Triple A Gas Ltd

I recently had a new Greenstar 4000 30kW boiler installed by TRIPLE A GAS LTD, and I’m extremely pleased with the service. The installer, Antony James Oliver, provided clear communication throughout the entire process and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. The installation was completed to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend TRIPLE A GAS LTD for anyone looking for reliable and professional gas engineering services.

They replaced my radiator as the radiator was not getting hot. The radiator did not get hot after the replaced a new one. They made every excuse in the book with regards to why it wasn't heating up. If only they diagnosed the problem in the first place. I got another heating company to come in and sorry the problem. Completely wasted my money with them. Their technicians are NOT knowledgeable

Very disappointing experience. An engineer investigated a boiler fault and charged a call-out fee. I was quoted to fix the specific issue, or to do a for a full boiler replacement. I opted for the repair, but a week later, the exact same fault returned. When I called to arrange a follow-up, I was informed I would have to pay another call-out fee because it was deemed a "new investigation." While I understand their T&Cs state repairs aren't guaranteed, charging a customer to re-investigate an identical issue implies the initial diagnosis I paid for was incorrect. This is certainly not standard practice among reputable independent plumbers, who typically stand by their diagnosis or at least return to inspect a failed fix in good faith. I don’t have an issue with the fact the repair hasn’t worked, however I do have have an issue with the fact I have to pay again for it to be re-investigated, considering it’s the identical error code that’s coming up on my boiler. I anticipate the company’s response to this might be that boilers are complex and a different component may now be causing the same symptom. However, forcing the customer to financially bankroll a trial-and-error approach creates an absurd, continuous loop: the customer pays to investigate, pays for a fix that fails, and must then pay again to find out why. When I challenged this logic, the company's ultimate solution was to suggest I spend thousands on a new boiler instead. They offered a tiny discount on the installation as a gesture, which I refused, as I have entirely lost confidence in their customer care and - potentially - technical competence. Charging repeatedly for failed diagnoses might be a lucrative business model, but it makes for an incredibly poor customer experience. I would not recommend this company.

We called Triple A Gas for a boiler repair near me and were delighted with the service. The engineer arrived on time, was very polite, helpful and fixed the problem efficiently. Friendly, courteous and reliable – we would happily use Triple A Gas again.

AJ and the team built an ensuite shower room for us, Great communication from the start, came in under budget and left the place spotless. Really impressed with the way they handled the job overall.

We contracted Triple A Gas to renovate the main bathroom in our home in Wareham. They took care of everything, design, plumbing, plastering, installation, electrics, decorating, everything. The project was managed by AJ who kept us informed at every step throughout the process, we felt totally at ease with the job and we were left with a beautiful new bathroom. no extra costs, no hidden surprises. everything left cleaner than when they arrived. just first class tradesmen who are clearly masters of their craft. absolutely first class.

I called Triple A Gas for a boiler repair and I couldn’t be happier. Top 5 things I loved: 1) Reliability – we arrived exactly at the promised time 2) Timeliness – the job was finished ahead of schedule 3) Honesty – we were given a clear explanation and no hidden costs 4) Professionalism – the crew wore tidy uniforms and left the area neat 5) Responsiveness – we got a reply to my call within minutes.

Absolutely brilliant service from Triple A Gas. They promised to be there at nine and we arrived right on time, worked efficiently and explained everything. Very skilled. Really neat job, left no mess, finished on time. We’re really happy. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Triple A Gas Company when they carried out a boiler check at my tenanted property. From the outset, they were professional and efficient—taking the tenant’s contact details and handling everything directly with them. This took a lot of pressure off me as a landlord and made the whole process seamless. Communication was clear, and the work was completed without any issues. I’d definitely recommend their services for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free plumbing and gas company.

From the first phone call to the final check we were incredibly professional. The engineer arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he was doing. The boiler servicing was quick and thorough and we left a clean workplace. I appreciated the polite manner and clear communication, it made the whole experience stress free. I would definitely call Triple A Gas again for any boiler repair.

