Howard's Flooring Ltd

Bought my bedroom carpet from Howard's flooring recently, the quality is exceptional and the fitter was excellent done a fab job , very pleased with the service I received from them all. Thankyou so much I'm one very happy lady.

Howards Flooring fit a new hard flooring throughout my flat all the way from my front door to hallway, kitchen and lounge. They have done a great job my wife and I are very pleased . Would recommend Howards flooring to friends and family and anyone else that needs new flooring.

Really dissapointed in the service we got.

Just changed our floors to LVT and very happy with the excellent service! Thank you Dom and Nong for all your meticulous and efficient work. Clear communication and professional service throughout. Would highly recommend.

Dominic and Nong have transformed my flat. The price was competative and they worked extremely hard to complete the work. The finish is excellent... I am more than happy with the quality and standard of finish and would readily recommend them to anyone else who requires LVT flooring fitted to an amazing standard. Thankyou both 😊

Very pleased with the service that I received from Howards Flooring, I requested an early fitting time for my office carpet to allow other trades to follow, Dominique arrived on time, and left the job neat and tidy.

They fitted the new carpet for our bedrooms. They did a excellent job...professional and friendly.

Excellent service and price, pleasure to do business with, will use again.

Excellent flooring! Great team doing the job, strongly recommend

Fantastic service, very professional and friendly staff from quotation to finish. My bathroom floor was installed to a high standard and was left clean and tidy, Highly recommended!

We're really pleased with our flooring and carpet. We said what we needed, ie hard wearing suitable for dogs, big family, easy to clean... We chose our flooring and carpet from home. Dominique and his wife booked our appointment for fitting straight away, for our convenience. They arrived and completed as arranged at all all times were a pleasure to have working in our home. Always answer the phone. Excellent job done! Extended family were here recently, they were so taken by our flooring they too used Howard's Flooring and are also thrilled with the product and also the staff. Strongly recommend.

Shocking customer service, could not be bothered to give us a quote and cut the phone off twice then put straight to answer phone.

We called them twice to book something in for someone to come out to measure snd bring samples however both times no one turned up and we didn’t get a call to justify or let us know why, we cancelled our plans both times to attend to them, very poor service and not reliable.

Excellent service helpful friendly 👍 nothing to much trouble definitely can recommend.

1st class service from start to finish! I gave them an idea of the flooring I was after and they came to the house with samples which were spot on. The options, process and costs were clearly communicated and a fitting date set there and then that worked for me. The fitted arrived promptly, completed the flooring to top standard and happily answered questioned I had about another potential job. The whole team are friendly and professional and go above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my new flooring and am already planning to book them for further work.

Light in shop window saying open and lights on. Door locked and no one in. Disappointed to have to go elsewhere

A fantastic, high quality, friendly service from start to finish. Very competitive prices. I highly recommend Howards flooring and will certainly be returning.

Dominique of Howard’s carpets came round to measure and gave me a great price, and choice ,he met my needs in every way ,and the carpet fitter Dan , did an Amazing job I’m over the moon with the fit, colour ,and carpet . 5 star thankyou very much

We were very impressed with Dominic when he came out to give us a quote. He was the most reasonable out of 3 quotes. His installers were friendly and professional, they made a great job of the bedrooms, stairs and landing. Definitely recommend 👍

Today i had the experience off having howards carpets come to my house to fit a lounge carpet. All i can say is fantastic service and fitting from start to finish. Highly recommend. 5 star's

A Local company with an amazing work ethics . Dominique and Nongie and the team , were absolutely amazing from start to finish on our flooring as we have had the flooring in the entire house completed by them with Luxury Laminate . they provide exemplary and professional service and always on hand if you need to discuss anything with them . Thank you 🤩 we are completely in oar of new floors . Thanks again .

I absolutely love my lounge carpet Dominique and his wife laid. Now my two bedrooms today. I will never go to another Company outstanding work and quality

Meet Dominique and his wife at our house lovely couple choose the laminate floor we wanted for a small fee they took all old carpet up and fitter came a few days later to fit new floor. Fantastic job can not be more pleased can't wait until extension is finished and Dominique and his team will be back to laminate this as well. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this business and could not be happier with the results. Speedy, reliable service carried out with friendly professionalism.

