The engineer arrived exactly on time, was polite, friendly and respectful of our home (using floor protectors and cleaning up impeccably. He conducted a thorough drain inspection first, and was able to show us exactly what the problem was: which included buildup of hard limescale restricting flow in our main pipe. Using their specialist limescale clearance equipment (which they explained clearly ) they meticulously cleared the entire buildup blockage. I’m very happy to recommend them
