Lancing Double Glazing

Excellent service, from measuring to fitting, thank you. Will always recommend you and if needed, use in the future. Sandra

We are very pleased with the service provided. The fitter was on time and very tidy. Being respectful to myself and the property.

A lovely company to deal with, really well organised with great communication...which is such an important part of any work being completed on your home. They gave me good notice of work dates, and always told me the names of the workmen who would be on site- each stage of the project was managed well. They were always there when they said they would be, and every tradesman, without exception was professional, tidy and hard working. I highly recommend using Lancing Double Glazing. Work completed : soffits, fascias, guttering, new front door, new bifolds, double glazing and they knocked through two rooms to create a family room.

LDG replaced my old bathroom windows and my conservatory roof, windows and doors. I highly recommend them as from the outset of Brian and Darrell coming to measure up and everything being completed they were helpful and courteous. The fitters were extremely efficient and tidy. The finished products are excellent especially the conservatory, it has changed my bungalow completely. On occasions when I phoned or emailed Kadina, Darrell and Kandy in the office were always incredibly helpful. A very nice family run company.

All good with these guys every job I have had with them has been great 👍

This company installed all our windows and replaced the front door and patio doors at rear of the property. The staff were efficient, polite and professional from the very beginning and always willing to answer any of our questions. They turned up on time, were friendly and obviously knowledgeable in their work. We love the windows and doors that have been installed and the house looks a lot smarter, plus our home was definitely warmer throughout the winter months. It was a pleasure to deal with the company and all the staff and therefore we would highly recommend Lancing Double Glazing.

Just had new cladding added to the front of our house, very pleased with the product and service from Lancing Double Glazing. Would highly recommend them!

Lancing Double Glazing transformed out rear garden with a replacement and extended eye-catching patio with steps down to our lawn. Also, there was an excellent installation of a bespoke bicycle shed, a bespoke tool shed, substantial fencing and a quality front gate significantly adding to the house's "kerb appeal". Very good service where the company was always prepared to go the "extra yard". M. Stuart

We’ve had multiple uPVC sash windows and an external door replaced over the last year. Lancing Double Glazing are always friendly and responsive, and very respectful at every stage of the process. The windows are great quality and the team worked hard to accommodate our needs. We would highly recommend LDG.

Highly recommend this family run company, friendly & professional service from start to finish. Fitters on time & very neat & tidy. Couldn't have asked for more. Thankyou to the whole team

Delighted with my windows, Fabulous from the first visit to the fitting. Really lovely helpful people who quoted, measured and fitted and left the place really clean and tidy. My one down side was the invoicing - could be simpler!

Excellent service from original survey to formal quote to installation, no problems and kept fully informed through out the process. Would highly recommend this company.

Darrell has been amazing in getting earlier installation slots for me. Good quality windows. Highly recommended.

Very professional and attended and completed the small job as requested. Would highly recommend them.

We are really thrilled with our new windows! From the initial quote to the actual installation, all members of the team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent communication throughout and a brilliant job done. Would highly recommend Lancing Double Glazing and would happily call on them again for any work in the future. Thank you very much!

I spoke with Lancing Double Glazing about about replacing my windows. I spoke with Kadina, she explained everything to me, nothing was to much trouble. The guys came round to measure up, and go through any questions I had. The work was carried out within a suitable time frame. Liam and Graham were very professional and polite explained all what they were going to do. I had a couple of broken units which got sorted out very quickly. I'm very pleased with the work carried out, from start to finish I was kept up to date with everything. I would definitely recommend Lancing Double Glazing, nothing was to much trouble for them. My neighbours have complemented on how nice the windows look and what a difference they make to my property.

Excellent experience of company and works carried out professionally. Karl, Tim and Dan did a great job and were respectful and hardworking. Lancing Double Glazing, kept me informed on arrival times and who to expect, throughout. Competitive price for works carried out to a high standard.

New door fitted plus removal of old kitchen window. All work completed in a professional manner.

I can 100% recommend Lancing Double Glazing who recently fitted a door for me. They were incredibly helpful from beginning to end and both the sales team & installers made the whole procedure effortless. Finally, I will add that both the price and the timing of the installation were fantastic!

Lancing Double Glazing were extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. They arrived on time, were very efficient, courteous and we are delighted with the finished result. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very professional organisation from quote through to installation. Recommended.

