Fusion Electrical Contracting (NW) Ltd

Great service, great lads what more can you say

Highly recommend. Saw these guys at the electrical wholesalers. As I didn’t have contacts in my new home, they kindly gave me their details. So, from Vicky in the office, to James who came to quote and finally to Chris who installed my new light fittings. All were professional, friendly and competitively priced. I’ve already recommended Fusion to family. Huge thanks.

Needed a new shower fitting, I found Fusion helpful, it was easy to book and price for the work was very reasonable. The job was done on time, very professionally and left everything clean and tidy on completion. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service . Came out within 1hr spent all day moving sockets and fitting a light . Refused a brew and just got stuck in . Explained everything and gave advice and ideas .

Highly professional and trustworthy service.

Absolutely brilliant service. Arrived right on time and worked so hard. Once my EV charger was fitted he helped me with the app and got it all working and explained everything to me. Cleaned everywhere up afterwards too!! Would definitely use again and I highly recommend them. Thank you

Excellent service Excellent staff

Extremely efficient and quick when requiring a quote to install a new LED bathroom mirror. The lads were friendly, arrived promptly and left the bathroom clean and tidy. Thanks for a great service

Another good job completed today. Electrian was very friendly an e efficient. Great service as always! 😀

I had these guys around to do a quote for some electrical work and I was absolutely amazed by how thorough they were taking the time to fully assess the job looking for holes in my previous survey and explaining what was wrong in layman's terms so I could understand. Disclaimer, I have not had any work done by them yet but they have already spent a lot of time digging for the best and most correct solution for my problem

Excellent service fitting new powerpoints. Efficient and friendly. You get what you pay for with Fusion.

Fusion have always been excellent - they've handled several jobs for me in the past and consistently delivered great work. This time the property initially failed an EICR certificate and needed quite a bit of work. Despite the tight deadline, they got everything done on time and to a high standard. All the staff are so helpful and personable.

Really excellent company. They've done multiple jobs for us and have now saved my mum's house from catching fire, as well as installing a new hob, in an emergency situation and we couldn't be more grateful for their care and attention. Thank you so much.

Professional friendly team of electricians. Came to our home before fitting the shower and gave us a no obligation quote. Would definitely go with Fusion again. Thank you for doing a great job 👍

Very happy with the work done (new sockets and hanging new tv on wall with concealed cables). The lads were punctual, friendly and tidy. We will definitely use Fusion for any future jobs.

I come to this review as a factory manager and as an experienced project manager. For context, I wanted to install 3 phase supply in my property due to other projects I will be undertaking so I needed an electrician. Now, I went to market to get quotes and most people/companies that I contacted were either not interested, quoted me out of interest or simply ignored me, this is where Fusion shined right from the beginning, conversations were had, quotes were handled and decisions made. From the project management phase with my ridiculous questions that were thoroughly responded to in detail, to a road map of both works and specifications Fusion delivered. Don’t be fooled by the small nature of the company (if you do your homework with Companies house) this company means business, customer service next to none, attention to details that is rare to come across and a stern commitment and dedication reminiscent of old school ways of doing things with 21st century customer service in mind. I can’t recommend Fusion enough, judging how they delivered this install I can only surmise that their industrial work is also on par if not better. Oh! And they also do simple things like come around to change a socket apparently 😊 Again, thank you Fusion!

The Fusion Team were absolutely Amazing - From start to finish this company went above and beyond my expectations.! which is truly refreshing . Fusion are extremely professional, informative as noticeably they kept me in the loop at every stage. From our experience they are highly skilled, meticulous at their job and above all a complete pleasure to do business with. All paperwork and certifications were presented as soon as the work was completed - which was occurring whilst on site as each item of the project was being ticked off . Highly efficient !! I found all the team I was involved with , James (MD), Brooke, Vicky (Admin )Chris, Joe, Kian and Mike (Electricians) a first class outstanding team of positive individuals - who actually seem to enjoy what they do. They were able to think through complex technical details/diagrams for example - with the new UV systems we were having installed , after they had not had any previous experience working with such kit before. However I had every faith Fusion could handle the works which they did and the standard of work was brilliant. They turned up when they said they would and delivered a sensational service throughout - Having had numerous electrical jobs/ upgrades on my list needing completion for many years - After searching and appointing Fusion Electrical - James and his team came in and cleared the entire list and all outstanding works during half term for us. !! It feels like a huge weight has been taken off my shoulders and I can breath again. As a business owner I have numerous hats to wear and am pulled in various directions every day - Having an exceptional professional team around me who just deliver and get on with their specialist job enabling me to get on with mine , is essential and paramount to my company 's continued success . Aqua Babies UK Ltd intend to work with Fusion Electrical at our various locations for many years to come - no need to look elsewhere these guys are incredible . A huge thank you goes to them all.

