Aztec Fascias Limited

Richard & his team have just replaced our fascias, soffits & guttering and have done an excellent job. They have been very hardworking during the current heatwave, were friendly and everything was left clean & tidy each day. We are really pleased with how it looks and would highly recommend them.

Richard and the team were great. They did all the fascias and guttering in two days as promised. They were friendly, efficient and tidy. Would recommend without hesitation.

We have used Aztec for the replacement of our fascias, gables, soffits and guttering. Their workmanship and attention to detail is awesome. Good communication through out. A big tick in the box for us was that Aztec managed to do all the work without having to erect scaffolding with the limited access that they had. I really rate Richard as well: he is honest and friendly and his quote for the work they carried out was great. I would use and recommend Richard and his crew any day of the week. Great people and company.

Outstanding company and staff. Very hard working, courteous, tidy and on time. Did a thoroughly excellent job of replacing the soffits, facias, guttering and down pipes on our house. Highly recommend.

Fantastic job from the team, arrived promptly, worked through the day, really excellent job on the fascia’s and guttering, would use again and would highly recommend.

This is the third time I've used the services of Aztec Fascias and on every occasion Richard has replied promptly to my request for a quote. The work to repair faulty guttering and damaged soffits was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Richard's team were polite, friendly and kept me informed of the work being carried out. I highly recommend Richard and his team.

I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. From my initial enquiry to replace house cladding and window surrounds, Richard has been most helpful providing a competitive quote quickly, setting a date for the work and sticking to it despite the bad weather and has kept me well informed throughout. The completed work is of a very high professional standard provided by an excellent team .We could not be more happy with final outcome and we look forward to using this company again.

Aztec Fascia’s came highly recommended to me & didn’t disappoint. Richard was very prompt in coming out & providing a quote for the work required. Richard & team worked really hard to replace soffits, gutters & fascia in the really cold weather we have had. I’m really happy with the work & the whole service provided & my house now looks great. I will definitely use again & highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Richard and the team - they came out within 24 hours of my enquiry and fixed our leaking gutter within half an hour!

I've used Aztec three times now. They show up on time, always complete the work within the time given and to a high standard! I wouldn't use anyone else and wouldn't hesitate to use them again highly recommended!!

Rich and his men turned up on time removed old guttering and fitted new clean and tidy job done working in the rain nothing was to much trouble would highly recommend them

We have had with Aztec unquestionably the best of our many recent home improvement experiences. Competitive pricing belies the extremely high standards of work, professionalism, communication directly from Richard and care. The team arrived early both days, barely stopped for a break and worked full days despite inclement weather. It was completed quickly but to impeccable standards and it was the little details that made this team stand out above the parapet- things you might expect but which I can tell you, are not always delivered: cloth around the ladder tops to prevent marking the rendering; fastidious clearing up both days; frequent updates and enquiries as to our preferences as the job proceeded. We have always had a 5 quote policy as homeowners but I don't think I'll bother next time we need similar work done. You will not be disappointed on any level if you choose this company.

This company was highly recommended to us by our son who had used them on his own home. Richard, the proprietor came round to discuss the work and then provided a very reasonable quote together with a date for the work to be undertaken. Our work entailed removing old wooden fascias and soffits and replacing them with UPVC ones, and installing two hoppers. Access to the areas wasn't easy but he was able to use his own towers, ladders and boards thereby avoiding an additional expense to us of scaffolding. It is a long-established company and Richard together with other members of his team have many years of experience between them working together. The team just got on with the job with the minimum of fuss and bother. They even went out of their way to address other issues uncovered and not quoted for at no additional cost. The resultant work was excellent and all undertaken in a very professional and efficient way. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Richard and his team did a fantastic job replacing fascia boards and guttering. They were extremely efficient, polite and left everything tidy.

Requested a quote at 9am, called back at 10.30 came round at 4pm and the job was sorted in 20 minutes, very happy with service and would highly recommend.

