Absolutely excellent company, the work was carried out to a very high standard, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone first class 👌🏼
I expected to pay a professional fee for hiring an electrician, but the technician arrived and didn’t carry out any real checks — he just said my room lighting was broken. After I mentioned it might be a wiring issue, he only started to check manually when I asked him to. He then said may be a neutral fault and would need more time to investigate. After spending about 30–45 minutes, he still couldn’t identify the exact problem and said he’d need to return another day, but couldn’t estimate how many hours it might take. This made me doubtful about the diagnosis and the potential cost if I continued with more work. That’s why I asked for a discount, as I was really disappointed with the service. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and would not recommend based on my experience.

An excellent professional service.l contacted Fiaz regarding a faulty fusebox which had left me without heating and most of the circuits not working. He came within 1 hour and fixed a new fuse box and my problem was quickly resolved. I would greatly recommend him for his skill efficiency and politeness.
Very unreliable. This is the first time we've had to deal with this. Fiaz didn't turn up the first time and neither did he let us know. I've had to chase it up with him which he then said he will come today. Again we had to chase him up and he confirmed that he was coming after 3pm but he didnt turn up and won't pick up calls. His explanation was 'im in a meeting call you ASAP', THEN HE DIDN'T. We constantly messaged and rang him waiting for him till 8pm at night. Not once did he apologise for his unprofressionlism. He just replied 'Thursday now'. Then I tried to ring him again it was going to voicemail. My mother rang from her number and he picked up then abruptly said ' I've told you I've had a terrible day' to which my mother responded 'this is the second time?' and then hangs up on my mother. We had to take time off work twice and was not told or explained to. If Fiaz couldn't do it then he could've let us know and told us so we could arrange another electrician. We gave him benefit of doubt but he's dealt with it in an appalling way. It's unreliable. Fiaz could've had common courtesy to let us know or tell us he can't do the job which wasn't even major. I'm very disappointed
I recently had the pleasure of work carried out by YKB electricals and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment the arrived, their professionalism and friendly demeanor put me at ease. Their knowledge and expertise were evident as they efficiently addressed the electrical issue at hand. I was impressed by their attention to detail and the way they took the time to explain the process to me. Overall, I highly recommend YKB for anyone in need of electrical services. Thank you for your excellent work!"

Fiaz was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly and very helpful. He provided a quote quickly and was able to come and do the job at short notice. The work that was carried out was to a high standard, and was bang on the estimate he provided. Fiaz was flexible, attentive and punctual, fitting me in at very short notice and doing an excellent job. I’ve used him previously and do not hesitate in recommending his services. 5 *
What a joke, came back several times but could not finish the work, infact he left me in a position where I had a six month old and couldn't even put the washing machine on without the power tripping everytime ( He thought this was acceptable). When he did turn up he was late, or just left early without doing much, one day he just didn't turn up, when I called to see why he said it was his birthday so he was having the day off .. He made a mess and didn't clear up after himself. When he stopped coming back, we got another electrician in to finish the work, he told us that the fuse box he had installed was actually dangerous!! Definitely would not recommend! And yes Fiaz it was you that did the work in Sheffield!!
Great Person.
What a quick and professional service I will definitely use again and recommend to others
Great experience with Fiaz coming out the same day to fix a blown out isolation switch which meant we had no working shower during a heat wave. He was quick, helpful, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Avoid this contractor at all costs. We gave him two large contracts for some electrical work in 2 large Houses in Multiple Occupation and he took forever to start the work (over 2 months) then simply would not respond to our communications (email, texts and WhatsApp). His is so frustratingly awful. Please avoid.

Done a fast and great job
Fiaz is one of the kindest Electricians I came across till now, very knowledgeable and reliable, I contacted him after been disappointed by one of the electricians who promised to come and he let us down, Fiaz came for an assessment visit, he gave a quote and came back to do the job a couple of days later as promised. Rare to find someone like him on the trade, I highly appreciate his professionalism and kindness and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fiaz brought his car to us for some regular servicing an maintenance work. I just mentioned to him how we could have done with someone to fit us some upgraded LED lights in our garage and had been let down two times previous by other electricians. Fiaz took one look at our lighting and within 30 minutes provided us with a quote that beat any other we had previously been given. Soon after that Fiaz arranged to a time to do the installation that would suite our busy work week. On the day of installation Fiaz and his helper turned up early and I left them to do their job. Within 5 hours I had a call to tell me the entire job was complete. When I came to see the finished product it was absolutely perfect! Thank so much guys you’ve done an excellent job! Failed to show up for his job after date and time Set. Double checked day before that job was a go. Fiaz confirmed. I was sent a WhatsApp message on the day saying he would be an hour late. FOUR and a HALF hours LATER I get a text blaming car issues for not showing up. I called throughout the day but no answer. I took the day off work as well. Wasted my time. MASSIVE let down!
Came out to fix broken ground floor electrics. Job lasted a few days then broke again. Since then has failed to turn up on 2 more occasions to fix. Appalling service by Fiaz Yaqub. Took our money and we are still without electrics.

We were renting our house out while abroad when our guests (a mum with 4 children including a baby) had an electrical issue with the RCD tripping, meaning she was left without hot water or any functional downstairs appliances. Naturally I was panicking being so far away but Fiaz was amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. He took our guests phone number and arranged with her to go round straight away and sort the problem out. He was really great to deal with in all ways and very reasonable in terms of price.
