Marathon Windows Company Ltd

Excellent communication and kept up to date with current progress on orders. Pricing is reasonable compared to other suppliers.

Excellent company. From the first visit from Jane to Dan their fitter, they couldn't have been more helpful. My neighbours have all called round and admired my beautiful stained glass door. Will be using them again in the near future to replace a window that now won't open (they didn't fit it and I wish I'd gone to them in the first place!)

Personal service, but also highly professional. Just a single door and a few additional bits of trim around the porch and back door. Good communication and fitting in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

We had a really good experience with Marathon Windows, Very professional, very prompt in customer service and fitting and excellent value.

I previously used Marathon Windows when working for a local Independent estate agen,, I have since used them to replace a unit in my mums third floor flat. Communication is great, as well as their prompt estimates, turn around times and service. Thank you.

Very pleased with Marathon Windows. I needed some double glazed casings replaced in an existing window that's not very old. I contacted them, they got back to me promptly & professionally. Communication excellent. Double glazed units made within 4 weeks and fitted within 6 weeks. Fitters were very good, tidy and friendly. Thorough estimation by the guy that came to measure up and put the quotation together. I will definitely use them again if I decide to have my remaining windows renewed soon.

From start to finish, Marathon Windows were excellent. I had a new front door, along with glass replaced in patio doors. Marathon were knowledgeable and helpful when I was making choices, on time with any appointments, professional and tidy in the installation, and I'm so pleased with the results.

We used Marathon for replacement upstairs windows and are happy with the quality of them. Happy to recommend Marathon to my friends.

We used Marathon for a new set of French doors, a new entrance door and a double glazed window with an encapsulated stained glass panel. We're very happy with the look and quality of all three. Shoutout to their fitters, who came on time, worked fast and left everything neat and tidy.

We have used Marathon before and the quality of product and service is excellent. Throughly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish - thank you

I recently had an issue with my bifold doors that were supplied by Marathon in 2014. Despite the warranty having expired, Marathon fixed the doors, refusing to take any payment in the process. I couldn't recommend them high enough and will definitely use them for all my gazing needs in the future.

I can really recommend Marathon. An excellent job at a very sensible price. All perfectly installed and handled.

Marathon windows have replaced all the windows and patio doors in 2 houses of ours in Epsom their work from start to finish is 100% Their staff fitting the windows are not only polite but very professional leaving no mess A great company, doing a great job for the last 25 years or so

We have used Marathon windows numerous times over the years and have always been extremely happy with their service and products from consultation to final fitting. I have no hesitation on recommending, and have done to many friends and family. Thanks guys great job as always.

We are very happy with Marathon Windows - from fitting to after service. We had a set of windows changed and fitted some years ago, including a bit of knocking through the wall - they were helpful and prompt, and the windows were well priced and expertly fitted by professionals. We have been very pleased with the windows and I have to say the after service is amazing, they have been extremely helpful with any issues and follow up support. Great to support a family owned local company, totally recommend.

Seamless fantastic service from everyone at Marathon windows from the initial consultation process right through to the fabulous installation team. Thank you!

Very professional and highly recommend. Everything was very easy from the first meeting to then running through ideas where i actually went with their recommendation for the design of our mew front door and so glad I did. Today it was fitted and the team were brilliant. Very polite, tidy and did a great job. Look forward to getting the windows done next.

Excellent, friendly family business. I had French upvc doors and a side door fitted to an excellent standard and at competitive pricing. I would highly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with the windows Marathon windows installed for me, outstanding service, from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

We felt very confident that we were in good hands. Everyone from the Surveyor to the fitters were very professional, knowledgeable and hard working and made sure that everything was perfectly in order before they left. Friendly but polite and considerate. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service from first contact to completion

Very happy with the work that was done. Very efficient and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Kate was really helpful and they sorted my order in super quick time. Fitters were tidy and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Good consultation advice, installation really well done with fitters taking care to tidy up etc after and windows look great now installed... I'm using Marathon again

Marathon were fab. The lady who came for the first measure-up was brilliant, understanding aesthetics and balancing costs, as well as talking through legal technicalities like fire openings. Compared with other companies we saw, it was chalk and cheese. And to cap it all, they came out best on price too, so there was no decision to make! On the day the guys were fabulous – dust sheets everywhere so no mess or dust, very considerate at keeping disruption to a minimum, and were finished earlier than planned. All great from start to finish and I’ve already recommended them to friends!

