Ben's Gutters Manchester

Thank you Shane Ollerenshaw. Great communication and carried out gutter/ downpipes cleaning. Recorded job with photographic evidence. Highly recommend.

Contacted Ben's gutters to clear blocked and over flowing gutter, received a quick response and happy with the quote. Sam was very polite and friendly and completed the job in no time. Very pleased, would highly recommend.

Good service, good price. Very pleasant and efficient over the phone with then follow up email confirmation and receipt, the chap that did the work was friendly and polite.

Very pleased with gutter cleaning and good advice regarding small fix. Highly recommend

Would definitely recommend the company very helpful from the beginning from the lovely lady who answered who provided me with all the options I have and provided pricing for it aswell to Alex and Amar both solid guys and done great work, unblocked the downpipes very efficiently. Provided very sound advice on what to do regarding next steps. Would definitely recommend the company.

Yea cheers, ben. I have a problem with my gutters.. I don't have any because i live in a 12 story flat. Find a less annoying way to promote your business please.

Excellent service by the chaps.. I am not able to praise them high enough. Well done for a job well done

The whole experience from initial contact to completion of the job was first rate. I would unreservedly recommend Ben’s Gutters.

Cleaned out all of my house gutters. Absolutely brilliant job, professional service with lovely staff

Can't fault them. They reply to messages within the hour, they're courteous in their responses and they arrived on time. The chap who turned up was Liam T, and he was friendly and helpful. He explained a few options to me without the horrible "hard sell" to upgrade to services I don't need. For this reason, if I do needed any further work doing I would happily go back to Ben's Gutters as they have good employees and a good work ethic. He was there for about an hour and a half and was very thorough in his work. Overall, very happy.

Excellent guttering wirk done by shay. Did everything asked of him.

The guy who cleaned the guttering etc in my house did a fantastic job, very thorough in making sure it was right and the guttering looked like new again when finished, also he was friendly and polite

Shea arrived at the time agreed and completed the gutter clearing efficiently and effectively. He was very polite

Fantastic service, gutters cleaned by Charlie. Worked fast and also managed to entertain 3 kids whilst doing so

Once you contact them, they will REPEATEDLY message you without permission

Top job, exactly what we needed, the engineer who came to do the job was really helpful and professional, made for a really positive experience. Highly recommend

Ben's Gutters Manchester did a brilliant job. The team was efficient, thorough, and left my gutters spotless with no mess left behind. They were also very friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

We have a new-build home on a large wooded acre. The last rain storm we hear rain water gushing over the edge so we started thinking maybe we already need our gutters cleaned. So happens Ben's Gutter left a sales brochure at our site. We decided to to take a chance and call them. GLAD WE DID! Extremely well organised scheduling process, friendly folks and very professional cleaning effort. The person dispatched to our site was very tidy, great communication skills and explain thoroughly what was to happen and when completed, gave us a detailed explanation as to what he found. He took photos and sent them to us with a detailed explanation of what he found and how he cleared the problems. Absolutely can recommend this service to anyone needing their gutters serviced.

Cleared our house gutters first the second year running. Flexible timing, friendly, courteous and helpful. I'll be calling them next year too 👍

Staff very polite and very helpful passing on important information to householder

The man who cleaned our gutters was wonderful. He was punctual, extremely hard working, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Really nice guy and we really appreciate his expertise and great job done.

Very quick and efficient and left no mess to clear up very pleased

A very slick operation. Great communication and the whole thing is highly efficient. The gutters were done front and back in no time. Easy prepayment over the phone. I have forgotten who looked after us, but he was very efficient and friendly. Everywhere was clean and tidy afterwards. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Had my gutters and conservatory roof cleaned. The gutter cleaner was friendly and courteous and arrived at arranged time. He did a brilliant job, respected my property and left everywhere clean and tidy. I use Ben's Gutters regularly and can recommend them.

Excellent service. Prompt, efficient and friendly.

Ben's gutters were very reliable and efficient. He did a good job.

Very friendly, helpful and professional.

This is an excellent company for cleaning the gutters and facial, the young man that came to our house was very polite and professional. We fully recommend this firm

Excellent service turned up on time and kept us updated throughout the process right from booking the job to completion. Would highly recommend!

From the initial contact, arrangements, confirmations and the actual cleaning, Bens Gutters were superb. Charlie attended our job on Friday morning and arrived on time and was a joy to deal with. His attention to detail was brilliant and so pleasant to discuss the job before and afterwards. He is a credit to Bens Gutters, I would recommend them and I will use them again.

