Carpets & Vinyls Inside Feelings

Have been in here a couple of times for off cuts or a carpet runner. Always friendly and happy to help

Thanks Les. You have great advice, fitted me into a tight schedule and the carpets look amazing.

Absolutely outstanding service. Carpet fitted perfectly. They are so genuine and polite and have been an incredible help going above and beyond! Would 100% recommend their company to anyone.

Have just had my stairs and hallway carpeted and have used Inside Feelings on a number of occasions.Les is so helpful in choosing flooring and Dave always does an amazing job in laying it.Would recommend to anyone

Just had flooring done from les and dave, great advice from les in choosing the best flooring to suit our needs and fast and tidy fitting by dave. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Great service, good value, family run business. Carpet layed today im delighted with my purchace. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy carpets or vinials from this company.... Thank you for your setvice

Very disappointing. Last Saturday made an appointment for measuring up an empty flat today between 3.30 and 4 pm. I left at just before 4.30 pm with no sign of anyone? Chap phoned at 5.10 with understanding and no apology, just excuses of being busy. I pointed out it would have taken them 10 seconds to advise me they were late his response? " well i'm here now( 70 - 100 minutes late) if you're not happy with our service i'll just leave" As bad as it gets really!!

Amazing customer service from start to finish Fab prices. And a lovely carpet. Thank you Les. Will be back for our kitchen. 😬

Chose these guys on a recommendation. Glad I did. Les gave me solid advise and measured up, and Dave turned up on-time and fitted the carpets in just a few hours. Couldn't ask for a better service. I highly recommend you check these guys out when you are next looking for carpets.

Absolutely amazing service highly recommend topmarks.

Got great advice from Les regarding colour, type of pile durability etc, very easy payment terms and all at a good price for bedroom, lounge and hall. Clear pricing and options. Booked and installed by Dave quickly, no mess, very neat and tidy job completed in a timely manner. These two have a great work ethic, upfront and honest advice and would highly recommend. A very happy customer.

Was feeling quite deflated as had a few very high quotes for some new kitchen flooring with some poor customer service 😪 until I came here 😁 was greeted in a warm friendly manner and not pushy, got the flooring I wanted at a great price 😁 would definitely recommend everyone to go there 😉 can't wait now for my new floor to arrive 😁

If I could rate these guys with more stars… I would. I have used these guys in every property I have lived in and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! The customer service is superb, the flooring is laid with care and always looks amazing. The guys always go out of their way to be accommodating, understanding and they go one step further with helping if you’re on a budget. They have always turned my house into a home. They take care of their customers promptly. If you go with these guys you won’t regret it! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but inside feelings! If you want the best & to be taken care of then these are the guys you need and want.

Highly recommend these guys, Lez in the shop was a great help when it came to picking our new flooring and Dave done a superb job on the fitting! Turned around quickly and at a good price! Thanks again

Love my new carpets and kitchen flooring, lovely family run business, excellent friendly service, carpets are of great quality and affordable prices, fitting so professional, highly recommend them, thanku guys for a great job

Excellent service from this store. Bought two good quality bedroom carpets, underlay and grippers at a very reasonable price. No in-store pressure selling, just worked with the customer needs. No delay in fitting which was carried out to a very good standard. I can highly recommend this store and will be using them again.

Really pleased with our new kitchen flooring. Through no fault of theirs fitting ended up the same day as an appliance was delivered but that was worked round and they really did an excellent job. Same flooring put in the downstairs loo and again excellent job. Thank you.

I've had my old house in Ardleigh carpeted, and my new place in Colchester. The prices for both carpet and underlay were very reasonable and easily compared favourably with impersonal chain stores. The fitting was excellent and looks fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Allie P

Great experience, needed a new carpet for the whole of the new house, compared to what other companies would have cost me it saved me 35% and the service was quick and reliable from start to finish. Thank you so much

Had my loft conversion carpeted by Dave and was so pleased with his work. He picked up the carpet from Carpetright for me and managed to navigate the tight spiral staircase which was an accomplishment in itself. Excellent service at a great price. I only wish I’d have thought to buy the carpet from them as well.

Absolutely brilliant. We found the same carpet with the same quality in this shop for less than half price quoted from another carpet store. The underlay is superb, the carpet quality is amazing & the fitting was done by a real expert. We have never had a carpet this nice, and the fitting was better than other chains of carpet stores. Really impressed, will be going back for our bedroom. Thanks to Les & his brother.

Brilliant customer service, decent prices and a large variety of products. Highly recommended.

Les and Dave did an excellent job laying LVT flooring and carpet the whole house. The service I received was superb and gave me an excellent price included fittings. Highly recommended and it was a pleasure to support local business. Highly recommended five ***** service .

Had our hall stairs and landing carpet fitted today by Dave and cannot say just how pleased we are with it we had a stair lift that had to be taken into consideration all of this was taken care of. From start to finish being given samples to take home, estimate given and completion of work.....excellent. Would have no hesitation of recommending company. Thank you.

Excellent customer care, really helpful & friendly Les was ,got the perfect carpet & great price that we wanted ,Dave the fitter done a brilliant job ,he was really friendly also,a great company, would definitely use again & definitely recommend 👍🙂👍

why shop anywhere else when you can get everything you need right here. Les could not have been more efficient or helpful in supporting a family in need this Christmas. Where else would you find the kind of generosity of spirit I have found today? If I had approached a big company I feel I would just have been a number. I shall be telling all my friends and colleagues that if you want a good honest experience. This is the place to start. Thanks Les

Excellent service and quality carpet. Would recommend to everyone. Thankyou

Had a very competitive quote from Les for some bathroom vinyl and a new sub floor. He managed to book me in very quickly and we are very pleased with the work. Will definitely be using his services again. Thanks to both of you 👍🏻

Very good customer service. Les came around to my house for Vinyl and recommended carpet as my floorboards and levels were bad. Very professional and well fitted.

My mum had a carpet fitted. She is over the moon with the quality of service. We would not hesitate to use Inside Feelings again and would recommend them to Family and friends. Thank you Les and Dave for a top job

Great service! Great prices, great work. Had a quote one week, samples sent by text to me the next day and vinyl flooring fitted the following week. Excellent job, took less than an hour to fit and I’m really pleased with it. Would definitely use again
