Senior Heating Services

Just had a new boiler fitted by Dale who was very professional doing the job worked very hard in this heat, the last review he had wasn't true the guy lives in Coventry, would recommend him to anyone 👍

My boiler broke down so I called Senior Heating Services who have a good reputation in the area. Dale came round within an hour and got the hot water going. The boiler was old and cost of repairs Vs getting a new boiler meant new was the most sensible option. Dale got a new boiler ordered and fitted next day. Great service and a very nice chap as well.

Don't know about their heating but someone working for them drives like an absolute numpty. Going at least 70 in a 50 zone, got as close to me as was physically possible (doing the speed limit, two small children in the back) and then again, at least 70 if not quite a lot more along another 50. Not a great plan in a branded car. Able to give the reg and location.

Excellent service, very trustworthy and a good communicator. He explained things clearly and found solutions to our boiler and radiator issues. I Would highly recommended.

I would thoroughly highly recommend. Friendly. Explains in a way you can understand. Solved an on-going confusing issue with combi boiler I've been trying to suss out for weeks in minutes. Dale, He's your guy!

Great response and communication from Dale. We needed a new boiler after the old one kept losing pressure and he came round the next day to quote. Reasonable and transparent pricing, no hidden extras, really prompt service, and the new system works great! Would absolutely use again!

Lifesaver! Boiler broke on a Friday night, called Dale and he kindly came by to take a look. Wasn't available to fix it himself but went out of his way to find me a reliable engineer. Fixed by Saturday morning. Legend!

We were delighted to have Dale install a new boiler for us again (he had previously installed a new a pressurised Gledhill system in our previous house). This time he fitted a new Wiessman 050 boiler. He really is the best! Honest to his word and timings, well priced, clean working and so approachable about every aspect of his work, our needs and the onward confidence he engendered with the suitability to our need. No fuss, no fluff, just good skilled with from a super-friendly specialist engineer. Thank you Dale, just brilliant! GnG x

Outstanding Service – Problem Solved After 3 Years After three years of recurring boiler issues that several plumbers failed to resolve – including a recent misdiagnosis of a faulty automatic valve – Dale identified and fixed the actual cause within an hour. It turned out to be a simple blocked pipe, which he cleared immediately with no fuss. Dale was professional, efficient, and clearly knows his trade inside out. We are beyond grateful, as what was once a minor issue had gradually worsened and caused considerable inconvenience. Highly recommended – if you want the job done properly, call Dale. We now have a dedicated and trustworthy plumber for our next year's service. Can not praise this guy enough!!!

“Outstanding Service! I couldn’t be more impressed! He were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and sufficient. Thank you so much Dale.

Great communication and service. Dale attended and identified the issue why our combi boiler was not providing hot water. Dale returned the following day with the part and fixed the issue very quickly.

Just had my boiler serviced and as usual Dale was super friendly and got everything sorted quickly. Definitely recommend!

Senior Heating Services are the best in the area. They are 100% reliable and happy to help at all times. I will only be using this company for my boiler/gas safety needs going forward.

Excellent prompt service despite it being a Saturday. Dale is very efficient and friendly. Fixed the boiler in no time.

A very belated review for an excellent plumber. Dale saved us when our boiler died in the middle of a cold spell last winter. Amazing service, great value. Highly recommend.

Top quality service from start to finish. Dale is a professional who I would highly recommend!

I recommend Senior plumbing as he gives me confidence that we’re in good hands. He installed our boiler 7yrs ago and has carried out all the annual services. Punctual and efficient and the boiler works extremely well. The whole system is efficient as each time he checks the inhibitor. Regards Sarah & Trevor.

Thorough boiler service and heating pipe repairs.

Dale is knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Fixed my boiler in no time at all.

Tried Dale after very poor service from British Gas and 24/7 Very happy with the boiler service that was carried out today Good price and thorough service Dale even contacted the boiler manufacturer while on site to check and adjust factory settings Nice to deal with good reliable local tradesman

Dale is extremely reliable, trustworthy and does an excellent job! I phoned him with a boiler issue and he made himself available that same day to do the boiler repair. He’s my ‘go-to’ guy for any heating/boiler repairs. Definitely recommend.