Very easy to arrange. Polite & helpful and fixed hitter as requested with no issue.

Really pleased with the service! I was booked in for the day after I called and Stefan did an amazing job - he even showed me the before and afters which was super helpful.

We hadnt had our gutters and facias cleaned for a while. The operative was very professional, and did an amazing job.Very happy with the work

Quick easy booking, Charlie came to the property and explained everything well. Did the job to a high standard and even helped fix a part of the guttering. Took pictures of everything and it was all hassle free and perfectly done. Thanks again!

We were very pleased with the work that was carried out very friendly and professional company who did a fantastic job, would highly recommend!!!

I had Stephen come to clear out my gutters for me, I was extremely happy with the service provided. Arrived within the allocated time window, He cleared out my down pipe and fixed some of the drain connectors that weren’t fixed in properly. He managed to clear everything in a very quick turn around. He was friendly and clear with his instructions and showed me some pictures of the results. Would definitely continue to use them throughout the year.

Excellent service would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The person coming to clean my gutters turned up earlier than expected which was great ! He was very polite and friendly and did the job without any fuss , it was completed quickly and efficiently and I was very satisfied with the result.

Very disappointed with the service received. Had to get them back for a second attempt at cleaning the gutters, fascia’s etc - still not happy but have reluctantly paid as I couldn’t stand to be hounded any longer. Emails, phone calls, voicemails constantly, even when we told them we were unhappy with the service and were waiting for them to resolve. Would NOT recommend this company - suggest you look at other alternatives and we definitely won’t be using them again.

Very quick turn around. Arrived on time. Very courteous staff got the job done. I’ve used them a few times now.

On arrival he introduced himself and described what he was at my home to do. On completion he showed me before and after pictures of my now clean guttering, as I told him I was very satisfied he thanked me and returned to his vehicle. I found him to be very polite and knowledgeable.

Very poor service. Left a mess and didn’t do all the gutters. I contacted them for a full or partial refund and was told no. They didn’t even have pictures of the guttering being cleaned at the front of the house. Would definitely not use again and will tell family and friends also!

Very pleased with the efficient service.

Excellent customer service, very pleasant would recommend

Terrible terrible job, in fact not even sure if they did it!

Turned up promptly, cleaned my gutters . Very friendly would highly recommend this company.

I would like to say that Peter Minto who came to clear my gutters was excellent.Super friendly, highly professional and a nice guy ,easy to get along with and went above and beyond.Thank you Peter.

We used Ben's Gutters the other very prompt, Zenon was a excellent cleaner no mess so polite and went above and beyond to get the gutters clean. Highly recommended 👌

Fantastic job done by Bens Gutters. Samuel Mortimer, our cleaner was very professional and safe in his work. Samuel was a joy to have do the work.

Excellent service, reliable and very professional . We were especially impressed with Jason who came and meticulously cleaned our gutters etc. He was very approachable, polite and efficient. Thank you.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service from Ben's Gutters. The whole experience from start to finish was easy and professional- from inquiring about a quote, to booking , then to the job being completed. They did exactly what they said they would do, no surprise hidden extras. Carl Smith, the gentleman that came to do the job was professional and polite. I have already recommended to family and friends.

Bens gutters did a fantastic job for us. Their cleaner, Samuel Mortimer, was very professional and safe and a genuine joy to be chatting to. Totally applaud their professionalism

Excellent service would recommend

Very friendly and polite, easy going but very good at his job, left everything clean and tidy. A pleasure to deal with!

Great friendly service from Todd! Can't say enough good things about Todd, the friendly lad from Ben's Gutters who cleaned our gutters out in Bolton this morning! He had his work cut out as not only did he have to clear out all the debris left by cowboy roofers which had clogged the downpipe but also took on the disgusting job of cleaning out all the pigeon crap, not a job many would take on! Many thanks for all your help mate

Great experience, fair price and good work.

A great clean by Stephen all gutters cleared & conservatory roof sparkling✨️it was a proffessional service the work was done with dedication & a cheery manner 😊a sterling job.Thank you Stephen .Christine

They didn’t come when it was booked originally, we wasted time waiting around for them. They didn’t give us a reason as to why they bailed and just rebooked another day. They said they’ve cleaned it all but now we’ve had a roofer come to do work and the roofer has said it’s not been cleaned and they’ve had to do it. Really not good service at all.

Two houses gutters were cleaned. One in particular was suffering from a lot of Pidgeon droppings. Your cleaner did a great job under very difficult circumstances. He is a credit to your company.

