Walton Glass & Glazing Limited

First-class service from Peter and Jane at Walton Glass. I engaged them to supply four large double-glazed units for an outdoor garden building. From the outset, their communication was exemplary, providing clear, knowledgeable, and highly professional advice. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, delivered within an impressively tight timeframe and at a very competitive price. Furthermore, when I unfortunately broke one of the units due to my own error, their response was exemplary. Upon notifying them, they immediately offered a replacement unit at a 50% discount. A highly efficient, reliable, and friendly operation that conducts business with absolute integrity. Highly recommended.; more proof that good people do exist.

I am so pleased with the job done by Walton Glass Co Ltd! The mirrored bathroom cabinet doors look absolutely amazing. Getting them replaced saved me over £200 compared to buying a brand new cabinet. 100% would recommend them to everyone! Great quality and service

Posting a review on behalf of my Grandmother Christine Young. Thank you for all your help in store today. Really grateful for your quick service and appreciate your generosity. I would most definitely recommend to all family and friends!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Walton Glass highly enough! The day before I was due to host a garden party, the glass on my patio table suddenly shattered in the heat. I thought the table would be unusable and that I'd have to cancel part of my plans. I called Walton Glass, and they absolutely came to the rescue. Within an hour of my call, they had cut me a brand-new piece of glass the very same day. The replacement fitted perfectly, and thanks to their incredible speed and excellent workmanship, I was able to use my table for the party as planned. Fantastic customer service, quick turnaround, and a perfect result. They genuinely saved the day! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Walton Glass to anyone needing quality glass cut in a hurry. Thank you so much!

A fantastic local company, doing great glass work. I got a replacement glass shelf for a cake fridge for just £10. Unbelievable value in this day and age. Shout out to Stuart!!!!

Ordered 2no new DG units for our conservatory as old ones had clouded. Ready and waiting with a smile within 4x working days. Brilliant service from the company!

Had 34 double glazed units replaced in a Conservatory. Peter was very helpful when initially rang for advice. Stephen, Stuart and team were very professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Walton Glass fitted glass in my new door of the inside porch together with surrounding glass panels. The glass in the door and panels was totally what I had requested. Peter the owner spent some time helping me with my design for the glass in the door and surrounding panels. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so helpful, polite and very professional. They did an excellent job. They also fitted new glass in my kitchen window.

My elderly aunt needed a window removing to get a sofa in as she ordered one and didn't think about getting it in ..spoke to Peter and he organised the removal and refitting and refused payment..what a great company would have no hesitation on using this company a great bunch of guys definitely a 5 star thanks again Peter

Just had 4 windows fitted by Steven and his work mate , front living room window , and the big kitchen window , 2 small ones above it ,they measured them accurately and fitted them on a day that suited me. Absolutely fabulous company, right from the first phone call to the finished job. Not a big job but everyone was brilliant. A decent price that I was happy to pay, they were professional and friendly and did a decent job. I would use them again if I need any more work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend them

Excellent professional company, decent competitive prices, all staff from the person on the phone to the fitters were polite, kind and considerate. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future work.

The new window was ordered and fitted within just 4 working days and Stephen also applied a protective film whilst waiting on the delivery. Really reasonably priced, a brilliant service and genuinely friendly and helpful guys who took away the stress! Thank you.

I have used. Walton Glass several times and they have always been courteous & professional clean and tidy doing the glazing jobs for a fair price & on time

Had blown glass in four windows, Stephen and Ethan came out to view issue and we immediately felt we were in the right hands,no sales speel, just honest advice from a company that makes you feel like you matter.pricing for the work was very reasonable and done to a very high standard. I would fully recommend this family run business to anyone. Dave and Julie Holdsworth.

I contacted Walton Glass to assess the condition of the windows at Uller Road Church, where I serve as minister. From the outset, their service was exemplary. They approached the building with real care and diligence, taking time to understand what was needed and treating the fabric of the church with appropriate respect and attention. They carried out two site visits and followed up with several thoughtful phone calls, keeping me informed throughout. I was particularly impressed by their honesty and professionalism: although the specific work required fell outside their remit, they went out of their way to recommend a specialist company better suited to undertake the repairs. That level of integrity and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. I can wholeheartedly recommend Walton Glass, their service was quite simply outstanding. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you.

Had a blown window in the living room. Called Walton, and the guys sorted it with no problems. Good price paid and would highly recommend them. Steve was great and him and the lads did a top job. Will return if needed in the future.

Well done five sters as always Stew was amazing

Lads came out spot on time , started immediately, very pleasant , no mess job done in no time. Would recommend this company, no question, saved me £1000 not using national company

Needed small piece of glass ,they where very helpful and friendly would recommend to anyone thanks again

This company is the best! I was moving house and needed windows removed to get furniture in. I got confirmation of my moving date really late and then it was also changed after that. I had to keep ringing Walton Glass to change my estimated date/time and even to change the booking once it was made, and I can't tell you the difference it made at a super-stressful time that they were patient, kind and friendly every time. In the end, because of an error of mine in telling them about the window design, they even had to come out twice, once the day before to prepare the window and do stuff that goes beyond their normal service. But they were determined to get the job done and not leave me in the lurch. The price was reasonable too, considering all the man-hours. And they'll crack a joke when you need your spirits lifting too. It's good to know there are still companies out there who take 200% pride in what they do and treat their customers like members of their own family.

