Brilliant friendly service. Very knowledgeable when choosing my carpets. The fitters were very thorough and friendly. Recommend them every day of the week

First class service from Mark and his team as usual. Quick, reliable, reasonable prices and a clean and efficient job!

Remarkable carpeting company, gave us an outstanding service and the work quality was excellent. I have already been recommending them to friends and family.

Good range of carpet types, friendly staff explained clearly about different kinds for different needs, fitted neatly by punctual and polite fitters. Reasonable prices and able to borrow samples before making an order.

Friendly service. Good choice of carpets. Reasonable price. Quality workmanship.

Great service, arrived on time and settled straight into the job. Excellent work and would definitely recommend to others.

Very helpful in the showroom and a great job done fitting the carpet. Thank you

Great selection of samples to take home and to choose from. We didn’t have to wait to long for fitting. We were really pleased with our chosen flooring and the workmanship. Would use this company again 🙃

We have had excellent service from staff in the shop and from all those who have removed the old carpets and laid new ones. We are very pleased with the end result and would like to thank the staff we have dealt with for their patience, good advice and high quality work.

So very pleased and impressed with the service. We had carpets and LVT fitted recently. Speed of delivery was amazing and the Quality of both the actual product and the fitting was brilliant. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent. Friendly and efficient service, from ordering to fitting. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our carpets.

We've used Remarkable Carpets before and their excellent service continues. Buying, ordering and fitting were all superb. A bonus was that, rather than having to guess or rely on photos, they let us take a book or two home to properly compare against our furniture.

Great service all round.

Second purchase and fitting with Remarkable this year. This time we had LVT flooring laid in herringbone style in various areas. The product is fantastic and the fitting was superb. The finish is so neat and we cannot fault it. So glad we had this done professionally as it was very fiddly work. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable, helping us select the right product for our home and budget. Thanks very much, couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We had been looking for a carpet for ages when we popped into Remakable Carpets showroom one Saturday morning. Within 5 minutes the lady had found us exactly what wanted and at a great price.. A phone call from Kelly on Monday had the carpet ordered and booked in for fitting 10 days later. The fitters arrived on time and were both very polite and made a fantastic job fitting the carpet to our lounge and dining room. They didnt make any marks on our newley painted walls/skirting boards as others have in the past! When they finished they hoovered the carpet and took all the rubbish away with them. We would definitely recommend them and will go back when we need another carpet.

Very quick and painless. Turned up when expected, left no mess, professional in every way. Will use again!

We are really very pleased with the service that we've had from Remarkable carpets. The staff in the shop were super friendly and helpful. Our Invictus herringbone flooring looks amazing and professional. There was a quick turn around and the fitter did a brilliant job. Thank you Remarkable carpets!

The team bent over backwards to get the flooring done in our new home before we moved in and we couldn’t be more grateful. The fitting was a good finish overall, particularly the carpets. Unfortunately, the carpet itself, which I had hoped was mid-range quality was flat as a pancake after a year and not looking great at all. It was the ‘Chiltern’ range. It was a shame no off cuts were left at the property, as the landing cupboard was left unfinished and we weren’t able to rectify. The service in the shop was excellent and the team were knowledgeable and friendly. However, overall would not hesitate to recommend this company for flooring supplies.

carpet was well fitted, neat and tidy all good.

Excellent service, good price, carpet fitters efficient, quick and very nice people

Great service, staff and price. Already have booked another room to be done in a couple of months.

Excellent service from start to finish - thank you

Our first time using Remarkable Carpets and we are very pleased we chose them. We wanted Marmoleum installed in our kitchen and Remarkable were able to supply this and have a brilliant specialist fitter Martin who did a fantastic job. Remarkable were very good at communication, have a welcoming well stocked showroom and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again and we definitely plan to use Remarkable again

We used Remarkable carpets to carpet our whole house in various stages. They have a great selection and we're able to advise us on the best type of carpet for different areas of the house. Nothing was too much trouble and the fitters were prompt, efficient and tidy. I would highly recommend this company

A great selection of carpets to choose from across various price ranges. Everyone was very helpful and informative. Being just a small room, they were able to fit my choice of carpet quite quickly, and the fitting itself was remarkably speedy but a perfect fit. Very happy to recommend this company

Helpful advice in showroom. Installation could be done on my first choice of date. Happy helpful team of Zac and Mason laid the carpets efficiently. Very puzzled that I had to chase up initial quote, itemised break down of total bill and confirmation of installation date.

Following a recommendation we visited and were very taken with the friendly, can-do attitude and they had the range we were looking for. We ordered carpet for two rooms and the prices were as good as any we’d seen. Now fitted, the results are really pleasing. Highly recommended!

so happy now the floor is in,thanks 2jjohn and mark the builders, plus dan the flooring man top quality job from all, many thanks, mark, rob, kelly, see u all soon, clive.

Great service once again, carpet looks great, thank you 😊 Can thoroughly recommend Remarkable Carpets.

We could not fault the information we were given in the shop to help us choose our carpet. The carpet fitters were friendly and efficient and we are very pleased with our carpet. They only lost a star because communication was not the best.

I have just had a stair carpet installed and am satisfied with the work carried out. Thank you

Excellent choice of carpets, friendly and very efficient service.