Brilliant job done professionally and at very competitive price. Arrived at agreed time and completed work in agreed timeframe - all with a pleasant and professional attitude.

Excellent service, very well organised.

Excellent service and Bryan who did the job was a helpful, polite and efficient worker. From arriving till he'd finished he was very professional.Only 1 problem is now since it's been cleaned my side of house guttering leaks at a joint when it's heavy rain and it never used to.

I was very pleased with the service that Daniel provided he was thorough cleaning my gutters and showing me a picture of my gutters, he was a friendly and chatty man and I can strongly recommend him. Thank you

I would strongly advise avoiding Ben’s Gutters. They were very quick to call after I requested a quote and did a great job selling their service, but unfortunately that’s where the professionalism ended. They massively over‑promised and seriously under‑delivered, then tried to claim I hadn’t ordered the “right” service — blaming poor communication. To make matters worse, calls are recorded without any clear notice or permission, which is incredibly concerning given they request payment details. Trying to get hold of them afterwards was even worse. I was passed between multiple people, regularly left on hold and then cut off, and repeatedly told someone would call me back, which never happened. Since then, they have been in touch by email and text to organise a the cleaner to return and finish the job — yet every message I send back conveniently fails to deliver so the work cant be scheduled. It’s impossible not to notice the pattern. Overall, absolutely terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Bryan sorted our gutters this week. Very polite, explained what he had found when cleaning. No mess left. Very happy with the service!

Gutters were cleaned professionally by very polite operative I would definitely use the service again

Great job. Carl did our gutters and was polite, helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service. Highly recommended

Absolutely excellent service. Easy to book and the operative was quick and efficient and even took before and after photographs which were excellent

Jack came to clear our gutters. He was a very pleasant chap and did a very professional and clean job. Linda

A good experience: Jamie was punctual, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job.

Just had front of house gutters cleaned, first class service. Young lad who came was very professional in his approach, showed me before and after pictures of work done. Totally satisfied and would definitely recommend to anybody. Glyn Bullock.

Quick service from first contact. Could only take a slot where I would be on night shifts so I wasn’t able to be there to see any work being done. When discussing booking the slot I was advised I’d receive a report containing before and after photos and details about what was found in the gutters regarding any small damages that might require some repairs. I intend on selling the house with all evidence of maintenance of work complete (like log burners being swept or updating boilers). The report is copy pasted below in its full detail. “Ben's Gutters Job Report All gutters cleared and downspouts unblocked. Customer not present for feedback” This is a word document with the title in bold and the rest plain A4. No date, no signatures or named cleaner or any images. I called up but have since had no response via email or call back. I’d have chose another vender however the sound of the report was very helpful so I chose this service. It was £85 for a mid terraced home.

Highly recommend. Brilliant job done for my parents they will definitely be using you again.

Made an appointment by phone and the person on the other end was very courteous and professional. Ben's Gutters were able to come the next day but no one could be in at home - and it was painless to pay over the phone - and the email receipt and report/photo's I was sent by email from the cleaner who did the service were excellent. Would recommend Ben's Gutters's to everyone.

Prompt, efficient and courteous.

Bryan arrived within the allotted time and as I requested, messaged me on arrival so I could go out to him without the dog going ballistic. He's a pleasant man, very polite and did a good job. Thankyou.

Booking was very simple and straightforward and I was promised that someone would come out the same day - fantastic service! Jason arrived at the correct time and worked hard cleaning all our gutters and down pipes. He was very polite and cleared up all the mess as he went along. He also gave me advice about how often our gutters should be cleaned. Jason did a great job and we are very happy with the results 😀

Unprofessional and disrespectful office management approach! Highly disappointed.

Recommend polite and on time thank you

Did what they , turned up promptly, cleaned and provided before and after photos . No complaints from me

ben gutters have cleaned my gutters over the years i am verry happy with them after they cleaned they gutters they pick up what as spilled out of the guttering many thanks ben guttering dean rowland

A difficult job. Zenon Olszewski successfully completed the task with determination and professionalism.

Great job , fast response Jason was on time and courteous, thanks again. Cheers Dave

Excellent and courteous service

Very good job done definitely use again

Well done and excellent job done by Zenon who is punctual, hard working, and explained everything. He is polite and the job is well ❤️‍🩹 done. Full marks to Zenon. Pleased with the service and price.

We were kept informed all the time, and Kelvyn Blakeley the young man who did the work was an absolute gent , his parents should be very proud of him.