Great people to deal with whether it's Darrell and Kadina in the office or Brian and the guys on site. Placed a large order for many windows, doors, sliders etc , price was competitive service was excellent, any small problems were sorted promptly. A very clean and professional job. Having been in the building industry for 40+ years I can honestly say that they are the best window supplier we have used on any site and would highly recommend them.

LDG Are brilliant! They have installed a number of doors and windows for us, the service is brilliant and product is great. What sets them apart is their level of care and advice, head an shoulders above any other firm I have dealt with in the area. Thanks!

New glazed unit fitted with a cat flap. Excellent service from beginning to end. Appointments kept and on time. Great communications. I chose LDG as I had used them over 30 years ago and had perfect service then. The standard has not slipped. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very good service from the time of measuring for a new glazed unit to installation. Recommended +++++

Happy to share my experience of a job well done. This included outside work on the soffits, guttering and porch to my house. Karl was amazing in his workmanship and was supported by good communication from the office.

Amazing service from this local company. Great communication, turned up on time, honest advice, polite guys and a reasonable price. We will use them again for our repairs. Thanks Mike and the team.

Got a door installed through the team. They were super quick, efficient and it looks fantastic. Thanks team!

Did a fantastic job of replacing our old conservatory with a new brick built one with a warm roof. Looks great & provides a nice sized space which we'll be able to use all year round. The guys were very helpful & worked hard. Honest, reliable & didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need . Would highly recommend if you need some work doing.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. I can thoroughly recommend Lancing Double Glazing. Maureen Bowen

Lancing Double Glazing we’re very conscientious and clear about their products and service. Installation was on time , even though there had been transport problems. Very impressed by a local family personable company and I will be using them again.

Responded quickly to my request for a quote, acceptable price, work completed within 2 weeks. Nice clean job, pleasant staff.

Karl was absolutely brilliant and very professional. Easily 5/5 🌟

Since 2009 I have chosen Lancing Double Glazing to replace several of my windows including a large pair of double glazed UPVC patio doors and my front and back doors. The staff at the Sompting Road showroom are always friendly and helpful. The fitters always cheerful and efficient in executing a tidy job. I am very pleased with the quality of the products. I highly recommend this local family firm.

Excellent prompt service!!

This company gets one star because you cannot award no star. Poor installation, rude staff, . My windows are in a worse condition now then they were before this cowboy outfit repaired them. If you want mastic finger prints , leaking seals and a thousand excuses this is the place to go. An absolute disgrace to the glazing industry.

I am very pleased that I chose Lancing Double Glazing to instal double-glazed windows in my property. From the outset the company dealt with my requirements with efficiency and the 'fitters' did an excellent job (and were very helpful and cheerful). I would highly recommend this company.

I have just had five windows and frames replaced by Lancing Double Glazing. The time from survey to installation was only four weeks, and the windows were competitively priced. I was given plenty of advanced notice of the installation date. On the day, the team arrived on time, and worked hard, completing the project in one and a half days. The windows are beautifully finished with great attention to detail. I was pleased to see that the team had repaired small areas of rendering without being asked. I will certainly use Lancing Double glazing again

We have used Lancing Double Glazing over 18 years from complete window, door, gutters and soffit, to minor repairs. Always helpful and reliable, excellent products and installation teams. Highly recommended.

We are delighted with Lancing Double Glazing. We ordered four double glazed windows and the whole process was delivered in a professional manner. The installers arrived on time and were polite. We have used this company previously and would recommend without hesitation.

Practical and sensible service with excellent craftsmen who clean up well. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend them. Rev Dr Hutchinson

First class service. Karl was very polite and friendly, and a credit to the company. Work was completed to a high standard. Would recommend.

I am over the moon with my new Orangery ✨️ All the guys involved were clean, tidy and efficient. Any issues (which were minor) were resolved by the Office. I would recommend this Company 👌

Lancing Double Glazing were incredible. Competitive pricing, great installation and the whole team were great from start to finish. Thank you

Excellent and efficient. Very pleased with new frosted, double glazed window. Great value for money. Installation clean and quick with minimum fuss.

