Elementis Boiler Experts

Elementis were quick, clean and professional, working in extreme heat. So thank you for the service

Excellent service. Grant arrived in good time, worked quickly and efficiently, kept us informed and explained what was needed. Site was left clean and tidy with all equipment working correctly.

Fantastic service and very good price compared to other quotes I had, Grant was honest did not try to upsell and gave me multiple options to replace our boiler with pro’s and cons for each one, Once I agreed to go with elementis, they gave me a choice of days to be here that suited me, On the day they turned up at the time they said and completed the work in a good timely manner, A very good tidy job and would recommend to anyone James

I had Grant round to service my boiler. He was very professional, friendly and I was very happy with the service. I would highly recommend Elementis

Very happy with the installation of the new boiler. Quick reply to all our messages or questions and very reliable company. They been recommended to us by Worcester Bosh Customer team. Thank you!

Excellent service from Grant, would highly recommend, very good communication arrived when he said he would.

From the time I contacted Grant to enquire about servicing my boiler, his communication was excellent (sending reminders and timings). Not only did he give me a time slot, but he also arrived as scheduled on time, and serviced my Worcester Greenstar efficiently, at a competitive rate. I will definitely call him again when needed, without hesitation.

Friendly, efficient and fairly priced service. Very pleased.

Called Elementis in for boiler service and heat exchanger clean. Grant is professional, plain talking, and kept us informed every step of the way. Very refreshing in an age where you often get ghosted with no contact at all. Will be using again.

Great customer service, prompt and on time and very friendly/helpful !

Grant was really friendly and professional and did an excellent job.

Very pleased with the service I received from Elementis. Communication was very good. Arrived on time for a Heat plate to be supplied and fitted. I had my boiler serviced by another company two weeks before which was found to be sub standard. Grant put this right before work was carried out. I can't recommend enough. 10/10.

After British Gas quoted me £700 to repair a gas leak and gas engineers from trust a trader not turning up.I decided to go local..I found Grant.. who was absolutely brilliant, respectful , very friendly and honest. As It turned out, He found I did not have a leak.but if I had Grant quoted me nearly half what British Gas wanted. I shall definitely be using Grant again and would highly recommend..

Grant was efficient, knowledgeable and got our boiler back up and running. I would definitely recommend him

Grant was excellent and very knowledgeable. He explained things concisely and his comms were really superb.

Best reviewed place in the area for a good reason - we booked in for a boiler service, Elementis communicated well with us both at the time of booking and on the day to ensure he had the right address down (as there's an identical road name in the next town over). Grant arrived early after checking with us that morning, service was completed quickly and tidily, and confirmation / certificate sent straight away. Can't fault them and will definitely use for our services going forward as well.

Grant and his brother arrived when he said they would and gave me a precise time shortly beforehand. He and his brother were efficient and very clean and tidy. They serviced both the boiler and the pressurised hot water tank. I will certainly call on them again next year for an annual service.

Really please with the service from Grant of Elementis, he was very thorough and explained in detail about what was required and what he was doing, very polite and professional service all round. Reasonably priced and actually answers the phone unlike a lot of plumbers who seem to solely rely on texts, emails & links to forms before being able to book something in and then waiting weeks! Definitely will be recommending and using again in the future. Thank you.

Great job and very professional. I strongly recommend.

Grant at Elementis fitted our combo boiler last year and we were extremely happy with the standard of the work carried out. Grant was helpful and efficient. We have recently had Grant over to service the boiler and he did a very thorough job and was very prompt.

We required our boiler to be serviced and a leak investigated. Grant was recommended to us and we found him to be professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him for any heating or plumbing repairs without hesitation.

Very friendly and efficient in all aspects, from the initial call out assessing an issue with the original boiler, leading to a quote for replacement and installation of a new replacement. Quote for work was competitive and the scheduling of the install was quick and easy. Overall very happy with the service, advice and product including the scheduling of after care too.

Grant from Elementis recently installed a new Worcester boiler in my bungalow. The work was fairly complex as the boiler location was changed from loft to kitchen. Grant did a professional and efficient installation. I am happy to recommend Elementis Boiler Solutions.