Great service. Timely and efficient and our gutters are superbly clean! Thanks so much Justin :)

Easy to book and turned up when they said they would. Did the job and got a load of leaves and moss out of gutters and rinsed them out

Excellent service. Arrived promptly and completed the work quickly and efficiently; very tidy and left no mess at all.

Great service, very respectful of the property, gutters cleaned in and out with photos of before and after, cleared up all mess on the patio as well, great job

Great service. Great communication when booking. Zenon arrived on time, didn’t mess about, got on with the job. Showed before and after pics and was a great guy. Would recommend and will be using Bens Gutters next time.

Excellent service for start to finish easy to book and when the engineer arrived he was on time had a look at the job and started to work explaining and showing me what he was doing. Reasonable priced. I would highly recommend Ben's gutters to friends and family. Thank you

This is the second time I’ve used Ben’s Gutters, and would highly recommend them. The gutter clearing person was on time, and was very pleasant and helpful. Getting the ladders to the back of the house was a real challenge, owing to a narrow inside passage with a right angled turn at the end. But he just took time and care and succeeded. He took many photos and could show me how clear the gutters now were. He also cleared several drains that had become clogged with leaves, and showed me how I could do that myself when needed.

Friendly , efficient and did an amazing job! Great communication throughout.

I had a truly disappointing experience . The appointment was scheduled between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm at a property I have not yet moved into. I travelled over half an hour to be there, only to find that the worker arrived around 9:00 am well outside the agreed time and then left. I was following the scheduled appointment window that had been confirmed. I waited outside the property for approximately 2.5 hours, during which no one arrived and no communication was made to inform me of any changes or delays. When I eventually called to ask what was happening, I was told I would need to be rebooked for another day, over a week later. This level of service is highly unprofessional. There was a clear lack of communication, respect for my time, and accountability. Based on my experience, the company appears more focused on taking bookings than actually delivering the service as agreed. I would advise others in the West Midlands to think carefully before choosing this company.

It was my first experience getting my house gutters cleaned for the first time. Received a leaflet from Ben's Gutters couple of time, due to a very highly recommended reviews on Trust Pilot and Google Reviews I didn't think of researching a new gutter cleaner and went with Ben's Gutter Cleaning. First of all, they had to reschedule the visit due to poor weather which is understandable, however when this young man came in the day after everything went downhill from there. In total of 9 minutes that took him to clean our semi-detached house, is this even possible? I have a Ring doorbell which I could see that he didnt even bother moving the ladder from one side to another. I didnt see a single bucket with him going up the ladder to put the dirt in. There were nobody home at that time of the day, so it was clearly one to take fool of a customer. We asked for a proof of the jobs the day after, what a shame we received a complete clean picture of different job, gutter size not even same as our house or streets completely different, wooden fences are not the same etc. There was also a picture where a worker was keeping a bucket that doesn't exist when he was taking his tools out of the van. Everything is very visible on our camera, so we do think the correct cleaning wasn't done for our gutter and we end up paying £107 for this service. Initially to organize this visit customer service was very responsive, however, when we started questioning things they became AWOL all of a sudden. There is also a file name on the pictures we been sent as a 'proof' state as 26th January 2026 however we got this job done on 28th January 2026. This is a company trying to fool people when they can! We tried to contact someone regarding this issue many times now, I dont a resolution as I wouldn't hire any of your workers to do this job as I dont have trust. I am expecting a refund as a compensation. ( All gutters cleared, no issues yes ofc. They just good at taking pictures not cleaning gutters, dont get scammed of these people they just gonna send you some good looking pictures of your gutters, all they do is spend time taking pictures on a angle where they look clean rather than cleaning them.)

Excellent service and very punctual, the guy that came was very polite, did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier with the job done.

Great company to deal with. Booking an appointment and having the work done only took a few days end to end . The operative, Leon, arrived on time and explained what he intended to do. He gave me a report of what he found on completion with a few recommendations for future maintenance. Excellent customer care and service.

Leon was punctual, courteous & efficient. He listened to & addressed my concerns.

Booked them to look at my dad’s gutters. Booking process was really easy and efficient. Guy from Bens Gutters arrived on time, he was very polite and had the job done in no time. He even made sure that everywhere was tidy before leaving. Would recommend this company.

From start to finish Ben's Gutters provided a ofirst class service

A friendly and confident workman who inspected the gutters and cleaned where necessary. Would recommend.

Arrived and said who he was. Did what he had too. Then explained a few things. Took photos to show me some areas. Was very polite. I would definitely recommend Ben's gutters. My first time using them, reasonably priced as long as the price stays reasonable I will be using them again. Booking was easy over the phone .

