A Better Class Flooring

We had the westex LV Tiles. Looks great! The fitters did an excellent job with kitchen/Dining and hallway floor. Fitted seamlessly. Mark and his team were also very helpful with advice to help make a decision on the floor type. We were pleasantly surprised with the price too.

They do what it says on the sign. Had some carpet purchased and installed last year without any issues. Will definitely recommend.

Popped in last thing Saturday to purchase flooring , very nice helpful guy looked after me , highly recommend them

Many thanks to Mark and his guys for my artificial grass. Great guys to work and communicate with. It looks great…

First class service. Great communication the whole time. Thanks Mark.

We have used Better Class Flooring twice now and have been really impressed. The process was very clear and the installers were amazing. They were so polite and careful and went above and beyond to do a really fantastic job! We are really happy. Thank you so much!

Really impressed with the service from A Better Class Flooring. Great communication and fitting. Sorted out any problems very quickly and were brilliant to deal with. Thanks!

Had stairs landing and 2 bedrooms carpeted at a extremely reasonable price. Fast and professional service from the team.

Couldn't believe how polite and nice the two blokes who fitted my house was... true gentleman and great price.... Highly recommended 👌

We have used A better class flooring on more then one occasion now and their work and professionalism is faultless! From early quotation stages all the way through to finishing the job communication is always amazing, flooring is of highest quality, reasonably priced and clean, tidy and friendly fitters. Very highly recommended, we wouldn't use anyone else, amazing work, thank you.

Terrible result – Avoid. Profit over quality. Went with ABC as a one stop shop approach despite premium, to provide re-assurance on a quality install for a very basic LVT job. Awful experience with fitter and communications with shop, numerous false starts and heated discussions. Worst of all end result was a defective floor with ridges visible through floor due to very poor screeding and floor preparation, clearly insufficient care taken and rushed. ABC unable to provide an acceptable resolution, i.e. getting the issues fixed or a refund. Fitter attempted initial light remedial work and then the refused to undertake further repair. ABC have washed their hands, suggesting they only ‘supply’ materials and have left me to pursue remedy with their sub-contractor directly, reneging on their guarantee. If you want a quality supply and install, try somewhere else.

Had stairs and two bathrooms carpeted and vinyl done by better class top service and the guys done a quality job as always thanks guys

Highly recommended, services was excellent, carpets good quality, good price for carpet and fitting. Thank you

We have artificial grass laid, the two guys were, professional, polite and the job they did was amazing. The price was so reasonable and I would highly recommend.

New LVT kitchen floor fitted. Very helpful with advice. Well priced product. Fitting done to work around other work/commitments and looks great. Many thanks.

From start to finish, we had an amazing service. When seeking a quote, we were told how we could SAVE money using offcuts from the roll to do a small hall and maybe part of the stairs. A small hiccup to start - which actually worked in our favour but everything after that was service above and beyond. I would highly recommend A Better Class Flooring to carpet your whole house. A great understanding of wanting to to it in parts and how to best go around it. Thank you for all your hard work. Our carpets look fantastic!

Absolutely excellent service. I got a set of great carpets for my loft conversion and stairs. I saved £600 by going with A Better Class over CarpetRight. They were really friendly and helpful, fitted the carpets on schedule and immaculately, and their prices include all underlay and grippers, unlike chain carpet stores who charge for those. If you are thinking of new carpets, get them from here, you won't regret it

Had our downstairs done with a really nice laminate flooring. Has been 6months and all still looking good. Were very easy to contact and installation was op quality.

Excellent - helpful, informative, reliable, great product & top service

Fantastic service and fantastic quality of finish. Mark and his team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