Dale was so helpful and quick at providing a new boiler for us when ours broke in a week of freezing weather last month. Excellent service! Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Senior Heating Services to everyone that need boiler repair or installation. They are competent, professional and very ethical. They charge only what is justified - restraining from taking advantage of ignorant clients. Imagine my boiler recently broke down and and I needed it fixed urgently. When I contacted Seniors Heating Services, they guided me through the process of fixing it via video call. Surprising they did not charge me even a penny. Another company that was not available to do the job on the day had given me a quote of about £180 to fix it. Which means that Senior Heating Services saved me a lot of money. May thanks Senior Heating Service - much appreciated. To everyone, please let us all use Senior Heating Services and spread the word to everybody. This is the kind of company that we all should be supporting and promoting. The world would be a much better place if all companies behaved like Senior Heating services. Use them and spread the word.

Dale and his team are utterly amazing, his work always goes above and beyond. He is a highly knowledgeable and experienced person. I would never go anywhere else for my heating and plumbing needs.. 5 stars all round. X

Always excellent service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Boiler legend! 👏👏

Fantastic service from Dale this week. Nothing is a drama. 100% efficiency, knowledge and fast back up. Thanks Dale you are a star!

Highly recommend Dale , he came out when I had no heating with a 5 year old . Spent an hour fixing the condenser so we had hot water . Thanks

Dale has been looking after my heating for a number of years and he always responds quickly and offers a great service. Completed a full boiler install and the quality of work was excellent.

Work carried out 2020-2024 Installation of new boiler along with lots of expert advice on which heating system to go for. Also provided troubleshooting and problem solving on an existing heating system. Would highly recommend Dale to anyone looking for a heating engineer, especially if they’re looking to upgrade their boiler/heating system.

I’ve called Dale out after recommendation from a trusted friend. He solved the problem and was not someone who tried to persuade you a new boiler was needed he is very much of the opinion that if it can be fixed fix it. A very honest and approachable person.

Excellent service and always very quick to respond in the event of an emergency. Dale has done numerous jobs for me; new boilers, heating manifold controls, general servicing, etc and always done professionally and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Dale Senior has done several jobs for me including installing a new boiler. He is courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. He is meticulous in his work which means that the job is always done to the highest standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Senior Heating Services.

Dale is just the sort of tradesperson everybody needs on speed dial. He came to our flat to service the boiler and was upfront about the costs from the first point of contact. On the day, he kindly gave us a few tips on how we could heat the home more effectively (which we'd not had from any previous engineer), was super personable & efficient. Faultless service, highly recommended.

I had some issues with my central heating and hot water due to the cold weather. I called Senior heating services and I could not have been happier with the experience from start to finish. Dale communicated the issues that I faced in a way that I could understand which made the experience very comforting. He was professional and very competitively priced. I will most certainly be using their services in the future!

Omg! Life saver! - We had Dale from Senior Plumbing come round because our boiler broke down in what must be the coldest time i've experienced and within 2 hours he had the system going and the faulty part replaced - A total life saver. We have now ask him to install us a new boiler and the service has been amazing super happy thanks to your team. this old boiler is going in the bin! bbrrrrrrr.

Dale is extremely helpful! I called asking for a quote and he was kind enough to give me free advice and told me how to fix it myself. I’ve never known a tradesman like it. Highly highly recommend!! Need more people like him in the world. Thanks again Dale!

Dale is a superstar! Responded immediately, fit new pipe work, filters and got us back up Ian’s running! We would have been freezing tonight, if it wasn’t for Dale. Impeccable service and quality of work. Not only that he is running 5miles every day this year to raise money to Combat Stress for Veterans.