I would 100% recommend Howard's Flooring to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and friendly service. Both Dom (the owner) and Ted (the carpet fitter) were excellent at communicating, and they were both quick to respond to any queries. The work was completed very soon after the initial quote (given during the first visit!) - and we are delighted with the results. We'll definitely be in touch again soon for our next project. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! I was let down by another company on 5 occasions, and had lost all hope of getting carpet fitted in time for xmas. I spoke to Dominique on a Thursday, and by Friday afternoon my lovely carpet was fitted! Dominique and his wife did an Amazing job! And at a great price. Lovely people. Will definitely be going back to them for my other rooms.

Just had new carpet laid by Dom and his team. From the first time I entered Howard's flooring Dom was very helpful and easy to deal with. The quality of the carpet and fitting is second to none. Would certainly recommend and will definitely use Howard's Flooring in the future. Just had my kitchen floor levelled and new flooring laid. Superb job once again. Easy straightforward communication and Dom was extremely helpful. Cheers again!

Dominic did a marvellous job throughout the entire home. The project was completed in a number of stages over almost a year! But, each stage was completed to perfection! And each new stage just blended beautifully into the previous one completely seamless, so the whole home looks absolutely amazing. I can’t thank him and his team enough. The place looks totally amazing and you’d never believe it was done in at least 5 separate stages over the past year. Thanks to Dominic and his wonderful team. Their service and advice is impeccable.

Howard’s Flooring did a really good job efficiently and quickly. The wheelchair wouldn’t go over the threshold strip easily and when I rang him up and explained the situation he came round immediately and changed it. It is now perfect.

What service wow so good will use again thankyou friends

Bush and Darren done a fantastic job at our abortion clinic only took 2 days to rip out the old sub floor and replace due to a leak, the only sign of them being here is the quality vinyl that they cap and cover for us, witch means we can get back to the job we love with no stress

I cannot fault the service provided by Howard’s Flooring as I needed a carpet fitting urgently. The whole service was quick and efficient and no fuss! Would not hesitate to use these guys again for any future carpeting needs.

We are so happy with our New Flooring. Dominic and his wife did a splendid Job. Would not hesitate using Howard’s Flooring in future.

Not only did Dominic and his lovely wife complete a very complicated job fitting LVT flooring throughout the ground floor of the house they worked to a deadline as well. I couldn't praise this couple enough.

My Wife and I have used Howard's flooring several times and always found them to be helpful and provide excellent service. The most recent was within the last week or so, where they opened the shop for us on a Sunday, ordered the vinyl and arranged to have it fitted the following Wed. Because we are busy we left a key for the fitter along with his money (you pay the fitter direct) - and he also did a great job. We have always been pleased with the fitters from Howard's Flooring and we are pleased to recommend Howards Flooring for all your flooring needs.

Dominque and his wife were amazing. My daughter got the keys to her new home one day before having her baby and they so kindly managed to sort out lovely carpet for her instantly and fit it very professionally whilst she was in hospital. Cannot thank them enough for their excellent service. Going local was well worth it.

I couldn't be happier. Dominique and his wife offer excellent service, he gave a great quote right away during their first visit and provided service in a timely manner. His quote was also the lowest amongst the others I received. New carpet looks beautiful - highly recommended!

Could not be happier with the service provided by Dom, his lovely wife and the fitters. I got everything I wanted and even got it cheaper than I had planned. He took the job on last minute for me and jiggled all the work that needed doing entirely around my new home’s refurbishment. 5stars, happy to recommend and whenever I need more work doing, I know exactly where to come.

Ours was a relatively small job but Dom and Ted looked after us from start to finish. Excellent carpet and vinyl at a great price and fitted superbly.

Excellent service from howards flooring and I recommend them. So pleased with the work they did.

A job that looks good. Many thanks

We are so pleased we chose Howard's Flooring Ltd to supply and fit carpet to our hallway. The pricing was so good & fair we decided on having the stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms re carpeted at the same time. The owner Dominique is a professional that listens to what the customer wants, and most importantly he delivers!!! Fantastic results from the very polite fitter who did an amazing job & thoroughly cleaned up afterwards 100% Will definitely use again for the rest of the house

First time using Howard’s flooring and we were very glad to meet such a lovely, experienced team. Our new carpet is of a lovely quality and the fitting was spot on. Thank you

I would highly recommend this company. Professional from start to finish, quick service and the carpet was laid really well and securely. Very, very happy customer 😊

Highly recommend, excellent price and service was faultless from start to finish. Thank you

Excellent service. Highly recommended. Had the stair carpet done and it looks wonderful. Thank you!