Really good price for getting 8 windows and a door replaced. Good communication and really friendly service. Would highly recommend as a local Sussex company

This is the second time we have used this company, and each time we have been thoroughly impressed by the exemplary level of customer care. This began from our first inquiry, and continued right through to the installation of the window. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Lancing Double Glazing completed a kitchen extension and also fitted kitchen units for us. They smoothly coordinated other trades they have contact with to enable the completion of the project including the relocation on the ground floor of a shower room. On the basis of this project we would recommend Lancing Double Glazing. M. and B. Stuart.

Lancing Double Glazing reinforced my belief that local is best! Not only professional and cost effective, but went above and beyond to help me with a few questions I had, were able accommodate my installation date change request at late notice and made much appreciated recommendations for other local service providers and most importantly, I can finally see the sunset clearly through my new windows. ♥️

Delighted with my windows and door the work was carried out quickly and with no mess .I would recommend them .

Lancing DG are always reliable, trustworthy and complete jobs to an excellent standard. They listen and work hard to achieve exactly what you want. We have used them over the years for all the windows in our house plus a conservatory. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service, great quality Throughly recommend, Lancing Double glazing

I had a couple of windows replaced after over 20 years Thoroughly recommend the company. Windows excellent and great service

So pleased with the professional service and my new patio doors and windows. Also the best priced.

Good company. Workmen turned up when expected. A good standard of work. Men done a good job. One thing to make 5 stars would be a follow up person to do any plastering that may be required.

After moving house, we called upon Lancing Double Glazing to update all the windows in the property, including large bay and patio doors. Once again, everything has been really well managed from start to finish and the end result is fantastic. We already had a quote that had been obtained by the previous owners and LDG came under, offering great value for money. We were told that we needed a scaffolding and LDG arranged it all and found a great price. Thanks again to Brian, Darrell and the team!

Recently used Lancing Double Glazing after the purchase of our first home. They were accommodating of the dates we needed which we were very grateful for. They were professional and careful at all times. We are very happy with their work and would definitely recommend their services. Thank you!

Just had some old double glazing replaced by Lancing. Getting a quote was easy and very competitive. The work was done and took a bit longer than expected, but rather that than cutting corners. All looks good, well finished, the fitters were competent and kept us updated with their progress. They cleared up almost so you wouldn't know they had been here. Very pleases and so far, no complaints.

Carl did a brilliant job, very pleased.

We can't recommend Lancing Double Glazing highly enough! They have fitted 11 windows and doors for us over the last 5 years and their customer service is second to none. They are friendly, polite, reliable and punctual and their attention to detail and care they take with each installation is why we return to them time after time. You can tell they are a family owned business who take pride in their work, we look forwrad to working with them again soon.

We are pleased with the windows and left everything clean and tidy would have them again

Excellent and reliable service as usual

Excellent service, quality and experience from start to finish. All for a highly competitive price. Many thanks LDG

Have been a customer Of LDG for many years workmanship second to none always treated with courtesy

Excellent job! We replaced our flat’s windows with Lancing DG. Very professional, polite and excellent customer services. Also we had really good offer which is better than other companies. Lovely family business, we would like to thanks all of the members. More than a business, we become friends and highly recommended.

Fantastic job done , the guys were great , methodical, and professional, well none ,thanks👍

Incredible customer care. Had a new front door fitted. Communications were good and clear. Very responsive. Installers were friendly, efficient, clean and tidied up. Could not ask for a better sevice

Lancing DD installed new windows and door and replacement of glass at our house this week. Brian came to the house at short notice to take measurements and was most thorough with his appraisal and quotation. The installers, Ray & James ensured that dust sheets were used inside the house to protect carpets and the work area. Their works were carried out professionally and they were clean, tidy and courteous. They could not have been more accommodating and we are pleased with the end product.

Just had an orangery built by Brian and his team and we are delighted with it. It has exceeded all our expectations. Workmanship is high quality and amazing value for money. Would highly recommend this company any day. Mr and Mrs matthews Rustington

I want to send my compliments to Lancing Double Glazing on the service provided by their fitters, they were wonderful! So friendly, polite, tidy, respectful and they did an absolutely amazing job…I love, love, love my new door! It’s gorgeous! I stood with our internal door open this morning just to gaze at it…sad, I know…but I have waited 17 years to be able to replace the nasty white uPVC door, and I must say, it was worth the wait, so thank you, I think I am due a little gazing at a nice door. 🤣 All the staff that we have had reason to speak with have been a joy to work with. From the people in the store front, to Grandad when he came to measure up! I highly recommend them.