Excellent service from point of contact right through to job completion. I would recommend this company

This is the second time I have used this companies services. Both times I have found them very professional and efficient. The engineers were pleasant and respectful of property.I have no hesitation in recommending to all.

I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested. Fitted lights and replacing sockets. They went above and beyond and left the place spotless. Recommend. Thank you 😊

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Great prompt and professional service from the lady in the office, the gentleman who came to quote for the job and Steve and Joe who carried out the work. I have no hesitation in recommending Fusion.Electrical Contractors.

Fusion Electrical recently completed a full electrical survey and upgraded the consumer unit in our home. From start to finish, their professionalism was impressive. Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.

Professional, polite and courteous

Very competitive price and appointments were kept (and on time too). Wiring in of new outside light which proved a bit tricky, but was handled competently and with humour. Pleasant experience all round and would definitely use again. Recommended.

Excellent experience - arrived on time and were really efficient

Dealing with Fusion was straightforward. The office staff were polite and helpful and did everything they could to get my work completed promptly. The electricians who worked at my house were very friendly and respectful of my property and my needs. Their prices were fair and the billing was really clear. I would definitely recommend Fusion.

We have used Fusion Electrical on a couple of occasions (most recently in October 2024) and their offering is second to none. Expert technicians, fair pricing, prompt and clear communication with knowledgeable and courteous staff. All round pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

Very professional, great communication and good attention to detail when completing the job. Thanks very much

I’ve used Fusion Electrical many times over the last 3 years and every time they’ve been excellent. All the people that have come round have been really professional and friendly, and the work they’ve carried out has been excellent.

I have used Fusion twice and on both occasions they have been excellent. They sorted a broken underground power supply to my garage about a year ago and today they fitted an external socket in my garden. Communication has been prompt and efficient and the staff I dealt with have been friendly and professional. I highly recommend Fusion.

Fusion Electrical replaced two storage heaters with fully controllable electric radiators and also installed a heated towel rail in my bathroom. Also my water heating system was tested & OK. The Fusion ream arrived promptly and completed the entire job without any fuss, leaving no mess whatsoever and fully explaining the functions and operation of the new equipment. Nothing was too much trouble and I would certainly recommend Fusion Electrical to friends, family, anyone. Definitely a 5 star performance , many thanks.

Outside light replaced and bedroom wall light pull cord fixed, very pleased with the service. Good communication, efficient and polite.

Fusion Electrical are a very professional firm and easy to deal with. The electrcian did the jobs well.

Great experience - needed some lighting faults identified and fixed, and Fusion were quick to provide a quotation and schedule the work. The guys who did the job were friendly, tidy and efficient, and sorted the problems.

Fusion Electricals fitted an extractor fan in my shower room. Had amazing service from start to finish. Friendly people, communicated every step of the way, even letting me know they were running 20 mins late for installation. High quality finish and left the room tidy. I would highly recommend.

A small job, but nothing was too much trouble. Professional, efficient and friendly service with great communications throughout. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use this company again, should the need arise. I wish that I got this level of service from every company I use.

Great job, as always.

Best thing I ever did contacting Fusion, from the young lady I spoke to in the office, the boss who came to look at the job and the lad that carried out the work, all of them first rate. Can’t praise them highly enough. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thankyou so much for your efficient service.

High quality work, friendly and reliable and utterly trustworthy - everything will be done to a very high standard. Used several times at a couple of properties now. Couldn’t recommend higher.

Superb service. They gave a detailed quote following the initial visit, including a range of options we had asked about. Flexible in terms of booking in the day for the work. The electrician was friendly and polite, did a very neat job and left the space clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Guys were efficient, courteous and did a very neat job, leaving no mess(!) Not the first time I've used Fusion and the standard has remained incredibly high, thank you!!

Excellent prompt service - installing new sockets. Electrician made sure that Eve was left clean and tidy. Thank you

Outstanding service. Front office razor sharp, with prompt call-backs, Email confirmation of visit timings, a check-in a couple of days in advance and again on the day. Really reassuring. The electrician was spot on time, really friendly, whipped off his shoes on entry and performed the job to standard, no problems at all. Highly recommended. They're now on my mobile under Electrician.

