I've used Donny twice. First to repair ridge tiles and second to repoint leadwork. Exceptionally happy with both jobs. His professionalism is his credit. His work is top quality. He is clean and tidy in his workspace. He is extremely polite and added to all this his prices are very competitive. I highly recommend his services.

Excellent work, professional and friendly.

Donny made the best job of his life on my roof, got it done rapid , great banter the whole time and cleaned up site. Left not a spec of dust absolutely class

Donny came initially to clean and repair the guttering which he did professionally and courteously. He then returned to clean the roof to my specifications as I did not want it jet washed, also repaired the roof gulleys. He explained everything before carrying out the work to make sure I was happy with everything. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Donny and his team are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient would recommend.

Donny did an excellent job. Highly recommend his services!

Donny fixed my leaky roof in early December 2025 after storm Claudia had wreaked a bit of havoc. He is very professional, polite and efficient and I would not hesitate to contact him again if another bit of my house went south.

We have just had Donny to replace the guttering on our conservatory and at the back of our house. Whilst he was here, we asked him to recement the valleys and ridge on our roof, and generally tidy up/replace a number of slipped/broken tiles. We are very pleased with his work - he explained everything, and made sure we were happy with any suggestions he made, to do the repair work. His pricing was very fair, and he left the place clean and tidy during and after the job. We won't hesitate to use his services again!

More than happy with the work provided on my property. Professional and polite would definitely recommend for guttering and roofing services

Donny replaced my gutters and did a fantastic job, very clean and professional. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good job for a good price.

To whom it may concern. I would like to recommend DE Smith (Donny) very polite, professional person. Did a great job for us with regards to our guttering and facia boards, ie full replacement. Excellent work throughout and very tidy. Will definitely use again. N.

Donny did a great job at replacing our guttering, soffits and fascias, even under difficult circumstances. He was polite and professional throughout. Aswell as being helpful and responsive to messages also.

Excellent service from start to finish! The team were professional, punctual, and did a seamless job. Great fellas, were able to communicate and explain everything to a T. Highly recommend for any roofing concerns!

Donny is a professional chap, explained what he was going to do, gave me the quote, said he be here the next day to complete the work, we had to leave before he had finished but when we came home he had done exactly what he said, grat job💯

Great work, came and cleaned my gutters and facias and fixed a few leaks. Great young lad left them looking brand new. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent service. Would recommend.

We had our gutters, soffits and fascias replaced by Donny and his team today. They are a lovely bunch of people. Very professional, reliable and courteous. Donny was the only roofer who instantly spotted some birds nests behind the fascias when he came to give us a quote. He even explained on the phone why we couldn’t open the bedroom windows fully( they were catching on the fascias) when we first called him to make an initial enquiry, which showed he was highly experienced and competent. The other quality I liked about Donny was his excellent communication skills. He would always keep you updated and answer your calls/messages which is a rare quality in tradesmen this day and age!