Always polite and professional, the price and the quality of Lancing Double Glazing's work is always spot on, couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Would greatly recommend Lancing Double Glazing. I recently ordered a cat flap to be placed in my double glazed french door. From start to finish it was a pleasure, nothing was too much trouble, had to wait 3 weeks for the fitting, but worth it. Was fitted beautifully and both myself and my cat are very happy.

Brilliant work, very pleased job done on our bungalow, highly recommend them.

After a gardening accident involving a a lawnmower and a stone. Thank you for a swift, professional and considerate, replacement of a broken patio door. Thoroughly recommend Lancing Double Glazing

Beware of using this company, they charged my parents to repair a leaking roof, it still leaks and they want to charge again for a call out. Spoke to the manager Brian whose response was “we do not guarantee our work for leaks” What a nonsense way to run a business

From initial estimation through to fitting everything was very smooth. Last year I had one window done and this time two. Probably in a year or two the others. When a bit a plaster came away, their plasterer came the next day and did a great job. Very clean with their own vacuum and care taken with removal of the old and fitting of the new.

Lancing Double Glazing have just completed an excellent installation of new double glazed sealed units into our lounge and dining room windows to replace the old misted up units. Our thanks also go to their own installation team for their efficiency and cleanliness. Full marks to all!

We have dealt with LDG over quite a number of years resulting in them over time, replacing every door and window in the entire house. Brilliant company, top work, excellent outcomes every time. Every occasion dealing with them, from initial scoping and estimating to the actual fitting has been a pleasure and trouble free. I would happily recommend LDG to anyone. Mike Webb

Really impressed with thier work and used them multiple times. Really neat when they work.

Very pleased with the work carried out to our conservatory. The whole team from sales to installation were very professional. Would recommend

Extremely efficient, tidy ,knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Lancing Double Glazing 😃

We are based down in Portsmouth but have used Brian and the team for many years now for our Double Glazing and Orangery projects. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Great team.

Excellent service, efficient and professional.

Had all windows and doors replaced by LDG. Really happy with their work. They arrived on time, kept everything neat and tidy. Excellent quality of workmanship. Really great team of people. Thanks

We had our bungalow double glazed units replaced by LDG recently and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Although we experienced a minor delay due to staff sickness the office pulled out all the stops to rectify the delay and an army of fitters arrived and completed the job in one day rather than the expected two days. The fitters were very polite and worked extremely hard to complete the job in a professional manner.

I contacted Lancing Double Glazing because our casement window had water inside due to a failed seal. They got back to us quickly and organised a date to take measurements. Once materials were available they confirmed an installation date and met our needs for availability. They arrived exactly at the time they said and did the job quickly and efficiently. The team have been friendly and professional all the way through. I definitely recommend them for an honest and professional service. We will be using them again. Thank you for your help.

Great service and helpful staff, am happy to recommend this company, their double glazing installation has lasted really well too :)

Great Value & Quality Service and Craftsmanship

Had new windows and doors to a 3 bed bungalow - All the existing windows were uneven and ill-fitted. The team worked their magic and overcome with their attention to detail. The end product was amazing. I recommend them 100%.

10/10 they came to our house to give us a quote the quotes were very reasonable and they were very professional. Came today Thursday 23rd and got it all done. It looks great a nice new door.

I am extremely impressed with the whole team. The company was recommended to me as I was having some other building work done. LDG were able to help me out at short notice on a kitchen window, which actually turned into replacing more windows and doors. They were very professional and helpful, understanding what I wanted and were able to recommend the right products for me. The team went out of their way to help me with not only my existing project (and keep it to time) but also be flexible to get the remaining work done quickly. I’ve subsequently also replaced my front door through LDG. Everyone, from the office team, site visitors and one site installers have been professional, helpful and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend the company, and in fact have done already.

Friendly, professional service from a local company. Would recommend.

Lancing Double Glazing, last year they fitted a lovely, double glazed, front porch to my Bungalow, easy to deal with and cleaned up all the mess afterwards, we were very pleased with the job and price. This week they came to fit a new double glazed back door and frame, excellent job, good price, friendly fitter and all round a great job. Very pleased with their workmanship and fitters. Heartily recommend them.

