page. Every person they sent to carry out work was friendly, qualified and trustworthy. A couple companies refused work because I was in a flat with no lift in the city centre but ProProperty had no issue.

Excellent professional job. Respected the property, arrived as arranged and left no mess. Used this company before and will use again.

Rob came was very Friendly and polite got on with the job cleaned up afterwards and did a very professional job. Excellent

Dean was really helpful when I called in a panic about my boiler! Helped me through it quickly and absolutely cannot fault all of Pro Property. Brilliant service thank you!

Pro Property completed a full cellar conversion changing our damp and dismal coal cellar into a dry usable space. Pro Property managed the whole project and all the workers that came to do their bits were informative, friendly and ensured that any issues were managed well to leave us with an amazing room that means we can now make use of our whole home!

Office staff so friendly and organised, really helped us out!

Excellent service and communication. Friendly staff, would recommend and use again, great local service 👍

Pro Property completely refitted a bathroom for me, and provided an excellent service at every stage of the process. Dean talked through the different options for transforming the room, and once I'd decided what I wanted, provided a detailed timetable showing what would be done day by day, and which members of the team would be carrying out the work. All of them were both friendly and highly professional. I was particularly impressed by the extent to which they managed to minimise both mess and disturbance, despite having to essentially gut the room to start the process. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pro Property

This is the first time we've used this company but what a revelation, every member of the team involved were thoroughly professional in all aspects of replacing and relocating our old tank fed boiler with a new combi boiler in very cramped and cold conditions and replacing several old, past their prime radiators. At all times we were kept informed of all aspects of the job and a special mention to Daniel for his ingenuity in solving any problems that arose. The team were always respectful of the property and clean and tidy in all aspects of the job.all in all we are very pleased with the end result and so once again to Dean and the team, thank you.

Wow what can I say about pro property Amazing . Came back from holiday to a large leak under my kitchen floor . The girls at the office listened to all the information I gave them and from this we eliminated where the leak was coming from . Within hours a plumber came and resolved the problem . Was so happy with the quick response we got and the staff were so kind helpful. Thanks Pro Property I will pass recommendations on to all my friends and family .

This was our first time using Pro Property but it certainly won't be our last! What an excellent team of professionals. We are so glad we found you. Many thanks to Rob for his meticulous workmanship. He installed a new boiler for us and several other jobs in the bathroom. His high standards and attention to detail are outstanding and a thoroughly nice friendly guy too. Then Dean came and put in our new kitchen sink. Again, his friendly yet professional service was 1st class. And thanks Dean for your help regarding boiler service too. Then lastly Adam and Zak laid flooring in our loft space and made the hatch opening bigger for us. We are delighted with the end result. We are so pleased with all the work we had done and it was a pleasure to have you all working in our home. You all were friendly, professional, tidy, courtious, and trustworthy.. . not forgetting arriving bang on time every morning! Great job as always, thanks Daniel - boiler service and some repairs

Rob was helpful, friendly and had extremely high standards for our bathroom. We are really happy with the result, and grateful for his advice as to how to keep it looking fab for years to come. Thanks Rob!

Great service. Came in on budget and met quoted cost.

Amazing and friendly professional service from both office and engineers. Had a poorly boiler and service needed doing. Diagnosed correctly with issue and resolved quickly. Hot water at last and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be calling again should I need to.

I’ve recently moved into my house and Keith and Simon came to do a long list of small jobs. Their work was first rate, they had suggestions to make and were generous with helpful advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Luke and Zak came to do more jobs including fitting a carousel dryer into the patio which wasn’t the easiest of tasks. Everything was accomplished and they were polite, efficient and very willing. I am very pleased to have discovered ProProperty so early in my move to Sheffield. They have been very helpful, reliable and trustworthy.

Bathroom fitting to existing shower room. Luke carried out the tiling, ceiling and fitting of shower, basin and toilet etc. Excellent worker and attention to detail, always turned up as agreed, polite and helpful.

We have used this company now for a number of years & are always impressed with their friendly, professional & reliable service. Highly recommended

Great professional service would highly recommend Daniel was very knowledgable

Keith did me a partition wall with a door in. He turned up on time and did a brilliant job then cleared up afterwards. A perfect job.

PP have already done a couple of jobs for me and I found the service excellent, clean & tidy and they were very kind (I was not very well). I will recommend them to anyone. MMc

Had a new ideal boiler installed recently by Gee, on behalf of Pro Property. He was excellent, very thorough and meticulous with the new pipe work and whole installation generally. Overall experience was great, from quote which was reasonable through to completion. I will be using Pro Property again.

Last year Dean replaced our old electric shower with a new one. Dean was very helpful in guiding me as to which model to replace it with. I was very happy with the work he did, he was friendly and cleaned up any mess created by the job he was doing. I was so impressed that Dean and team are doing multiple large jobs for me this year (2022). Including replacing my kitchen, bathroom and plastering multiple rooms. Update: The Pro Property Ltd team have just spent 4 months renovating our home. They have been a pleasure to have around the house. All staff were friendly and respectful. The final finish of their work is excellent. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result.

