JM Fencing & Landscaping

Brilliant job done, good value for money, everyone was very polite and helpful

We were able to work with JM fencing to fit in a last minute fence install. Work was carried out to a high standard in a short time frame. Left everything tidy when they left too.

Jack quoted for removal of a very old picket fence that had partially blown down and replacement with a new one. The quote was received promptly and new fence installed the following week. Jack and two colleagues arrived at the agreed time and completed the work quickly and efficiently to a high standard. They were polite, friendly workers. Delighted with the new fence. Would highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again if we need another fence.

Very pleased with my new fence would definitely have Jack back again.

Was delighted with the work until the neighbour told us the fence position had been moved over 30cms into her garden. Surely you cannot change a boundary just like that! Contacted Jack and he stated “Both parties agreed to the positioning” - the neighbour wasn’t even in when the fence went up! Was told I would have to pay again for a complete new fence. Would NOT recommend this company.

Prompt, tidy, hard working, Jack worked so quick, estimated in the morning job done by lunchtime. Would highly recommend JM Fencing, my mum is a very satisfied customer. Fencing looks great.

Removal of a very tired fence and planter. Replaced with 4 new panels, everything left very clean and tidy. Great guys, highly recommended.

Jack and the teams work was incredible and so quick. I would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be getting them back for future jobs. So unbelievably happy with the work

Just a shout out to Jack and team for being so prompt and helping me out! Great company 👌

JM fencing go above and beyond to ensure all of your visions are carried out. They work with precision and use only the best materials to achieve that look. Jack is incredibly polite, punctual and reliable.I felt at ease whilst communicating with him. He was quick to respond to messages, and answer any questions I had, in detail. Jack was happy to be on hand to show me what he was working on and explain it clearly. Jack, works to great precision, and shows skilled workmanship, he takes pride in his work, which is shown through the end product. He was very clear with his plan, which he shared with me promptly, before finalising paperwork and beginning work. I highly recommend Jack, at JM Fencing and would use his service again in the future. Thank-you, Jack for a strong sturdy fence. It looks pleasing to the eye with its precessional lines, straight edges, and flawless finish.

Jake visited our property to quote on replacing our garden fence All requirement were made to jack during the visit which included replacement of the fence the length of the garden. We agree to the quote then the following day we were asked to pay £750 deposit to secure the slot, which we paid which was paid the following Saturday as agreed due to work comments . We were then contacted on the Wednesday to advised us that work could commence on the Thursday . What we weren’t aware at the time was that jack was not going to complete the job but another gentle would attend . The gentleman arrived at the property on the day agreed and work commenced . When the work was completed I returned home from work to find a gap in the fence , when I spoke to jack he said you told be you wanted like that and I put this down to a misunderstanding . Jack agreed to call on the following Monday to agree a time to come back, No call came but was very quick to chase payment on the Saturday ( which we paid on the understanding he would return to fill the gap. We are now 2 weeks on and still a gap in fence ! I contacted jack who informed me that the company is busy and we would have to wait under the end of August ( that would be 5 weeks since job was completed ) I would not recommend this company at all All friendly until payment is made I have added photos to show the workman ship

Thank you Jack for my new fence! I would definitely recommend this company. Fair price, tidy work and excellent finish along with being a nice person too.

Extremely prompt and responsive service from start to finish. Kept us updated throughout. Very happy with garden fence replacement. Highly recommended!

Hey got an amazin new fence Xellent work strong accurate durable I'm well pleased

Really pleased with new garden fence! Very quick response to my enquiry, and work completed within same week. Friendly and professional approach, clear communication and fair pricing. Top quality, careful, neat and tidy work completed by Jack and Max - great result!

This was the second time I had used JM Fencing, to replace old rotten fences, Brilliant job.. Jack works tirelessly to get the job done & nothing is too much trouble.. would highly recommend.

