Finch Plumbing & Heating Ltd is praised for prompt, reliable and professional plumbing and heating work, from boiler repairs and replacements to leak finding and smaller plumbing jobs. Customers value the team’s clear explanations, tidy and efficient approach, fair pricing and friendly service, with Jamie, Mason and Ian mentioned for their helpful work. One review noted a quote was not followed up, and there was a minor comment about the phone manner.
Every job is a good job from Finch. Jamie and his whole team are reliable , hard working and efficient. No job is too small.
10/10! Every engineer that attended to our broken boiler was professional, knowledgable and was able to explain everything clearly. Mason, who helped us replace the boiler was kind, efficient and hard working. Thank you for all your help Mason!
I've had excellent, prompt service from Finch on two recent occasions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Would just like to thank Finch for an excellent service. Many thanks to Mason who was very helpful and did a very good job. Would definitely recommend.
Upon personal recommendation from my lovely new neighbours, Jamie and his team from Finch pulled-out all the stops and came to the rescue to rectify my plumbing issues. Nothing was too much trouble for them, sound advice and swift, friendly, professional, timely response and resolution. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them as my future plumbers 100% 👍
Helpful. Organized and understanding
They arrived at my home to price a quote but never replied with a quote. What a waste of time for them and us.
We have been working with Finch Plumbing for a number of years. They have always been proactive and efficient in locating leaks which at times can be very challenging. Great work from Ian, Julie, Jamie and the team. Can not recommend them enough.
Very good clean and professional Thankyou
I will definitely call them again in case I need a plumber in the future. Mason did the job quick and tidy. I would tell the lady on the phone to sound a bit happier when she speaks to customers though :). Recommended!
They always deal with any plumbing issues, quickly, efficiently and at a fair price
