The Gutters Guy

Booked to clear gutters. On first visit stated that a union joint needed replacing, to which I agreed. I thought the work had been completed, invoice was sent through and paid. It was only when it started raining that I realised the union joint discussed had been removed and not replaced, leaving water pouring onto a flat roof. Contacted Daniel as I assumed he had forgotten. But no, he stated he couldn’t find a replacement joint so had simply left a huge gap in the guttering without telling me. On top of that, he couldn’t come back for 2 weeks to fix it as he was now on holiday. Quite unbelievable. Even when he supposedly returned from holiday I contacted him to give him the chance to make it right but he ignored my text messages.

Excellent service, top bloke, very good photographic report. Would recommend

Very punctual and professional. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic Job. Very friendly and polite gentleman Mr Daniel.

Daniel did another brilliant job of clearing our gutters - we had first used him last year. He arrived when he said he would and left no mess after completing the job. He provided a report of what he had done and sent lots of photos taken before and after his cleaning so you could see exactly what he had done. As usual he was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly recommend and use him again.

Thorough service and report, competitive price, nice guy. Recommended.

Dreadful... can't get a hold of him for months, don't think he is in the country at all and the job he did was not up to minimum standards.

We contacted Daniel as our gutter was overflowing in heavy rain. He was able to fit us in within a few days. He turned up early, was really friendly and had the gutters cleared promptly. The before and after photos are nice to see what was causing the issue and how it looks now. Daniel also fixed a leaking radiator pipe. We will definitely be using his services going forward. Update: We had Daniel back to cap the fascia. He arrived on time and did a great job.

Genuinely could not have asked for better service! Daniel is professional, courteous and most importantly takes photos so you know he’s done an excellent job! Have recommended him to my neighbours

Daniel provided a fantastic service - Clear and reliable communication, excellent work and great value.

Reliable service which does exactly what is promised. Provides a full report either photos. All at a fair price. Would certainly use again

Daniel was excellent from initial contact to final report which included pictures before and after cleaning. During the visit he discovered an issue with the seal on one of the joints which he repaired at no extra cost. Highly recommended and we will be using for an annual clean. Highly recommended.

Daniel did a full clean and survey yesterday. Extremely thorough and efficient. Price very reasonable and i will certainly recommend to friends. Don Haley

Fantastic service! Excellent communication, fitted me in at a convenient time. Full photo survey of the roof. Photos of all the drains before and after. Did a great job! Thank you.

We have used The Gutters Guy for a couple of years now. They carried out annual clearance of gutters. Daniel was able to carry out the service thoroughly, providing before and after report and photos to show a good job completed once again. Very reliable and easy to deal with.

Very polite, excellent communication, arrived promptly and explained everything that was going to happen. It was very helpful to see the before and after pictures, it gives you clarification that the job was actioned to the standard that you would expect, that was certainly the case for us, first class job done, would definitely be in touch again

Great experience using Daniel’s services cleaning our gutters - he arrived on time, did a great job and provided before / after photos. Would recommend and definitely use again - thank you!

Great experience with The Gutter Guy and highly recommended. Full range of close up photos of the roof and all gutters before and after cleaning, which was done with vacuum and pipe to the roof. All steps were clearly explained and we got some good info the state of our roof and gutters. UPDATE: asked Daniel back for additional work and he suggested great ideas on changing our downpipe then did the work quickly and perfectly. Couldn't be happier !