\We were fortunate enough to discover Howard's Flooring as we prefer local businesses. Dominic and his wife arrived to measure up and give us a quote to fit study, dressing room, bedroom, 2 landings and staircase. He brought samples of carpet with him as we had already discussed our preference. We agreed a very competitive price and set a date. The whole job took two days and was expertly executed. It was not an easy job by any means due to the design of our house. The laying and fitting are excellent and Dominic could not do enough for us. His lovely wife assisted him doing everything but the actual laying. They make a great team and we would recommend both them and their expertise to anyone.

Great and professional service offered by Howard’s flooring! Recently used their service to lay out new carpets in a dated flat and they completed the job promptly in less than a week (3 rooms, a hallway/entrance, and patio)! Dom made sure to match the carpets to what we wanted and laid them beautifully along with new vinyls (kitchen) and astro turf on our patio. He was very helpful and offered a good, reasonable price for the fittings. Highly recommend Howard’s flooring and will be using their service again for future projects.

Howards flooring supplied us with some quality vinyl for our bathroom. The device was prompt and efficient and I would definitely use them again.

Dominic was very knowledgeable from the start. He visited my flat ,measured up and told me what I did or didn’t need which was very refreshing. Took a selection of carpets for my tenant to choose from, all of which, were very reasonably priced. Did a marvellous job fitting and clearing away afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Great selection of flooring which we could choose from home. Competitively priced and superbly fitted.

Love my mum's new carpet thank you so much, we are going to be re hiring again

Excellent and very professional service, Dominique came round to do a small quick call out job. Will use again for future work, would highly recommend.

We are so delighted with the carpeting of my apartment today. Howard's flooring have completed a fantastic job that feels and looks luxurious. The service was transparent about costings before work commenced. Clean, efficient, polite and disposed of the old carpets. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you so much Howard's flooring. Regards Lorraine & family xxx

2 bedroom carpets. Excellent value and exceptional service, speed/quality of fitting, any issues addressed quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Great job completed with a tight dead line Everything perfect clean and tidy

Very pleased with the quality of carpet fitting provided by Howards Flooring

Excellent time keeping, professional friendly and an excellent job fitting my new stair carpet!

First class service. Prompt, reliable & friendly. Have used repeatedly for my home & relatives home. Thankyou Dominic

Great service. Very good communication. Great time frame. Dominique and his wife very friendly and professional. They have a lot of samples to choose. Perfect fitted laminat floor in three rooms. We are pleased with the job. Thanks.

This man and his wife is an absolute joke. Turned up 20 min early for the appointment. Very rude and arrogant has got no peoples skills whatsoever. The way he was speaking to me made me very uncomfortable in my own house. Then him and his wife just left, walked out, because his wife had a sudden headache. With no explanations, No apologies nothing. Just disappeared. Unbelievable couple. I would never trust this couple to enter my house ever again. Stay away from this couple!!!! Scam

Dominique was very helpful in many ways. He helped me take the right decision and at the right pricing and services. He was not even in town but spent a lot of time on video calls with me to make it all work out. I would recommend him to my contacts simply because he completely sensed what was the need and helped me in all ways possible to make things as seamless as possible.

Great work done carpeting our flat. Perfectly fitted. Job done in an incredible time frame. Competive quote and excellent quality. Dominique and his wife are very professional and friendly. They came to our place with the samples so we could choose the best option without leaving home. They have a great attitude and listened to our needs recommending the ideal product. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Definitely recommend! Dom is very professional, friendly and will do the job quick.

We were let down on the day by another company and I rang Dominic and he arranged and sorted a carpet and underlay for me within 2 hours and him and his lovely wife Donglak got to Basingstoke from Bournemouth by 1.30 and they fitted my carpet, it looks absolutely amazing and I will be eternally grateful for the service and quality of the carpet and the workmanship they provided, even though I live quite a way from Bournemouth it wasn’t an issue, thank you Dominic from the bottom of my heart 🙏

From my initial enquiry to the finished job Dominique was excellent. Highly quality advice / work and extremely tidy workman. We are so pleased with our new flooring and highly recommend Howard’s flooring.

Howard’s Flooring is the place to go, if you need a carpet fitter. Excellent service, great time frame, professional brilliant job done. Thank you Howard’s Flooring in Bournemouth

A very satisfied customer here. Thank you for helping us out, in such a great manner.