Would recommend this company one hundred percent.the guys came out to repair gutter support brackets, did it perfectly, no mess left, all left clean and tidy, the support brackets had been bodged by a non DIY ER.

Aztec fascias limited have just replaced our fascias, soffits and guttering and we're so pleased with the work as they've done a great job. The quote was competitive and they have been efficient, tidy and a pleasure to have around. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard and his team. Many thanks.

I'm so pleased with my secondary front door that fills the storm porch arch, it's worth every penny :) The 3 men involved with the process were ALL well mannered, knowledgeable & took pride in their work. I can honestly say that my font door stands out from all the others.

Arrived on time. Work was completed on time and was of the highest class. Friendly crew. Very highly recommended.

Had Aztec Fascias complete some guttering work recently and received an excellent service. Rich was extremely knowledgeable, turned up on time and completed the work to a very high standard, leaving the job site tidy afterwards. Will be using again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The work was carried out to a very high standard, Richard and his team were very professional and got on with the job. The work was completed in the time frame quoted. They worked very tidy and also cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend Aztec and am very happy with their work. I have already recommended them to one of my neighbours.

Just had our soffits, fascias and guttering replaced on all four sides of our house, including two dormas. Richard quoted for the work, absolutely no fuss, and the price was competitive. Work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard, and ahead of schedule. It has transformed the look of our property, and really happy with the outcome. Left all tidy and the whole experience was one to be recommended.

Excellent company, would highly recommend. Every aspect spot on, punctual, professional & tidy workers.

Great work done on my gutters at short notice and for a fair price. Thanks Richard and team 👍

Excellent team, very friendly and efficient, and certainly will use again

Aztec Fascias were very professional in all aspects. They were helpful and communicative and worked to a high standard. We are very pleased with the replacement of our gutters, fascias and soffits and with the repairs on our chimney too.

Great price, did the job quickly and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up when finished. Highly recommend

At the latter part of 2023 we asked Aztec Facias to quote to overclad all the timber soffits and facias on our house. they were recommended by a neighbour. The quote was comparable with others but recommendation is the best. Richard and his team did a FANTASTIC job. The wow factor for me was that they found a few issues with the existing roof but only told me when the job was done and that it was included in the price. Many companies would have "Painted over the Cracks". We were so please, that in April this year, we asked them back to fit fascias on the garage. Many thanks to Richard and his team.

Excellent service from initial quote all the way through to completion of work. Good communication, timekeeping spot on, all works done as per quote, all rubbish removed and all done in a very informative, polite manner by Richard and his team. Thoroughly recommend for any guttering, fascia or soffit work

Very competitively priced & very good work throughout will definitely be used again at the next property.

Arrived on time, workmanship was good and conducted in a very courteous way. Went the extra mile. Well recommended

I got a few quotes for replacement of my fascias, soffits and gutters. Aztec quoted similarly but their good reviews swayed me and I'm so happy I chose them. They arrived on time and worked freshly well, despite terrible weather. They even repaired a couple of broken tiles for me. They cleaned up and the area looked even better than when they arrived. THANK YOU Aztec. I certainly am very happy with your excellent work.

When we needed new guttering Aztec was recommended to us from someone working in the building trade. Richard came out promptly to take a look and offer advice. His quote was in line with others received. His team arrived on time, were polite, efficient, and left the work area spotless when they were done. I am very happy with the result and to recommend Aztec to others.

We asked for advice about a condensation issue with a bay window. They came round quickly and provided some suggestions that could fix the issue. They came back to do the work a few days later (at the agreed time) and they also fixed a leaky gutter. Professional job, no mess, no hesitating in leaving a 5 start review and will be calling them again if we need any more work.

Good

They did a great job and the team are great. Thank you Richard, Jason and team!

We had some old wooden facials replaced, which were not straight forward to say the least, so an awkward job, but Richard and the lads did a fantastic job, it looks great. On time, tidy and good at what they do.100% recommend

Good work. No problems.

Aztec Fascias fantastic service, really knowledgeable and a great price for the work. The finish is brilliant and has transformed the look of the house.