Excellent service

Pleasant young man arrived on time and did a great job for a reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

I have used Ben’s Gutters for several years now and have always been very satisfied with the work. We live next to a small deciduous woodland and the down pipes clog in autumn and winter if the gutters aren’t cleared. This year Ammar Mousa carried out the work and did an excellent job of clearing the gutters and also washing down the facias, soffits, gutters & downpipes. Thank you.

Kevan cleaned our gutters on 11th December. He arrived promptly, and he did a very professional job. Above all, he was very courteous, friendly and considerate. We had Ben's Gutters to carry out this work last year too, and we will certainly have them again.

Good service and a friendly attitude

Excellent service from Bens Gutters - Sorted our overflowing gutter and cleaned the rest. Very professional and on time. Great service from Ben and Charlie. Highly recommended.

Arrived early, got the job done quickly and shared before and after pictures. Would recommend them.

Not very impressed with the job considering the price i paid for the gutters. During the booking process I mentioned a specific place where there was moss build up and this place is still an issue. It wasnt touched by their team. Won't be using again.

Came on time to do job, very quick and cleaned up after them job well done.

Cleaned my gutters, arrived early, efficiently cleaned, very polite.

Extremely proffesional, thorough , polite and punctual

I am happy to work with Ben's Gutters. Thank you.

Nice man arrived at allotted time, started as soon as he was set up, professional, competent, and friendly. We were kept updated about appointment. Very pleased with the service.

Excellent service. Polite and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this company.

Gutters cleaned very thoroughly. Callum Steele was very polite and helpful.

Lads were a bit early but but by the time I got home from my errand it was all done. They showed me what they’d done through photos and had done an amazing job. Good communication and really nice lads. Would e see definitely use Bens gutters again and thoroughly recommend them. Thank you

Prompt, professional service. Would highly recommend.

Great job done transformed the look of the gutters and soffits

First rate. Smooth process in contacting them and arranging the date. The guy came round and cleaned all the gutters and was respectful of my property. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, would highly recommend

Prompt, efficient and friendly

A professional service at a reasonable cost, with little fuss. I will continue to use Bens Gutters, in the future.

Ben's Gutters cleaner Carl did a great job of cleaning the gutters at St John's, Earlestown. Including a return journey with a second set of poles to finish the tower gutters some 50-60ft up. Well done Carl, would recommend the service.

We've moved home but still call up Bens Gutters who we've had several times now. As usual they've done a great job keeping our gutters clear and fixing a fall pipe. Reliable on time and professional work. Very pleased.

Awful. Broke the gutter, said they would return the next day to repair and didn't show up. Contacted a few days later to say they would source the part and fix. Didn't hear anything about the repair for days except constantly harassing me by phone and email to pay. Eventually decided they couldn't fix it but still harassed daily for payments. Use someone else.

Arrived on time, was pleasant and polite and did a thorough job. Very Satisfied.

Efficient, professional and courteous service.

Really great and thorough job cleaning out our gutter for the second year in a row. We always get then out once the leaves are down as owoning a three story Georgian property getting up there is no easy feat.

Would sue again Great service

Cleaner was polite efficient and professional would recommend and use them again

Professional and courteous. Very pleased with the results. Would recommend.

Very easy service to book. The young man who cleaned our gutters was very pleasant and polite. Worked diligently and cleaned our gutters thoroughly and well. Super job!

I originally had someone check my gutter because it was overflowing, and they told me the entire system needed to be replaced. I decided to get a second opinion and called Ben. He came out promptly, inspected the issue, and was able to repair it at a very reasonable cost. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him!

Very pleased with the work carried out. The gentleman who came was professional, courteous and very pleasant.

Zak arrived on time and was polite, friendly and did the job as requested. Very pleased, thank you.

Thiago was very professional and also cheery and friendly. After the work was finished he showed me photos and explained what had been done. I felt very reassured.

I have recently had my gutters cleaned by Zenon Olszewski who did an excellent job. I pointed out to him that the guttering above my porch was in a particularly poor state following renovation work - it is now spotless with all the debris gone. Ben's Gutters systems worked well, as usual: from initial approach, via making an appointment, easy payment and fulfillment: the cleaner arrived on time, and was polite and efficient. I have used Ben's Gutters several times now and the experience has always been good. As long as prices remain fair, I shall continue using them. Thanks to all the team.

CONNOR WAS A STAR, CORTIOUUS AND VERY HELPFULL . A CREDIT

Connor did an excellent job, on time, clean and efficient.

