The Jenkins team have recently completed a thorough rewiring of my property. From quote to completion the service has been excellent. We left on the first day for our hotel with a little trepidation returning the property was clean and everything was explained. The house is electric safe and meets safety standards and that is worth a lot in peace of mind. Pass rate- ten out of ten. Ted White still agile at ninety!

Very prompt & efficient service

Full of apologies on a review, but never did contact me. If you were that busy why say you would come to my property? We're you busy or forgot? Which one is it? Why start another business when you can't manage one? Why post other peoples mental health struggles on your buisness FB page? Why retaliation to a post but not ring the customer you let down? Are you the only one running your own business? No. Do you know my circumstances? No. Long list of questions and no answers but sure does show that your character is pitted and flawed. Who doesn't love to recommend a local business who is reliable, willing to carry out small jobs, and who treat their customers with respect. Well, not this time. Everything was going well. I booked the appointment for a quote. Take 6 hours out of a 12 hour shift off, only for them to prove that they are none of the above. Could not even show the respect to notify me that they were not going to attend. I was then going to contact them on Facebook... But wait, what do I find? A rant about the struggles of running a business, taking aim at friends, family, and customers and woefully pondering if your company has disappointed a customer or not. I wish I had seen this post first. It is very clear you are struggling in every aspect professionally and personally and need to seak help before it becomes too much for you. Burn out is very real, my friend! But I'm afraid, yes, you did disappoint me, and I wanted to be your customer, but clearly, I did not pass your vetting process, or perhaps some jobs are too small. Moaning on social media that your relationships fail is probably 1. Due to you being unprofessional, with that personal opinionated FB rant on your business page and 2. As you do not have any respect for your customers' situation or time. It is reviews that help others from being led down the garden path, which, in turn, holds up their projects from moving forward. It is a shame that you think all small businesses get crucified by their customers, but it only happens if the customer is not treated with respect, fairly or have not had their expectations managed or are not satisfied with the quality of work. Remember, in life It takes a lifetime to build a great reputation, but minutes to destroy it.

We had a relatively small job that many electricians could not be bothered to even quote for, but Neill came out and quoted as promised. His electrician was friendly, punctual and did the job quickly and tidily, the charge was fair, what more can you ask.

Fitted external LAN cabling to domestic premises. Efficient and professional service, we are delighted with the results, we would happily recommend Jenkins Electrical to others

Professional, prompt and good communicators. Will use again.

Responded quickly and electrician was polite friendly and efficient- would recommend.

Came and sorted in no time at all. Office staff also very helpful when booking.

Thoroughly recommend them

Great service as always

Excellent service and really good job!

Great first time experience I had with this company. Pleasant lady on the phone for booking. Their engineer Marvin was on time, friendly, efficient, tidy and polite. A great asset to your team. I am very happy to have found a self conscious electrician who has pride in his work. I definitely recommend their service. I will be using them again once I get my list of jobs to be done ready for them! Lovely working with you and thankyou again.

Excellent company to do business with, extremely professional, we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very good experience all round could not of delt with such nice and helpful company will definitely use them again

First experience with this new service provider the three people I've dealt with are pleasant and easy to deal with. Josh the electrician was very helpful in fitting two new bedroom fans. I would be happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

Neill Jenkins is always my first port of call for all electrical enquiries. I am so grateful that he will cover both major installations and small problems that occur. I highly recommend this firm!

Very professional and friendly service by a knowledgeable and hard working team. Would recommend.

I used Jenkins Electrical Maintenance 5 months ago and gave them a glowing review. I used them again last week for some more electrical work. I was not disappointed. Neill again helped us choose the most appropriate solution to our needs. He was extremely helpful and quickly sorted out a quote. Marvin, who was assigned to carry out the work, was brilliant. He was punctual, tidy, very courteous, and did a great job. Thank you once again for delivering such good work, and I have no hesitation in recommending Jenkins Electrical Maintenance.

Fantastic service, professional and friendly team. Excellent price. We are delighted with the job , would definitely recommend to others.

Professional and pleasant team who were a pleasure to have in my home with excellent communication. More then that as one part had not arrived by the time the work was done, as soon as the part was in, they attended and installed it. Also had an issue with a missing bulb in a sealed unit and as soon as I mentioned the issue, someone was here to resolve it. I will be using them again if needed and will recommend them to all.

