It cost less than the quotes I received elsewhere, and the engineer was highly skilled, navigating a couple of issues with ease. Overall, I was very pleased with the result.

Through Checkatrade, we got Ry Group to repair a broken kitchen tap and replace all our bathroom taps. Their operative, Lewis, did a brilliant job in trying circumstances: the taps on our bathtub had been in place for more than fifty years, and weren’t going anywhere without a struggle! Lewis remained calm, friendly and professional throughout, and now we have lovely new taps that always do as they’re told. We would definitely use Ry Group again – highly recommended.

This is the second time that I have used the RY group and once again I was not disappointed. I had to replace my Central heating boiler and on my initial contact with Dan G to ask for a quote I received exceptional service and all my questions and concerns were answered honestly and professionally. The installation was booked in within 2 days from my call and this was due to the weekend getting in the way. On the day of the installation I received a text to let me know the engineer Dan S was on his way. On the arrival of Dan he was very welcoming and thought out the whole time he was at my property he was professional and is clearly very proud of his profession as his work is of the highest standard. I’m an existing customer who had an issue with their 5 year old boiler not working at 7am. I called the 24 hour line and got talked through some troubleshooting steps which got it back up and running without the need for a call out. Can’t ask for better service than that.

Really easy to navigate website. Person I spoke to on phone was friendly and able to book appointment at convenient time for me. Text updates let me know when engineer was near. He was knowledgeable and explained requirements quickly, and all requested work was completed to satisfaction.

I recently had a leak in my bathroom and called Ry Group to see if they could send someone out urgently to investigate and fix the issue. I had an engineer come out within an hour to fix the issue for me. Both the office staff I spoke to and the engineer were extremely professional and helpful and dealt with the issue. I have been using Ry Group for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service they have provided!

My experience with Ry Group and Plumber Ryan has been extremely poor. I contacted one of your tradespeople for a job quote on Monday. After a few initial replies, my messages were ignored for days. I had to chase for updates, which should not be necessary. I was later told the job had been passed to the team, yet no one informed me. That lack of basic communication is unacceptable. When I tried to raise a complaint, the situation got worse. The admin team member Sarah whom I spoke to did not introduce themselves properly, did not gather the correct information beforehand, and gave inconsistent explanations. On several calls, the conversation was cut off instead of being handled professionally. This is not how a complaints process should work. The overall impression is poor communication, poor follow-up, and no clear ownership of customer issues from them. This experience has been frustrating and entirely avoidable. Ry Group needs to improve its customer service, internal communication, and complaint-handling procedures immediately to know how to do their job properly, there mid-ratings across all review sites including on here 4.5 shows they are cowboy builders benath the surface/cracks.

Awesome job from Mark the electrician. He installed power into our summer house, with sockets and lighting. Everything was installed really neat and tidy and positioned where we wanted them. Top lad and really friendly. Good communication from the guys in the office aswell.

I wanted the front of my house painted, and have a new porch fitted. I wanted one company to be able to do all of the work. The guys at RyGroup were excellent and managed to compete all of the work to an extremely high standard including the electrics for a new light on the front of the house. They were always polite and punctual and the work excellent. I am very pleased with their work, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Called Ry group to attend for what British Gas told me was a carbon monoxide leak and needed an entire flue replaced which they then wouldn't touch. Ryan made an effort to come out for an assessment, followed by Dan who carried out the work. He spent time figuring out what was causing the problem instead of changing unnecessary parts and increasing the cost which I really appreciated. It took a bit of trouble shooting but he persevered and found all the issues in the end. He solved a problem in 5 hours that British gas failed to spot in 3 weeks. Highly recommend Dan and Ry group and I'll be calling them for any future issues.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I clearly explained the plumbing job in advance and even provided photos. An appointment was scheduled, and the plumber showed up to spend less than 10 minutes telling telling me the job couldn’t be done. To my shock, I later received an invoice charging me for a full hour of labour, despite no work being carried out and no prior mention of any call-out fee. Even worse, they charged my card without my consent two months later. Completely unacceptable. Avoid avoid at all costs! Update: Despite having received clear confirmation of my rightful entitlement to a refund, a confirmation that was only obtained after numerous emails and phone calls, I was contacted weeks later by a company director who attempted to renege on this agreement and condition the refund on the removal of my legitimate reviews. This is an appalling and unethical attempt to suppress honest feedback. Review platforms serve a critical purpose in protecting consumers and promoting accountability, attempting to manipulate them in this manner is wholly unacceptable and deeply concerning. Update: A third party has now intervened in the dispute, and I have successfully received a refund. My recommendation remains unchanged…I strongly advise avoiding this company entirely.