We experienced a sudden boiler breakdown, and the discomfort was almost immediate. We called several companies, but it was Dale who responded with remarkable swiftness. Within just 30 minutes of our call at 20.00 in the evening, Dale was at our doorstep, ready to tackle the issue. What impressed us most was not just his punctuality but also his thoroughness. Dale meticulously examined our boiler, swiftly diagnosing the problem. Throughout the process, he was more than just a technician; he was a guide. Dale took the time to walk us through what had gone wrong and how he was fixing it. Moreover, his professionalism and expertise were evident in how efficiently he worked. In what seemed like no time, our boiler was up and running, much to our relief. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels in their technical skills but also in customer service. Dale’s friendly demeanour, great sense of humour and willingness to explain the nuances of his work were greatly appreciated. It’s clear that he not only has a passion for his trade but also for ensuring customer satisfaction. We cannot recommend Dale enough. If you ever find yourself in a bind with your heating system, Dale is the person to call. Prompt, professional, and proficient – he is truly a master of his craft.

We had an emergency at 9.30pm on a Saturday night .Water was pouring out of our boiler.Dale arrived within 10 minutes and sorted it out and saved the boiler. We have 2 boilers in our house and he has just serviced both.Dale is very professional and reliable. We can recommend him without reservation.

The three most important parts to any service are value, time and the expertise of the people who deliver it. Sometimes you get two out of the three (sometimes even only one), but I can honestly say I got all three. Dale’s passion and ability meant we received a fantastic experience and a fantastic result. Thanks to him for being so good on comms before, during and after the job. Nothing other than a huge thanks, and a very happy (and warm) family.

Dale is very a professional plumber, he came out after working hours to investigated the issue with my boiler, as it’s a very old boiler Dale took his time to to find the fault and gave an honest advise, also suggested using the emersion heater for the time being until the boiler is sorted. Really appreciate your honesty. Thank you so much. I would 100% recommend Senior Heating Services. Jackie

Excellent service. Always prompt and obliging.Have been using them a number of years. They know their "stuff" and have always dealt with things quickly and efficiently.

Our rads failed to heat. House freezing. Contacted Dale who came round at the end of his long day, quickly sorted the problem and fixed it. Expert and professional service. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Dale.

My go-to for boiler issues! Dale is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you!

A first class boiler expert! Dale fixed my boiler and heating issues when all else failed - amazing job! He provided timely advice, is 100% reliable, thorough and determined to resolve any heating issues for his clients. He also works his best to keep costs down and provided excellent customer care throughout. I couldn't recommend Senior Heating Services highly enough - THANK YOU Dale!!! :)

Can’t recommend highly enough. We’d been trying to get someone for a couple of days, then were cancelled on last minute after taking the day to work at home and wait in. I tried Dell and he came out almost immediately and fixed the boiler within the hour. Thank you so much.

Just had a boiler fixed by Dale, super quick, no hustle at all and the more information you provide before hand in terms of the issue, the easier the fix is! Super friendly service, would recommend 100%

Dale and the team came to help with a boiler issue-which looks like they solved. However, whilst at the house another issue appeared in the form of a broken pipe. Without hesitation they also solved that problem, including being other trades in - due to the location of the leak. Great guys, very good service and would highly recommend.

Dale was fantastic. No heating or hot water in the coldest snap of the year so far. He offered an honest appraisal of our choices, transparent quote and he had it installed, fully up and running again within two days which was so much better than the nationwide company we'd been dealing with previously. Very competitive on price with a superior product. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from Dale and his team. Arrived on time as scheduled, carried out the service of a gas boiler and replaced a gas hob all with minium of fuss.

Edit for a TLDR: recommended 👍 It's cold right now (Dec 22) and the boiler has broken. Checking the error code and I see it's likely that the condensate pipe is frozen. I can't get to the outside part of the pipe as in the roof and I don't have the tools to climb my roof. A quick call here and I'm asked to send some photos of my boiler. Incomes a rapid reply with a short annotation as to which pipe to unplug and remove, temporarily, the condensate pipe from the equation. Boiler resets immediately 👍 My 4 year old is happy his room will be warm again. Many thanks for your help😊👍

Senior heating services came quick and were very professional. Dale explained the issue and now everything is back up and running!

Dale responded amazingly quickly to our emergency - and at this bank holiday weekend to boot! What a personable guy - efficient, knew exactly how to sort out our glitch and worked methodically to get us back up and running. We highly recommend. Thanks so much Dale.