Fantastic service and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Neill at a competitive price. Complete rewiring. Recommended.

Enquired for inspection of a faulty fire alarm and emergency lighting system - only the alarms were checked. After a month of emailing back and forth was advised there had been an admin error so half the job was completed - but was expected to pay for another call out to complete what was originally asked.

Good comms, timely response and professional approach to providing a landlords EICR

This company employs professional electrical workers who do their job well for the customer.

I would 100% recommend. Neill the manager is professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I explained my situation and he provided all the details I required to make an informed decision. The EICR report he provided was incredibly detailed and informative. Great company, would definitely use again.

A straight forward job completed professionally

Excellent service. 100% satisfied.

Performed electrical inspection for a rental. We had tenants lined up and inspection identified a number of faults with the property. We had a strict deadline where tenants needed to move in! All work was done as per deadline.

I have used this company twice now, firstly in August last year and just this week when Josh came to fit pendulum lights. I have been impressed by the response time from Jenkins Electrical and the feeling that no job to too much bother. I have found them to be extremely polite and leave no mess at all. Would thoroughly recommend.

Good detail and customer service. Would use again

I have used Jenkins Electrical on many occasions now to undertake EICRs on rental properties and any carryout any work required. Neill is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain any issues clearly. All work by Neill or one of his team has been timely and professional and they leave jobs tidy. Reliably good service, and they get repeat business because of it.

Fast, efficient, polite and I will use them again. Thanks!

Quick and efficient response to instal a cooker hob

The election was very polite and helpful

We had excellent service from Jenkins Electrical Maintenance. Neill responded quickly to my enquiry and came out to give me a quote. On the day of the work, Josh arrived on time and quickly got on with the work. He kept me informed at all time about his progress. The outside light we wanted was being delivered by the Post Office and the strikes meant this installation was delayed. I was kept informed about the progress and as soon as it was available, Josh came back to fit it. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you to Josh and Neill and I shall be using Jenkins Electrical Maintenance in the future for any electrical work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Needed a job doing within a couple of weeks and it was all quoted and completed within my time scale. Received notifications when they were on the way, workmen were friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

Good professional service (and nice guys!)

I highly recommend the company. They have done few jobs for me. Excellent and Friendly service.

We were very happy with the work and the speed of response.

Good communication, work carried out quickly and satisfactorily.Good advice given regarding future work. Very satisfied. Another job done for us and all the above still apply.I am sure there will be other work needed and we will have no hesitation in using Jenkins electrical services.

I needed a light fitting to be replaced pretty much asap and they were very accommodating. Booking was easy, on the day I could even follow the contractor’s movements so I can see where he is and I can get ready. I would recommend them!

Josh and Neill worked tirelessly in our house installing a wired in heat and smoke alarm system together with wireless switching system. Very impressed and two nice fellas. Would highly recommend.

Arrived on time, professional work carried out by Josh and explained everything along the way which was great. Any problems found with safety were highlighted and explained well so they can be fixed. It was quite messy work they had to do (fuseboard upgrade and new sockets) but they cleaned up after themselves and the end result looks exactly as required. The general organisation and booking/payment system the company uses works very well and leaves no confusion as to the work happening. Will be using again myself and would recommended

With I first contacted Jenkins Electrical given an appointment date for two days later, communication with them could not be faulted. I was regularly informed by text re time arrival and name of the engineer, Marvin, who was prompt, very polite, professional and rapidly isolated the reason for the ceiling light failures. Most impressed and would not hesitate to contact them with any future electrical issues.

The guys did a great job for us will definitely use again. Thanks again

Neill is extremely professional and very responsive, highly recommended.

Excellent service, 100% recommended. Reasonably priced. Helpful information and advice given prior to work. Job was carried out promptly and efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy. I shall definitely be using this company again

We had our new garden shed wired for lights and sockets. Also had outdoor lights installed. Josh completed the job and it was perfect. Lovely job done and left the area clean and tidy. Great communication from quote to finished job. We recommend this company.

I have used this company before, and the service was as good as expected. Friendly team and good quality work, with good advice on ongoing requirements.