We had a serious leak in our bathroom over the weekend and urgently needed a plumber. I called the service and was impressed with how quickly and efficiently the office handled the situation. Dan arrived within the hour. He was friendly, professional and experienced. He identified and fixed the issue within 30 mins. We’re very happy customer and will definitely use this company again. We had some issues with our smoke and heat detectors that were really well managed by Ry Group! From my inital enquiry, to the work being carried out, and the final payment everything was clearly communicated and efficient. I really appreciated being told in advance the hourly rate, then the contractor confirming the anticipated parts costs in advance. It meant there were no hidden costs! Furthermore, the electrician, Mark Davies was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything that he found and what needed doing. Very quick and tidy work which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely reach out to the Ry Group for any future electrical work we need.

I reached out to Rygas for help in capping off some redundant appliances, and feel hugely grateful for the lovely service I received! They were very accommodating with getting a date booked in, and their electrician Mark Geddes carried out the works cheerfully and with great care. I was especially touched he took the time to explain everything he was doing, and ensured I was happy at each stage of his work. Very reasonably priced to finish, I think I've found a local electrician for keeps. Thank you again :)

Called as boiler kept losing pressure was quoted just over £500 (including vat). Was told expansion vessel needed changing and leak sealer applied. Felt this was a bit too much got a second opinion was told nothing wrong with boiler just leak sealer was needed. Boiler now working fine for fraction of the money I was quoted.

Called Rygas on a Friday evening at 6pm as our heating was unable to be fixed by another heating engineer. Dan one of the Rygas team was on site by 9pm and fixed the issue. Would definitely call Rygas again. Great service,

I first used Rygas 10 years ago when Ryan was starting out and he was excellent as was the service for a number of years. However, over the last few years the service has been really poor with data breaches, turning up late or not turning up at all and fictitious representation about calling with updates and leaving messages so time is spent waiting for engineers to turn up and no one turns up. Sadly, I cannot in good conscience recommend them. However, after this review Rygas contacted me and apologised for the support they’d provided and offered a sensible compensation. I am therefore changing this review and would recommend them

Ry group saved our bacon! After a gas leak we were left needing all internal pipework relaying. Daniel rejigged the calender and got an engineer out to us the next day James was amazing - nothing was a problem, everything a solution on what could have been a tricky job. He worked solidly through until 7pm. He was polite, friendly and engaging, explaining every step. Couldn't recommend them enough, would definitely use again!

We use Ry Group for plumbing and gas issues. They are reliable - they always come promptly and the work is always done to our satisfaction and I would recommend them. Recently they supplied and fitted a new boiler. I should probably add that while the boiler replacement itself is fine, I felt the finish with smears outside was disappointing. I raised this at the time but the company seemed to think this was normal.

Jamie from RY was the most knowledgeable, kind and professional plumber I have ever met, he spotted the issue in my boiler straightaway, gave me a clear explanation and next step for the repair. All that done it record breaking time. I would certainly use RY again for any plumbing work.

George was punctual, courteous and so helpful with all the tasks I needed to be completed in the home. His knowledge and work ethic was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. He was tidy and worked continuously for the whole day, ticking off all the jobs as he went along. I would most definitely recommend him for any boiler/gas related jobs as well as the more traditional plumbing jobs as well. I wholeheartedly recommend RY group who reacted very promptly to my request and the whole experience was world class!

Do not use this company!! They are a rip off! It appears their inflated costs are merely their attempt to rip you off after adding things you don't need or making it up to appear worse. Not only that they estimate you one thing then try to con you after by adding extra after the fact. Their customer services is shocking. It seems a tin pot operation. If you won't listen to the negative feedback at least ring around before you book them as guaranteed you will save money and find a better more professional company as my electrician was like del boy, I was surprised his van wasn't yellow. Do yourself a favour the negative reviews are correct. I wish I had the foresight to have read them before I booked.