Dale and his team installed a new Viessmann system boiler in November but today a red warning triangle appeared and stopped the heating and hot water. I couldn’t figure it out from the manual so text Dale who immediately came back with probably a drop in pressure and he came out at 7.30pm on Friday night to fix it and yes it had been a drop in pressure. Great service as always and would highly recommend. Many thanks Dale.

Dale and his team provided excellent quality and timely advice and workmanship.

Dale, being a third generation plumber, is first class. His grandfather, used lead. He would be proud of Dale. Top man.

Dale is an absolute credit to his profession aswell as being a top guy, he takes pride in his work and it is very good work, also proud to be a stepping stone to like minded ex military servicemen to enhance and boost there careers outside of the military, (even if they are a craphat)

Dale was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and did a very good job! Happy to recommend him.

The service was very professional and completed very efficiently. The Service Engineer was helpful and highly recommended.

We contacted Dale to service our boiler as he was Viessman approved, he arrived on time and explained and showed us the work he was carrying out, we were delighted with the service and the price we paid and will be using Dale again in the future. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gas fitter

Hands down the best boiler engineer we have ever used in our 20 years of business.

We have been with Dale for 6 years after he fit our viessmann boiler, he services our boiler every year and gives an excellent service. Really recommend highly great business great service. Reliable and clean worker.

Great service, quick response, friendly and knowledgable! Dale really helped us understand our options, has a great work ethic, gives attention to detail and is passionate about providing excellent service and quality workmanship. Highly recommended!

I was told by another company I needed a new boiler dale replaced 3 parts and saved me over £2500 on a new boiler very pleased with work fully explained what he was doing great company will use in the future many thanks

I highly recommend Dale. He went above and beyond, in the sense that he had to access and replace piping located in a very precarious location, on the outside of my upper floor flat, above my neighbour's glass kitchen ceiling which other plumbers have refused to do as it was seen as too dangerous to gain access to. I feel indebted to his work and expertise.

Dale came out to fix our boiler and did an incredible job. Spent three days sorting out our entire system, so grateful he helped. Would absolutely recommend him for any work! Thanks Dale!

Very professional and has the customer in mind. Will always do his best to minimise costs and prioritises emergency’s well

Such a helpful plumber. No nonsense & very efficient. Knew what the issue was immediately & seems very experienced. Really friendly & trustworthy. I would highly recommend. We will continue to use Senior Plumbing from now on :)

Absolutely fantastic. Dale came out today (on his birthday!) to help identify a potential leak/boiler issue. He also helped walk me through adding sealant to my system. Cannot recommend highly enough. Cheers Dale and Happy Birthday 😉

In my role as a property manager, I have been using Dale and his team for over two years now and couldn't recommend SP&H highly enough.

We have used Dale for the last 3 years for plumbing and heating work and have always found him very good. We had to have a new boiler fitted recently and he worked really hard having to redirect pipework and over came all the issues this involved and kept us informed of what he was doing at every stage. He is reliable, friendly and we would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.

Thanks Dale. Another satisfied customer. You’re efficient, honest and we feel safe with your knowledge of our fabulous boiler. No hesitation in recommending you. The new tap is making life much easier too.

I've used Senior Plumbing & Heating for nearly 5 years. In that time they've repaired and replaced boilers, installed new heating systems, carried out servicing and provided annual gas safety checks. As a landlord I rely on tradespeople to look after me and my tenants and Dale and his team are great. Would happily recommend. Kind regards.

Had Dale from Senior heating and plumbing to install a new gas hob. Great service and very pleasant to deal with turned up at expected time got us up and running quickly. Highly recommend great to find a local independent service.

We bought a house with plenty of plumbing issues in the midst of lock down and being new to the area searched for good plumbers based on their reviews. We found so many outstanding reviews about Dale and he lived up to all expectations. He took all the stress out of a pretty hectic situation and went above and beyond to get things sorted so that we could move in safely with our young children. Dale knows how to look after customers as well as get the job done - a great character and a pleasure to work with. Thoroughly recommended.