Good quality replacement windows, but not that cheap, unfortunately had to come twice as a hinge replacement was forgotten. Apart from that a good all round service undertaken by friendly fitters.

Great communication, arrived on time, work completed as agreed and cleaned and tidied after

Excellent service from quotation to completion. Polite and tidy workers who are happy to explain what they are doing. Quality workmanship

Had the crew from LANCING DOUBLE GLAZING over to fix up the balcony door glass and, wow, they nailed it! They were in and out in less than half an hour, and the new glass looks awesome. They were super careful with my carpets, laying down dust sheets all the way to the balcony. After popping in the new pane, they even cleaned up the glass until it sparkled. Plus, they were really chill and friendly – felt like having mates over who are also ace at fixing doors! They even tweaked my door so it closes like a dream now. Seriously top work from these guys! 👍

Brilliant service from start to finish. Communication and logistics took any stress away from having a new door fitted. And the door looks great.

An efficient and cheerful team did a first class job in fitting two large windows in our flat. We would recommend Lancing Double Glazing to everyone.

Fabulous company; they were brilliant from start to finish. Friendly & professional staff. The installation was smooth and quick and our new windows look fabulous. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and considerate firm

We are extremely pleased with our new windows. Everyone involved in the process were extremely helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend this company.

Really pleased with our new windows. From the first visit to the fitting, it was a very smooth process. On time, quick responses to emails & the fitters did a great job. Highly recommend & we’ll be getting the rest of our windows replaced through Lancing Double Glazing in due course.

Pleasant and professional. Good quality products, polite and courteous fitters.

Fantastic service from start to finish. No hard sell or pushiness from anyone at the company at any point. Really useful to be able to go in to the showroom and see various options as well. Very communicative throughout the process and expert knowledge. Fitters were brilliant- very quick and tidy job. Highly recommended.

Lancing Double Glazing Recently renewed our very old polycarbonate conservatory roof. I cannot praise this company enough . The work from start to finish was excellent . The quality of the materials, professional workmanship and the finished job was quite honestly beyond our Expectations. I do not have hesitation in recommending this family run company. W.Guthrie.

We have always received a first class service from Lancing Double Glazing and have employed them on several occasions. Any issues or problems are dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Good service for a fair price.

Required a new door and 3 windows. Have used LDG in the past. Only took a few weeks weeks from ordering to installation and at a great price. Fitters were punctual and very professional and tidy and had all the units installed in a matter of hours. Very clean and tidy and left a great finish. Very high quality product and workmanship.

FROM START TO FINISH THE WORK WAS DONE WELL WITH EFFICIENCY AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ANYTIME AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES.

Friendly professional service throughout. Excellent window designed to accommodate furniture access mitigating very narrow front door issue. Outstanding craftsmanship on fitting and internal finishing I would recommend without reservation.

Excellent company, very comprehensive service carried out by friendly and efficient staff in all departments. You instantly know they are very experienced from the advice they offer and manner in which the process is carried out from survey/measure, manufacture and installation. The fitting teams are very accommodating and have a great attention to detail. A great local family business.

Very happy with our windows recently fitted by LDG. From the point of ordering I was kept updated and the fitting date was arranged around my availablity. Very happy with the quality of the windows, the price and everyone at the company who I came in to contact with. We came here because of a recommendation from friends and we will use the company again when we have the remaining windows replaced.

Recently had a new lovely patio door installed by this company. From the outset with Tom who gave us a quote to having the doors installed, it was a smooth experience. Very courteous & professional company, would highly recommend.

Pleasant, professional and efficient from selecting to fitting windows. Office very responsive to any query or request.

We are delighted with the work carried out by Lancing Double Glazing - three windows replaced. All work done quickly and efficiently. The fitters were obviously very experienced and also friendly and informative. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lancing Double Glazing.

THANK YOU LANCING DOUBLE GLAZING. I am very grateful to this fantastc company, as a woman on her own and a back double glazed door not working, it was quite a problem. I rang the office early morning and was very pleased for the wonderful help by reception after explaining my dilema and within a few hours a guy turned up and repaired the door and it is in perfect working order. Over the past years my family have had two conservatories built by lancing double glazing and found them to be efficient, friendly and excellant workmanship.

