Ecowise Renewables Limited - Solar Panel Installers

Very friendly and helpful personnel throughout. Good work carried out. Great value, actually cheaper than I expected. No pressure to buy.

Very competent and helpful installation of solar panels, battery and grid feed. Everything worked first time and the handover was done well.

1st Class service from Ecowise, how nice it was to get a visit to measure everything up rather than relying on Google earth, Sales pitch was great and no hard sell and advised on best locations for everything, Scaffold arrived the day before the install and was swiftly put up, install team arrived on the install date given and checked everything over, quickly sorted a couple of minor issues, job completed and commissioned the same day, fitters went through everything and set up the app, scaffold removed next day, very pleased with the whole package offered by Ecowise, Highly recommended them.

Ecowise carried out a full install of 12 solar panels and battery at my property. From the initial sales visit to completion, the service exceeded expectation. The scaffold was erected the day before, followed by a highly professional team the following day, who completed the entire install of panels, battery and new meters in one day, which also included the removal of the scaffold. Everything was left clean and tidy, with full explanation of the system, apps and controls. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent service - friendly, accommodating, shared useful information. Slight hitch at installation which got sorted out promptly and politely in good time.

Fantastic installer. Very organised and passionate about their customers and service. I would highly recommend them for any solar and/or battery install.

Ecowise Renewables Ltd provided a first class end to end service. Director, Les Reynolds provided an initial consultation that was informative and did not add any pressure to sign. Follow up chats were arranged, scaffolding installed and solar panels and battery fitted promptly. The system works well and Les and Scott have been more than happy to take calls post fitting to discuss getting the best out of the system.

Very pleased with the whole experience, from the sales to fitting. Fitters were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, would recommend.

Ecowise installed solar panels on the roof of our offices. They have been great in reducing our energy bills. The company were very efficient on the install, and showed us how to use the app and equipment to monitor usage. We would highly recommend.

Great job, no mess.

They fitted a new inverter and battery when our original supplier had gone into liquidation

Very professional from initial telephone contact, visit and right through to follow up call following works completed Electrical contractor very prompt and professional and also helpful Good value for money Would recommend this company

Knowledgeable and friendly. Solar panel installation carried out cleanly with minimal disruption. Good follow up.

Very pleased with the work carried out by this company installing the solar storage battery and glad we’ve had it installed so far.

I can confidently recommend Ecowise to anyone looking for solar panels. They were on the ball from start to finish, reasonably priced and very helpful. A*** from me.

Very impressed by the Ecowise team. Les helped us to decide on the size of the system , having listened to our views and needs explained our options. The installation of our solar panels and battery were completed as promised by their own team. They were certainly well organised and once installed explained how to use the system. Follow up documentation and certificates arrived promptly as well as an ongoing offer of further assistance should we need it. We are happy to recommend Ecowise Renewables.

The installation of solar panels and battery was an incredibly easy and quick process. All my questions were answered at the initial meeting and suggestions offered in terms of future-proofing which was very helpful. The installation was completed in a single day with very little disruption; the app was loaded onto my phone and its operation explained. All the necessary paperwork was provided promptly via email. It was a very smooth process and I am very happy with the results.

Had solar panels installed. Got many quotes, ecoWise was the only company that bothered to send someone out. They gave great advise and the fitting went very smoothly. I would recommend.

Competitively priced. Knowledgeable team. Install went ahead promptly and without issue. Would happily recommend.

The whole process from start to finish was very friendly and informative , Les (Director) came round to explain the process and to give us a comprehensive & competitive quote for solar& batteries, which we accepted. Installation date agreed and the crew turned up and carried out the work professionally & cleaning up as they go. The whole process took 2 days with the commissioning being carried out by Malcolm on the second day. I would just like to say a big thank you to all and would highly recommend them .

Friendly and professional company who made as feel as a valued customer straight from the off. The whole process was completed in less than 2 weeks and I'm now effectively off grid for my electric needs. Highly recommend company and I have no issues passing their details on to others, in fact I have already done that.

Extremely professional service from start to finish. 15 solar panels and battery installed. Installation was quick, clean and efficient. System has been up and running since installation without any issues. Would highly recommend Ecowise