My experience with Ry group has been very positive so far. I have used their electrician and plumber services and pretty satisfied with the quality of service. Update: their admin team will charge you excess and then make up numbers when challenged. Won't use again in future. It's a shame because the tradesmen who did the actual work were super professional and courteous and did a really good job when we needed it. Two stars only because of their hard work. Otherwise 0 for greedy and deceptive admin team.

Would not recommend using the company. We had contacted them regarding a leak on a radiator, they have advised us two weeks later that they took the product off, said it was faulty and liable to leaking and then put it back on. They did not contact us at all regarding the issue, when we called to advise that it had still been leaking while we were on holiday, they told us it was on our invoice that if it leaks again they would have to change the valve - this was on invoice which had bounced on their system and I had never received. The radiator is still currently leaking. Now we have to pay for another visit to change the valve which should have been done the first time round.

Called for a late night emergency plumbing job - turned up and fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommended

BAD SERVICE AND GREEDY/INEXPERIENCED ENGINEERS! Rygas charged me for unnecessary work and was then ignored when I reported that they didn't even fix the boiler issue. 5 year old Boiler broke down in my rental property (07/02/24) tenants had no hot water or heating, as this was an emergency I booked an out of hours visit which was the next day. Plumber turned up and was there for 5 mins did not attempt to investigate or fix the issue just looked at the error code and left. Did not get a phone call or update and had to chase them to find out what the issue is and when can they come back. Was told that the pump was faulty and they need to order the part from a merchant and will get call me when they are coming back to install. Heard nothing and had to call again on 09/02/24 and was told that the part will come on Friday and they can come back Monday to install. I was disappointed as i said multiple times that it was an emergency due to tenant having no hot water or heating and asked if there was anything they can do to come earlier, was told that they are fully booked but if one opens up they will call, no one called. They showed up on Monday and replaced the pump and was told the boiler is 100% fixed and working. Overall job costed around £600. few days later same issue came back and same error code. I reported this to Rygas and was told they will contact an engineer and get back to me when they can attend. No one contacted me so I called them the next day to find out what's going on, again to be told that they need to talk to engineer and will call me back. Heard nothing that day and decided to find another plumber. The new plumbing company I used was there for 10 mins and worked out the issue and was the most simple fix. It turned out my tenant's turned off all the radiators and the boiler was over heating. This guy charged me £50. The Rygas engineer clearly did not want to be there after 17:00 and did not even attempt to check if there was a simple explanation. Charged me to replace one of the most expensive parts that did not even need changing and when that didn't fix the issue no one got back to me for I can only assume Rygas didn't want to admit that their engineer either couldn't be bothered to investigate the fault or he wanted to exploit more money from the job. I emailed Rygas to give them a chance to make things right, they emailed saying they will get back to me 1st of march. To this day I have heard nothing from them. AVOID using them in emergency's, I'm sure there are some good experienced engineers at Rygas but there's no guarantee who you will get.

Terrible, terrible service. Booked for a job two months ago for a rental property and after weeks of frustrating back and forth ended up paying for another plumber who was in and out within days. Currently dragging their feet in responding to my complaint about it all. ** UPDATE ** As per Sarah's message below, I did finally receive a response. However, it took my calling the Ry office every hour one day and the posting of this public review to have the matter escalated. My review never claimed poor workmanship, rather appalling customer service with the consistent stonewalling of my complaint. More than two months after booking the job I have now been reimbursed and Sarah has assured me client communications will be improved.

RY Group are the most brilliant Company combining all the skills of expert electricians, boiler technicians, plumbers and plasterers under one roof - and where they work as a team to bring all those skills together quickly to diagnose your problems, map out a solution, and then act swiftly to execute it. I was stuck only a few days before Christmas, with new tenants due on January 2nd, but with an old boiler causing the newly installed circuit board to keep tripping. I called Charlotte at RY Group Reception, and explained the problem. Immediately she put a team together: Alfie Bingham, a boiler expert, diagnosed the problem as not being the old boiler but likely to be a re-wiring problem somewhere between the boiler and the fuse board. He suggested, and I agreed, that if I was embarking as a new Landlord then for peace of mind for me and my future tenants going forward a new boiler with a 10 year Warranty might now be a wise choice (though not essential) to replace the existing, but very tired, 14 year old boiler. The new boiler was then promptly and expertly installed by Billy James. Will Malcolm, an outstanding electrician, arrived and diagnosed the failing electrical issues. He recommended a rewiring of the outhouse where the washing machine, dryer and boiler are all stored, but where damp, ancient wiring, and many demands on the electrical supply all needed resolving - and fast. Like all of the team, Will did a fantastic job. All of the well-mannered and professional team inspired total confidence at all times, and both boiler and rewiring were accomplished between 21st December, when I first called, and 29th December. Thank you Charlotte, Alfie, Billy, Will and RY Group for saving the day when I really had thought all was lost !