Used Fusion for years on jobs large and small, fantastic every time, polite and clean workers but above all else their work is always correct

Great service and well priced! Changed some light fittings, light switches and plug sockets at short notice and even went above and beyond to do a revisit the following day to change another part which I hadn’t even asked them to quote for. Both electricians who attended were clean and tidy and completed the work to a high standard. I would definitely recommend and will use again next time I need electrical work completing.

Used Fusion Electrical for the second time in the past 2 years and found the company very professional and efficient with friendly staff and good communication throughout the job. Highly recommended!

Dean did amazing job fitting ceiling light, extra socket and replacing a cracked socket, really top bloke👍

Excellent service. Initial visit and quote were completed really quickly, and they were patient when I took a while to confirm when I wanted the job booking. The job was done quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption and we are really pleased with our security lights. It’s clear the team are passionate about what they do and this shows in the standard of workmanship. Would definitely recommend!

I have used Fusion Electrical several times, most recently for a very minor issue (a flickering light). In spite of it being such a small job, they attended promptly and dealt with it in the usual professional and friendly manner. Highly recommended.

I needed a new plug socket installing in my bedroom. They came out to quote the job, arrived early, took their shoes off, were very professional. The quote was better than i expected. On the day of the job they turned up early, talked me through what they were going to do, i left them to it and the job was completed without any issues. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Top work lads! I'll definitely use them again.

Have used Fusion previously. They did some small jobs for us on this visit. They turned up promptly to give us an estimate for the work. Were flexible and accommodating when agreeing a date for the work to be done, this helped us greatly. Turned up on time on the day and did a good job. Probably not the cheapest but reliable providers of good quality components and overall service. Will use them again.

Highly professional, efficient and friendly service from the whole Fusion Team. Special mention to Vicky making our booking, Tom visiting and writing the job spec and quote, then Dean and Alfie doing the work. Thank you Team Fusion - No hesitation recommending to others.

Thrilled with the work carried out. Brief followed correctly, polite and friendly on arrival. The guys left the office immaculate and zero damage to walls so no touching up required. All in all a smooth and easy process from the quote to the job being completed :) We will definitely be using your company again for any future work we may need.

Just started to use the company and so far very impressed. Engineers turn up at times state by the office, paperwork is timely and communication is excellent. James is very professional and technical accordingly to my Estates Manager and we are looking forward to working with them in the long term

Excellent work by Fusion. Dean has been in twice for 3 different jobs and he was on time on both occasions. He was very polite, answering any questions I had and giving suggestions. No mess left behind. Will not hesitate to use again.

I used Fusion Electrical for a job involving removal of old storage heaters and replacement modern electrical heaters. Throughout the process, I have found all members of staff to be super helpful and friendly. From arranging a home visit for the quote, to booking in the job and then carrying out the job itself - it was really easy. There was a wait between receiving the quote and booking the job in due to a delay with my management co providing approval, but they were friendly throughout and very patient - and also honoured the original quote despite the delay. On the day of the job itself they were fantastic and such pleasant guys to deal with. Living in the city centre, parking isn’t easy and (unlike other work/trades people I have had out) did not complain, just got on with it. My flat is a duplex and they did the work a floor at a time, meaning I was able to work from the other floor. I barely even noticed they were there. They did the work diligently and quickly and before I knew it, the work was done and they were on their way. I’m so pleased with the end result - I have modern, attractive looking heaters that really make a difference in my flat. I would highly recommend using Fusion - high quality workmanship and top customer service. What more could you want!

I tried Fusion after a number of other electricians failed to respond to voicemails and texts. The phone was answered right away and an appointment made. The appointment was kept, punctually and the operatives were polite and tidied up after themselves. The job was more complicated than first thought, necessitating another appointment, which was also kept punctually. Communication was good at all times and the job was done well. After dealing with tradesmen who either don't get back to you or fail to turn up when they say they will, Fusion are a breath of fresh air.

Fusion Electrical provided an excellent service, replacing 3 wall light fittings in our lounge. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and cleared away all the mess afterwards. They did an excellent job and we will certainly use them again. Thanks guys.

Very professional team - always use them for our house.

Dean and Harrison were extremely professional and did a fantastic job replacing an electrical panel. Everyone at Fusion has been very helpful when I have spoken to them. There are probably slightly cheaper quotes available elsewhere but I wanted to know that the work would be done properly and I'll be sticking with Fusion going forward.

It was brilliant. It was booked in and carried out on the day they said they would. Miles was very professional and did such a good job. We would recommend Fusion Electrical to anyone. Payment was easy with a number of options. I would not hesitate to contact Fusion Electrical again, or, to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much.