We have used Pro Property on a number of projects now, recently completing our new kitchen. Pro Property did everything. Knocking our off shot wall out and fitting a steel, fitting a skylight, picture window, Doors, plastering, new boiler, plumbing, electrics, fitting the kitchen and flooring. Every last thing they took care of so we didn't have to worry. Very easy to get in touch with Dean or the office as well if I had any questions. We love our bathroom and kitchen and can’t recommend Pro Property enough. Great company!

Had pro property in for a series of jobs: new rear door, radiators, re-siting fusebox and converting space under stairs to a WC. Really professional throughout, they're very contactable as they have a good back office team supporting the workers on-site. Good quality work and good communication throughout, really recommend them.

Proproperty converted a garage and utility area into a beautiful new room with ensuite. They also insulated the rood on the conservatory and it is now a usable room all year. We are thrilled to bits with the result. Proproperty planned it from start to finish and organised building control to time and to budget. All went as planned on the project both to time and budget, the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Lovely people as well. It definitely was the 'onestop shop' we were promised. Thoroughly recommend Proproperty.

Luke is a very friendly, polite and a hard worker, made an excellent job , cleaned up after himself thankyou very much .

Very friendly, efficient and helpful service, thank you.

Used Pro Property Ltd a few times, very good service, they turn up at the time, and day given, good clear invoices. Rob installed an Ideal boiler, very polite tidy and explained everything , when I asked questions, even though he was busy.

Excellent service as usual, would certainly recommend Pro Property for any house repairs.

Rob fitted our new shower which we are very happy with! They was very friendly, efficient and the end product looks great!

Excellent workmanship from Daniel and Keith. Professional, tidy, efficient, friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

Excellent workmanship. Keith is highly skilled and work is the highest standard. Would happily recommend the team at ProProperty.

Excellent service that can’t be faulted. And all with a cheerful smile. Thanks to Dean.

Had a small problem with ceiling in bathroom. Rang Pro Property at 8.30am 7th March to ascertain if they could rectify. I was expecting they might come the following day BUT received call in the afternoon to state they were on their way. CHRIS (joiner arrived) and stayed until 6pm to finish the job! Perfect finish and I am well pleased. Chris was professional -clean and tidy worker- and established the problem quickly. This is the second time I have used Pro Property the first being when they installed a new bathroom some 18 months ago. Professional company with superb work force. Highest recommendation - try them you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service. Great staff. Highly recommended

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Dean and his team provide a very professional service. I can highly recommend Pro Property, so glad they're there when I need them giving me peace of mind 🙂

Pro property installed a new bathroom for us (September 2019) at our old place and have recently undertaken a full renovation at our new place (2022). Without exception, every member of the team was polite, knowledgeable, hard working and clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Pro Pro-property, if anything goes wrong (as can be the case in building work where inherent faults can be hidden), Pro Property will always put things right. Their reputation is everything and Pro Property will do all they can to ensure that this is maintained by a consistently high standard of work.

Delighted with the service and work by pro property yet again. They went out of their way to help me out when my boiler failed, helping me find and choose a suitable replacement and managed to arrange a prompt fitting. Very reasonable prices, excellent service and advice all round. I cannot recommend Dean and his team enough and would not hesitate to recommend then and will definitely use them again!!

I am adding to a review I wrote some time ago because I have just seen all the fake reviews posted today - 3.2.22. I would just like people to read below what I wrote in my review and stand by that. Pro-property is a TOTALLY TRUSTWORTHY excellent family firm, who I continue to use. Please ignore all the fake comments posted. I have been a customer of Pro-Property for the past 11 years and could not be happier. It all started with a new boiler and since then I have had a new kitchen and a new bathroom. I rely on Dean Staniland and his team to do the little jobs as well as the big ones. It is a great family firm who really can help with all property repairs and maintenance. I have a service plan and on an occasion when I did have a problem over an Easter weekend Dean was out within 30 minutes. Everyone on the team is polite, hard-working, efficient and they always tidy up really well. I cannot recommend Pro-Property highly enough - good service; high standards and quality work for really reasonable prices.

Great service came after hours all fixed. Highly recommended 👍

Pro property have recently turned my property that has been occupied by 3 sets of tenants over the last 7 years back into the home I remember. The bathroom restored to it's former glory and the re paint of the entire house has been completed to the highest standard. Great communication throughout and the team were friendly and always responsive to all requests.  I would highly recomend the pro property team for all your house improvement needs

Fantastic service by Dean and his team, had new kitchen, bathroom and boiler, wouldn’t use any other company to work in my house can’t rate them highly enough.

Dean and his team have done all the major work on a property renovation in Sheffield, including a new heating system, bathroom, knocking through to form a kitchen diner and plastering. Great quality work and excellent communication throughout the project. I look forward to working with the Pro Property team in the future.

Planning to use Dean and his team to assist in my renovation project, already saved me a load of money by advising that I didn't need a rewire or new central heating system, would recommend!