Top 3 things I loved: 1) Punctual and efficient service 2) Helpful, polite and friendly engineer 3) Thorough work and great advice. The team arrived on time, completed the gas boiler service quickly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Triple A Gas.

Last Saturday my boiler went wrong. I needed an engineer. I rang several numbers that I got from Checkatrade but only AJ at Triple A responded. He promised to get to me that night at 8.00 and in fact arrived at 7.00. He worked hard and knowledgeably to get me hot water and heating but it soon transpired that a new boiler was needed. My Baxi was 14 years old and was costing money. He recommended a Worcester Bosch but was willing to instal whatever make I chose. He said he would send me a quote on Monday (it arrived on Sunday) and advised me to get 3 quotes in total. It had become clear to me the instant I met AJ that his trustworthiness was beyond question. His quote for a new boiler was fair and reasonable so I didn’t bother with others and booked him to come. He said he could juggle things and would come today (Thursday). Soon after 8.00 this morning Callum arrived. A more personable young man would be difficult to meet. He worked hard all day installing the boiler having flushed the system etc etc etc. He left the kitchen immaculate constantly refusing help to clear up. I recommend Triple A without hesitation and I now have a go to heating engineer. Thank you AJ and Callum.

Really impressed with their whole approach from asking for assistance to delivery of very good service promptly On time knowledgable polite and job done efficiently after explaining what was needed. Totally satisfied and impressed with quality of service and would definitely recommend them

Highly recommend! I’ve called for multiple jobs during renovations of my home & one emergency call-out. They’ve been nothing but prompt, professional & courteous. They will be my first call every time

Triple A Gas was reliable and professional. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Friendly and punctual staff 2) Thorough gas boiler service 3) Good value for plumbing and heating work. Always helpful with our tenanted properties

Do not hesitate to use this company, our boiler packed up on Tuesday evening, I phoned around 5:25pm and spoke with Shannon, she arranged for an engineer (AJ) to come out the next morning. AJ arrived and tried to get it working, unfortunately couldn’t resolve it as our original boiler was 20 years old, we’ve only had the property a year, he then broke the news that we needed a new one, so he went away gave a quote which we accepted, Chloe then booked us in as a priority for Friday morning (today) I write this as Jordan is still here doing a superb installation since 8am this morning, On Wednesday morning they even supplied two oil feed radiators. From start to finish a 5 star performance from the team. Thank you

Everyone I dealt with with regards to the work I required was great with communication and work done. Callum was our engineer for the day and took care of the gas work quickly and cleanly. Will be calling upon Triple A again for future works.

AJ did our repair on our boiler, it took half an hour. He then tested it and works perfectly. No issues since.

Had guys round to sort out leaking radiator and a few other bits , clean, tidy and polite, great at their job and reasonably priced, highly recommend, thanks again

We called Triple A gas as our boiler was not producing any hot water, AJ came around and fitted a new heat exchanger with no fuss at all. I’m very happy with his work

Incredibly prompt service. Polite and knowledgeable staff in the office. Thank you Shannon and Chloe. Efficient to diagnose and fix the issue with direct feedback to myself as the landlord with efficient communication throughout. Highly recommend AJ and his team.

I have used AJ from triple A on a personal level and also on a professional level. Clear pricing, clean work and very friendly service from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending again and again. 5️⃣⭐️

A great service from Triple A Gas . AJ came out and promptly fixed my lack of heating and hot water . They arrived on time , polite and knowledgeable, explained the issue to me and put it right . I will be booking my boiler in for a service with them . Very happy customer 👌👏

I recently had Triple A Gas come out for a gas boiler service and I couldn’t be happier. The engineer AJ was friendly, arrived on time, and fixed everything efficiently while explaining what he was doing, which showed how knowledgeable he is. Their reliability and punctuality made the whole experience stress free – if happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here. Highly recommend for anyone needing a trustworthy gas engineer.