Great service thank you

The work is perfect, really really happy! Really professional and friendly and cleaned up perfectly after the work. Would use again!

Very professional and friendly. We got a quote for several jobs and they were happy for us to have them done one at a time to spread the cost. They sent an invoice with all the costs broken down which was also really helpful. Would definitely use again.

The best electricians around, professional, friendly and reliable.

Second time we have used this service, very happy with their work and professionalism, will definitely use again. Thanks Fusion you did a good job!

Lewis attended our property to find a fault on our electrics circuit. He was professional, friendly and kept us informed about everything he did.He fixed the fault and left the room clean and tidy afterwards. Lewis is an excellent representative of Fusion Electrics, and we will definitely consider Fusion for any future work.

Very professional company from start to finish, good communication from HQ and also Dean who quoted the work required and executed the completion of it alongside his apprentice, very polite, helpful and organised.

Thanks for another great job Fusion. Really appreciate you sorting so efficiently.

Excellent straightforward and reliable company. Very happy with the work done. Would use them for any electrical work.

Fusion Electrical have recently replaced my Fluorescent Lighting with energy saving LED fittings. The whole project from beginning to end was completed in a good professional manner ,and I am well pleased with the result. The Electrician ,Peter , who did the Job went the extra mile to explain everything to my satisfaction ,and on completion the site was left clean and tidy. I would not hesitate but to recommend Fusion Electrical for any future electrical work.

Had a few jobs completed by Fusion now over the last couple of years and the jobs have always been completed to my satisfaction with minimal disruption. Great team, reliable and highly recommended for any electrical work,10 out of 10 team Fusion!

Highly professional and reliable company. Couldnt be happier and more satisfied. James is brilliant, very helpful.

It is often difficult to find a business which emphasises a focus on its core business and fulfills the requirements that the customer has, which of course is fundamental. Fusion has all the ingredients of a successful business which comes as no surprise when you see them on site,Lewis and Jim were punctual, polite and crucially competent. The work completed was to the highest standard and customer needs fulfilled. Thanks guys, now looking to phase 2

We wanted to get or sky glass wall mounted in the lounge so asked fusion Electrical to create two PowerPoints halfway up the wall. Before they did this they explained that it wouldn't be the simple job we'd hoped for as they would have to cut out a TV sized recess in the wall to achieve it. They suggested that rather than wall mount the TV we should have a sturdy fireplace for the TV to stand on which would achieve the same aesthetic result but not compromise the insulation of the wall . I hadn't considered the impact on our heating bill of removing such a large section of insulation. Having a feature fireplace is something I've always wanted so I'm really glad they didn't let us go ahead and make a mess of the lounge! They even refunded the cost of wall mounting the TV which was great. If you don't understand electricals and need a trustworthy firm I'd happily recommend this firm. And we-ll use them again too.

I employed Fusion to put an electrical supply into my garden shed, and iam not disappointed with the job they did. The electrician worked diligently and was one of the tidiest workman I have ever employed. The whole process from beginning ( survey) to the completion of the job was done in an exemplary manner. Would not hesitate to recommend the team for any electrician installation.

Work was done on time, efficiently and the electrician they sent over was great. Would definitely use in future.

I found the whole experience with Fusion to be excellent due to the professionalism, quality of work and reliability of the team. The job was done on time, without delay, and to the exact specification I asked. A* grade customer service…

Very pleased with the work carried out. Good Communication. Very professional and competitive prices. Would definitely use again.

Lewis was great - extremely pleasant, friendly and did a great job.

Had a few different jobs done around the house on a few occasions by Pete, very friendly, efficient and reliable. The communication and customer service is great, all queries were actioned immediately. Would definitely recommend😊

Really efficient service, in terms of both requesting the original quote and getting the work completed. When I requested the original quote, it was made clear that they might not be the cheapest but would definitely be the most professional - and I would agree wholeheartedly. Historically it’s always been a bit of a lottery to find a really high quality electrician but I would 100% use them for any future work required. Many thanks to Frankie and the team

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jan ,James , Frankie and Campbell . I’m very happy with all the works carried out in my house . The lads did a great job and were both professional , friendly and courteous and clean up too .

Very professional and clear when explaining everything. At no point did I feel under pressure to have the work done. Staff were friendly. The work completed (a review of our houses electrics and then repairs following said review) was done on time and we have no complaints. We would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Pete and Alex were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend.

Great service. Polite competent and friendly staff. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you Frankie. A delight!

