The guys sorted us out couldn't be happier with their service! Lovely chaps, smashed it out in no time at all - would highly recommend

Excellent roof cleaning to remove moss; delighted with the result. A pleasure to have Josh & Tim work at the property. Starting with the initial contact, Andy explained each stage of the process. Definitely recommend this company for roof cleaning. The roof looks amazing.

We were very pleased with the work Andy and Tom carried out for us on our gutters, which was cleaned and repaired, very clean, tidy and professional work and punctual.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Andy and his team when they cleaned our roof recently. The team were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. The roof looks like new now. We would not hesitate to recommend, a job well done.

Andy & Tom provided a great service. From prompt and competitive quote through to a professional and first rate gutter, soffit and fascia clean. Additional work was also carried out to replace a section of guttering, which was also done to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Our roof was transformed and looks brand new, amazed at the transformation Josh and Tim worked so hard and did a sterling job. I was unexpected for all the dirt ! which then covered our patios. This was all cleaned up along with our windows and again a brilliant job done. Very happy with the result

Very friendly, polite and professional good prices and do a very good had my gutters and downpipe cleaned had it done in no time highly recommend

The response from the enquiry was very quick. A full explanation of the work with options and costs were delivered in person. The work was carried out professionally, considerately ( it’s very messy). The roof was transformed and the property completely cleared of debris after including washing down walls and windows. Gutter clearance was demonstrated. Delighted with the result!

Good communication initially from Andy, then when the work was being done Tim and Josh took time outlining the process for that day and also talked through any unforeseen issues. 100% would recommend this team.

Excellent company we didn’t think our roof was salvageable but they were able to bring it back to life, very clean no fuss, highly recommened 👍

I recently used Andy and his team again, this time to clear all the moss off our roof and seal it. They provided an excellent professional service. Andy explained all the options beforehand and followed up after the work was done. His team were very polite and professional. They turned up on time, worked hard and removed all the moss and debris from the roof and gutters. They cleaned all the soffits and windows and ground around the house and the neighbors windows and driveway. They even came back a few days later to clean a small area that had been missed. An excellent job and I'd happily recommend them and I will use them again for gutter cleaning.

Andy and and his team were extremely friendly and professional. From quoting through to invoicing. They did a fantastic job at cleaning our roof and we are extremely happy with the results. Would highly recommend them.

Great company here. Really pleased with the work the two lads that came out did and also there was great communication from the rest of the team before and after too. Highly recommended!

Excellent service very reliable and a brilliant job done. Looks like a new roof. Would recommend gutter and moss cleaning specialists.

I had a leaky joint in my gutter so I contacted Gutter & Moss Cleaning Specialists via their website to get it fixed. Andy called me back the next day and sent Grant to to do the work a couple of days later. He arrived on time, and because I wasn’t at home, Grant called me to keep me informed about what he was going to do and gave advice on future maintenance needed, fixed the leaky joint and sent photos of my guttering which was helpful. Since then, it hasn’t rained lol! Recommend.

Great job helpful and friendly staff

Great team led by Andy. From the time we accepted the estimate they kept us informed of how the new work would look and how long it would take. The work was completed in a cheerful manner and on time. We are 100% pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent work on big task - church roof gutters and downpipes. Great communication and efficient, tidy work.

Recommended by our neighbours whose recently cleaned roof looked amazing. Andy came and discussed options and we opted for a steam clean and treatment to rid our roof of moss and lichen. Day before the booked appointment we had a confirmation phone call and the guys arrived at the appointed time. What a great team. Polite and extremely efficient, they were clearly knowledgable and enjoyed their work. A messy job, but everything was left clean and tidy. They repaired a leaking gutter along the way and left my windows spotless. We are delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending them. Well done and thanks to all of you.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Andy came and provided a quote in a timely and punctual manner and was honest and upfront about the work that would be undertaken. Absolute delight and a top bloke, he fitted me in within 2 days of the quote and worked around my schedule. Grant and his assistant came and were a delight to talk to and explained exactly what he was doing. He was fantastic and was very transparent about the job. Overall, these guys have been great. I’d definitely recommend and use them again. 11/10

Quick work, excellent job replacing soffits, fascias & guttering, looks great. Did a quick follow-up when I thought there was an issue for no charge.

