Farrants Flooring

We had carpets and Amtico flooring laid down and are extremely pleased by how it has all turned out. Right from the start, Nigel and his team have been fantastic, friendly and professional. He was the only one amongst those that quoted for the job who was willing to accommodate our very staggered schedule of doing a room at a time. He and Ollie are a pleasure to have around the house. Would highly recommend!

Had our bedroom carpet laid 2 months ago Nigel was very helpful and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to use Farrents Flooring again.

My wife and I are absolutely delighted with our custom stairway carpet. Nigel and his team did an amazing job, as pictures testify. We wanted the American style fit i.e. really closely lipped to the stair with no gaps. Professional, polite, tidy, efficient, and careful with equipment, very calm gentleman. Nigel even came post the quote appointment for another prior appointment to make sure we/he was happy with edging and spacing and fixed some gaps in our wooden flooring while he was here. Comes highly recommended if you want a high end professional finish.

Fantastic job, completed to a high standard and within time stated. We choose amtico LVT in a herringbone style with contrast edging and art deco borders for our kitchen and dinning room, with a tile effect LVT around the peninsula. Nigel and Ollie were easy to have around, friendly and professional. Nigel took care to ensure he understood what we wanted, and offer professional advice, as well as taking the time to ensure our uneven (squeaky) floor was made level and squeak free. We LOVE the flooring, it is a pleasure to look at and walk upon. First time using Farrants Flooring and would definitely use again, and would recommend to others.

Nigel provides a professional service and does a brilliant job. 2nd time using Farrants Flooring and always happy with the service

Excellent experience, Nigel laid laminate flooring in our baby's nursery. He dropped round lots of samples and the whole process was very quick and the floor looks amazing. Will be using again for other rooms in the house.

Nigel and Oliver were not only great people but carried out an absolutely brilliant, quick and totally quality flooring job on our flat. I would not hesitate to recommend Nigel based on price, quality and personality fantastic!! Thanks guys Nig.

Very similar experience with others who have commented, excellent experience with Nigel. Ours is just a small job on the kitchen but he came for quotation and leave us few sample brochures to choose from. He also helped us to order full size samples from Kardean. He understands what needs to be done and is very reliable, efficient, nice and professional. Very high quality outcome yet his price is way more competitive than others. Would highly recommend him.

Nigel was great, very helpful and friendly and fitted our carpet for a very reasonable price.

Nigel was brilliant, lovely carpet way cheaper than anyone else. Very friendly and likeable chap. Ordering was quick and efficient installation. My family have used him several times and always done a great job.

Nigel gave very good advice. Pricing was competitive. Within 48 hrs of placing the order, carpet was installed to a high standard. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

Brilliant experience with Farrants Flooring. Nigel was very responsive and helpful and he and Ollie did a great job fitting my carpet, all in time before I moved it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Nigel was great to work with. He offered great advice and options for the floor we wanted laid, he and Ollie did a great job and were flexible around timings and dates we could do with other work too on. Would definitely recommend.

Nigel was a pleasure to deal with. Super helpful when choosing the right carpet, very quick to install when I told him our free dates, very competitive price compared with the big carpet shops. Would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him in the future

Got exactly what we wanted for much less than competitors were asking, installed to a perfect standard in one day, and charged what we were quoted. There was a little issue getting hold of the carpet and booking the job, but honestly more of an issue with the carpet company than these guys. Overall really happy with the company and their work, would definitely recommend and will be using again if we ever have any more work that needs doing.

We had Amtico Form Herringbone pattern flooring laid with Farrants Flooring recently. He did a fantastic job, and was also very accommodating as we were also having other work carried out at the same time and he arranged the work around ours which was so helpful. He was professional and punctual throughout and finished when he said he would. We can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Nigel for a brilliant job!

I can’t recommend Farrant’s Flooring highly enough. The whole process from beginning to end ran very smoothly. Nigel is extremely professional and courteous. The room has been transformed and the products supplied were extremely good quality. Both Nigel and Ollie were a joy to have around the house too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service. Nigel and his team were great throughout, very knowledgeable about natural carpets, good communication and very efficient when fitting. I highly recommend my new carpet looks great!