Brilliant service from Fusion Electrical team. Everyone I dealt with was really polite, helpful and quick to respond. Dean who came to remove a socket for me was friendly, efficient and tidy, and went above and beyond, even helping me with a separate issue with an electric shower too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I had a timer bathroom fan replaced. Excellent job with no mess. What most impressed me was getting a phone call to confirm the visit and all on time. Very straightforward and reliable, I definitely recommend Fusion.

I asked this company to do some work for me, it was completed quickly. They listened to wat I wanted. They moved some switch’s and changed some light fittings. The switch are in the right place and the light fitting looks great. Thank you so much!

Arrived on time, courteous and polite electrician. Respectful, removed shoes without me having to ask. Double checked the ask before beginning work. Fitting a socket for wall mounted TV. Minimal damage to decor and absolutely no mess left afterwards. Very pleased. Recommended!

Firstly, James who came to quote for the work I needed was very honest and explained everything about the work required in great detail. Secondly, Jan at Fusion Electrical is so accommodating and helpful when arranging time slots for the electricians. Thirdly, the electricians Rich, Jake and Lewis, did a very professional job at my property which I was delighted with. They are all so pleasant and friendly to deal with and they work to a high standard indeed. I would certainly highly recommend them for any electrical work you need.

Another excellent job just completed by Fusion. Installation of a new consumer unit and a car charger point fitted. From start to finish the whole team were great to work with from Jan in the office to the electricians who did the install. James, the owner came out to price the job for us and the quote arrived the same day....perfect service. We also didn't have to wait long for the installation which was important for us. The guys turned up at on time and were a pleasure to have here, polite, tidy and worked to the time frame given. Really happy with the job they did and cannot fault the service we have received. Highly recommended Fusion.

The job was well done. They are also very friendly, and I will call them again

Highly professional company, with friendly staff. Have used many times and would recommend.

Fusion have undertaken a couple of projects at our home up to date. We always receive a speedy response when we ask questions & anyone that visits our property have been punctual and well mannered. We’ve had an electrical socket fitted out back, soffits with downlighters fitted & work has been carried out to external lighting in the communal part of our estate. Thank you everyone @ Fusion :)

Fusion electrical are an excellent company to trade with, fitted a replacement fan in my en suite, were once again punctual, polite and very proffesional

We were really pleased with the service right through from the initial visit to the completion of the work. The engineers who visited were very professional as was the job they performed. The area was left very tidy afterwards. We would definitely use and recommend Fusion in future

Peter, James, Jan and the whole team at Fusion are just fantastic. After a great experience doing stuff in our house, we engaged them to do work in our garden. They were responsive, creative and once again delivered premium quality work with great turnaround times. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Fusion were excellent, stayed in touch at all times. The engineers were prompt and the work was complete in the time that was stated. Particular thanks to Pete and Alex, who did a fantastic job and left my home spotless. I would thoroughly recommend, and would use Fusion again.

I’ve no hesitation in recommending Fusion. We had various electrical jobs completed by the team to a high standard. The guys are knowledgable, friendly, and very professional - a pleasure to have working around your home. Communication was exemplary from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Fusion for any future electrical needs.

Frankie was great and took his time to make sure everything was right before he left. He also didn't mind our dog following him around the house. Everything in the house now works, quite a nice feeling. Thanks!

Fusion Electrical installed a double socket in our garage. Very professional approach, and work. Would recommend.

I thoroughly recommend Fusion for all electrical work. They completely rewired our house, fitted security lighting, new fans and sockets. Everyone at the company is very friendly, professional and efficient. The communication and customer service is second to none. All my texts and phone calls were responded to immediately and actioned. Couldn’t ask for more.

Brilliant service at short notice. Moved two internal sockets for a bespoke cabinet job, when the cabinet design changed they came back at very short notice to build it into the unit. Also fitted external sockets for me. Efficient, reliable, clean and tidy - thanks Jake and the team!

What a service Fusion provide. Having been stung by a rogue electrician in the past it’s such a relief to find a reputable, quality and professional local business. From start to finish the communication, quote and workmanship has been exemplary. Peter our electrician on the day is a credit to your business, who was very respectful of us having to work from home and got the job done cleanly and to a very high standard. This was followed the day after with our electrical certificate, totally unheard of with other electricians I have used, very impressed! Thanks again Fusion, I won’t be going anywhere else now if I need electrical work done to my property.

Communication was great and queries were responded to quickly and everything explained in away that I could understand. Couldn't be happier with the level of service received from start to finish.

Really pleased with the work carried out by Fusion updating and replacing our communal lighting. Communication was brilliant James replied to my queries quickly. The team were very professional, they arrived on time their work was clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fusion.