Quick efficient service, a job well done 👏

Absalutly amazing service. The job was needed doing ASAP and they came for measurements and carpet choice at 7.30 that evening for it then to be fitted a day LATER! Amazing. The carpet was layed beautifully and couldn't of asked for a better service. So so grateful. I will definitely be recommending Howard's Flooring to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you loads guys Xxx

Dominic and Nonglak gave us great advice and did a fantastic job fitting our new carpets. Very professional and a great team. Thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service, very reliable and professional, the carpets are luxury quality at a very competitive price. Dominic also arranged to have our own vinyl fitted in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this company.

Dom and his wife Nonglak quoted us for Karndean throughout our entire house at a very competitive price, the best by far compared to all of our other quotes. When it came to the week of fitting, they were very professional and happy to give advice. Not only that, but their fitting skills were evidently refined from decades of practice! It was clear they wanted to do a good job and worked very hard to achieve the standard we wanted. It is difficult to find tradespeople with this level of work ethic. Dom also went above and beyond by recommending solutions for improving the finish around our home. We could not be happier with the final result, it looks fantastic. I would be happy to recommend Howard's Flooring to anyone due to the great service, value and quality of finish.

Had my hall, stairs, landing and lounge fitted with carpet. Bedroom carpet and luxury vynal fitted in entrance room. Big job undertaken and completely satisfied with all the work carried out. Very professional and highly recommend.

Had Karndean flooring fitted in kitchen , hall and downstairs toilet. Very pleased to have used Howard's flooring. Smooth, professional process from product choice right through to fitting. Highly recommend .

A truly fantastic job done professionally and efficiently. Lovely people which made it even more enjoyable.

We are very pleased with our carpet fitting this week! Dom managed to measure up, order and fit in an amazing time frame to suit us. We’ve found our ‘go to’ for carpet and would highly recommend! Thanks guys!

I am very elderly and Dominic and Longi were extremely helpful with my needs The two guys who came to fit flooring were courteous and totally efficient and punctual I am totally thrilled with my new look bedroom and cannot praise the workmanship too highly Thanks very much Judith Foote

Howard's Flooring Ltd carried out a large job for me at a property in Portsmouth. The price I paid for carpets, underlay and fitting was extremely competitive. The fitter, Dominic, is the best carpet fitter I have ever come across. He was extremely polite and professional and was able to use some of the excess carpet to fit the hallway at the house, which saved money. I highly recommend Howard's Flooring Ltd.

Friendly and very professional service, Thank you 😊

Excellent service. All good!

Happily post my surname as he is fully aware why it's a 1 star and is expecting it. Kept us waiting all day for the carpet so my sister asked for some cash off for the delay and he pulled he took massive offence, pulled his guys off the jobs they'd already started and him and his wife took turns yelling down he phone at me. Disgraceful customer service and my kids bedroom is still without a carpet. Rude, disrespectful and a complete let down.

Dominique Howard provides a great service. He's punctual, knowledgeable about his trade, and hardworking. Will definitely use his services again.

Did an excellent job and was very professional.

Dominique did a splendid job in replacing our bedroom carpets. Very helpful and patient in letting us choose the right carpet. Very professional and neat job done.

Recently had some karndean flooring fitted and I couldn't be happier! Dominique did a really great job. Very professional and didn't take long to complete. Would definitely recommend!

We recently had our floors done by Howard’s flooring, 25 square metres in karndean flooring and our stairs and landing carpeted. We couldn’t be happier it looks absolutely fantastic. Dominic and his wife were very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting new flooring. Thank you for making our home feel renewed and beautiful. We will be using Howard’s flooring again...😃.

Excellent service. Highly recommend using this company. Thank you, I’m very pleased with my new carpet and how quickly it was laid.

Great job and flexible work from Dominic, working to a tight budget. Much appreciated and will definitely use again in the future.

Best in Bournemouth, highly recommended

Another good job carried out very pleased with the quality and workmanship. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else for my flooring requirements. Thank you

Dominic re carpeted two bedrooms for us recently. He did a good, clean job and tidied up after. He is a really friendly guy and his prices are reasonable. The quote was good and he did the job in the same week. Don't waste your time with Carpetright, these people are as competitive on price, much quicker and a lot better at fitting!

Thoroughly recommend Howard’s Flooring! We got a new bedroom carpet recently and it is amazing, great service and quickly installed. Cheers Dominique!

I’m a buy to let landlord and the great thing about Dom and his team is they pick up their phones - so a great job and when you need it done - plus the rates are very competitive. Nothing is too much trouble and I’ll continue to be a customer!

