Schweb's Property Services - Southampton, GB-ENG

Fantastic service, hardworking, great value and lovely end result.

My elderly father has just had his artificial grass laid by this company, and I would highly recommend it. They came to my father's house and gave a quote, which he was very happy with, they also considered my father's age and how he walked ,with what type of grass would be best for him, the job was completed the following day, he was highly satisfied with the service and how professional the company were, would not hesitate to use them again, thankyou

Very reliable.

First class experience, really went the extra mile to ensure my patio and path were cleaned thoroughly, very happy with the end results. Thank you

Challenging job successfully completed.

I had a self closing door that slammed. Contacted Shwebs but was worried that it was a very small job for a professional. Not for Shwebs, communicated well, came when they said and happily fixed the problem. Will definitely use their services in the future and would recommend.

thank you schwebs for all your hard work repairing my gates you did a fantastic job and at a reasonable price

Schweb has just finished painting my front door and porch and made a super job of it. He did proper preparation and took great care. I think he has posted some photographs already! I have used him before and will be using him again. Thank you

Excellent work at a reasonable price

Schweb did a super job on two tricky household jobs: replacing a part to stop the toilet cistern overflowing and sorting out an anti-slip solution for an access ramp. He went out of his way to find a way to resolve both problems. He’d also previously fitted a video doorbell. Jobs well done for a reasonable price.

Just used Schwab’s Property Services and they were brilliant, really helpful, worked hard, polite and friendly. I had my overgrown jungle of a garden strimmed back and I am very happy with the work. I definitely recommend their services and will be using again:) Thank you!

Thank you for doing my mums garden I highly recommend

Really pleased and impressed with the impact Schweb made to an elderly friends back garden. Faced with more than a year’s neglect he reclaimed a garden from an untidy jungle; cutting back overgrown bushes, sorting out the grass, fixing the trellis and removing a good deal of rubbish - my friend now has a safe green space in which to enjoy the summer which can be more easily maintained, all for a very reasonable sum. A real bonus. And the neighbours are probably pleased too! Many thanks. (Photos show progress after one day's work.) Simon Fitzjohn
