Knights Carpets & Flooring

Fantastic service, very beautifully laid, super clean and tidy and very efficient. Couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service great quality amazing prices quick efficient fitting overall an amazing experience

Excellent from start to finish! Craig came and measured for my new floors. He quoted to lift carpets and underlay, prepare the floors, latex and then fit the new LVT flooring. The price was competitive and we are delighted with our new floors. The fitters - Kev & Harry were polite, friendly and professional as well as being very accommodating. I cannot recommend Knight’s flooring enough

We have just replaced our kids old carpet with a Pembroke Camel wool carpet. It was a great choice! Knights Carpets managed to do it perfectly and in a record time. The total cost was affordable. We strongly recommend them and will certainly continues to use their services for our house renovation.

We are absolutely delighted with the whole process of working with Knights Carpets. Excellent advice and help with fantastic customer service. Fitting was undertaken cleanly and competently. We love the look of the finished carpet. The costs were extremely competitive. We would not hesitate in using Knights again and would thoroughly recommend 👌

Craig got in touch immediately and visited to quote the job - lots of options and very reasonable prices. Knights were able to supply and fit the new carpet shortly after. Highly recommended

I was so pleased to find such a great family business to supply and fit my stair carpet. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from helping me to choose the carpet, to pulling out the stops to get it fitted quickly and for a quick and professional job from the fitters. Will definitely be using Knights again.

such a professional and friendly staff for the start to the end I am pleased with all the work and my floor look amazing looking forward for next job in the future all the best

Never easy choosing a company to do work but no regrets. Courteous, tidy & experienced fitters got the new LVT flooring down in my kitchen, bathroom & lobby & it looks a treat. Thank you guys, you did a great job!

Delivery and Hazel made me a coffee, very nice lady

Knights carpets provided an extremely friendly and helpful service, from choosing the right carpet through to quote and fitting. Very helpful and tidy fitters they even hoovered the carpet before they left. Thank you Mrs Sellar Lytchett Matravers

I’m moving in to a new house and realised I needed to replace the carpets before the furniture was moved in. Messaged Tuesday evening, went and picked my carpet the next day and by Thursday afternoon the carpet was laid. Fantastic, ready for the move on Friday. I didn’t think it would be possible!

We had both carpet and laminate flooring laid and the whole experience from start to finish was effortless! The results are fantastic, we couldn't be happier. Craig was brilliant and fitted into our schedule with measuring, gave good advice on what to choose for our budget and recommendations on wear and tear. The carpet and laminate fitters were very professional, friendly and tidy. I'm so glad we chose this company, we highly recommend them!

So happy with the whole experience great easy to manage flooring what a difference

Friendly service and great advice at the shop from Craig and his assistant Boston the black lab - we were able to take some floor samples home to make sure we were happy with our choice. Craig then fit us in to have the floor installed in our garden office on short notice. The lads who came to install the floor (Kevin and Harry) were efficient, polite and made minimum mess and noise. We're super happy with the whole process from start to finish and can't wait to start using our garden office. Thanks team!

From the 1st visit from Craig to survey our property to the last minutes the fitters Kev and Harry were here, everything was brilliant. Highly professional, knowledgeable and quality workmanship from Kev and Harry who quietly and effectively got the job done superbly. Response to a slight snagging issue afterwards was immediate and rectified extremely promptly to ensure we were 100 percent happy and satisfied with our new LVT flooring throughout. I would highly recommend this company

It’s the third time using Knights and we are more than delighted with the outcome. From the showroom to the carpet laying when extremely smoothly. I’d highly recommend their services, top class.

Excellent service. Craig sourced a particular product that we had seen elsewhere. Very competitive prices and excellent service from start to finish.

Great deal lovely carpet, friendly people. Left it clean. Would use again soon.

Highly recommend, very competitive pricing and a beautiful, clean job. Lovely company to deal with. Laminate in the lounge and hallway, vinyl in the bathroom, I will definitely use them again for my kitchen 😁

Amazing service and quality carpet. Highly recommend.

From start to finish we received excellent service. We had advice on different types of carpets to choose from, which made it easier for us to decide which carpet would work best for us. We didn't have to wait long for delivery and fitting of the carpet. The fitters were professional and we were happy with the fitting.

Unreliable. Didn’t even respond to my enquiry.

Excellent range of carpeting. Advice given and good reccomendations for your lifestyle. The carpet fitters are brilliant at what they do. Highly recommended.

We phoned Chrissy and Craig to purchase some flooring grade ply. We got quote and then they arranged delivery the very same day , really impressed by their communication and service. The Delivery guy was brilliant putting the boards in a place of our choice. We have used Craig Knight for our carpets for many years and we are normally reluctant to recommend tradesmen to friends but we have no qualms in recommending Knights Carpets. The service is always first class, very personal, very professional and always at very competitive prices.

Great service, extremely Helpful, extensive product show room and years on knowledge.

Good selection of good quality carpets and floors. Friendly staff. Used them twice for carpets and hard floor. Carpet fitting was very quick and professional.