Prompt appraisal and quotation for roof moss removal and screed wall cleaning. Start date given at outset and was kept. Very impressive. Two alternative methods recommended. One included a 10 year guarantee against moss reoccurring. Opted for this. Job steam cleaned, treated then sealed. Carried out brilliantly. Warned a messy procedure but after their clear up the house surrounds cleaner than before the team started. The roof and walls look excellent. Like new. The team courteous at all times. Arrived each day promptly and clearly took pride in doing a good job. 👍 have no hesitation in recommending this Co. Thank you

Wonderful service. The price quoted was competitive, and the information pack presented was comprehensive and included the relevant certificates. The workers arrived on time, and were friendly and professional throughout. They left the property spotless and even cleaned the windows. The end result exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Andy and his team were complete professionals from start to finish. Our roof was thick with moss and gutters full of the same muck. The results of their work far exceeded our expectations. First class and highly recommended. Adam B, Ferndown.

Wasn't really sure exactly what I needed, but with great reviews I thought let's give them a go and I'm so glad I did! Andy came out to have a look, went through what's what. The team that came out to sort out our gutters and did a wash down too were amazing, very respectful of our property, cleaned up and made them look as if they were brand new! So pleased with the job, I didn't get the two lads names but they are an asset to your company indeed 😊

Andy came to the house, made a full review and gave us a professional quotation and brochure. We are in a terrace and all 4 of us booked the work, plus another in our street. The team turned up on-time, as booked, having sent a TEXT message an hour before to remind us. The work was carried out quickly, cleanly and with a smile. Excellent job done. Highly recommend

Very happy with Andy & the team not many trader checks up on you & see how things are more often than not either run away or radio silence I could go on but I will keep it brief & don’t get me started nevertheless Andy suggestion to my on going issue over the years with my gutter seems to subsided & can sleep especially with the rainy season. Cheers

Gutters, Fascias and Windows Cleaned and Minor Downpipe Alteration I am incredibly pleased with the job that Andy carried out for us today.  It has been a fantastic experience from start to finish.  Andy replied to my initial enquiry promptly and came just 2 days later (at the weekend) to give us a quote for the job and even agreed to work around another job that we are having done in a couple of days’ time, so that the cleaning work could be done first.  The job itself has been carried out to a very high standard (and believe me everything was extremely dirty as it had not been done for many years).  Andy is a very polite and friendly chap and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. As a result, we have now requested regular window cleaning going forward and will definitely book to have the gutters and facias cleaned more frequently as well. Thank you Andy for your professional and friendly service, I am very glad that we found your company.

Andy and his team were thoroughly professional from first contact right through to finished job.

Andy responded quickly to my enquiry, visiting the house to provide a quote and arranging a date to do the work. On the day the guys worked hard to carry out all the cleaning as agreed efficiently and to a high standard. Andy even kindly removed a dead seagull for me from our terrace! Will definitely use again

Andy gave us a quote within a day of calling, he is polite and professional, our driveway looks brand new, thankyou

We have just had the roof cleaned of moss on our building which is made up of a number of flats. The work was carried out in very well organised and professional manner by the team of men. The result was amazing, the roof looked completely like new. We also required the white rendering brickwork to be cleaned, and again the result was brilliant. they finally finished by washing all gutters, facias, soffits and windows, leaving and surrounding areas in a clean and tidy state. A job very well done. We fully recommend this company and will certainly use them again when needed.

Booked Andy and the team initially to replace fascias, soffits & gutters and afterwards rebooked them to clean & protect the roof. Their work ethic through truly hideous weather (January!) was nothing short of amazing. They arrived promptly, kept disruption to a minimum, dealt with unexpected issues without a fuss and were very accommodating when being regularly disturbed by 5 dogs. Once the weather improved they returned and did an equally great job with the roof - thorough job, everything cleaned and tidy afterwards. And really nice guys. Would thoroughly recommend.

They came and cleaned all our gutters, soffits and conservatory. They were here for about 3-4 hours. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

Came and cleared our gutters very efficiently, also unblocked a downspout at no extra charge. Billed us with the quoted amount. Good service.

This company did an amazing job cleaning our roof. Grant Carl and Josh worked tirelessly and were very polite. Would definitely recommend Andy and his team.

Andy and his team did a fantastic job for my elderly father. Not only did they do a great job with the guttering that we initially asked them to do, when we were let down by a carpenter Andy organised help with that too. Top quality work and just really good people.

Used this company after seeing the results of my neighbours house after complete clean, so booked up to have work done on our house, removed moss from gutters cleaned all the gutters and soffits and eaves etc. Fantastic job looks brand new so clean and white. Overpaid by mistake and Andy was quick on the phone to let me know and refund my overpayment. An honest and trustworthy local company, well pleased, Thankyou. Would highly recommend.