Excellent service, easy to deal with and got exactly what we expected. Would definitely recommend. We had our back door replace by Marathon in Dec 2024

Great company and service.

Great company, really happy with our new front door. Can not fault the fitters . Would definitely recommend

We found Marathon Windows very professional, Tony gave us helpful advice, there was know annoying discount s, just one price. We replaced a old conservatory, the fitters were excellent , taking everything away and leaving know mess. We also had a porch built by Paul and Mark , the brick work and plastering was excellent, it far exceeded our expectations. very happy.

As a woman who has limited experience/knowledge dealing with construction/installation, Marathon were the most professional and honest, their work was high quality and meticulous, after contacting 4 other competitors that exaggerated the difficulty of the job.Marathon were the most helpful and understood my needs and had the best quote. I had some extra requests during install and were happy to accommodate my requests, and their after work service was top notch, I will have no second thought to use them again in the future.

Posting on behalf of my mother . She is extremely happy with the service she recieved from start to finish . The quality of the windows are fantastic! .. We also had a beauitiful front door a few years ago too .

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional family run business.I think a lot of other companies could learn from their approach and attitude.

The quote given was acceptable and fitting was completed within the time frame given. Les assisted by Stan came to fit and it was a pleasure to have them there. Would have no hesitation in recommending Marathon Windows .

Professional service throughout. Very pleased with new window and good value.

My experience was excellent throughout from initial visit with Jane, being kept up to date by Nick and the fitters Adam and Anthony. Fantastic. Extremely glad I choose Marathon windows for our double glazing. Plus I absolutely love my internal blackout blinds in my bedroom. Super easy to use and complete darkness in this early mornings!!

Excellent, first class service from start to finish. No messing one price, windows look great, absolutely delighted. How buying double glazing should be. Would recommend and use again and again.

Very professional and friendly company. Smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend

Fantastic service from Marathon Windows reasonably priced and great looking windows, I’m definitely going back to them for more windows. The installation was clean and tidy and the installers were polite and friendly.

We were very pleased with our Marathon Windows experience. Everyone from the lady who came out to do the quote to the men who fitted the windows were polite and professional. The fitters made minimal mess and absolutely no damage to the window surrounds.

Friendly and non pushy service - a d we love our new front door too!

The fitting of our windows was as promised date wise and the fitters carried out the works in a professional manner and also helped with a few little extras ' making good' wise which added to make it a better finished job!!

The service we received from Marathon Windows was friendly and professional. The windows are exactly what we wanted.

Very Happy, great service from the first visit to the installation. Will be back for all our windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend 5

I was very happy with Marathon Windows, The men turned up on time and did a really professional job. It was only one small window, but rather than rush it, they took their time to ensure a perfect fit and finish were achieved. I was very impressed and will certainly use them again if I need more windows replaced.

All the work was done professionally and smoothly. Both fitters were attentive, courteous and communicative. There were unexpected snags along the way. No install of this size is without them but these were dealt with and resolved extremely well. Very pleased with the result.

Replacement windows. We are absolutely delighted with our new windows. The service provided by Marathon Windows was truly exceptional, from our first inquiry all the way through to installation. Every member of their team was highly professional and incredibly personable, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We have no hesitation in recommending Marathon Windows to anyone in need of their top-notch services

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! From the top to the bottom of this family run local business, Tony runs the most professional and talented group of people, they are meticulous, hard working, tidy and Luke excelled with his colleague in fitting very tricky windows around hand made tiles without any issues - simply don't waste your time going anywhere else - strong recommendation and 100% trustworthy. A professional business who are a pleasure to have in your home.

Great product service and company. My go to for all windows and doors !!