Excellent service from booking job until the job was carried out professionally and on time i would highly recommend Fusion Electrical and i will definitely be using them again in future 👍

We have had a variety of different jobs done by Fusion over the years and can't recommend them enough. Really professional, high quality work. The guys are all lovely and nice to have in your home. Leave the place clean and tidy always :)

Fab service again from fusion. Arrive on time and always professional and friendly. Great local company and would highly recommend them

Really impressed with the service of Fusion Electrical (NW) Ltd from contacting me based on the ad from checkatrade, the electrician coming to give the quote and the works completed. The electricians Frankie and Campbell were very polite, engaging and professional. They kept us informed on the job status and stayed beyond the end of their working day to make sure we were happy that the motion sensor time delay was correct and even waited for me to buy a bulb for them to install. Absolutely would recommend Fusion Electrical and will use them again.

The boys came on time and did a very good job and they got the hover our as well . Thanks 👍

As always professional, reliable and trustworthy service. I have had some really bad experiences with tradesmen over the last few months and Fusion Electrical and their electrician Peter made me remember what a trusted tradesman actually looks like!

Prompt, efficient and tidy & super knowledgeable. What more could you ask for. A genuinely friendly helpful team. Thanks for all your help Fusion! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Fusion Electrical were excellent overall. Painstaking and imaginative in what turned out to be an awkward job. Clean and considerate to our home and I would recommend them unreservedly and. indeed, have already done so to my daughters.

Work was completed about a month ago, I've been so busy but I really wanted to share this review. I am so pleased with the work completed by Fusion. They visited for a quote and a few weeks later, we booked in the work once we had moved in. We had plug sockets fixed and moved. Work was tidy, exactly what we wanted and great cost. All communication was promptly replied to by Jan and I have already recommended Fusion and would definitely use them again.

Amazing service from start to finish - responsive and easy to contact/book work in, really professional staff from quotation to works being done and very reasonable prices. Will definitely be using again!!

Very professional from start to finish. Did a great job fitting a spotlight and an electric socket/aerial in our main bedroom. Cleaned up after the job was done and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right! Thumbs up from me!

I've used Fusion a few times over the last few months for electrical work for both myself and my parents. They provided clear written quotes, turn up on time, clean working and excellent reliable service.

Fusion did a full safety check for me, provided a great service. I've had more work done by them since and again good service and professional work. Friendly staff and easy to get on with. Thanks.

Fusion did a really good job at our new house, removing old cables and lights. They were quick, efficient, chatty and cleaned up as well. I would hire them again.

Absolute professionals. Cant recommend them enough. The guys fitted a new sign outside my shop, they were professional, helpful and cleaned and removed every bit of rubbish. Thankyou

I can’t compliment the guys at Fusion enough. Their goal is to be professional, approachable and trustworthy, and they very much tick all 3 boxes. They visited my property and quoted me for connecting my garden pub to my house mains. Compared to a couple of other electricians I had come round, they clearly knew what they were doing and quickly proposed the best way to achieve the outcome I was after. We then agreed a date for this 2-day job and they turned up on time and completed the work to schedule. The guys were very pleasant to deal with and, probably most importantly, I have 100% peace of mind that the work has been done to the required standard. Not only would I highly recommend Fusion, but I plan to use them again once I’ve constructed two further out buildings.

Fusion Electrical are the best tradesmen find I've made in years and I won't use anyone else for my electrical needs. I've used them twice in recent weeks, once for planned work and once for an emergency electrical fault. Both times they sent incredibly professional and polite electricians over to do the jobs and in the case of the emergency work they were here within hours (early, I might add) to sort it out. Their pricing is also very reasonable in comparison to the pricing I received for the work from similarly sized companies in the area. I would recommend them, and have.

Excellent service. Clear estimate. Easy to get an appointment. Peter was quick, COVID-safe, very pleasant and respected our house. We’ve used them before and will certainly use them again.

Great work, reasonable price

This is the second time we have used Fusion. Very professional company, turn up on time and jobs are carried out to a high standard. Peter was very polite and considerate, making sure we were happy with placement of the lights and was a clean and tidy worker. Would highly recommend and will use them again when needed

We got the folk at Fusion to uninstall an outside light for us; they were punctual, really communicative and very professional throughout. A problem came up with our existing circuitry while they were on site and they sorted it at no extra cost. Highly recommended!

3rd time we have used Fusion, always do an excellent job

Outstanding work carried out by Fusion Electrical, Alex and Rick were very professionals, were on time, carried out all the job I raised to a good standard, they cleaned up after themselves to a good standard, would definitely recommend them to my families and friends and would use them again , thank you :)

A good efficient service. Will use again.