Gutters cleaned by Connor last week what a lovely friendly and professional guy he is . Would recommend him 💯💯💯.

Excellent service received from Ben's Gutters & would recommend their services to anyone considering getting their gutters cleaned

Very good my gutters were ok and it gave me peace of mind. I am supposed to receive photos of my guttering though and I haven't received them as yet, thanks Ray Walsh 8 Gregory Crescent Colwyn Bay LL29 7NF

Excellent service Conor was very professional and polite would highly recommend.

Easy to book a call out for a guttering repair, engineer attended and fixed easily and quickly.

It was a waste of time. They didn’t even bother turning up after spam texting me to do my gutters. They’re clearly not a professional company.

Did a great job, the gutters have come up a lot better then I hoped, very pleased, would recommend

Our gutter cleaner (Kevan) was excellent, arriving on time and completing the job without any fuss and providing advice on future gutter care.

Zak came and cleaned our gutters and was very professional and friendly. He cleaned our gutters as well as fixed a bracket that wasn't connected properly so they have stopped leaking. We had grass growing in them they were that full! Saved me doing an awful job and I would recommend them.

zac did a brilliant job cleaning my gutters and he also cleaned my canopy above my door . very polite and hard worker . took about 2 hours . tidied up after himself . very pleased with the service

Already submitted

What a genuinely fantastic company. Emailed me a quote within 30 minutes, paid online, and had confirmation that someone would be round the next day. It took 2 tries to tackle our overgrown gutters with no extra charge, and both men were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Polite and efficient

Great job done

Brilliant job. My gutter was completely full and they managed to clean it completely.

Great service, friendly guy, very fair, priced and cleaned up when he finished. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish, easy booking and paying system and the cleaner that came out was lovely and communicated well with my partner. Would happily recommend to anybody that needs a gutter clean. Thankyou 🙂

We’ve used Ben’s Gutters on two occasions now and are very pleased with their service, which has been on time and courteous, Communications have been good and responsive. We will be happy to use their services again.

Did exactly what it said on the can, brilliant job with photos to demonstrate how clean the gutters were. Unfortunately we were out when they came, so we can't comment on the staff, but it shows that they can be trusted to be excellent even when the customer isnt around. Yen out of ten and highly recommended. RonB.

This company was recommended by a friend. Both my tenant and I are very impressed. The sofits & gutters are like new. I was sent before & after photos. The cleaner was punctual, polite and honest in addition to being very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent service, very professional and reassuring. Had an issue with an overflowing gutter and it was resolved in less than 24 hours, very impressed

Arranged to attend when I told them I would be out, which I felt was intentional, hence I changed my plans to watch what the guy did. Spent about 10 mins in total supposedly clearing both my front and back gutters. I watched him and could see he was not clearing the gutter properly, moved a little moss around, bucket was still empty after the job....this was an annual clearing of moss! Total waste of my money.

Ben’s gutters is an amazing company . I am from Wigan And I booked for my roof gutter cleaning and the person Who came to do job his name is Charlie I appreciate his service and I Will rate this company 10 out of 10 and I would recommend this company

Great service! Connor Goodall and team were lovely and did an amazing job clearing and cleaning our gutters. Would definitely recommend!

A Great service by Connor. Jeff Taylor

Excellent service. Polite, efficient and punctual. Will definitely use this company on a regular basis.

Good, swift and friendly service and good value for money.

Had a leak on my gutters Charlie easily fixed the leak, done to a high standard. Turned up on time and very polite. Thank you Ben's gutters

I have already submitted on online review. Steve and Martin were excellent at the job of cleaning our gutters. They were effective, and carried out their work without delay. They were courteous and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend them and your company to anyone in need of gutter cleaning services. David Jackson

Jason Fenwick was even early which was good for me. Worked very hard on difficult gutters to access. Courteous and helpful.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. Jak Skelton was very efficient and professional. He was also very pleasant to deal with and I will be happy to recommend him to friends.

We had received their flyer through the post and were suspicious if they were legitimate or not but took a chance after drawing blanks with local guttering firms. After reaching out we were impressed by their quick and polite team and their responses. Imagine a company in Edinburgh could organise and send someone to do the job 3 hours north in Aberdeenshire within a couple of days of enquiring. They were very competitively priced and we couldn’t turn it down. Up until and on the day the admin team and our guttering man were communicative giving updates on when they would be with us. Shout out to Ayrton who cleared out and our neighbours gutters. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. He even gave us an update on the health of our gutters and the cause of our blockage. I’d recommend Bens Gutters to anyone. https://www.bensgutters.com

-1 star . Very disappointed, no one came to my house to do the job, and not even a callback after waiting for 4 hours!!