Marathon Windows is a super company. They put through an expedited order for us to meet an installation deadline we had. The installers did a fantastic job and our new windows look superb. All-round professional and friendly service.

Nice window, but really shoddy administration. We paid as soon as they sent invoice. They phoned me 2 months later to complain I hadn't paid. I checked my bank account to confirm I had in fact paid, and when I phoned them back I am told the MD has gone on holiday leaving no one who can access their accounts to confirm we paid!

Friendly and helpful staff. Timely installation was efficiently undertaken and no mess left behind.

Marathon Windows fitted some very nice uPVC sash windows in my wife's apartment. The work was completed in 2015. Between then and now (2022) the security latches went slightly out of alignment. On Monday, I contacted Marathon Windows requesting advice on how to fix the issue. They immediately scheduled a site visit and fixed the issue on Wednesday. Fantastic customer service, great installers and high quality windows.

Lovely people to deal with - family business and great customer care

Good quality product at a competitive price (we got three quotes). Installation was done efficiently, respectfully and with all made good. A few times I chased up a reply to emails but that was a minor blip in an otherwise good experience.

A very professional service. Extremely happy with the windows we had replaced.

Marathon were amazing from start to finish. Very unsalesy and extremely helpful, as well as a competitive price and quick turnaround. Thank you to Jane for being so lovely during our initial visit and helpful throughout the process. It's a family run business and you can tell everyone throughout our experience was personally invested in their work and also made you feel very comfortable to be around. The fitting team were so nice and really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. This included finishing off our door which was installed badly by another supplier. He noticed that it hasn't been finished great and made it look a million times better without even charging us more. Just because he was committed to doing a good job. Such lovely service. Thank you so much to everyone who helped to make our dream windows a reality. Really recommend them and a great experience all round.

We had all new doors and windows in October 2020. Since then we have had extensive building work so some of the windows have needed a little readjustment to close properly due to the movement caused during our extension. Jane from Marathon sent someone out the same day as me calling - with no charge. We have also had a problem with the front door and again - this was assessed the next day and a new part installed within a week. I can’t recommend this company enough - it’s so easy to just moan about bad experiences (and I should know with the builders I have had) and we don’t recognise excellent service enough. This company has delivered everything they promised and continue to be reachable and reactive 2 years on. Thanks so much to Jane and the team!

Fantastic service from Marathon windows and top quality windows. It is the second time we use Marathon and will use them again. The team is very professional, efficient and experienced. Thanks Jane and team!

We've had new windows and doors installed by Marathon over the last few years and l can't praise them enough. All of the fitters were superb and are a credit to Marathon. If there was a problem then someone will come and rectify it promptly. I would highly recommend Marathon.

I have used Marathon Windows many times over the years and their quotes are always reasonable and they always do a good job.

Marathon windows are excellent. We have used them multiple times and have always recieved the best service. Personal and professional.

Excellent knowledge and service shown by showroom staff.

I have used marathon windows on numerous occasions and they have always provided a great service. Delivered on time, great workmanship. Value for money.

Replaced the windows and doors at our scout hut. Cost effective, tidy and clean work with limited damage removing the old windows.

Marathon Windows were most professional in their approach when they quoted for and then fitted two new doors to replace rotting timber ones. The team was efficient and friendly, with excellent customer service and good timekeeping. We would use them again if the circumstances arise.

Very satisfied from start to finish, 2 doors & kitchen windows all fitted well , would definitely use Marathon again...Great customer service

We have used this company for double glazing, conservatory and porch over a number of years. They have always been helpful, efficient and their work is first class. Recommended.

Everyone was professional and friendly and made the whole process easy. Windows and doors look great

Thoroughly professional from start to finish. Very pleased with our new double doors leading out in to the back garden.

Great service. We only had a single window unit repaired but everything was done professionally at a very reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending Marathon.

Very happy with the product and service

A great team from the beginning to the end. All members of the team are very polite curtious and above all professional. I would recommend to all and I will certainly use them in the very near future. SH

I just had my whole house fitted windows and French doors. The three gentleman that installed were brilliant and so efficient. Really respectful, cleaned up after themselves! The doors and windows look amazing. Really happy, can't recommend the company enough.