Very disorganized company. I attempted to schedule an appointment of a plumber to install a smart thermostat with two weeks advance notice. First time I called I was told I was getting a call back, no call back. Second time I called I was to book it for today, Friday the 15th. Confirmed yesterday, they confirmed it would happen on Friday, and then they made a mistake and scheduled it for the 22nd. Result - I waited for nothing. Beware when booking to make sure they don't make mistakes. Tried company because it had great reviews, but will not be using again

I had needed an electrician out due to a faulty storage heater, Will come out but unfortunately the problem wasn’t fixed. I rang back as agreed to get another callout book - only available slot was 2 weeks later. I was asked to pay the first callout which was fine but up until now I am yet to get my receipt of this payment. I have contacted them via phone email call back, all available options they have on their site and no one seems to send me what I want and need - my receipt. I contacted them again requesting a call back and until today I haven’t had a call back or receipt. I appreciate that it’s a busy time but still it’s an appalling service from them. I have used them in the past and was happy, now I am disappointed and I will be using someone different if need be in the future. Customer service isn’t great!

We have used Rygas for a number of different jobs over the years and most recently they have competed a kitchen refit which is everything I could have hoped for. Beautiful carpentry, great courtesy and consideration and at completion they left our home clean and tidy. We only knew they had been here because we had a lovely new countertop, sink and hob! Far more expensive than competition on my quotation. £214+£118=£332 vs £144 inc VAT. Be creful as they charged me separtelly for 20min "diagnostic visit" £118 and wasted my time ,they had no spare parts no skills or experience to know what spare parts to take with them. They used pricing tactic to charge me without fixing the boiler and then they give me far overpriced quotation.

It was an expensive repair work to boiller after three viisits to repair it which shoukdn't have taken more than two visits - (one for diagnostic and second for repair.)

Obvious leak from ensuite above the bathroom misdiagnosed as a roof leak in a fleeting 20 minute visit. On the second visit, on my insistence that the plumber should wait longer for the leak to appear, he agreed it was from the ensuite, found the leaking joint and replaced it. In carrying out the repair, he accidentally cut through a central heating pipe and spent some time dealing with that. At the end of the visit, he did a cursory clean of the bathroom floor and asked for a black bin bag which he filled with the larger debris and left by my front door. After a lengthy email exchange I was offered a reduction in the full price (for the time spent on repairing the central heating pipe and time lost because of the misdiagnosis on the first visit). Three stars to cover the quality of the work, communications with the office, and the plumber’s friendly nature (my cat agreed!)

Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Engineer went into my kids room when they were inside and kept his shoes on and step onto their bed and bedsheets with his shoes on to let air out of radiator. Didn't even wear overshoes anywhere around the house let alone bedroom upstairs.

Received an estimate for a replacement toilet and reroute of waste pipe, the same day as the of inspection of works required. As soon as I accepted the estimate the work was booked in within 7 days and completed on the same day. The operative discussed what the timeframe for the work would be throughout the day undertook the work, tested, cleaned area and removed all debris and carried out a joint inspection. The work undertaken was excellent and undertaken very professionally, and probably explained the slightly high original estimate and final invoice, although the final invoice was a little lower at the end. I can't fault the work or customer relations that took place throughout the process and would highly recommend this company and would do business with again

The job was for the trace and fix of a leak and we were worried that it would be a huge job of ripping up bathroom tiles, but luckily Paul was able to identify where the leak was coming from, by taking off the bathroom panel, advise on the issue and fixed it within two hours - much to our relief. This is now the 2nd time I have used this South London based Gas engineers group. I had seen the bright Orange vans and had decided to give them a try as BG were getting too expensive. They are always polite and helful right from the first call into the office to book in the gas engineer, through to the troubleshooting and rectifying the fault.