Appointment was easily booked. Frankie arrived on time and caused no disruption while he carried out the EICR. Frankie was polite and respectful throughout. Great communication from office staff too. Very helpful. Would recommend this company.

Fusion did an incredibly professional job for me. We had lots of small jobs after moving into a new house including replacing light fittings, adding new power points in the bedrooms and relocating the phone line. The two guys came and did the work in a very professional manner and showed lots of knowledge when I needed to make decisions. It was great to see them at the end doing a long safety check and they did a great cleaning up job after them too. Will definitely use again.

Very professional, easy booking, good communication, job done (remove old and install two new security lights) to a high standard and very respectful, professional guys who did the job. Would highly recommend.

Reliable and professional service. Great to find a Company willing to do a small job - replace a socket. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Fusion for all your electric installation needs. James and the team worked wonders in our house with some complex fittings. Incredible customer service and high quality work

We originally contacted James at Fusion Electrical NW requesting a full electrical survey and investigation of possible electrical surges at our business. Since then communication has been excellent, and the work was booked in for a date quite soon after the initial contact. The two engineers that attended were friendly and proffesional, and we have been very happy with the work they performed. They made sure to set everything to rights afterwards and everything was left clean and tidy. Finally, the job was completed within the expected time and at for the price quoted in advance. Overall, we are very happy to continue working with Fusion Electrical NW going forwards, and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a reliable and good quality Electricans with excellent communication!

Fusion did a great job on fitting two replacement lights for us. They were reasonably priced, their communication was great, and have no complaints. Would definitely use again.

Very efficient and professional . would definitely be using them again in the future as after having bad experiences in the past with other companies at last found somebody I can trust

Fusion have carried out work for me on several occasions, and are always helpful, suggesting ideas and the best way of doing things. They come and see you to go through the work you would like doing, provide a comprehensive quote, set a date for the work and are always professional. Good after sales too.

I contacted Fusion back in July when we purchased our house in order for them to complete an electrical survey. Whilst this wasn't done during the buying process, we decided it needed checking over. It initially took them around a month in order for them to do the survey. They were extremely busy but given their reviews, I felt it was worthwhile to wait for them and didn't feel like I was being fobbed off. On completion of the survey, it was identified that there was the potential for a rewiring of the bottom level of the house. It appeared that the lighting was somehow wired to the plugs (!), along with other issues! We managed to then book them for two months later in October (our choice around commitments etc) for them to then rectify the issues shown on the survey. We also managed to arrange a site visit beforehand with James to help us understand the work that they could do and the potential damage involved. Sam who attended the property to complete the work was courteous and clean - taking up floor boards and carpets, but then replacing them and hoovering after completing his work. He managed to identify the problems without the need of a rewire as originally planned (this was given as a worst case scenario to us so that we were aware this could be possible) and was therefore quicker than expected doing the works (along with it being considerably cheaper and less messy!). We were also kept up to date by both him and the office on the works and if we were happy. James and all the guys at Fusion are great and they do the work to a high standard and you feel you can trust them. I will be looking to use them in the future to complete the cosmetic side of the electrical work once the house is fully decorated. Thanks again guys!

The electrician was punctual, professional and very polite. Good workmanship. I'm very pleased with the service.

Really professional from quote to installation, to after-service. Highly recommended

September 2020 - Approximately 2 years after completing the original job, listed below, Fusion have just finished some extra work for me. Delighted to say they are still showing the same great standards and care. Really impressive, competent work. The job included drilling through new render and brick to install an outside light. I was concerned that brick-dust would stain the new render so the electrician took extra care to ensure this wasn't an issue. A thorough job, well executed!

Fusion fitted some new lights for us. Fast work and finished to a very high standard - we were very happy with the results.

Excellent. Good quality work. Tidy and professional.

Came to give quote when they said they would then good service and communication all the way through. No mess very professional Thanks foe a good job well done.

We've used Fusion many times for small electrical jobs around our house. They are extremely reliable, provide detailed quotes, and the team is always professional and carries out jobs promptly and to an exceptional standard. They always provide great advice and would highly recommend them.

the lads at fusion came to install two new ovens.Quick, friendly, dependable service. One very happy customer.

I would highly recommend Fusion Electrical which is run by James Harrison. James and his team (Rick et al) provide a professional, efficient and quality service at reasonable prices. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've used Fusion and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Rick/James.

Called Fusion Electrical at 7pm on a Friday night due to having a complete power cut / fault. James arrived within the hour and worked late into the night to identify & fix the fault. Fantastic service from start to finish. Would recommend highly.