Last year they relaced the CU fuse box ,carried out all checks as per Morrisons advice when new gas/electic meters were fitted. This Tuesday 1/11/22 they replaced two ceiling lights, well pleased with everything,

Very good experience, fusebox changed and other items, entire test of circuitry. Organised and responsive.

Was really impressed with contact from the company from the very beginning. Multiple texts and communication letting me know when the engineer would arrive. Engineer was very friendly and helpful. Gave sound and useful advice and was quick to provide solutions for our heating system problem. Very reliable company and although no work has been carried out yet, I was impressed by our initial contact and home visit and will keep in mind for any future work.

Great communication, tidy work would recommend

I replaced two sets of five light bulbs with dimmable led equivalents, used the original switches, and found the light bulbs flickering madly. I contacted Neill at Jenkins, etc., and he managed to fit in an inspection and price estimate, and to arrange the replacement of the two switches before our family dinner party was to be held. The job involved enlargement of the holes within which the replacements were to be fitted, so I was expecting to see bare plasterwork upon completion of the job. I don't know how Neill managed to do it, but I was astonished to see that, upon completion of his work, there was no sign whatsoever that he had even been in the house, even to the extent that he had hoovered the area surrounding both switches, and moved back our furniture into their original positions! We are so very grateful to Neill for what he has done for us, and have no hesitation in recommending him and his company, Jenkins Electrical.

Needed a new electric shower installed and used Neill and his team again, due to using them before and being very happy with the service we received. Once again, a great job was done, my daughter is very happy with her new shower. Thank you!

Response to my call was next day, brilliant. Marvin arrived on time. Professional approach to my call out. Slight problem did occur, however, it was sorted to my satisfaction immediately. Cannot fault the response time and communication. First class experience. Having had many disappointing tradesmen in the past it was an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with Jenkins Electrical.

I needed new strip lights under my kitchen cupboards. They replied to my request very quickly. The lights have been installed by a very nice young man and I am delighted. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Neill responded very promptly after contact and gave a timely appointment within a week. Kindly rang two days earlier than this and offered earlier appointment. Attended on time and worked thoroughly to identify the problem with the electrical earth system. Repairs carried out to a high standard and all done with a friendly and professional manner. A reliable company that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Very impressed with the service received. We needed an electrical survey for a house purchase and Jenkins worked with us to produce the report in time to meet our exchange date. Excellent communication throughout and received the report promptly, would definitely use again.

Great service from start to finish. Fitting 2 external light fittings and 2 indoor pendent lights. Also gave good advise on possible future work. Great value with friendly and professional electrician.

Very prompt, electrician was friendly and professional. Prices very good. Would highly recommend.

Really nice company. Great communication, reasonably priced. Only needed someone for a couple of small jobs and it's nice when a company treats you the same as if it was a massive job. Will us again.

Next day service, very punctual and efficient. Good value and will definitely use again.

Neill installed an external Ethernet cable to provide internet access to a garden flat. He gave good advice, the installation is up and working for a very happy tenant.

This company turned up on time, carried out a very thorough inspection and wrote a very comprehensive report. I would certainly use them to carry out work again.

Unrivalled communication and customer service. I would have no hesitation in using Jenkins Electrical again in the future. Many thanks Neill.

Had someone from the company come out to install 2 ceiling fans, one in the lounge and one in my sons room, he done a great job considering the fan instructions weren't easy to read. I would definitely recommend this company, not only is the job done to perfection but they also arrive on time. I will be using this company again when I need another ceiling fan in my lounge because it doesn't look right with only one. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

We were kept up to date by email regarding the time of arrival and charged as per original quote. Would definitely use again and recommend in future.

What a find! At last an electrition you can trust and really knows his stuff. Whenever I might need an electrition in the future this is the company I will use. His excellent customer service system tells you when he will be with you. Very important too...you don't feel your being "ripped off".

Unlike some electricians that say they can do the job then don't turn, Jenkins turned up and did the job when he said he would. He did a professional job and for me was well worth the money to fit an isolation switch . He is my definite go to electrician if I need him. Thanks Neil.

Did exactly what was recommended to upgrade our CU and carry out relevant safety checks, which I hasten to add was done by two young but very professional electricians, a credit to themselves and Neill,a job well done and thank you.
