G&T Roofing & Building Specialist Ltd

Tyler & Glen have just completed roofing our Car Barn. We’re thrilled with the outcome. They were quick, efficient - the roof looks fab. Clean, tidy, very respectful and very competitively priced. I would highly recommend. Claire

Just had Glen and Tyler refelt our roof as having solar panels cut in. They have done a great job. On time great communication from start to finish and clean and tidy. Am very pleased with the workmanship nothing was too much trouble and all the guys that worked on it were brilliant I would recommend them without hesitation.

Just had a roof repair by this company. Excellent service, took photos of before and after. Turned up on time and made good the area of roof that was damaged and leaking, left area tidy and clean. Would highly recommend these guys. If you require any roof repair this is the company to call.

Having just had a job done by G&T Roofing, we would really recommend them to anyone! Unfortunately we noticed that our house had a leaking roof. We looked on Google for a local roofing company and called G&T Roofing. The very next day Glenn & Tyler came round, climbed onto the roof and had a look at what needed to be done. As suspected they confirmed that we needed a new valley, backing boards, various broken tiles replacing, and a new breathable membrane. They gave a really competitive quote, which we accepted, and then two weeks later Pete and Liam came round to carry out the work. They cracked on and had the whole job done in a day. They also inspected the rest of the roof to give us piece of mind on our new house. Hopefully we don’t have any further issues with our roof, but if we do we will definitely be using G&T Roofing. Thanks again!

Very happy with the work carried out, the price was reasonable and better than the competitors pricing. Tyler kept me up to date with what was going on during the roof repair and documented the process with pictures, can't recommend him enough!

I contacted Tyler on a whim as I saw him driving around the road. He came out to look at a roof leak we had on the new roof of our extension. After a first glance he knew it wasn’t right and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. now the works have been completed and we are now finally moving on with our project with a proper roof with no leaks or issues! Tyler was extremely helpful, professional and quick to act knowing how urgent this was for us. Him and his team took a completely botched job and made it wonderful again. The standard of the work carried out is flawless and we are over the moon with how it has turned out. I honestly wish we had used G&T Roofing from the start, would have saved us a lot of time and money. We will be recommending G&T roofing to anyone in need of assistance and will be using them in the future should we need to. Thank you again, you’ve given us hope in our refurbishment again.

Tyler carried out a roof inspection after a builder left us with an inadequate roof to our new extension. We instructed G&T to do the necessary remedial work which was done to a high standard and even charged us less than the initial quotation as not as much work was required in the end. We have subsequently used him and his team again to fix issues with our chimney flashings. We’d not hesitate using again and would highly recommended them.

G & T Roofing did a great job in tiling a new roof for us after a pervious builder let us down. G&T were professional and friendly. They turned up on time, kept us informed and completed the job to a very high standard. They worked over the Xmas holiday season to get the Job done for us and completed it ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

I recently had my dormer roof renewed and bird deterrent spikes fitted to the guttering by G&T. First class service all round. Punctual, polite, knowledgable and very affordable. They even cleaned the guttering and showed me photos of how the work was progressing.I've already booked them for two more jobs that need doing. Highly recommended.

Faultless from start to finish. Various options were considered when the damage was first inspected, then the quote was prompt and professional. Work was carried out by a polite, friendly team, who were partial to a chocolate digestive. Very pleased with the whole process and would definitely consider for any future roofing needs.

It was so lovely to meet a company who were fair, honest and hard working from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with the quotes, customer service and how they explained everything to me clearly. They were always on time for all their work and they even provided photos and videos to help illustrate the work carried out. I would absolutely recommend this company and am extremely grateful they were recommended to me.

This is the third time we have had our flat roof covering replaced and the first time G & T Roofing & Building Specialist Ltd have carried out the work. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending G & T. They were exceedingly proficient from the start to the completion of the work at a very reasonable cost. Happy to say we are very satisfied customers.

G&T roofing replaced my shed roof for me. They did an excellent job. I am so pleased to have a useable shed again. G&T were very polite and tidy, they cleaned away all the rubbish and swept up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you both Kind regards Cynthia Neale

I have happily used G&T roofing for many professional and personal projects including my own home. Their work is always to a very high standard and their prices always competitive. I would happily recommend them to all.

I realised that my roof was leaking when the ceiling of one bedroom showed mould in one corner. G&T Roofing were recommended by a friend and they came out very quickly to inspect the roof and suggested a repair. They came back a couple of days later and carried out the agreed repair. Some months later a further problem occurred, which only showed itself when the wind and rain came from a southerly direction. This required the roofing felt to be replaced as it had started to perish after 40+ years. Again G&T Roofing came out extremely quickly and removed the tiles, stripped off the old felt and battens, replaced them with up to date materials and relaid the tiles. I am very happy to recommend them for roofing work, they are prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and tidy up after themselves. An excellent company to deal with.

G&T responded to an emergency repair to a leaking in my recently purchased property, and I subsequently used them for a major overhaul of half of my roof. Tyler and his team were professional, prompt and informed me of all my options, supporting me through some complicated decisions due to the age of my property and the presence of solar panels on the roof. I've already booked them to do the other end of the roof next spring.

G &T Roofing Specialists Limited have been supporting our business in a very complicated high rise construction project for a penthouse conversion on the outskirts of Portsmouth. They effectively negotiated with third party contractors to secure safe access at the site, and most recently have been overseeing the work of the weathering involved, providing direction, support and regular feedback to our business. Glen & Tyler have a wealth of roofing knowledge, and have brought clear thinking and focus to the project at a sensible cost. I cannot recommend their services more highly. A complete all round service from start to finish. All delivered on time. Harold Grant Company Director

Perfect service! We had a small waterfall in our house recently from a hole in the roof they were very quick to respond to our cries of help and fixed the problems they found to a very professional standard. Later, bad luck struck again and our other roof started leaking, once again they were excellent in communicating and fixing that too.

Great service from a very knowledgeable and professional roofer. Detailed report with photos provided to support discussions with insurance company. Would certainly use G&T again and happy to recommend them to anyone with a roofing issue.