Very happy with our porch! Work was completed quickly and to a high standard. They were helpful and communicative throughout, as well as providing fair and transparent pricing.

We had Lancing Double Glazing carry out numerous pieces of work recently and I can't fault the entire process from quotation to planning and scheduling and all the way through to completion. All emails and queries were answered politely and promptly and the quality of the work, tidyness during building and professionalism really pleased us and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Lancing Double Glazing are efficient, helpful and very good value for money. At every stage they keep customers informed of progress and when the time comes carry out the work to extremely high standards.

Lancing double glazing are a 1st class company from start to finish They were recommended by a family member who had their conservatory built by them. They came to our property twice with different ideas on how to design and build a porch for us. They turned up when they said they would and finished the job in the time scale they said too Highly Recommended

I like this outfit. Responsive, polite and high quality work. I've used them for repairs to blown and broken panes as well as for a totally new conservatory roof (i.e. construction + glazing). Can't fault them. Realistic prices first time (vs the usual pump and discount shenanigans others use), no hard sell and they do what they say. Simple really. Great company.

This is the third time we have used Lancing Double Glazing and would happily recommend them to anyone. They respond quickly to enquiries and their fitter Carl is exceptional.

Excellent responses to our requests and replaced most of our windows this year. The installers arrived promptly and got on with the work. Clean and tidy workers, polite and excellent workmanship. Thank you to all at the company. C.K, Worthing

I am most impressed with Lancing Double Glazing. The whole process, from initial survey to the fitting, was smooth and efficient. The two fitters were efficient and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody.

Friendly, reliable and great value for money. All in all a great service.

Great service today what a nice young man who came to repair a leaky window. Very polite & didn’t rush the job

Excellent service and attention to detail. I have used this company before and would not hesitate to recommend them. A very satisfied customer, thanks to all the team at Lancing Double Glazing.

If your looking for a double glazing company look no further , Lancing Double Glazing , great service from initial visit to measurements , installation & finishing . Highly recommend 😊

We had a full set of windows and a front door installed by Lancing recently. The work was high quality and was completed on time and on budget with no fuss. We would recommend them.

Excellent service from beginning to end.

Lancing Double Glazing replaced our old conservatory. They did a fantastic job. We had other companies come round to quote but they didn't seem as technically competent as LDG. We also took their advice and went for a solid roof with a lantern and Invisifold doors. We are glad that we took their advice the room is great and the quality of the work is fantastic. We're really pleased with how everything turned out, thanks to LDG.

A proper run family firm. They were friendly and especially helpful in finding the right choice of style and colours for our front and back doors. Our windows and doors were installed by Jim and James who were very professional and obliging. They had an excellent eye for detail and ensured all the work had a top quality finish. We would definitely use Lancing Double Glazing again for any further work. A great company of quality and high standards.

Lancing Double Glazing are a reliable family firm who have fitted and supplied UPV windows throughout our house over 10 years. The windows are excellent quality made in Britain and they are well priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They are down to earth and happily come back - the products have a 10 year guarantee.

I and my family have always had absolutely excellent work completed by Lancing Double Glazing and over many years upon our various family properties. Our parents (Dad died 1982 & Mum 1993) Withdean home was made immaculate by Lancing Double Glazing many years ago and they fully updated Southwick bungalow of my younger brother (who died in 2005). My Broad Oak home was fully updated by Lancing Double Glazing in 2002 and the works all still look absolutely immaculately (like new) Twenty years later plus a few other jobs completed recently have been similarly extremely well done.

I am very pleased with the work carried out by LDG. Carl and James did a grand job of refitting my front porch and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. My porch has now been given a new lease of life, thanks.

We are so pleased with our new door The service from beginning to end has been exceptional. We highly recommend this company. Thank you all so much. We will be back to you on the future

Great customer service, quality windows and doors and fitters were brilliant

Brian, Darrell and the whole office and build team (Tim, Lee, Marcus, James & Kadina), were excellent from start to end. They listened carefully to our needs and the build was deployed with professionalism and great communication. We are a few weeks in now, and very happy with the quality and level of attentiveness and help.

James & Jim finished double glazing 8 windows at our house today. Looks like they've done a great job. Two very nice blokes and no mess left.