I recently had work done by this company and can't praise them highly enough. The two men who came to put my door and window in worked very well as a team as well as on there own. Lots of banter but very respectful and tidied up after themselves. It was a pleasure to have them around. Whe I contacted the office all staff courteous and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. Thank you to all the team.

The service was excellent from initial quote through to installation. Time was taken to go through the options and attention to detail was given when installing as well as tidying up at the end of each day. Marathon Windows were competitively priced and would highly recommend this local business to others.

Excellent experience especially with the whole COVID situation. From communication to installation it’s was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend. Quality of workmanship, materials etc A1

Had windows fitted in my flat by Marathon windows. Highly recommend . No pressure at all when came round to discuss and measure up for windows . Window fitting extremely polite always arrived on time . Window fitter looked round property explained where he wanted to start and just got on with job . Cleaned up every evening. Also had mdf window sills fitted he did an excellent job of that too Denise Epsom fitted 13/3/20 just escaped lockdown

I really recommend Marathon to anyone looking for replacement doors and/or windows. They are a very reputable and long established company in Epsom and were highly recommended to us by loads of people. They have lived up to all expectations. We found them avery reasonably priced too and offer a great service from beginning to end. We are thrilled with the two front doors and bathroom replacement double glazing panel they fitted for us. My husband and I also found their staff are extremely efficient, skilled, polite and helpful. Their back up service is excellent too. Thank you very much M arathon. It’s full marks from us!

I was recommended Marathon Window by my friend who recently used them and was happy with their service. I wish I contacted them sooner! Marathon Window was great! Much better than my insurance company coming out to sort it. And better price too! The person who booked me in was polite and efficient. They booked us in quickly as they heard I have children and I didn’t feel safe with my broken patio door. Came out to quote and booked us in following week to fit the window. Technician was lovely and kept work area clean. Everyone at Marathon Windows were professional and a charm. And a local company too– what more can you ask for!? I will definitely be returning to them for all my window needs. THANK YOU! p.s. my kids are particularly pleased with how clean the window looks! ha ha so you the little ones votes.

I had all my windows replaced and I was pleased with the service from pre-sales to installation. The wait was also not too long, about a month. It is a family business which has been running a long time. You get the impression that they are a happy, cohesive team and really care about providing a quality service with an emphasis on after-sales service. My five new windows were only replaced a month ago, so fortunately I've not needed to test this! :-)

Great company, definitely recommend

We recently had a new front door fitted and are really pleased with the results and the workmanship of the two guys who came to fit it - they did a fantastic job! Other trades had let us down or made the job over complicated, but the owners of Marathon have a wealth of knowledge and suggested an extra wide door rather than an over sized glass side panel and this has delivered a safe, secure and stylish front door. The whole team are efficient, polite and punctual so my husband and I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future for additional window work that we have in mind.

We have appointed the Marathon Windows to replace our old entry doors. The replacing process was hustle free. Each stage was carefully explained. After all required measurements were taken and checked our new doors were delivered within the agreed time. The installation team was very polite with great attention to details. After the installation, all adjoining building fabrics were made good. In summary, we are very happy with the provided services and we hope to use the Marathon Windows in the further house improvements tasks. They were on time, within the agreed budget, tidy and polite. The whole process was hustle and stress-free.

Great company from start to finish. Competitive quote given, knowledgeable and helpful surveyor visit, fitting organised on date I had requested, fitters who were tidy, polite and did a great job. We’re really pleased with our new windows and wouldn’t hesitate to use Marathon again, or to recommend them to others.

I had a new front door fitted by Marathon about six months ago and remain very pleased with the service. Measuring and the quote was handled in a professional manner as were changes to my requirements. The fitting was friendly and of a high standard. Ive noticed that pricing was competitive and i'm happy to recommend Marathon to anyone considering their services.