We recently moved into our new home and unfortunately the boiler stopped working on day two, which was very stressful. Thankfully, Grant responded quickly and arranged for a new boiler to be fitted. From start to finish the service was excellent — friendly, professional, and very efficient. The installation was carried out to a high standard and everything was explained clearly to us. It was a huge relief to have the heating and hot water back up and running. We really appreciate the prompt response and the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable and professional boiler installation.

Excellent service again by the Elementis Team. Our trust people to service and look after our boiler. Allways a highly professional service. We all way recommend Grant and his team 🙌

Perfect service as always, great comms & does exactly what it says on the tin.....

Came to do a routine service and look at a small leak, turned out we needed a whole new boiler (old boiler, not cost effective to fix). Grant gave us clear guidance on what had happened and several quotes to replace the system, with a very clear / easy to use online quote system. He managed to get us booked back in quickly, and professionally and efficiently replacing the boiler, saving us the worry of a prolonged period with a broken boiler and no heating or hot water. There was a slight mishap but it was quickly rectified at Grants expense with no quibbling . Thank you

Very good professional work turned up on time did the instal great, we had an issue with our gas meter which hade to be changed out which took three hours to so out with the energy supplier so he came back to finish once that was done all working great. So would recommend good price good instal nice friendly guy so all good.

Fantastic experience dealing with Elementis and Grant. Was available to quote the same week we enquired about the work and priced us very competitively. Accepted the price and work was carried out the very next week. Brilliant communication and updates all the way through the process too - couldn't be more happy with everything.

I recently had a new combi boiler installed by Elementis in Colchester and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Booking the appointment was straightforward and professional, and on the installation day the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very knowledgeable. The workmanship was great, they kept everything tidy, and explained everything clearly. I was really impressed with how smooth the whole process was. I would confidently recommend Elementis to anyone looking for reliable and professional boiler installation or heating services. A great experience all round.

Very quick and helpful service, carried out the service with great professionalism, with great communication with the service carried out and Grant was amazing

Grant was very responsive to my initial query and came round the next day. He did a temporary fix on our boiler and returned the following week to fit a new one. He arrived in time, was conscientious to our home and has done a very neat job of installing the new boiler. We're very happy and would recommend him.

Excellent boiler service! arrived right on time and showed great professionalism throughout. Friendly, tidy, and clearly explained everything. Highly recommended!

Recently my boiler started leaking .My son recommended I try Elementis . Apart from the charge from them to give me a quote to fix it being realistic ,I was pleased when the engineer , Grant., turned up and explained ,not only the problem, but also the economics of a repair .Though repairable I opted for a new boiler ,and was given a fair quote with the option of the same boiler or one with a longer guarantee . I verbally accepted the quote given ,this was confirmed by e,mail later ,which I accepted . A date was agreed for fitment and all went well .Grant from elementis was informative regards the boiler chosen and did an excellent neat job of fitting it . I can fully recommend this person and company. Communication throughout was excellent .

Excellent service, easy to book on line a variety of time and days to suit. Got a text to say on the way. Great work really polite and friendly, explained what was needed. For the boiler certificate e-mailed so have it to hand if need it. Very much recommended

The guys stuck to the quoted price, were prompt and polite and even took into account my wife and childrens naps when planning different parts of the jobs. No dirt or dust left behind and boiler works great 👍🏼

Grant, arrived at my property on time and called me before, he serviced my boiler and watertank. He charged a very fair price, was polite and knowledgeable, wore shoe covers! I'm very pleased with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend to others.

Fixed our heating issue promply. Great communication, explained everything, neat and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to use Grant and his team again.

Grant was freindly and helpful, the boiler was in need of a service and is now running much smoother. I asked him to come back and replace a leaking tap, he sent over a link to an e-brochure which made it easy to select a new tap, he also suggested fixing a wireless thermostat to make sure we were not wasting gas on unessacary heating. Clean and tidy worker. I was very pleased and happy to reccomend to others.

First time I have used Elementis Boiler Experts - Prompt and friendly service. Great job , competitively priced. I will be using them again.