Senior plumbing fitted a new boiler filter after our old one became faulty. They were quick to respond, offered a professional and friendly service and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic contractor with a hungry work ethic. He won’t be defeated if he is looking for difficult to locate leaks, which is what we mainly utilise his services for.

Needed our boiler serviced and we found Dale, he offered us an excellent service and told us everything that was happening along the way. Highly recommend Dale. Jackie Percy

We've used Dale for many years. He's our go to plumber for fixing issues large and small. Over the years he's installed most of the radiators in our house and fixed most of our plumbing issues. Top bloke and top service. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. 👌👍

Dale at senior plumbing and heating is a decent and trustworthy plumber. In the many times I have used him, he’s been punctual and has gotten the job done. Very reliable and dependable

We got our new Viessmann boiler installed by Senior Plumbing & Heating 2 years ago. Dale is friendly, highly professional & efficient. Refreshing to see somebody enthusiastic about the product. We were due our annual service and Dale came the next day. Dale keeps you informed on what he is doing Cannot recommend Dale enough.

Extremely prompt and helpful service. Quickly identified and resolved the problem with our boiler.

It has been a pleasure to deal with Dale recently. I have had several plumbers round to my house and none of them had been able to get part of my heating system working as it was blocked up and was told I would need a costly re plumb. Dale came round to sort an issue with my boiler and at the same time got my system unblocked and back up and running. Dale went the extra mile to investigate the problem properly. Highly recommended!!!

I've used this company numerous times on both my work and home property. Dale is extremely reliable and hard working. He's always got the job done for us, no matter how awkward or hard they've been at times! I can't recommend the company and Dale highly enough!

I found Dale at Senior Plumbing by chance and he fitted a Viessmann boiler for me at very short notice. He did a great job. He’s since done further work at my house and he’s been brilliant. His work is always to a very high standard and he explains clearly what’s he doing and why. His friendly manner is also a big positive. I’m delighted to have found someone so professional and reliable. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I wouldn’t now use anyone else.

I had problems with my boiler this morning and Dale was able to come out at such short notice in this cold weather & fixed the issue for me. Thank you so much for saving me from being in a cold house & for your responsiveness!

Dale is very reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about his work. He is professional at all times, and very easy to get on with. He explains what he is doing and does the work at a good price. I hope to carry on using his expertise for many years to come.

Senior plumbing and heating are an Excellent company. I had a problem my boiler which I thought maybe costly given the fault . However I was soon informed exactly what the problem was and within the hour the engineer had gone away , come back with the new part that was needed and had it fitted... 5 stars for this company as they were brilliant and very fair with the cost .

Having my boiler pack up mid-winter three years ago I was lucky enough to have call Dale by chance. He was very professional honest and straight forward to deal with and came out straight away to help. He worked with my budget and got me a good deal. This guy really knows his stuff and I have been using him ever since on a number of other jobs. I have had to deal with a few cowboys in the past and it great to finally have someone to call on who you can trust. I could not recommend this plumber more highly. Just need to find my self a good electrician now.

Excellent service! I called Dale for my boiler repair and he got the job done very efficiently! would definitely use Senior & Heating again for boiler services.

I phoned Senior Plumbing on the off chance as my boiler stopped working just as the nighttime temperatures hit -2! Typical. Dale arrived the same day in the late afternoon but couldn’t get it going there and then. He located the problem and sourced a new gas valve for my fairly old boiler and collected it from the supplier that evening. He then came back the following morning and fitted it. The heat is now on! And all at a reasonable price too. Many thanks and ‘warm’ wishes for Xmas, Dale. Yes, I would definitely recommend Senior Plumbing based on my experience.

Fantastic service at short notice. We needed to get our boiler serviced before we exchanged contracts and were up to the wire. I rang Dale on a Saturday afternoon and he said he would fit me in on Sunday, which he duly did. Would thoroughly recommend him. Will be using Dale for all of our heating and plumbing needs in the future.

I needed a service on my boiler and not only did he do the service he diagnosed a problem early that later would of potentially of cost me a lot more problems. Great service and honest communication. Trustworthy plumber boiler repair is hard to find.