Great doing business with this company. Very professional approach starting with the initial contact with Andy right through to the finished product. They left the driveway and resin driveway spotless. We now have what looks like a new roof, and finally some guttering that is able to cope with the recent extreme wet weather. Great company and friendly, reliable team that I would highly recommend.

Fantastic company that get the job done with no fuss. Highly recommend.

Quality job, completed efficiently with hardworking staff.I have already recommended to friends.

Excellent clearing, cleaning and sealing of troublesome driveway. Andy and his team at Gutter Moss Cleaning have been outstanding throughout. The quote given on our first meeting was very favourable compared to others received and Andy clearly had specialist knowledge and experience in dealing with a persistent grass and weed problem across our front driveway. We would recommend Gutter Moss Cleaning Services to anyone with a challenging invasive weed problem on drives or pathways.

Had Andrew and his team do a roof clean of our bungalow and replace the soffits and complete new guttering. From quote to completion they have all been fantastic, clean and tidy, with customer care second to none. Extremely happy and will record to anyone that needs roof cleaning or guttering. Many thanks Malcolm from poole

What a fantastic job! Roof had many years worth of build up of moss. Quote obtained. Prompt arrival to do the work as arranged..Great communication. Moss was professionally removed by Grant and then biocide was applied. Work took two days. All well cleared up at the end of each day. Result is the roof looks like new and is a completely different colour. Highly recommended!

Roof moss removal, gutters and fascias cleaned. Our roof was not suitable for steam cleaning so the moss was physically scraped off and a biocide applied. There were interruptions for the weather conditions but the guys worked around these and the job was completed on time leaving the roof, gutters and fascias in a great condition. This was a big job and they worked through it speedily and professionally. As I would have expected, there were a few “snagging” points to return to the following week but there was no argument over this and they returned immediately for half a day to sort out the handful of small issues that we wanted them to attend to.

Andy provided a quote very promptly. They turned up on time and the work was carried out very professionally, they respected our property and left everything clean and tidy. All the team were really friendly.

Excellent service from start to finish! Andy provided advice and options along with quotes. Arrived on time and completed everything as agreed, leaving the property clean and tidy all within the quoted price.

Andy & Grant spent a week installing new guttering and plastic cladding underneath the eaves of our property. Good communications and great service throughout. Thanks both

Fantastic work. Extremely professional and friendly. Work was carried very quickly and thoughtfully. Couldn’t praise higher or recommend enough!! *****

Our roof had a LOT of moss on it it took 2 full days to scrape the moss off, it was then washed down and now looks great. Very professional and helpful, clean and tidy - would definately recommend. Have included a photo of the quantity of moss that was removed (we asked for it to be left behind to break down back into the soil).

Moss removal and gutter replacement. First class service and very professional in all areas. What a transformation ! Thank you.

Job done was gutter cleaning, and some 'shoes' fitted to down pipes. Excellent in all respects. Any additional work was fully described, and charges very reasonable. Highly recommended

This company offers an outstanding level of service. Our roof was heavily covered in moss which was continually shedding into the gutters and dropping onto the patio below. Facias, soffits, gutters and barge boards were also in a sorry state of repair. I hadn’t heard of ‘steam cleaning’ a roof before, but I’m so glad we gave the job to this firm. The transformation is truly amazing, the roof looks like new, and with the final treatment to inhibit regrowth from spores, it’s guaranteed for ten years! Each day Andy, the boss, and Grant arrived early and although the weather was showery, which impeded progress, they made up for lost time by staying late. When the job was finished, everything was washed down (walls, windows, doors, patio) so it was cleaner than before they arrived! What a team - professional, incredibly hard working but always cheerful and polite. The high standard of workmanship and level of service makes them an excellent model for other small businesses. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to other prospective customers.

I have used this company twice once for a full roof scrape, steam and seal, and for all guttering , Facias, soffit replacing to match our new double glazing colour Outstanding company who are professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. The pricing is also perfect. I would recommend to anyone.

Great, prompt service as always.

Andy was spot on with all communications and hit every date / time he said he would. Grant worked solidly for three days to complete the job on time and results are amazing. Clean, professional, courteous. Would definitely deal with them again - highly recommended.

Excellent service and great professionals. I requested a cleaning of my guttering following a recommendation of them from a friend. They arrived on time and completed the work promptly. They also discovered gaps around my chimney. Andrew notified me, showing me a photo of the gaps and was then able to repair these there and then. A great service and great communications. I am pleased to both recommend and use again in future. Many thanks!