Great work even when it seemed a bit tricky grant got the job done and very pleased will be using grant again for all our services and needs if any arise

I thoroughly recommend Elementis Booler Experts. Grant was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (faulty flat plate heat exchanger). He replaced the part and carried out a full strip down of the boiler in a single visit and put right the previous engineer’s mistakes for a fixed price. A very professional and efficient service by an engineer who knows what he’s doing. Going forward I will be using this company for all servicing and repair work.

We have used Grant for the last couple of years and he has been great, efficient, knowledgable and at a great price. Always friendly and happy to help with queries and make sure our heating and boiler is running smoothly. Booking online is really easy and the reminders are really helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Grant took time to explain what he would need to do in the installation. Kept us informed when he would be arriving which was a great touch. He spotted an issue in our loft that could have been disastrous if not had been fixed, he even helped us rectify the problem. I would recommend Grant to others to install a new boiler and complete heating solutions. We will be using again for future services and any advice we require.

Great service. Used the online booking form and was kept up to date all the way through the process and engineer arriving. Very friendly engineer and attention to detail and advice was amazing. Now got on a yearly reminder to have them back to service boiler and on speed dial for any emergencies (hopefully won’t have any of these 😉)

Grant recently fitted my new bathroom vanity unit , the job was completed to a very good standard. I felt the job was priced fairly, and I am very pleased with the result, I would thoroughly recommend.

A thoroughly professional company. Excellent communication for our new boiler fit. Great advice. Would thoroughly recommend. Look forward to them servicing for years to come.

I wish you could have more than 5 stars on a Google review. Elementis did an amazing job in removing a boiler from our kitchen and putting a Combi boiler into our loft. They quickly located a leak in old pipework that showed up during the boiler replacement. There attention to detail was something that I have not seen with other heating companies we have used in the past. One example is the hole where the old flue came out wasn't just filled leaving a circular patch of cement, the half bricks were removed and new ones put in there place so the wall looks like the flue was never there. I know we will use Elementis again when we renew our bathroom and shower rooms.

Great service, reliable and competent, 7th years heating service never had a problem. I would recommend the strip down service for the boiler that was suggested very so many years as this extends the boiler life significant. Very happy customer

Excellent, friendly and professional service from Grant to fix a leaking bathroom tap. Grant responded quickly to our message and gave advice straight away (and on a Bank Holiday too). He was efficient in booking us in and visited the following day. Thank you!

Grant was very helpful and professional. He fixed my boiler which has not been working for a few months. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and he wasn’t hard selling at all when I asked if I should get a new boiler. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their boiler fixed or serviced!

I am so pleased with my new boiler. Grant, at Elementis, installed the boiler quickly and professionally. He is the face of Elementis and provides a professional yet friendly service. I would certainly recommend them for any boiler installations and services

Elementis is a breath of fresh air. No more ringing around trying to find a plumber, hoping they'll call you back, hoping they'll turn up on time. Elementis has made it simple - you book an available slot online, get a confirmation, and Grant turns up when he says - and if he's running a few minutes late you get an automated text update. You don't need to worry about your next service either - as you'll get reminders when it's due. This was the second time Grant serviced our boiler and this time, the news wasn't good. He was able to provide a price for replacement then and there, with an automated quote with full product details following a little later the same day. The job was done a couple of days later with no dramas.

Grant at Elementis was absolutely fab. He reassured me from my manic texts and booked me in the next day. He is professional, polite and explained everything. I would definitely use Elementis again.

Great service from start to finish. Really helped us with getting a new boiler and fitting it. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Grant did a great job on our yearly boiler service! Really informative and great value! Will be using for all future work on our boiler. Thanks so much!

From the start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Half the radiators in our house stopped working. Grant was the third heating expert I contacted as the previous two were not able to detect the flaw. Upon calling, Grant directed me to his booking page, which was very easy to book. I got an appointment for the next day as the matter was urgent. After some detective work, Grant was able to find and fix the problem in less than 90 minutes. Grant is very polite and a thorough professional. Cannot recommend him enough.

Grant has been servicing our boiler for around 5 years and has fitted a new tap and sorted out a recent issue we had come up with our boiler. Quick bookings, reasonable price and always professional!