We recently had Solar Panels (17), Growatt Inverter and Growatt 6.5KWh Battery, plus all the necessary Electronics, installed by this Company and would like to say that they were First Class in every way. We would certainly recommend them 100% to anyone looking to have Solar Panels installed now or in the future. All the people involved were excellent at their jobs including :- first phone conversation from a lovely lady in their office, who arranged an appointment with Les (Director) to visit and discuss what options were available, this was a pleasure as he did not use hard sell tactics and was very knowledgeable, my Wife was very keen, but she’s more interested in the fact that she wants to have a Hot Tub, so therefore decided that a couple of extra Panels would be needed to the installation, Barry the Scaffolder arrived prior to installation to erect all the necessary Safety equipment, on the day of installation Danny the Roofer, Chris the Electrician and his apprentice Sonny arrived, they were all very polite, clean and tidy in their work, Malcolm also kept us posted on everything. Best of all, your getting “FREE” Electricity and getting Paid for what you Export to the Grid, helping the Environment, plus, adding Value to your Property. My Wife and myself would like to thank this Company and will probably have some Extra Panels, plus another Battery installed in the very near future. Sue & Mick Thorpe-le-Soken

Very professional company

Ecowise took over after another company had gone bust mid way through a complex multi-property solar panel and battery installation. The previous company had left a complete mess, partially installed with defective and the wrong equipment and no proper records. No one else would touch it. Ecowise completely turned it around, replacing defective equipment, finding solutions to problems and finishing the work within weeks. I cannot praise them highly enough.

The guys putting in the 10 solar panels were really great - they worked well and expertly, really pleased with the outcome we have and all done in a short timeline - which helped us enormously - very pleased and very happy to recommend the team - all were just super!

Extremely professional service, right from the introduction and explanation through to the fitting and installation. Even when the App didn’t work straight away they were more than courteous in returning at a time suitable for myself and explaining how it works. If you are considering installing solar panels then I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Had this company supply and install solar panels and batteries they done a good job. we had a couple of small problems and they sorted them out and the panels and batteries are all running well and saving us money on our electric bills

Arrived on time, work carried out efficiently, without any fuss or bother. After sale service good as well, answered my layman's queries in language I could understand. Would certainly recommend

Proactive and punctual, they communicated well and went above and beyond to help us with our installation. The installer turned up when they said they would, and did the job quickly.

Extremely happy with the whole process undertaken by Ecowise Renewables Ltd. Having already completed extensive research with lots of other installers, it was refreshing to deal with someone who listened to what we wanted to achieve, rather than what they wanted to sell you. Everything was explained clearly and the price was competitive. We really appreciated the honest feedback and advice given. The installation day went very smoothly, and everything was completed to plan. Very happy with the system and love running our washing machine from the solar during the day!

We had solar panels fitted to our property. The work was done in a day with no disruption to our routine. The product is good quality and works very efficiently. Our property was left clean and tidy when the work was completed. I would highly recommend this company and also their after sales service.

Very happy with the initial contact from Ecowise Renewables, with the solution offered, the work undertaken and the after-sales support. They have been easy to deal with, have answered question and queries promptly and provided all the support requested. The new inverter seems to be more efficient than the original, and the battery storage has meant we have not taken as much power from the grid. We have only had the installation for a couple of months, so too early to comment on the reliability of the inverter and battery, but we do not have any concernes. All working well, thank you.

We already had solar panels and contacted Ecowise about a battery installation to store power from the panels for later use. Quick personal response from this local business and dealt with professionally

Exceptional value, exceptional service... After waiting a year to ensure our solar panel system settled in, we couldn't be happier with EcoWise. Their pricing was competitive, and Les provided efficient and effective answers to all our questions, guiding us through decisions on panel numbers and battery options. The installation process was exceptionally smooth. Scaffolding was erected promptly and without fuss, and the installers arrived as agreed. When we decided to change the location of the consumer unit and battery, the team tackled it without hesitation. The installers were swift and tidy, even taking the time to consult about where to leave the spare roofing tiles. Their professionalism was matched by the electrician, who worked tirelessly to complete everything in a day, going above and beyond by offering to return if necessary. In a crowded market, EcoWise stands out. I wholeheartedly recommend them from start to finish. A truly satisfied customer...

Arranged, delivered and installed as discussed and agreed. System functioning very well

The 2 people who came to do the work completed it in a timely manner despite the atrocious weather conditions. All working satisfactorily. Cheers Ian

Very approachable with very good customer service, very informative and fitting team professional, tidy, and good communication. Would highly recommend. Very punctual and forth coming with support and questions even after fitting

great service would highly recommend this company

Supply and Installation Of Solar Battery & AC Charger Excellent service, survey and pre-installation inspection carried out and process was explained very well without any pressure being applied. Installation was promptly carried out after acceptance of quote and installers were very knowledgable. Work was finished quickly and place was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Great job, workmanship 5 star, very professional company, highly recommend

The whole process was handled professionally. Every aspect was fully explained. Fitter kept disruption to a minimum.

The additional Solar Energy Batteries arrived around 9am and were fitted in the loft within 3 hours, which included making a bespoke platform. the work was tidy and left clean. The fitter was friendly.