AJ and his apprentice came round to take a look at the timer on our boiler. Really thorough, talked through options and sent quotes promptly. Communication with the whole team was great. Really appreciate having a company we can rely on regarding what to do next. Would definitely recommend!

I don't normally leave feedback, but I feel like I should on this one, I rang them for a call out, as we had little to no hot water, and the lady on the phone was very nice and friendly, and booked us in for the next day. The engineer turned up, I informed him another plumber had said the heat exchanger needs replacing but he had since gone dark on us, hence the phone call to them, he then ran a couple of taps and told me the boiler was knackered and needed to be replaced, he was in the property no more than 5 minutes max, and did zero investigation work, other than run a couple of taps, didn't remove the cover from the boiler, didn't even get a single tool out the van. and they then charged me £105 for the privilege of providing a quote for a new boiler, I fully understand it was a call out fee and would have been fine paying it had he actually done some sort of actual work, however if you do nothing other than provide a quote, how can you justify charging someone that kind of money, I have never paid for a quote in my life.

Thank you so much to Callum for the friendly professional service we received today. He was respectful of our property and knowledgeable. Thanks again. Will definitely recommend.

After our boiler stopped working, Triple A were able to come out and replace it within 24 hours. Chloe at the office was very helpful and sorted everything quickly. The engineer Jordan was very professional and did a great job, and ran through all the instructions for the new boiler with us. We are very satisfied with the service and will be using them again in the future. Very happy to have it all sorted before Christmas!

Boiler Broken, I thought no way this could be sorted before Christmas. But I was lucky to find Triple A. The problem was diagnosed, and explained clearly by the engineer. He explained what needed to be done, and possible options. The work was carried out a week later and I have a lovely warm house now. Their office dealt with the paperwork and communication with them was a pleasure. I highly recommend this company.

Great company! Highly recommended

I was very impressed with Triple A Gas. The office staff were very friendly, efficient and easy to get hold of, I was even able to make an appointment for the next day. Callum the engineer was spot on, very friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. He got my boiler serviced in no time and stuck around after to chat and advise me on other plumbing/heating questions I had, as we look to make home improvements in the future. I'll definitely be sticking with Triple A Gas.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Triple A Gas Ltd A huge thank you to AJ and Chloe for their outstanding service. Chloe answered straight away, was warm, friendly and very helpful. She kept in touch, updated me quickly, and really reassured me throughout. AJ arrived within an hour and was brilliant. My experience with Triple A Gas was amazing! Straight from my initial contact with Chloe and to Aj attending the job promptly, he was quick and tidy fixing the issue. I would highly recommend!

Great company. Good communication from the start, prompt appointment and polite and helpful staff.

Everything from start to finish was hassle free. AJ serviced our boiler and did a gas safety check advising us what we needed and not trying to sell unnecessary products. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish with AJ & the team. Three times recently had to call them (for different issues) & each time they have sorted out our problems the same day. Would definitely recommend. So glad we came across them - will use Triple A Gas all the time now. Keep up the brilliant work.

We had a burst pipe in our attic causing water damage and our insurance sent Anthony from Triple A gas ltd. He was able to quickly find the leak and fix it by replacing the pipe work there and then, lovely chap, very professional and would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutly spot on, turned up quickly and resolved our drainage issue immediatly at a very affortable price. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely perfect, speedy, efficient and the price was great aswell. I would highly recommend Triple A Gas for honest pricing and speedy service.

AJ, Callum & Chloe do a fantastic job of actually caring about their customers. They have fixed a lot of leaks at mine & my Mum's; replaced my tap, fixed my Mums towel rail & toilet leak, got the boiler fixed under warranty with Bosche, then stepped in to get electrics fixed & make sure Mum had heating when Bosche accidentally messed up (even though it was AJ's day trying to look after his daughter). They also serviced Mum's & my boiler, including cleaning out of the magnet (the plumber who installed it always missed doing that). Even helped me talk my Mum around to having a landline ( as her mobile signal kept dropping out). I really can't fault AJ, Callum & Chloe, if you want a plumber you can trust, please look no further.