5/5 service from first point of contact with regards to a free quotation, the 2 lovely men attended and provided lots of options and details about what would be needed regarding building regs. Then continuous contact with Darrell in the office who could not be faulted at all, very polite and professional and provided all details and changed our quote to include extra items. Then fitting with Jim and James was outstanding, very efficient, on time, clean and impeccable work completed. Not a single bad thing and they went over and above their requirements to make sure all the brickwork will last around the windows. Thankyou to all involved and will certainly be recommending at every possible chance. Kind regards, Perry Humphreys

We needed a whole house done, windows and doors. We needed a really good price in order to keep the cost down on the overall refurbishment. We had 4 quotes and were pleased that Lancing Double Glazing were able to compete on Quality and very near on Cost. We liked their products over the cheapest quote we received. It was pleasing to give them the job as they did our windows at another house back in 1988. My Father and Mother in law also had good service from this company in past years. Tom did the initial survey and was extremely helpful with regard the style and openings. Brian and Daryl did the final survey and measure up and managed to adjust the price enough to make it work for us. Jim and James the two fitters have many years of experience. They arrived on time and worked quickly and without any drama despite having to overcome an unexpected snag on one of the upper windows.

I had my front bay windows replaced last week. Very good service, all appointments were kept at the time promised, emails answered promptly etc., everyone was very friendly, job was done very professionally and the windows look great, will be using again.

A great firm to deal with, very professional and friendly. The windows they fitted look perfect, very good quality. We have previously had a new front door and French doors from them and wouldn't go anywhere else. We recommend Lancing Double Glazing 100%.

LDG provided us with good advice, clear, accurate quote and excellent workmanship. We are so very pleased with our secure and draft free new doors and would highly recommend their service - Mr & Mrs Bryant (November 2021)

We used Lancing Double Glazing to replace doors and windows in our house on the recommendation of our son and we could not have been more delighted with the outcome. The advice and service provided was friendly and professional throughout from initial quotation through to fitting and tidying up before leaving site. We expect to be placing a further order in the near future.

New front door installed. I could not have been more pleased with the work. Outstanding attention to detail and left the area so clean and neat I was truly impressed. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks for a brilliant install.

We have used LDG on a number of occasions over the last 22yrs and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always professional, helpful advice and excellent workmanship. Our new front windows and door look great.

We had a blown double glazed triple window that I thought would need fully replacing. Lancing Double Glazing said they could replace just the glass and now it's as good as new and it's saved me a fair bit of money. The guys were really quick at coming to quote and survey, and when it came to do the job, they were super speedy and done within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

I had a front door and three windows replaced by LDG. Whilst communication and information from the office has not been great, I must say the product is high quality and the fitting team were absolutely excellent. James and Jim could not have been more helpful, informative, polite and obliging, not to mention very skilled at what they do. Thank you guys. Tom also, whose son owns the business, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Overall, I’m pleased with the product and the work done and will use them again.

At the start they did a good job but when our guttering and fascia boards were done it went down hill first they had miss calculated wrong didn’t have enough guttering after a lot of Emails it was eventually done the installer said they would be back the next day but didn’t hence the Emails when the work was being done i come home one morning to find one of the men that was doing the work kneeling on my porch roof. We have never had rain coming in but after the kneeling on our porch now we have rain coming in but when reported i was told Brian the owner of LDG would call me. I have not had a call. I received a Email to say in there terms and conditions they are not liable. We would not recommend this company. They say support local. No very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience after spending thousands on new windows and front door. Fell for family business charm, when mistakes were made the company were very quick to dismiss any ownership and looked for problems with anything other than what they had done! In the end they used bully tactics that drove us to cease any further contact with the company. This has left us with a leaky door, ruined carpet and mouldy walls and ceiling! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

Communication is very poor and attention to detail practically non existent. A very disappointing experience.

Nice family firm competitive pricing

First class service from two excellent people who fitted our bungalow with new windows and front door. So happy with the price and service which we received from the office ladies as well. A****** All the way.