Daniel did a great job clearing and performing minor repairs on the gutters of my new property. He showed before and after photos and I'm very grateful for the work that he did. The communication was initially great but futher down the line it dropped off massively and I'm not sure why. I was even starting to get worried he might not show up. I appreciate I had to change dates a couple of times due to circumstances out of my control and Daniel was accommodating to these changes. I tried to send emails to ask questions and confirm work that needed doing but I just stopped receiving replies which I don't really understand as this would have saved the miscommunication. The work that was done was not what we agreed and I apparently should have mentioned this again but I'd already not received any responses so I had no idea my messages were being read. He kindly agreed to come back and do the remaining work, I'd sent an email to ask a couple of questions on costs and try and arrange a date - no reply. Then a few days ago I then got a calendar notification that he had cancelled all future annual gutter cleans but still no email response. This was quite disheartening and the whole thing was quite stressful. I appreciate I must have been a frustrating customer having to change dates a couple of times but I gave plenty of notice and those things were out of my control. I am grateful for the work that was done and it's a shame I'll have to go elsewhere to sort out the remaining work that needs doing

Daniel did a good job cleaning our gatters. Thank you. Leyfield 14

Daniel was very professional, he turned up on time and did a great job. Our gutters were very overgrown with plants before he arrived and now they are perfect. Would highly recommend Daniel.

Fantastic service, fantastic job, fantastic value for money.

Dan has completed two excellent jobs - a gutter clean and replacement of a down pipe. He is clearly passionate about gutters! By sending us a before and after report showing exactly what he does goes above and beyond. After contacting him about a minor job that was not completed - he was back the next day to complete it. This was not expected, but much appreciated. Will be using his services again for an annual clean of our gutters!

The Gutters Guy were so helpful when I needed to sort the gutters at my mum's house. They made the process easy. Showed up when they said they would. Were quick to do the work and sent a report the next day. They are also extremely affordable. An easy, straightforward, stress free and friendly service. I will definitely be using them again.

Did a good job, explained clearly what might need doing next and provided a very reasonable quote for that work.

Very professional and thorough service. The photographic report was very useful and wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

Extremely thorough approach, detailed and informative report produced afterwards. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Daniel is brilliant. Able to accommodate my last minute rescheduling. Being patient and friendly all the way through and have the job done professionally (gutter cleaning and roof cleaning)! Provided a detailed report with pictures afterwards so we saw our roof and inner side of the gutter for the first time. :) I will see you next year, Daniel!

Danny was professional and really helpful, sourcing the correct guttering to fit our existing guttering. He also produced a great photo report of the during and after work, clearing all gutters. Great job - thank you.

Absolutely excellent, professional service provided with lots of extras included such as roof survey, before/after photos, and all the rubbish was also cleared away too at the end. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and book again in the future.

Daniel provided a good service cleaning my gutters, and some minor repairs, also gave us a good set of pictures before and after cleaning highlighting some slipped tiles.

Great service, cleaned our gutters and provided a useful set of before / after pictures so we could see the state of our gutters and roof. Very friendly as well, recommended!

Fantastic service, upfront, honest and does a fantastic job. Recommend Daniel 100% ... Thank you !

Thanks again, Daniel for sorting out our gutter on the loft extension!

Really pleased with the service we received. Daniel was very professional and explained the process. It was also really helpful to see the before and after photos, which pointed out some issues with our roof which we could not spot. We have noticed a lot of improvement after gutters have been cleaned. We will definitely use this company again.

Daniel has worked on the gutter cleaning at my home and has provided a good report after the work with pictures before and after cleaning. I am satisfied with his services and recommend him to others.

Really great service. Gutters had not been done for years abs it was great to see the before and after pictures.

Daniel was very professional - great service!

Professional and efficient service, would recommend

With the best will & intentions I could never have achieved the same job quality Daniel did. Will certainly have him in again in a couple of years to clean 'em out again!

Superb professional and efficient service, my gutters are now clean as a whistle!

I contacted Daniel regarding the gutter at the front of my house. Great communication regarding quote and bringing the appointment forward due to a cancellation. He used his camera to survey the gutter and showed me the already clean gutter. The leak I had was due to a gap in a joint. He resealed this and didn't charge me for cleaning as it was not required. He could have gone through the process and charged me, I wouldn't have known. His honesty and integrity was exemplary. Do not hesitate to use Daniel.