A very good experience with reliable service, the communication was excellent from answering question to letting me know when he was going to arrive. Will certainly use again

Always does a clean and tidy Job. I have had Grant to do my plumbing for many years and have always received excellent service and jobs well done. I would highly recommend him to anyone as I have never had any complaints with any aspects of his work.

Very professional very friendly great communicator Trustworthy very happy

We booked Grant and Elementis Boiler Experts following a lot of research, however the company are a Which recommended trader and Grant was very personable when quoting for the job. We had a Potterton Powermax boiler replaced with an Ideal Logic boiler, which was placed on the top floor of a three storey house. Grant was really clear with what work would be completed and stuck with the agreed date. Grant worked with his brother and they were clean, tidy and explained things are the job progressed. There was a hitch when the roofer let them down to put the flue in, however this was fully explained and we made the decision to have no hot water for the weekend rather than agree another date. The job was priced reasonably and included the installation of a Hive thermostat that we purchased separately. A great company and one that we will use again in the future.

Second boiler fitted by Grant and again excellent service would definitely use again

Grant turned up when he said. The booking system that he has is seamless and easy to use. I’m impressed with attitude to his work , clean and tidy explained everything that he was doing. 5 stars from us great service will definitely use Elementis again.

I booked Elementis after some really positive recommendations from around the colchester area and could not be happier. From the moment I met Grant he was professional, courteous and provided lots of information and options for my particular property. I would use Elementis again tomorrow without hesitation. They truly provide a five start service from start to finish

Elementis was recommended to me by word of mouth. I will definitely ask Grant back to service my boiler from now on. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and did a straightforward boiler service. What I particularly liked was he also had time to talk through the current set up (very elderly boiler) and discuss the alternatives. When I'm ready for a upgrade I wouldn't hesitate to contact Elementis.

Grant was very professional and friendly. Arrived on time to service our boiler and gave honest opinion on replacing some rubber valves. Left the area clean and tidy, would recommend to anyone needing boiler services etc.

Easy online booking with reminders and text message before arriving. Grant carried out my boiler service, Identified and explained a problem that he found and resolved it ( condenser pipe was mostly blocked). Good clean job. Nice bloke. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time, with prior notice that he was on his way. Friendly service. Will use again.

Really efficient, helpful and informative. Gave good recommendations and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again!

Grant was brilliant from start to finish. We knew we needed a new boiler, but the current setup was a bit wacky - essentially had a floor standing boiler which was too powerful for the need. Grant thought outside the box how it could be future-proofed in a sane way - was able to figure out a way to cut a different position for the flue and have a wall-hung boiler in a tight space… even though it cost more in labour, because of the need to reconfigure everything, it was probably the same price as having to replace like for like given the floor stander was far more expensive than a right-sized wall hung boiler. The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently over a couple of days. Grant was also very patient in answering all my dumb questions too… Definitely recommend Elementis for your boiler work!

Very reliable and professional team. Got the job done quickly and efficiently

Grant was friendly and professional. The whole process from booking to payment was fast and simple.

Had boiler installed by Grant at Elementis, really top bloke nothing was to much trouble, even when we changed our mind about type of boiler last minute. Very competitive price would highly recommend.

I recently engaged Elementis to change our old boiler to a new combi boiler. From the first contact, they were very professional and responsive. I received accurate detailed quotes with options to consider and they responded to all my many queries knowledgeably and quickly. They suggested 2.5 days to make the change and this coincided with the hottest days of the year so far. Grant and his colleague Dale arrived punctually each day and worked tirelessly to get the job donev with minimaldisruption. They were polite, easygoing and respectful but above all, very professional and we were really impressed with their workmanship. We got our hot water back at the end of the second day just as Grant had promised. A truly stress free experience! Just wondering why I didn't do it sooner! I would happily recommend Elementis.

10/10 cant fault, arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem, returned soon after and fixed it. Great professional even down to the little details like wearing boot covers inside. Would fully recommend

The boy done good! All problems fixed and issues resolved. Great service as usual!

Very polite, turned up on time and carried out gas boiler service as we requested. Liked him so much are just waiting on a quote for extra work to be carried out.

Easy booking process, friendly business owner, boiler serviced efficiently. Not much more you need from a boiler specialist.