This is the second time I have used Howard's Flooring after being highly recommended to them. I can happily say that once again Dominic and his Wife have not just met my expectations but have massively risen above them. They are a wonderful team, honest, polite and extremely professional. Give them them a call you won't be disappointed.

When I needed to buy a carpet and have it fitted that same day because my mother was being discharged from Hospital and had to move into a downstairs room, Howard Flooring was the only Bournemouth based company that could do it. Their prices are very reasonable and the finished fitted product is just top notch. Proof there are still nice people in retail. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend! Friendly, professional service. Great carpet, price and fitting! Really pleased with my new stairs and landing carpet. Thankyou Howard's flooring!

Howard and his team are great, they provide a quick and professional service. I had my place installed with LVT and carpet - their commitment to the work they carried out was superior.

Amazing Thank you so much! Great service from start to finish, really efficient and great attention to detail. Really happy with it.

I’m very pleased and impressed with the carpeting and flooring service that Dominic has provided. The “mobile showroom” made it convenient to discuss and choose underlay, carpets, and trim for my lounge and bedrooms, and choose hard flooring that suited both my hall and cloakroom. The carpets look great, and I’m impressed by the finish and quality of the Karndean hard flooring. Really fast, friendly and professional, fitting. And at a very, very competitive price! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howard’s Flooring.

Very good service, quick, professional and good price, would highly recommend! Lovely quality carpet too! :)

Dominique provided me with a highly competitive quote for a carpet design I'd already found and liked. He uplifted and removed my old carpet and fitted my beautiful new stripey carpet over new underlay, retaining the gripper rods and door trims to help keep costs down. 100% happy with this company and have re-booked them to replace my wood flooring in my kitchen with vinyl.

Nice clean professional job which we are really pleased with. Would highly recommend

Very talented and professional carpet fitter, results are absolutely beautiful and at an excellent price, we are very happy customers! Cheers!

Great service all round - Dom came to measure up and quote the same day I phoned then the carpet was ordered and fitted the following week. Super quick and carpet looks great.

First class carpet fitting service. From start to finish. Very friendly, polite, prompt and professional. I have used Howard’s flooring ltd for two carpets and would not use any other since finding these. Lovely service all round and thank you for how clean and tidy you are whilst working and when you’ve finished 😁

5* Third time we've used this company. Can't fault the service, always excellent & very professional. Highly recommended.

Very happy customers - Dominic and his wife were both very efficient and professional and were prepared to get our job done before Christmas which was over and above what would be normally expected! Thank you! Happy Christmas!

Amazing work.... so happy with my carpet and great price.. thanks so much

We are very delighted to have chosen Dominic and his wife to fit the karndean flooring to our reception room and kitchen. They look absolutely stunning and the price was very competitive. So we highly recommend them.

Being extremely let down by Carpet Right on the day of fitting, after rooms were emptied, I was recommended to call Howards Flooring. Dominic saved the day and saved me money, with his very competitive price!!! including matching my chosen carpet to one of a better quality. He and his Wife were extremely professional and friendly. The three Carpets laid, look fantastic. I will definitely be recommending and using again for my other rooms in the future.

Had carpets fitted today. Excellent value and done to a great standard. Really easy to contact and communicate with. Thankyou Dominic for your brilliant service, definitely recommend

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT As you can see l can't praise this company enough. They are excellent in every way. Good prices, excellent work & great people to deal with. The workmanship is very high quality & to a very high standard. I had my whole one bedroom flat carpeted & new underlay though out, also had new vinyl laid in my kitchen in the 16th March 2020. It was booked for the 1st of April but they even rescheduled as I was ready earlier than expected. Like I've said an excellent company to deal with & reliable also pleasant people to have in your home. Definitely recommend. Thank you from Pauline in Bournemouth.

Dominic came and fitted 2 bedrooms and stairs with carpet. He also fitted vinyl in 2 bathrooms. We were very happy with the quality of his work. He arrived on time and gave a competitive quote. All work was completed at a high standard.

Dominic came to my rescue and fitted my kitchen floor in karndean, extremely happy with the fitting at Howard's Flooring Ltd

A very professional & personal service provided by Dominic at Howards Flooring. Going beyond their quotation to ensure our uneven kitchen floor was as smooth as possible, also feathering out a slope in the floor. The final finish was better than we’d expected due to Dominic’s attention to detail. I would highly recommend Howards Flooring & wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again for any other flooring work we need.
