One review raises a concern about an unfinished section and confusion over what was included in the quote.

Fantastic customer service. Paul was so quick to respond to my original enquiry and came round assessed the job, quote given and work completed in a couple of days. The team are so professional and friendly too. Someone who cares about their business and reputation and their customers, which is quite rare to find. Highly recommend

Friendly and efficient service with very professional fencing skills. Highly recommended
Superb work and fully guaranteed.
Excellent hardworking guys, clean and tidy, still standing solid even after the strong winds...sorry for the late review..thanks Paul.
Had a fence erected by Paul Clack.... however never finished the job!! Contacted him to ask why and he said there was a small evergreen tree/bush in the way - which was there when he came to give me a quote. I told him I’d have it cut so he can complete the job. I had it cut, and phone him and he then said it wasn’t part of the quote... so now I have incomplete garden fence with approximately 3 feet of no fencing. My recommendation - don’t use him... seems to be on a different planet.