Grant Chaney has been our plumber for a number of years now and we can happily say he is one of the best. Professional, approachable and very helpful.

Friendly, professional, contactable clean tidy and respectable Highly recommend

Thorough service on an old boiler for a very reasonable price. Also supplied very good quotes for a new boiler without pressure to buy. Convenient automated booking and payment system, but great communication too. A couple of weeks later, have now had a new boiler fitted. Great price, great service. Thoroughly recommended! Update: boiler service May 2024. Great service great price, friendly and tidies up after himself perfectly. I highly recommend Grant and Elementis.

We have used Grant Chaney to carry out our boiler service and maintenance for several years on the initial recommendation of a neighbour. He has always given professional and reliable service. This year (2024) our gas boiler needed replacing. .Grant explained the options and provided the best value for money. The new boiler was installed within a day causing very little upset to our routine. This is testament to his efficiency as well as his safe and methodical working practices.. We have no hesitation in recommending Elementis (Grant Chaney) and regard this company as our first choice for the maintenance of our heating system.

Really great boiler service, very thorough. Highly recommend and will use again.

Very professional, friendly and fair priced. Efficient and excellent organisation and very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I contacted Grant from Elementis Boiler Experts after looking at online reviews. I wanted my boiler replaced, Grant presented a range of options to me. I selected an option, Grant scheduled the work date with me. They arrived on time and installed the new boiler to a very high standard. Once the work was completed they cleaned the work area and removed all old parts. Grant gave me an overview of the new boiler and control programmer. I highly recommend Elementis Boiler Experts, great job.

Excellent work, efficient and very knowledgeable. Very tidy and no mess when my new boiler was installed. 100% recommend this company.

We rang Elementis about a broken radiator who sent someone over promptly the next morning. He fixed our radiator within five minutes and deducted £35 from the call out fee because he did it so quickly. Most other people would’ve pretended the job was more difficult than it was, faffed around for a few hours and charged extra money so we were so grateful for Grants honesty and kindness. We won’t go anywhere else now for any issues as home as I trust this company and their staff so much! Thanks again.

Grant is a lovely and honest guy. It was easy to book an appointment and he let me know what time he would be arriving - something that was lacking from a competitor I used previously. He installed a new boiler for us for a good price, answered all our questions and tidied up after himself. Will definitely be using Grant again for our future boiler services.

Hi, I tel Grant who directed me to his booking appointment link. Although it wasn’t urgent I had a time slot appear within a few days. Very pleasant and professional guy who needed to do some detective work before getting a part. All done with in a couple of hours. Very professional guy, would highly recommend

I’ve used Elementis Boiler Experts for two years in a row now to provide Gas Safety Certificates and boiler services for my rental property. It’s been really easy to organise and I’ve always had quick responses so the whole process has been very smooth. I’ll be using them again next year.

Grant has been servicing my boiler for a few years now and is always friendly, on time and very efficient. I’d recommend him to anyone and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Grant was super helpful; communication was great from start to finish, he was able to come out quickly and advise on what the problem was and arrange for it to be fixed and do a service for us - really reasonable rates and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elementis to anyone.

Excellent service. Always prompt and friendly. Highly recommend

Punctual and efficient. Good work. Nice guy, diagnose the fault one day and repaired it the following day.

I believe that Grant is one one the best and reliable professionals in his field. He was very helpful and immediately understood my needs and wishes and guided me into making the correct decision for a new boiler, after the old one was not working properly . The whole replacement job was done efficiently by a skilled engineer like Grant and I am very happy with the new boiler. I would definitely recommend Elementis Boiler experts!

Cheerful, prompt, and efficient service - thank you.

Great boiler service once again from Grant. Efficient, punctual, great communication & customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

Really great experience and would use again for any boiler needs. Booking was seamless and was able to find a time that worked well for me. Grant was great and showed great compassion when I had booked a date five days in the future when he knew my heating was broken (I was travelling so it was less urgent but appreciated his concern!) He was able to explain clearly what happened to my boiler and what he did to fix it. Thanks for getting my heating back!