Excellent service from start to finish. Although a difficult job since I live on a houseboat, the windows and patio doors were fitted without any problems. I can only recommend 😊

Had these around as my rear windows were due a maintenance. They did a great job, so good we are having them back to do the front. Good value, good quality, good workmanship. A pleasure to have them back

I’m giving 3 Stars as the fitters did a very neat job but not sure where all these 5 stars come from. Certainly not for the office staff as they could do with some customer service courses! Bad comms and they even use a used 2nd class stamp to send out your certificate, therefore costing you £2 to receive from Royal Mail. Sort it out for your future customers please

Absolutely brilliant family run company. Tom went out of his way to help me and is one of the kindest and honest people I have met! Extremely competent too. Thank you, this kind of service is rare - it is very much appreciated.

Lancing Double Glazing recently installed a new set of windows in our flat. I would happily recommend this company. The initial visit and the measuring up were done very efficiently and we soon received a very competitive quote. The installation team, Jim & Karl, were top blokes. Not only did they they do an excellent installation job, they also helped with diagnosing a problem with the previous window frames and went out of their way to come back and finish trims after we'd had some plastering work done.

5 first floor windows and a door installed, great improvement on those that were replaced, especially noise reduction. We have used LDG at our previous property and were still happy with those windows 10 years later. Clean and tidy installation, arrived for all appointments on time.

We have used Lancing Double Glazing over the past eleven years for a complete renovation and extension of our bungalow, plus a number of other works over the years. LDG is a completely professional company whose standard of work is second to none. We appreciate that the materials used are top quality at a competitive price. LDG is a friendly, accommodating company who will always be our first choice for future works. Thank you all for your efforts over the years. A special big thank you to the team for our most recent installation, fraught with external difficulties, which you managed to overcome so smoothly. Anna and Elaine Francis, Ferring

Very sympathetic and helpful service to a retired customer. We are very pleased with the installation and quality of the back door and patio doors.

Is anyone listening to my concerns? Some of the worst customer service I have ever received! No one can tell me when my door can be fitted or if it has been ordered (this is due to sickness but apparently no one else there who can help and just waiting for Kadina to return). Brian Kent the Director has no work mobile number and they won't give it out. I paid a deposit of a considerable amount over five weeks ago and I have no faith that this work will ever be completed. Maybe this will review will see someone deal with it but I hold out no hope and would recommend you shop elsewhere.

The service we received from Lancing Double Glazing and the work undertaken has been superb. They are a professionally run family business and I would most certainly recommend them.

Lancing Double Glazing have replaced all of the windows in our new house and we are absolutely over the moon. They have transformed our house into a beautiful home. The service has been fantastic throughout the whole process and Brian is very knowledgeable and provided us with some great ideas. We have also just completed an extension too and LDG supplied and fitted the doors and windows for that too. Amazing service at a great price. We couldn't ask for anymore. Would recommend this great family run business.

Bit worried as our ever since having our back door installed, we've had non stop problems and been advised from a lancing double glazing employee that the guy who fitted it was clueless. We now have a massive crack in the corner!! We are hoping that they re fit a new frame as was obviously not put in properly to begin with! Let's just hope the problem door fitting gets resolved as no problems in regards to the rest of the work standard

we was very please with the workmanship of LANCING DOUBLE GLAZING , they did our conservatory, windows and front door and our fascia soffits and guttering . the fitters was very tidy and polite. we will recommend them to all our friends and family and in the future we will use them again. Very happy with office staff ,they service was 110%. Kevin & AnaBela Lancing

Delighted with new orangery from Lancing Double Glazing. Excellent work and outstanding customer service from this family-run business at an extremely reasonable price. Very many thanks to all at Lancing Double Glazing.

Never turned up on 1st appointment. Gave them a second chance.... 2 appointment they were late - no apologie, just blamed the girl in the office for booking too many appointments. Was not courteous or polite, luckily he left before I asked him too. Was clearly uninterested in my business. Never did get any quote through - waste of time. Best spending your money and time else where.

We are more than pleased with our lovely kitchen/orangery its given us a so much more space professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend lANCING DOUBLE GLAZING.

We love our extension which has given us the perfect family home!

So pleased with our Orangery! It makes such a difference to family life and really adds a wow-factor to the home. The whole process was pain-free. Lancing Double Glazing were friendly and experienced, working around our needs with minimal inconvenience to us. It made for a highly efficient service with fantastic results. Thank you LDG!

Lancing Double Glazing lacks customer care and are totally incompetent . It takes weeks to get a repair done then they fail to turn up. What is more they don't care