Lovely, polite young man attended our home to clean our gutters recently. He was very quick and did a very good job with minimum disruption - a job well done!

Have had gutters cleaned by Ben's Gutters a couple of times and are very happy with them. Quick, polite and professional. Managed our slightly awkward layout with no problems.

Two lovely young men came to clear the gutters, there was an access issue but they were happy to agree to an alternative access place which was more inconvenient for them but they obliged willingly and got on with the job.

Good service gutters look good again polite and pleasant worker

Hi Very happy with the guys and work carried out Stefan explained everything well, thanks

Great service, prompt arrival and on time, explained any bad areas in the gutters that he cleaned and also went back up to check on a problem I thought was there and he managed to fix the pipe back into place. Thank you so much.

Despicable service Spent less than 10 minutes at property Did not bring any tools Did not complete any work Demanded £65 cash off an 88 yr old vulnerable man Sent 3 emails demanding more payment Provided fake email address when contacted by phone

They attend quickly and completed the work properly. Charlie was really friendly and explained what was going on, paying attention to particular issues I brought to his attention.

Just wanted to say Stefan was excellent. Arrived on time and got straight to work after explaining what he was going to do. He showed me the before and after photos so I could see what he had done, which was very useful. Really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Ben's Gutters to family and friends and will use them again when needed.

Nathan was polite, on time and got the job done in a professional and clean way.

great service, came next day and sorted out blocked gutters - I was working but left access and all sorted and tidied up :)

Jake who came to wash my property yesterday did a really good job and it looked really nice when he finished. I would recommend Bens Gutters and l will have them again in the future. Margaret Warburton

Excellent service from initial contact to completion..

Great service. Easy booking process would 100% recommend using this Company.

Stefan arrived on time and was polite and friendly. Took him less time than he’d suggested but gutters were left looking sparkling so it’s not like he rushed it. Will definitely use again.

Our worker was cheerful , polite and very personable. He did a thorough job showing us all the debris he had cleaned and explained that our gutter was blocked and didn't need a repair. He worked quickly and effectively and we were very pleased with the service he gave.

The two staff who came to clean my gutters arrived on time, were polite & respectful & did a cracking job sorting out my blocked up gutters & did the job without complaining even though they were working on the hottest day of the year!

Operative arrived slightly early. Had a good look round and discussed what was going to happen. Finished the job within about 30 minutes and showed me the amount of debris he had collected. Also cleaned the conservatory roof which was an added bonus - thanks.

Good professional service Had vacuum and long ladder Difficult to find people willing to visit gutters on old Victorian houses

Great service from Danny at Ben's Gutters. Very impressed with the job carried out and a reasonable price too. Would recommend.

Easy to booking process. Punctual to booking time. Cleaner was friendly and professional throughout. I will be using them again and I would happily recommend to others.

Operative arrived promptly and did a good job in a short time. Affable and obliging despite spending much of his time on the M62.

Excellent service. Prompt The guy that did the job was brilliant. Knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 for customer interface

Hassle you none stop then hang up when say don't want them calling every 5 minutes

We recently used this company to clean and clear out our gutters. We live in a bungalow, and Jamie arrived within the agreed time frame. Due to other reviews, we ensured our house was occupied, so that we felt assured that the work was completed. When I returned, my wife informed me that he was finished within thirty minutes. Now our property is not huge, but less than thirty minutes work for over £100 makes us feel ripped off, especially as there are competitors who charge £75 for the same service. Yet, my wife stated she watched him as he worked, so we are conflicted between feeling ripped off, or that this company is just really efficient in gutter work. However, he might have been too quick: leaves are still pooling around our drainpipe and we are unsure if he cleared out our garage gutters. Anyway, I emailed the head office for a reduction in our bill, yet the manager declined this stating that the company charges a ‘flat- rate.’ This means they charge full price whether they work on your gutters for 10 minutes or two hours. We were never informed of this ‘flat- rate’ and are glad we did not select their ‘premium service’ which they charge over £200 for. PS: about two days after paying the bill, we received an email saying we would be eligible for a £25 discount on their next visit if we ‘refer a friend.’ Based upon our experience, we will not use this company again and will not be referring them to other people. This review would be more complimentary if the manager applied this £25 reduction to our bill instead of through their useless ‘refer a friend’ scheme.