Just had a new front door fitted and we’re so happy with it. The service from start to finish was fantastic, helpful and professional. Great price as well ..... as I did shop around but decided to go local and I’m so glad I did. Happy to give them five stars and recommend to all my friends and family

Excellent service as always and a perfect clear up. Thanks

Fantastic. Great communication. The window fitters were really pleasant and did a brilliant job creating a really stress-free experience. Thank you!

Good service, good time for fitting and good quality materials

We had doors and windows replaced by Marathon. Jane came to do the initial visit, and she was caring, thoughtful and provided great insight into the business and how it is family run. Tony came to do the measuring up, and he was also super friendly and polite, and they both brimmed with passion. They are a company and couple who care. We chose them because of their attitude. Their service and the way they dealt with us. Would I recommend them, yes 100% without a doubt. I want to share this part to demonstrate that they do care and they are a good company. We had a couple of bits that needed rectifying a window not closing as smooth as it should. We contacted Tony and Jane, and they said they would be around to fix, and they did. That to me demonstrates a company who cares. They could not have done more to provide a fab service and we have to be realistic sometimes things don't go perfectly, but a good company always comes through, and they did. GREAT SERVICE. Good old fashioned, moral values. Buy from them, we did, and we are over the moon. Thanks, Tony and Jane

Having previously used Marathon for patio doors and a back door and been very happy with the result, I recently used them for window installation and am equally happy. The whole process was trouble-free and expertly carried out leaving me with good quality windows at a competitive price.

Excellent workmanship and approachable members/owners . . very commendable .. I particularly liked the fact that there was no ‘hard selling’ like some companies in the industry but yet, it was all comprehensive and a great service.

From start to finish the whole team at Marathon windows did everything needed and more . A great service from the pricing to the installation and i would cinfidently recommend them to friends snd family.

Excellent from start to finish: Tony the surveyor was very professional and Luke and Anthony the fitters had great attention to detail. Process was significantly smoother than experience with windows companies who each did two similar sized jobs for different windows in previous couple of years. Also 10 year insurance backed guarantee for all aspects of installation provides great peace of mind. Thank you!

From the initial consultation with Jane to the final fitting of the windows, the whole experience was positive and seamless. Marathon Windows were a delight to deal with. Would recommend 110%

Excellent service from all concerned at Marathon Windows, James McBride, Tony(surveyor) and the very professional presentation of the quotation and accompanying plans for my replacement conservatory. The fitters, Les and Stan deserve my thanks for working so hard over the two days in inclement weather conditions. Thank you.

Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and friendly, reasonable price, worked efficiently and tidied up at the end of each day.

Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable staff. Great product and the fitters were excellent and very clean and tidy during and after installing new window. Have had previous window and doors fitted by Marathon windows with no problems. Will be ordering further windows and doors to complete the renovation of our porperty within the next few months. Would highly recommend the company and their products.

I have used Marathon windows on three separate occasions over the last 15 years. They are not the cheapest option on the local market, but then that is reflected in the quality of the products they supply and , more importantly the workmanship of their installers. We have had a whole house double glazing replacement, then a change of heart and had new French doors installed, and then further windows in our extension. They have dedicated very experienced installers( the one we always ask for has been there 30 years), who are clean and tidy and extremely respectful of your home and furnishings. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

We popped into Marathon to enquire about bi fold doors and for the first time in all the quotes we had received was told the truth about our house insurance not being valid if we went with a two door system, nothing that any of the other companies cared to inform us of. So, no bifold doors but a new front door ordered. Chap came to measure on time and was very helpful. Spoke on several occasions to Karen in front office who was always very attentive to our needs and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Tony rang us to arrange the fitting, all great then the fitter, Les , turned up right on time and started work. His attention the detail was truly amazing, the care he took when removing the old door was second to none and the new door looked perfect, he even gave me a lesson on how to operate the locking system. I can not recommend this company highly enough, totally professional, amazing value for first class goods, will definatley be returning when we need new windows/doors and have already recommended to friends and neighbours, well done marathon for excellent customer service. Sue Clark

Great company with excellent prices. I highly recommend Marathon Windows to anyone in the Surrey area.