I initially got JM landscaping to install a full run of fencing in our back garden (concrete posts / concrete gravel boards and closed panel fencing) Amazing job ! So I got them back to do a bespoke front garden fence (integrated planter with 8 inch sleepers) and block paved driveway. Very happy with all the work they carried out, prompt to reply, started with both jobs within a week or two of inquiring. Great communication, reasonable price, highly recommended. Thanks Jack and your team

Awful, poor quality of work, misquoted prices, breakages, failure to communicate. Promised to return to sort out issues, particularly wrecking a garden light system and a patio too low, prone to flooding. Hangs up the phone when he sees my name and won't reply to emails. Avoid.

Disappointed and Unprofessional Service I hired this individual to lay garden slabs at my property. After agreeing on a quote, time, and date for the work, I took time off from work to accommodate him. Unfortunately, he didn’t show up on the scheduled day and did not respond to my calls or messages. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially after making arrangements and giving him the benefit of the doubt. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy help with garden work. It’s important to work with contractors who respect your time and communicate properly. Very disappointing experience.

Really good service: swift answer to initial enquiry, with quote. Good communication and timekeeping Good tidy job. What else would anyone need. Thank you JM Fencing

Super responsive service, very quickly provided a quote and date for the work. Great job, really happy with the work carried out to replace the back fence and gate. Would recommend and use again.

Very pleased with the quality of work. Excellent service and would definately recommend them as a company to deal with.

Although a small job was requested for JM fencing to do they replaced 2 parts of my fencing beautifully, well mannered and cleaned up afterwards well already got extended work to be done in spring time, would recommend 👌

Excellent quality fence repair. Also went out their way to carry out an additional repair on the day. Polite and efficient team, many thanks.

Fantastic communication, really fast workers, very friendly, and they did a fantastic job. All done as agreed and site left tidy. Would recommend.

Removal of trees and wall then approx 45 m of close boarding fencing, Jack did a great job, courteous and thoughtful, taking time to update on progress and timedcales- really professional and freindly, highly recommended 👍

Fantastic job done by Jack and lads. Extremely polite, clean and tidy. So happy with our new fence and gate.

Professional, polite & competitively priced. JM Fencing did a very good job repairing my fence - thank you!

The guys fitted wood fencing and a back gate. Good quality work and great service!

Good service, hard work, great finish. From quote to finishing the work in a week. Jack and team were friendly and professional throughout. They put up with me asking lots of questions and had my fencing and other maintenance done in two days. Very happy and I would use them again.

I really do not like to post negative responses but feel that I need to save anyone else going through what we have just had to put up with. On a positive back in Feb JM Fencing did an absolutely 1st class job for us a brilliant communication When it came to having additional work done we instantly called Jack but had 2 other quotes to compare, JM was not the cheapest but we still went with him as we used therm before. Due to start Monday - Did not show up Agreed to come Tuesday - Did Not turn up Blamed phone broken as to why he could not keep me in loop He then agreed Thursday as all ok and did not turn up, again no call nothing just waiting around for nothing We thought we would give him one more chance and after speaking to someone (A lady) who advised that 99.9% they would do the job today, I checked in last night and guess what - No again. We have given up and really do not want anyone else going through what we have. Just cannot understand how a company can survive like this. Will never use again

Jack and Dan were punctual and worked for 5 hours without much of a break to get our new fence fitted. Both were very professional and completed the work to a very high standard for a reasonable price. I would recommend.

Jack and his colleagues were very professional, hard working, did a great job, with an excellent finish.

Excellent commmunication throughout, great attention to detail, highly reccommended. Thank you Jack

very smooth service

Jack and his team were very professional and done as we asked with the quotation and installation of the fence in the time that he said, pictures before and after.

Great service. Fast, friendly & overall attention to detail & quality appeared to be key to their approach to all aspects of their work. Many thanks to Jack & his team. Can genuinely recommend this company.

Inconsiderate company that parks their vehicles wherever they like taking up residential parking and making life difficult for families with young children not allowing enough space and even blocking others.