Excellent company, friendly & informative, they carried out an installation that others either refused or priced ridiculously high as it involved a long run from a detached garage to the house. They are very responsive and have been post install, highly recommended.

Fast, prompt and punctual. Top Products neatly installed

Ecowise completed our solar PV with battery and tailored the installation to meet our expected needs to secure the earliest possible payback while carrying out work to a very professional standard. I have since recommended to neighbours and they have been equally impressed.

We had a visit from Les at Ecowise Renewables to discuss solar panels and wether they would benefit us. Les was very professional and fair, even telling us that due to us finding a very rare good deal on our electricity, we didn't even need the solar panels at the moment! After reviewing the benefits we decided to go ahead and 2 days later they were installed. The installers were clean, polite and professional. Malcolm was very helpful with a couple of issues we had with late scaffolders (van breakdown) and one of our panels which was quickly replaced the next day. So far, so good!

Job well done

Quick efficient they were polite helpful and did quick and effective job, I would thoroughly recommend them. The installation of solar panels are working effectively!

I found Ecowise solar panels very helpful in answering all my questions on solar panels. Good advice “In person’ not just on the phone. 15 panels fitted with battery on day we arranged, excellent service. We are saving lots of money from day 1 and saving the planet. Give these guys a ring! Great to have the personal touch.

Many thanks for a well organised, timely, professional, and neat installation of 10 rooftop solar panels and storage battery with associated cabling and integration. Thanks also for all the advice given around system use and energy provider.

I contacted Ecowise regarding Solar panels & battery. I found the company very approachable & professional. An installation date was agreed, everything went to plan with the scaffolding removed on the same day. I am extremely pleased with the products & would not hesitate to recommend to family & friends.

Everyone I encountered at Eco Renewables was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Installation was completed on time and without fuss. Post install loss of Wi-Fi connection between inverter and our router was dealt with successfully. Would recommend this company.

Ecowise was one of 3 compamies I initially requested to quote for the installation of a solar pv system and although not quite the least expensive I chose them for several reasons. They were extremely helpful and friendly in the initial stages of deciding an appropriate system even though at that time I had not received the required planning consents. Their quotation was made following a free on-site visit to survey the property whereas others were relying on google earth maps to do a desk-top quotation. The actual installation of the 6Kw system plus 13Kw of battery storage was completed within a day and the comprehensive hand-over package including full system specifications, insurances and required certifications and Building Regulations approvals were provided two weeks later. First rate.

They arrived promptly, worked very unobtrusively and cleared up most of the mess, although there was some moss on the patio which had been dislodged from the roof when they fitted the panels. The electric wasn't off for too long and the engineer showed me how the app worked so we can track what's happening. Unfortunately there have been some teething problems with the app but the main engineer has been very prompt in coming out to try to resolve everything and even reconnected all our devices to the internet on his last visit.

The entire solar panel installation process was outstanding. The installers were efficient and skilled, ensuring the panels were perfectly placed. The handover was thorough, with clear instructions on system operation and maintenance. I highly recommend this company for a professional and eco-friendly installation.

I have had Solar for a number of years. One array facing south and another array facing west. Together with two individual inverters and a solar diverter to heat the hot water I was concerned about how an additional array, facing East plus inverter and battery could be added and whether it would be worth the expense. I should not have worried. Although the new system was only installed a month ago I can already see that this is going to work out well. The price was competitive, the equipment very up to date and the installation was done within the day. One or two problems regarding the location of the battery and inverter were resolved satisfactorily. No if we get sun in the morning the new panels pick it up long before the existing and even when the existing are getting full sun the new ones are still very effective. Overall, I can highly recommend this company and their products

Solar Panel (8) and Battery Install. Chose Ecowise for a number of reasons, Which reviews, accreditation and professionalism. Good to their word. Work started on Tuesday 8am and by 3pm they had more or less finished. All in all a very good job. Every concern about wiring routing was addressed and apart from looking at the roof or in the under-stairs cupboard, there are no visible signs of the installation, brilliant!. Communication before, during and after the job was very good.

The work was completed very competently by very helpful staff. The initial survey/assessment had not been thorough enough as details of where clamping to the electricity supply had not been identified. Internal communication seemed to be a little weak between the sales team and the installation team. We would recommend the company to others.

Happy with the whole process. Les came on time & was very knowledgeable. Persuaded me to go ahead with the installation of the Growatt product of battery 🔋 storage. I've had 15 solar panels since 2010. The combination of the existing solar panels and new batteries seems to be working well. I hope it stays that way. I do really like the phone app. Lots of detailed information. Very well thought out and designed I would definitely recommend using Les & his team of professionals.

I had a solar system from these guys. Great service & price. Very pleased with the system. Would recommend Ecowise to my friends!!