Our kitchen extractor hood needed replacement, so we had called Ry. Their engineer arrived and claimed that the brand new hood was broken. So, we had to order a replacement. We arranged another engineer to carry out the job, who failed to turn up on the day of the appointment saying that there was childcare issue. He finally arrived the following day to carry out the work, we were disappointed when he said that he doesn’t have the necessary equipment to fix the hood. And, this was after reminding the office twice to ask the engineer to bring the right tools! Then he came the following day, the job was finally done. However, they charged us in error for a second day’s job too. They didn’t even try to confirm the figure with us by phone, just emailed an invoice and charged our card that they has stored the details of when we had used them on a separate occasion without our knowledge! When we realised that they had double charged us, we phoned their office. The receptionist kept saying that she will call us back , but she never did. We had to chase the refund. Which we finally received but after chasing them for about a week. They also don’t accept bank transfer payments but only card payments, which is a hassle, as not everyone is comfortable paying over the phone, especially as they store your card details, for instance, they did, in our case. Update: We thought of giving them another chance, we called them again their plumbing in January 2023 to fix our cracked bath, they didn't stay true to the quote, the bath was not exactly how we wanted, we were not asked about if we were happy with it, unsatisfactory work, the bath was still leaking, they visited again, fixed it, so it is not leaking in our kitchen now, however, it still has problem with leaks, it leaks on the bathroom floor itself.

No complaints about the quality of work, tidiness, punctuality etc. but there were some negatives. In particular (1) RyGas reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation charge if you do not cancel within 24 hours, however they only notified me of the planned arrival time of the engineer at 7PM the evening before via email which was less than 24 hours from the appointment time; (2) I was charged significantly more than quoted for the job, which was disappointing given that the engineer didn't know how to do the job initially and needed to "phone a friend" to figure out what to do, so claiming the job took longer than expected seems unreasonable - I resent paying for someone to learn on the job; (3) the engineer took away the old tap without asking what I wanted to do with this - as it happened it was a new tap which had only been installed as a temporary replacement to the original tap which had broken so I am down £100 on a perfectly good tap and charged 50% more than I expected for a simple job. Uodate: In fairness to Ry group they did contact me after this review was published and credited me back so that I was charged the price originally quoted. I appreciated the response and have uprated accordingly

I phoned Rygas at 8:30 a.m. and by 11:30 a.m. the problem had been sorted. Thanks to Tyrone, we had hot water and heating. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. Super efficient!

This is the second time I have used Ry, previously for gas plumbing, this time for central heating electrics and on both occasions their service and workmanship has been excellent.

RyGas saved us once again. Their phone lines are manned by extremely proficient and helpful staff, who immediately put you at ease & do their best to sort out quick appointments / solutions. On this occasion a plumber materialised faster than expected, despite it being a Bank Holiday, & we received the usual courtesey call/s to inform / update us. Operatives always try to work quickly & efficiently & they don't dilly dally to up the charges, which some unreliables unfortunately do. RyGas are reliable. They explain their charges up front and on each visit, we have encountered very personable, well trained and competent staff. I am happy to recommend RyGas to others.

Ryan and his team deserve top marks for their outstanding work on the complete refurbishment of our flat in Richmond. They installed new wiring, plumbing, heating and flooring; fitted a new boiler, bathroom, kitchen, doors and cupboards; in addition they did all the plastering and painting. All the team members were extremely professional, friendly and punctiliously tidy. Ryan’s leadership was highly efficient and enhanced by his proactive ability to suggest practical and creative solutions. Highly recommended – I would certainly call on Ryan and his team again.

