A great company, friendly and reliable. Happy to recommend.
We recently had an air source heat pump installed at our home in Thorpe-le-Soken, Essex by Colchester Heating Services and the service from this company was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the initial survey and advice through to the full heat pump installation, the team were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly tidy. The engineers clearly specialise in renewable heating systems and air source heat pumps, and they took the time to explain how everything works and made sure the system was set up perfectly before leaving. The installation itself was neat, efficient and completed exactly when they said it would be. It’s great to work with a company that genuinely cares about quality workmanship and customer service. If you’re looking for a trusted company for air source heat pump installation in Thorpe-le-Soken or across Essex, I highly recommend them. Brilliant experience and we’re already noticing the benefits of our new energy-efficient heating system.