Had a full system fitted by AJ and Callum. After fully doing my homework getting quotes and recommendations I chose triple A and I’m glad I did.Turned up on time daily (early) and went home late. Answered every question I threw at them, kept me fully updated and kept the house CLEAN! I’m now snug as a bug thanks to some excellent workmanship, thank you triple A 😊

Triple A did a great job installing my central heating. They were trustworthy, polite and happy to answer any questions. Would recommend them to anyone.

Callum was fantastic, explained everything very clearly to someone who finds things hard to understand. Very emphatic, thorough and caring would highly recommend!

AJ squeezed an emergency appointment in for my daughter who had been let down by two boiler engineers and was without heating for a week! They'd failed to find the leak which AJ managed to find and fix within 45 minutes. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent, speedy, friendly, helpful and effective out of hours service, late in the evening for a non-functioning boiler. My new go-to plumber. Thank you!

Very prompt service arrived as agreed , installed exactly as l wanted no mess .no fuss . Well pleased.. have used this firm before and have never been disappointed. Would recommend Triple A Gas as your go to firm

I phoned AJ at 7.40am, told him about the symptoms, he said he'd leave immediately, within half an hour he was at my door. He fixed the problem & explained exactly what happened & how that problem can be avoided in future. His customer service & his knowledge is exceptional, and I was stunned how low the price was. AJ is a truly honest & brilliant and I've already recommended Triple A Gas to my mother.

Great experience from start to finish, very helpful with follow up questions as well, the team will definitely be my go-to!

I recently had my boiler serviced by Triple A Gas Ltd, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. AJ arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He took great care in checking every aspect of the boiler, ensuring it was running safely and efficiently. He also gave me some advice and helped out with a couple of old radiators in my house. Not only was the service thorough, but the pricing was also very fair with no hidden charges. I’m extremely happy with the overall experience and feel confident knowing my heating system is in great hands. I will be highly recommending Triple A Gas Ltd to anyone needing boiler maintenance or repair or any sort of plumbing need!

I've worked in the same building as Aj so I had already seen his work, from that moment onwards I didn't need to look any further for another plumber to fit my new water tank, Aj and Callum done an amazing job I'm absolutely thrilled, they replaced pipes from the beginning to ensure maximum pressure and capability, I'm so happy, thank you Triple A Gas, really nice guys who cleared up and took away rubbish too, brilliant.

Called out because of an emergency toilet blockage and turned up at the promised time, which was 3 hrs after I phoned. Very friendly service, very thorough and knowledgeable. Very good pricing and conscientious pricing as well. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely superb service by AJ who I highly recommend. We were let down by our insurance company and after 3 days of no heating, I gave up on waiting any longer and luckily found AJ. He came round not long after I called him at 6pm. Did a fault find and knew which part had to be ordered. The following morning he'd contacted 3 different suppliers and at 9am called me (exactly as he said he would) to advise he had sourced the part and could come and fix that same afternoon. Very nice young chap, who contacts you and turns up when he says hes going to, kept me updated and was very professional and thorough in his work. A rare find these days.

The work was carried out efficiently and advice given about a replacement shower unit was very helpful

AJ popped out to assess a heating system issue the same day and fixed the problem within a couple of days. Fast, efficient, friendly service.

Wonderful service received every time. While always getting a full explanation on what is happening and how to possibly fix it yourself.

Really great customer service, friendly, prompt and went out of his to help!! Will absolutely recommend to my own friends and family!!

Anthony came highly recommended to me for a boiler inspection due to suspect leak from boiler. Gave Triple A Gas LTD a call to see how quickly they could attend. they were very polite on the phone and explained that they are busy but could possibly come and put my mind at ease on his way home from the current job. when arrived took the boiler apart and found that every was working correctly and all they had to do was tighten a fitting and carry out a leak test. i said it probably needs a service and although he had already done a full days work else where he carried out a full service right there in front of me. fantastic service great reasonable price especially at that time of day. will definitely use them again and also have them service the boiler annually now. many thanks Malcolm
