Advent Installations is praised for knowledgeable, prompt and thorough gas fire servicing and repairs, with customers valuing clear explanations, careful work and helpful responses. Reviews also mention gas fire design and installation, with faults resolved efficiently and fires left working safely. One customer reported a rude response when asking about installation of a separately purchased fire, so communication appears less consistent in that situation.

Excellent work servicing our gas fire which Rex designed and installed in a complex situation several years ago. Always helpful and responsive. I thoroughly recommend Rex Farndon for any gas fire work.

Called them yesterday as we had a fault with our gas fire. They called that afternoon, replaced a part, and left the fire working nicely. Very happy with this prompt and efficient service.

Called up and politely asked if they can install a fire that I’ve bought. Get laughed at and told you gave the guy that sold you the fire place a nice profit and think we’re mugs to install it. Could’ve just politely said no, very rude! To be honest, you’ll still charge to install it and make a profit, don’t see the issue.