We had a plumber from the Ry Group come round to do some small jobs, disconnecting a gas heater and oven and adding a pipe fitting for washing machine and dishwasher and were happy with the outcome. Given we had recently moved into an old property which needs a fair bit of work we thought we’d ask for a quote to fit a shower pump to help with low water pressure as didn’t want to do anything major given we’d be ripping the whole bathroom out in due course. We then had 2 engineers (there for the other jobs) take a look at the work required and where to install the pump. When the engineer (different one) came round to fit the pump said it couldn't be fitted to the hot water cylinder and installed it next to the open vent in the attic. Once installed on running the shower and other taps in the house that had previously worked fine there was now spurting and alternating low pressure due to air being sucked in. As a solution the engineer came round again a few days later (with an additional charge) to fit some pipes to try and remove the air before it came into the pump. This initially made a marginal improvement but after a couple of weeks it left the pump struggling and again periodically shutting on and off. We decided to get a second opinion from a different plumber who came round and wasn't impressed with the work that was carried out. Feedback was that it looked like a DIY job and would never have worked. Additionally based on the pump manufacturer's instructions it states for the pump to be installed within 5m of the hot water cylinder which it has not. It also states it needs to be taken directly off the cylinder, but instead has been taken off the open vent. Due to the distance between the pump and cylinder, it is running dry when used as the water cannot keep up with the pump. We gave this feedback to Ry Group who tried to imply it was our decision to cite the pump where it was put. When they reluctantly sent the senior engineer around (which they offered without a call out charge which was a minimum I'd expect for close to £1k for something that didn't work) he also said wouldn't work where it was. We then asked for it to be correctly installed which then triggered another quote for £500-600. Given this was to rectify a problem of their making I said it seems only fair that we cover any new materials required but felt labour shouldn't be charged again given the work we'd previously paid for was ultimately pointless and should never have been done. To this we never heard back. We regret we used this company to begin with given the complete waste of money, however, the one positive take away from this is that we’ve found a great plumbing company in the meantime who we know can get the job done and done correctly without any issues.

Staff were polite and courteous when taking my call, and after a brief conversation, suggested an engineer to visit to troubleshoot my problem. I received an email and text the day before the appointment, and the engineer arrived bang on time. I called this company for an emergency call out for my boiler. Engineer came spent 35mins on bolier then another 20mins in his car apparently ordering a Pressure release valve which he didn't carry with him.. was charged £174 but nothing was fixed they wanted another £145/£200 to replace a £20 valve with another visit which would be booked in on another day .. so I was left without hot water .. I feel ripped off by this company.. Also the engineer left his blue foot covers on the road outside my house and didn't even explain anything to my mother in law about what's going on now .. very unprofessional ..

We recently used Ry to remove and replace a boiler.in our flat. The whole process was excellent from start to finish. The team were punctual, polite, tidy and professional. I received a phone call on the day and after the work was completed to check I was happy with the work. I would highly recommend Jason and his team, they were excellent.

Boiler broke down on a weekend, had them come out and the guy spent only 15 min to mis-diagnosed (PCB issue was told) it and needed further 2 visits to resolve due to the initial mis diagnosis. Called the boiler company on weekday and after 5 min conversation got a correct diagnosis and told to change the gas exchanger. Once they replaced that part - boiler worked perfectly. Initially told me they wouldn't charge for the additional visit but lied as the money was taken out. Contacted them 2x and still no call back or investigation. *Edit - After the review they did finally reach out and we were able to settle it and the admin issues that had occured - amended from 1/5 to 3/5. Shows that if a customer is unhappy they will follow up but only occured after this review was left.

Have personally used Ry for several maintenance issues ranging from drainage to electrical and they have always attended promptly. The tradesmen are always friendly, professional, the problem fixed and all at a reasonable cost.

RyGas installed a boiler/central heating system in my flat. There had previously been nothing in place but two ancient gas heaters that couldn't be used, so it was quite an involved job, starting from scratch. They did a fantastic job from the moment they arrived, kept me informed the whole time and made sure I came home to a nice tidy place each day while the work was going on, and then a nice toastie place when the work was completed! RyGas/RySparks also did several plumbing and electrical jobs for me while the boiler work was going on, as I had a load of things that needed fixing or upgrading. Again, everything was carried out super efficiently and I'm really pleased with it all. I would highly recommend using RyGas. They are professional, friendly and provide an excellent service.

Had a new boiler & power flush. From start to finish, RyGas is clearly a company that takes pride in its customer service. They were professional and on task from start to finish. The cost of the works was competitive and the fitter was absolutely lovely. I didn't even know he was there or had been in my home except for the fact that I had heating downstairs again! Rygas came and gave a quote for replacing a downstairs very old toilet and replacement of taps and a click clack plug hole. We received the quote quickly. We also had asked 2 other companies to come and review. Jason rang up and asked me if I had received the quote. At the time my husband was very hesitant as he was concerned that in replacing this toilet would lead to it jutting out further in a very tight space. Jason reassured me that they would do their best to source a suitable toilet which they did. Frankie came to do the work and did an amazing job, was cheerful, hardworking and conscientious and we are delighted with the finished product! I would also like to thank the office staff for helping to source suitable products. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. A big thank you!
