Saxony Carpets & Vinyls

A fantastic family run company. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Incredibly competitive prices. Arrived promptly on the fitting day. Worked with care to protect my walls and skirting boards. Cleared all rubbish from the property at the end of the installation. Fabulous customer service. Have recommended them to friends and family to have new carpets fitted. Looking forward to having my landing and stairs carpet fitted once the decorating is completed.

Billy, and his sons, Jack and Joe laid two different styles of vinyl throughout my property They were very courteous and did a fantastic job. Leaving my property clean and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone, as they were recommended to me! Thank you so much much guys. Hope you have a fabulous Christmas 🎄 Best wishes Jane 😊

Bill & his lads did a great job, I highly recommend them

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Billy and his team, Jack and Joe, did a brilliant job fitting all my carpets. The quality is lovely, and it’s made the whole house feel so clean and fresh. They’re really good guys — professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I was completely comfortable having them in the house, even with my dogs around and everything a bit upside down while I’m getting new flooring done! They also left me all the offcuts, which I really appreciated. I’m so pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommended! I had a great experience with Joe and the team - their good reputation locally is well deserved. Starting with a convenient home visit to measure and see samples - with zero pushy sales approach and a helpful, can-do attitude to making the job straightforward and good value. Ordering was easy and installation days were a breeze, with the team arriving on time and straight to work. Any small problems encountered were dealt with totally hassle free and cheerfully, by a nice team to have in your home. Very happy with the finished result and my home was left tidy and transformed. Thank you! Glad I chose local business over the big national chain.

A pleasure to deal with Joe to get samples, talked through colours that will look good with the colours of house we were planning to decorate, good price and service to fit the carpets. Gave good advice on best value for money with threshold bars and how the stair runner will look with extra detailed sides which we asked for. We had the upstairs bedrooms, landing and a stair runner fitted. Ripped out old carpets and took with them leaving everything clean and tied. Would 100% recommend

We were recommended Saxony Carpets by a neighbour and would recommend them to everyone ourselves. Bill was lovely to deal with and communication was excellent. We were left lots of samples to go through and no time pressure. Once we had decided what we wanted the time between ordering and fitting was very quick and booked at a time convenient to us. We had our stairs and landing carpeted and it was all completed in just a few hours. The quality of the carpet is excellent and the fitting is perfect. Products, communication and politeness were all 100%, a great company and a great team. Will definitely use again.

I’m so pleased with my floor. Not only is my new floor beautiful, but it’s much easier to keep clean than the carpet I used to have. Bill and his sons almost completed the job on day one and returned on day two for a little over an hour to finish completely. The family business worked efficiently and they cleaned up afterwards. I’m thrilled beyond words. Something else that’s worth mentioning, Bill was extremely punctual at every point of this experience. Measuring for a quote, showing up to do the work, answering email queries about the floor; Bill’s level of communication was spot on and much appreciated. When I need a new laminate floor in 20 years I’ll be sure to call Bill. 😊

Wonderful workmanship, very helpful and charming fitter, would definitely recommend this company. Reasonable priced too.

Saxony Carpets came out today to lay some vynil in the passage, and lay carpet on the landing and stairs. They were absolutely brilliant, done a fantastic job, were really friendly, and cleared up after themselves. Their prices are cheaper than the other places I got quotes for, but that doesn't reflect in any way, the exceptional, excellent quality of their goods. I would 100% recommend them, and if I need any more carpets or vynil, I know who I will call, Saxony Carpets.

Bill and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with! In less than a week I had my quote (very reasonable!) and installation completed. A very professional, friendly team that delivers high quality work! Highly recommend! :)