It’s been remarkable - truly five star service and brilliant, careful and skilled fitters - recommended to us and certainly a company I would recommend to others

Excellent price and quality and the fitting team were fantastic - great job all round, would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent service as always from start to finish.

Kelly was very helpful and and friendly when we were in the showroom and wewere able to take sample books away with us to see the carpets in situ. From measuring up to the fitting, We cannot fault the service and will certainly be back!!

Friendly, professional and accommodating.

Remarkable Carpets were professional from the first visit to the completion of the job.

Excellent service with helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is the 3rd time I have purchased flooring from Remarkable Carpets and I am more than satisfied - I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From going to the shop and looking at carpets, getting a quote to the fitting of the carpet, I would recommend Remarkable Carpets to anyone wanting an excellent service, Thank You very much xx

Great service and very helpful staff at Remarkable Carpets and Flooring. We have used in the past and always our first choice for our floor covering needs Cheers 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Prompt and efficient service from the moment of carpet selection, through to the final laying. The skilful measurement ensured minimal wastage and zero visible joins on a landing through stair carpet laying, whilst the laying was carried out with equal care and precision. The range of carpets and pricing were equally good. This was our second experience with Remarkable and we will be happy to buy from them again in future.

Very helpful advice and our order came through quickly and was expertly fitted

very helpful

Great service all round. Fitters were quick and professional. Thanks to Rob and Kelly.

An initial visit to get a QA quote. Went very well.

Great service and advice from Mark and his team. They levelled a wonky floor and replaced cracked and broken tiles with LVT (vinyl tiles) It looks so much better now.

Found the right swatch and knew what it needed to be done.

Extremely professional and helpful ,carpet fitters are amazing, would definitely recommend,

We are really pleased with the flooring we had installed by Remarkable Flooring. Mark did an a top job in recommending the type of floor and the approach we needed to take to level it. We are really pleased with the way it looks and the guy who fitted it did an amazing job. The price was incredibly good value and very competitive. Highly recommend and we will use again.

Excellent service from choosing the carpet to the fitting.

We saw the carpet we wanted but were not quite ready for the fitting. Remarkable held the carpet and eventually fitted it yesterday as we had requested. Installation was quick and painless, the price was good and we are very pleased with the end result. We also bought 2 small batches of vinyl flooring. They do what they promise and we have no hesitation in recommending them

Fantastic service from the moment we walked into the shop, from choosing to ordering our carpet, measuring up,and fitting. Will definitely be using this company again

Excellent service from the time we choose our carpet to the fitting I would recommend remarkable carpets.

Easy process from start to finish. Helpful and friendly fitters. Looks fantastic!

Great service

Service has been excellent from the get go. Very happy with my new carpet & the speed in which the job has been processed. Highly recommended. Thanks so much to all those involved

What a great service thank you Mark and your team. The guys came yesterday and layed my new carpets what a great job they did. So many memories of when my dad layed carpets. He worked for Woods in Dorchester. Can't wait for my lounge floor to be layed. This not the first time I have used Mark thank you again x

Very good job with entire floor area covered with LVT or carpet. Very pleased with result. Thank you,

Great company to deal with! I highly recommend. I have just had a lovely carpet fitted and the finish is excellent. Well done to the fitter and apprentice daughter and a big thank you to Kelly and Rob . Best wishes Emma

Great service and happy with bathroom flooring. Will be back later in the year for next project

From choosing to fitting, Remarkable carpets gave excellent service. The fitters were brilliant. Pleasant, speedy and efficient.

1st class installation quality, swiftly laid carpets. Polite and tidy fitters.

Excellent all round. Happy to use again.

Reliable company best in Weymouth.

Helpful staff

Very helpfull when colour matching for my new lounge carpet excellent service from start to finish, will be returning when I replace my next carpet, a very happy customer

Unprofessional

Initially I thought I had had a good service, reasonable price, work done on time. However, a framed glass covered picture was damaged, only acknowledged when I saw it wasnt on the wall and asked where it was. No offer to pay for the repair and no apology. Worse was the after sales "service"when we discovered that some of the carpet was not the one we believed we had ordered. The company disputes this but we believe we are right. I would not recommend Remarkable Carpets

Knowledgeable and helpful when selecting flooring to complement use in different rooms.

Very good service with reasonable prices and always a smile.

We are very happy with the service provided by Remarkable Carpets, there was trouble/delays with the supplier but they bent over backwards to sort it out. Fitters were excellent too, prompt, efficient and courteous. What more do we need. Gilly&Bob

I had the pleasure of creating the Google 360 Tour you can see here for Mark and his team. I must say one of easiest shoots I have done this year- nothing was too much trouble and the customer service I witnessed sets a very high standard that few can match.

Can I congratulate all of the staff at Remarkable carpets and flooring for their expertise and knowledge when it came to helping me choose my carpet for my daughters bedroom. I was very impressed with the communication and prompt time keeping of this company. The staff in the shop were very helpful and polite and the carpet fitters were also very polite and quick at their job. The prices were very reasonable and I am very pleased with the carpet which has been fitted. The company certainly lives up to its name and I will deffinitely go back and recommend them to anyone. Thank you Remarkable!
