Fantasy Floors Ltd

Just had soundproofing installed by Billy. Brilliant!!!! Really nice, friendly and done everything to ensure work was to an excellent standard, including gripper was correctly installed. Previous company took shortcuts but Billy fixed them, thank you, highly recommend fantasy flooring and Billy.

The team did a great job fitting the LVT for our kitchen. They were very polite, accommodating and the price for LVT was reasonable. We would happily recommend them

Absolutely fantastic, customer service was brilliant. I was in a situation of needing carpets ordered and fitted in less than a week.....it was done within three days with there quick response and I am extremely happy with the final finish. Mark, Jade and the fitters of the carpets were very polite, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Billy arrived and set to work straight away. He was a friendly and efficient fitter. I’m delighted with the flooring and would recommend to my family and friends.

Absolutely 5 stars for Lee and Josh who did an amazing job under difficult conditions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend Fantasy floors.

Amazing job on my elderly mother's hallway. A professional job and polite service. Thank you Craig Jeffery.

Hit your cars in own home. When you have proof they don’t do anything about it but say it’s not by them. Joke of a company

Time keeping was terrible, ended up stuck in for a major chunk of our day. When the fitter did turn up he just remained sat in his van for 20 min. Fitter was quite ignorant to be honest. The flooring was for in our toilet and already has a bobble of some sort, maybe an air pocket, parts of the floor aren’t stuck down properly, it’s not fully been sealed round the edges and they’ve gone over old white sealant with clear sealant which stick out like a beacon. Other than that, the flooring we chose looks ok, it’s what we picked.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fantasy Floors for the installation of flooring in my new bungalow, and I am beyond grateful for the exceptional service they provided, especially during this challenging time following my MND diagnosis. Brad, a longtime friend, has been a tremendous support throughout this process. His care and dedication to ensuring my home is comfortable and accessible have meant so much to me and my family. The fitters from Fantasy Floors are equally impressive; they consistently deliver outstanding work while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor. The quality of the flooring and the attention to detail in their work truly stand out. Fantasy Floors is not just a business; they are a credit to the community, showing genuine compassion and commitment to their clients. I cannot recommend Fantasy Floors highly enough. If you're looking for a flooring service that combines expertise with heartfelt support, look no further. Thank you, Brad and the entire team, for making a positive impact during this time!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. A friend told me to contact them 2 years ago and they did not disappoint then. I called them again to help us with the first floor refurb this time and once again they delivered brilliantly! Pics attached: the final result is just stunning! Special thanks to Mac who has always been very accommodating and professional, providing valuable ideas and different options, always. The Star for us was Billy who took the entire project on his shoulders and did an amazing job, simply put, demonstrating great talent and passion for what he does and excellent communication skills, ensuring we were updated regularly with the progress. We couldn’t be happier with the complete service we have received from Fantasy Floors. We were on a very tight timescale just before Christmas and honestly thought we were asking the impossible. We had a recommendation to contact Mark to see if he could pull it out the bag and him and the team honestly did that and more. Each stage has been professional and thorough, from the initial phone-call to Mark, the quotation visit very shortly afterwards, through to the carpet purchase and the fitting by Ben and Craig. They did an amazing job, were tidy and paid attention to all the details. The carpets look great and they made the whole process so easy. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much

Thank you Ben and Darren of Fantasy Floors for an excellent job of fitting carpet throughout our flat. We have used Fantasy twice now and both times they have provided an exceptional service. Have a happy and successful new year.

Excellent team, service, product and price, have just had 3 rooms carpeted and 3 done in LVT, from Martin doing the measuring, Brad doing the survey to make sure we were in a position to go forward and then the fitting team of Faz, Brad & Bill. Everyone was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and the quality of the products is excellent. Many thanks to Fantasy Floors.

Massive thank you to Ben and Craig who replaced the flooring in our kitchen diner. Fantasy Floors has been appointed as the new contractor for the developer we bought our home from and the job these two did replacing the poorly laid LVT by the previous company was fabulous. They worked quietly and efficiently, were very courteous as I was working from home, and even moved the appliances for us. Really happy with the service and would absolutely recommend

A big thank you to Lee & Curtis who fitted vinyl in my large, awkward kitchen. The floor was in a really bad state including a lump from where a wall used to go across. A lot of time and care was taken into making sure they done a good job and they certainly did. It’s no longer a trip hazard for my toddler! Thank you so much, I’ll be recommending Fantasy Floors to everyone and I will be a returning customer.

2 Polite, respectful and tidy young men came and installed various carpet fittings in my nans property. They were amazing with Nan, my nosey toddler and baby and myself, great communication and price and even cleaned up after themselves! Both Tyler and Archie are a credit to the company. Will definitely use again!

Had Ben & Lee here for 4 days working hard to remove all our old flooring & prepare and lay disability vinyl to the entire house & carpet to our stairs. These guys are gems. They worked so hard & were polite & friendly. They also cleaned up so well that I am hoping they fancy coming to clean my house once a week for me. It was spotless. I was very anxious before they arrived but I didn't need to be. Would recommend them to anyone. 5* all the way.

Thank you fantasy floors for transforming my home I love it !!!!

Great service, very friendly team, floor looks amazing, will be using them again for more flooring in the future. thank you

Once a viewing was arranged and flooring chosen, this was followed quickly with an estimate and the work carried out 2 days later. Super efficient. We were kept informed at every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and even areas such as inside the airing cupboard and fitted bedroom cupboards were carpeted. I have no hesitation in recommending this extremely efficient company. Their work was carried out to the highest possible standard and I would use them again and again.

Over the moon with the service from these guys. They bent over backwards to help me meet a very tight deadline. Sales, fitting, and after sales services were all excellent. I was advised well on what would best suit my needs, and at an excellent price. The fitting team were very fast, efficient, tidy, and genuinely lovely guys. Would 100% recommend Fantasy Floors to everyone 🙂

I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the carpet I got from Fantasy flooring. More helpful than the larger chains and very quick to respond on thier Facebook page to my enquiries. I will be recommending you to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend these guys from picking my carpet and giving me great advice, when it came to fitting what can I say very accommodating room was clear apart from double bed they helped me remove from room and helped putting it back in place, very reasonably price for supplying and fitting, if I could give more than 5 stars I would have. Keep up the good work and look forward to you doing the next room of my in the new year. 👍