Nigel was very helpful from the start with various LVT options. Work was carried very professionally and on time. As we wanted the flooring completed as soon as possible, Nigel also applied a DPM coating. Highly recommended!

Amtico flooring through 4 rooms. Excellent job done, very competitive price and would highly recommend Nigel and his team to anyone. This is the second house we have used him in. They are prompt, complete the job in the time they say, clean up really well after themselves and are very easy to communicate with

Nigel and his assistant did a fantastic job recently laying Amtico flooring for us. They were polite, punctual and efficient and we would thoroughly recommend them and will use them again without doubt.

Highly recommend. Just had Amtico laid to hall and kitchen. Nigel and Ollie did a fantastic job. Great craftsmanship and very tidy. Will use again without hesitation and would highly recommend to others.

Efficient and hassle free, everything was done in a speedy manner and the final result was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Nigel & Ollie were fantastic! They did such a great job with fitting laminate flooring in our hallway, kitchen and living room. Nigel brought over samples for us to look through and loved the finished product. It looks absolutely stunning! We appreciate Nigel fitting us in before our new arrival and would 100% recommend Farrants. Thank you again!

Excellent job, great value, and very quick too! Fitted laminate flooring in our bedroom and lounge - did such a good job that we got them to come back and do another bedroom. 100% recommended. We got Nigel to fit laminate flooring back in February 2020 - he's since done more laminate and carpet in the rest of the house. Most recent was carpet in April 2021. Great job as always and fairly priced. Look no further.

Nigel was amazing. Professional, helpful and always responded in a timely manner. Him and his helper did such a great job in such a quick turnaround. The job is better than we expected! Definitely recommend, we will also be getting our bathroom floor done by him very soon. Thanks so much for all your help, we will recommending you for sure. Hannah & Nathan.

Nigel has been incredible from start to finish! The service even during the lockdown was exceptional, including bringing over samples and measuring up. The carpet is amazing quality, fitted perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. Don’t look further than Farrants Flooring, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Nigel!

Fantastic service. Nigel managed to match and locate carpet for our loft conversion. He dropped over samples for us to look at based on the information we had given him and left them with us over the weekend so we could get a good feel for the match. Fitting was good and Nigel is very friendly and knowledgable of his trade. Would absolutely recommend him. Nothing was a problem.

Bedroom / stairs and landing carpeted. Good value and quality. Nigel brought plenty of samples to choose from and completed the work with a time to fit in with me. Great job :)

Am very happy with Farrant Flooring who we used for all the flooring in our 2 bedroomed house. Nigel came with samples, we discussed options, the quote was reasonable and the end result fab!

I used these guys to install Amtico flooring in my apartment. Nigel was the chap who did my floor, he was very professional and the job was immaculate and done quickly. I always shop around before any purchase and Farrants Flooring first quoted price was lower than anywhere else. If you need to get flooring done, definitely look into these guys you won't be unhappy

Great company - I have used them 4 times now with absolutely no issues. The quality is good and price is fair.

Nigel and his team were excellent at removing my old carpet and replacing with a carpet style I had requested. Finishing and quality could not be better. Excess carpet was left for us as well. Free quotations, fast and responsive service, highly recommended.

Superb service from Nigel and his team. Super efficient, clean and tidy with their work and hard working. Fantastic quality carpet too. Cannot recommend them enough!

Nigel and his team fitted Vusta LVT in our hall, dining room and kitchen and we are so happy with it. They were fantastic to work with from start to finish, worked tidily and got to floors done on time. We get so many compliments for their parquet design in our hallway. It has really finished it of beautifully. Nigel was a great sounding board as well when trying to decide what product, design and colour to go with and having his experience was so reassuring. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have LVT fitted.

Highly recommend using this company. Replaced the flooring in my shop a couple of weeks ago. Gave an excellent service throughout and the finish is fantastic.

Farrants have completed 3 jobs for us over the past couple of years and their work has been exceptional each time. Nigel & his team are friendly and professional too.