Following an extension we needed to add two mains connected fire detectors connected with radio waves - ultimately the builder we used should have done! Fusion Electrical fitted the detectors in such a way they look like they were done as part of the electrical work and with very little mess or disruption. The guys were both fitted with ice masks and foot guards...10 out of 10 guys!

Fusion Electrical were very professional and the work was donje to a high standard. hilghly recomended

Sent an email Sunday evening, visited to review problem Monday morning, and sorted Monday lunchtime. Will definitely recommend, and use again.

I have been using Fusion Electrical for over 2 years now. Excellent service from start to finish. Detailed quotes, very friendly professional guys. Would not have anyone else 🙂

Very efficient professional service. Had a light fit which was done quickly and accurately. Thanks Rick

The electrical repair work arranged by James and carried out by Chris and colleague was professional, clean and tidy. They were punctual and sensitive and caring during the difficult times we are all experiencing at present. I totally recommend Fusion Electrical (NW) Ltd

We have just had dining room lights installed above the dining room table. Really good job and so pleased with end result. Will be using them again. Lynda, Heaton Moor.

We have used Fusion several times and another job carried out professionally and on time today. Great attitude and value for money. Belinda - Heaton Mersey

Amongst other work, main job was Kitchen 1st and 2nd fix. Did a great job, worked around other trades effortlessly and solved problems when they arose with no fuss. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I was very impressed with their work! Received quote promptly with a full break down of costs, arrived on time to complete the work, and contacted me once it had been done. Invoice received the following day. I would definately recommend Fusion Electrical to family & friends. Dylan.

An excellent, professional service. Punctual, very efficient and extremely easy to contact and do business with. We would happily recommend Fusion to friends and family in the future. Many thanks James!

Friendly and seemingly professional but we nearly had nothing to cook Xmas dinner on because of these guys. Several faults popped up in the extension they wired. Initially they returned to fix them. Last time something they had done broke they stopped answering our calls and we had to pay for someone else to correct their shoddy work.

We could not be happier with the service we had from Fusion. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. When Lewis came to carry out the work, he arrived exactly as promised and carried out the jobs very well. All through the job he kept us in the picture with progress - and the result was/is excellent. The bill was precisely as estimated and we consider to be very reasonable. Overall we are very happy and will not be looking for anyone else for any electrical work we need in the future.

Called Fusion and asked if they could put 3 new ceiling lights in our bathroom work completed 100% satisfied

Excellent Job, efficient and friendly

Fusion did some work for me today. Excellent company, I like the way they operate, good job done by very pleasant people.

Great work, did what they said they'd do very well

Called Fusion about a plug that had melted into the socket in our basement. They provided me with a quote straight away and managed to move things around that week to fit me in quickly. Works were carried out promptly and efficiently. The electrician that attended was lovely and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. Good work at a reasonable price. Will definitely Fusion again.

Fantastic work at a reasonable price

Efficient, professional, high quality service. Have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Perhaps a little slow in responding to telephone calls and text messages but that did not detract from what was in the end a very efficient and helpful service. Thank you.

Good

Very impressed with the work that James and his apprentice did on our house. Turned up as and when they said they would, even phoning ahead to confirm everything was in order. Overall, would use again and happy to recommend.

We have used Fusion for commercial electrical works on a few occasions. James and the team are extremely professional, have sound expertise and are always very thorough in their approach. I would highly recommend Fusion.

Very happy with the work James from Fusion Electrical did. I'd echo what others have already written here. Kept in touch before the job started, turned up on time, did a brilliant job. Great service - Highly recommended.

We needed security camera and a doorbell installing that we'd already bought. Fusion were excellent with the comms before the job and when it came to fitting were super professional and dead friendly. Knew what they were doing and even offered to clean up after the installation. Hard to find companies like this, We'll definitely be using them again.

Fusion have done a number of jobs for us, all professionally completed with a minimum of fuss and well priced. Highly recommended.

Genuine, friendly and professional service. From start to finish the Fusion lads have demonstrated respect for our property and were always willing to go the extra mile - giving us guidance and making logical suggestions while solving issues that were not even part of the original job. They stuck to the original quote and delivered a cracking service and believe me I am hard to please! I would recommend their services very highly and will be using them in the future. Thank you very much to James, Tom (the problem solver) and the rest of the Fusion Team from Mike & Olivia

We had several lighting jobs done along with a couple of safety issues fixed. The work has all been done efficiently and our house left commendably tidy. Fusion were recommended on the Gatley Facebook site and this is well justified.