Norbert did a great job. Arrived on time cleared the gutters, fixed a leaky down pipe and cleaned all the soffits. House Looks smart and ready for the British summer.

Excellent service! Very punctual, professional, and polite throughout. Did a great job cleaning the gutters and left everything tidy. Highly recommended!

Big Thank You for Alyn, they clean our school gutters on 09.06.25, works went very well, great communications with company, highly reccomended. Thx Guys!

A problem with overflow guttering following a heavy rain storm prompted me to call Ben's Gutters who I had used before. Peter arrived with a cheerful greeting and immediately got down to work. He found the problem and sorted it out without too much trouble. He then checked all similar areas that blockage and overflow problems could occur before leaving. I was as pleased with the whole visit.

Wayne was very professional, worked hard in the rain and cleared the gutters completely.I would certainly recommend this company and their employees

Very pleased with the service and the guy who came out to us was top draw. Will be using them again in the Autumn.

First time using Bens Gutters and job was done promptly and well. The cleaner arrived within the designated time slot. Cleaner was polite and helpful pointing out some damaged tiles that I was unaware of. Recommended.

Very efficient and quick service, Stefan turned up at the arranged time and got straight on with the job, strongly recommend this company, Thank you

Would have liked to have been informed that they were coming much earlier. I was at work, so my husband had to leave just as he turned up. Not as good as last year, but he did his job

Great price and service by Bens Gutters. They actively came to me after I approached them last year. Speedy and efficient. I would highly recommend them and there operatives were on time and professional. Thanks

Excellent work

Arrived early and completed the work in an efficient way. Very pleased with the service albeit expensive

Very good experience with Ben's Gutters. We've used them 3 or 4 times now. Customer service/sales team are always very friendly and helpful on the phone, making sure to agree a price before they come. And the job always gets booked in very quickly. The cleaners themselves have been brilliant. Very happy with the job. Once they've finished they make sure to give an update on what they've done and the condition of the guttering which is useful. Most recently we've seen their equipment has been upgraded too which seems to make the job even quicker and means no clean up for them on the ground.

We used Ben’s guttering services for a really tricky three story house where normally we’d have to have scaffolding or a cherry picker. Charlie Gee came and used brilliant equipment but was so honest and straightforward that I’d definitely be using the company and asking for Charlie again.

A brilliant service, in every way. My initial contact was handled in a professional, friendly and efficient way, with my appointment set for the next day. Work was carried out quickly and without any fuss by a friendly and professional rep, who arrived on time, as they said they would. My issue of a blocked downpipe was resolved perfectly. I’d recommend Ben’s Gutters (Urmston) to anyone, and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thank you, Rob.

Had the gutters cleaned last week. Charlie was on time, worked quickly and efficiently and was really polite and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ben's Gutters again. Reasonable price, excellent service.

Needed an urgent gutter clean and this was arranged same day. Great service will now use regularly.

Liam t did an excellent job. Would recommend for him to do future work. Matt @ 38a Alsager

Sought assistance with a guttering issue - competitively priced and so impressed with Charlie Gee Ma who was an outstanding rep for the business and went extra mile to get me sorted. V impressed

Excellent! Easy to book, punctual, pleasant, efficient. A job well done!

Steve was very polite and pleasant. He very efficient and effective in cleaning the gutters.

Good efficient job by a friendly operative. My only grumble was that he arrived half an hour before expected and got me out of bed!

Ricardo McMillan was the chap who did our gutters. He was very courteous and despite the awful traffic got here and got the job done. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent job throughout, very professional and courteous and a competitive price. I would highly recommend.

Gutters cleaned and washed by Norbert Weis recently. Excellent service and a thorough, professional job done. Thankyou.

The operative Steve was early for the appointment, he worked quickly and efficiently, a very nice chap and a very good representative of your company

First class service. Prompt, polite and efficient. Would definitely use again

Excellent service Ryan who did the job. Very Professional, polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Norbert arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. Quality service again from Ben’s Gutters.

After reviewing the work required and assessing access the cleaner started work the moment he arrived. He was courteous and friendly while explaining what he was going to do. After he had finished and put his equipment away there was nothing for me to do as any mess created he had cleared.

The man who did our gutters was friendly, professional and competent. He gave helpful advice and showed images of the gutters before and after cleaning to evidence his work. I would highly recommend this man for his work.

Very friendly, professional service. Booking was easy and received regular updates. A great job was done and I recommend this service highly.

Great service very good

Great customer service, easy to book a slot for cleaner, excellent process from beginning to end. Will use this company again