Elementis has once again provided me with a great service. Providing me with helpful reminders about my annual service, an easy and efficient booking system, and test reminders to keep me informed about the arrival time of the engineer. I used to have a British Gas service contract but moved to Elementis due to it being a local, recommended, cheaper. But most importantly because it provides friendly and reliable services, support and advice that I can trust.

Grant was recommended to me for a boiler service and to install hive radiator valves. I couldn’t have been happier with his service. He was really helpful, explained everything and super honest, which ultimately meant he talked himself out of work! On top of it, a genuinely nice chap. I’ll definitely be using him again. Thanks

Very good service, on time, kept me up to date with arrival time, very good price and great work. Will use again

Very professional and efficient with fixing and servicing my boiler. I’d definitely recommend!

Arrived on time. Easy to book. Friendly and professional. Probably average price for a thorough boiler strip down.

Sorted the leaking boiler out very good service

Elementis Boiler engineer turned up as promised on time to service my boiler. It was a 5 year service. Quick response, reliable and honest. Would highly recommend!

Very good experience with Elementis. We had a new hot water cylinder fitted. Neat, efficient work, all as quoted and within a quick time frame. Very friendly and keen to explain and answer questions about the installation. Would recommend, and contact for future work.

Grant did a really professional job installing our new boiler and is always willing to help with any queries about the heating system.

Grant came and done a very professional service on our rather old boiler. He was very thorough and knowledgeable

Fantastic service right from booking to payment. Grant resolved issues left from another firm. Professional amd knowledgeable- 100% recommend.

Has my combi boiler serviced by Grant at Elementis. Superb service, fast and efficient and very knowledgable. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Elementis, really quick appointments. Would recommend. Thanks Grant.

We recently had our boiler serviced by Grant and was really pleased with the service. The booking system was easy to use and the whole process was simple. Friendly and professional, we 100% recommend Elementis. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend them.

I can highly recommend this business after my recent experience of central heating boiler service. The booking system is excellent, my query was dealt with quickly and the appointment was kept on time with excellent communications about arrival time. Grant is friendly and works tidily and efficiently with full explanation of what work is involved and the condition of the boiler. A fault was found in another part of the system which had been overlooked almost certainly more than once by the previous service engineer which will be fixed on another visit which I am sure will be just as positive experience as the last.

Grant originally came to diagnose a fault which was intermittent and not present on the day. The boiler needed servicing anyway so the job description was changed with no extra charge. Grant was punctual, he arrived at the exact time arranged but even if he didn’t there is tracking provided so you can see how far away he is from your job. He was very friendly and at the end even explained he was able to clear dirt from one of our pipes which looked to be built up over some years meaning previous services were less thorough! I wouldn’t hesitate to invite Grant back next time we need a service. 5*

Second Boiler service performed professionally, when arranged, at a good price. Organised and do what they say.

The online booking system worked very well. The boiler service was carried out efficiently with the result that the boiler is now working really well. Poor-performing radiators were checked and restored to working order. All my questions were answered clearly and patiently for which I was very grateful. This was the first time I had used Elementis Boiler Experts and found it a very positive experience. I will have no hesitation in continuing to use this firm.

Grant’s customer service from quoting through to installing our new boiler was excellent. Couldn’t recommend the company enough and will definitely be using them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Elementis replaced my boiler last year. The price was competitive and the works were carried out efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Being fairly new to the area we were looking for a gas engineer to resolve an issue with a leak dripping through the ceiling and a problem with our boiler. A friend recommended Elementis Boiler Experts. Right from the beginning we were extremely impressed with the speed and quality of communication which gave us confidence from the outset. Such a lovely friendly engineer who quickly identified the problems and gave us a quote to get the work done. The price was very fair and the jobs were completed to a high standard and to our complete satisfaction. We have already booked him to return next year to do the annual boiler service. He made a worrying time a lot less stressful! Would absolutely recommend!

We had our old emersion heater system removed by Grant and a new Combi Boiler installed. Grant was thorough and reliable. Communication was fantastic and we found him very personable. He has a great manner and attitude towards his work and I thoroughly recommend him.

Great job by Grant, fitted boiler and was very punctual, organised and efficient. And a nice guy too! xx