Had to replace a large glass panel in my front window. Rang up,out the next morning to measure up. Told me roughly when it'd be in. Gave me a good price . Fellas came today,it wasn't an easy job to do but they got there. Made up with the glass, price and fitting.Ste and Huey did a great job. Would definitely recommend these for any glazing issues.

Fantastic service , friendly helpful service would highly recommend

We ordered antique bronze mirrors from Walton Glass and dealt with Peter & Stewie, who went above and beyond. Due to the job being bespoke they sent their expert team out to measure and create templates due to the shape of the mirrors. The job was competively priced and completed within 5 days. This company has been around for years, the reason being is that they provide excellent service. We would highly recommend this company if your looking for bespoke work. Thank you to Peter, Stewie and your amazing team. Val & Graham

Walton Glass, Amazing service from start to finish, fabulous professional friendly staff. I would highly recommend this company

Thank you so much to all the team at Walton glass and Glazing, I ordered some bespoke grey mirrors for each side of the headboard, I sent over my measurements and the team were quick in providing a quotation. I just made one mistake when I measured the socket hole I measured from the wrong side of the socket hole, so when the mirror got made the socket didn’t fit by 2-3mm. I contacted the team and they said bring it in store, they spoke to the manufacturer and due to a customers measurements they couldn’t help with a new cut but the guys at the shop were like leave it with me and a few hours later that day they called me and said they had sanded the sockets hole slightly in store to help the socket to fit, I collected the mirror back the same day and it fits absolutely perfect, if it wasn’t for all their help and experience I would of had to buy another mirror due my error of 2-3mm when measuring. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone for all glazing Thank you again it’s greatly appreciated

Great service and very helpful. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely brilliant company with fantastic customer services. Had double glazed unit delivered that turned out to be unsuitable due to a mistake but how they handled the situation was incredible. They had the unit replaced within the day and fitted it which I was supposed to do myself AND took the old unit away when they didn't have to. Really can't thank them enough and hope they have a great Christmas. I'll be recommending this company to everyone I know.

We can’t recommend Walton Glass enough. The service was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. From a speedy quote through to fitting of 8 glass units in a Juliet Balcony-the 3 fitters were amazing and a credit to the company Steven,Stu and Ethan absolutely fantastic. Great service. They dont try and sell you what you dont need like some glazing companies who quoted me. They were quick giving me a quote which was a brilliant price to fit 5 panes that had blown. Steve and Stuart took less than an hour to fit all of them and left no mess. Really lovely fellas.

Had a window with fan put in. We initially had a few hiccups with the fan but Peter went out of his way to ensure it was sorted out. Cant fault the customer service. Peter wasn't happy until we were happy

Yesterday I had new glazed internal blinds fitted across the front of my home by Walton Glass. After initiating the order it took just 6 weeks to process and suddenly they were ready to fit. I left a door key with Peter as I wasn’t home and had no hesitation letting the team go in and do their magic! When I arrived home it was as if the fairies had been in. The old verticals removed and all the new panes fitted- absolutely delighted with result. May be on the expensive side but they’re FOREVER blinds for sure and the panes are very thermal up to date. Can’t recommend Walton Glass enough👍👍👍👍👍👍

Shopped around looking for a reasonable price to get my window replaced due to foggy marks inside double glazing can honestly say this company is the best by far. ⭐ 5 Stars! ⭐ I contacted Walton Glass Ltd to ask if they could provide a customised mirror cut to a specific size for a unique project I had in mind. The goal was to fit the mirror into a broken Apple 27-inch iMac, turning it into what I now call “iMirror”! 🖥✨ The team at Walton Glass Ltd were extremely helpful, offering valuable advice and recommending the best options for my needs. The mirror was perfectly cut and fitted beautifully into the frame, giving it a professional and sleek look. I honestly can’t thank Walton Glass Ltd enough for their help! 🙌🏻 For context, I am Deaf, and all discussions were done via my dad, who interpreted my requirements. They were patient, understanding, and truly caring and professional throughout the process. Highly recommended! 👏🏻 Thank you, Walton Glass Ltd! 💎

Just had Walton Glass replace my failed patio windows, great value and excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

There's a good reason Pete has been trading successfully for forty years, service is exemplary, rarely found these days. I have used Walton Glass a few times over the past few years to buy replacement DG units, and, quite apart from the superb service the windows are also of the highest quality at reasonable prices and always ready when promised. Pete also offered valuable advice which helped a great deal in what I needed to do. Can only give the highest praise all round!

I needed a double glazed window repair on Monday, guy on the phone really helpful - came out and gave a quote on the same day (good price) - needed the unit manufactured - they came and fitted the glass Thursday. Guys who did the job were quick, clean and curteous - nice guys - highly recommend.

I would just like to thank Peter, Stephen, Stu and team for their help. They made an extremely distressing and difficult situation so much easier. My 21 year old son Josh passed away, he was in a casket and to get him home the window frame had to be completely removed. My friend was sorting this out for me, she said she called 4 glaziers who refused. The last company she called was Walton Glass and Glazing Limited and What a blessing it was. They are the most kindest, gentle men I have ever met. They took out my window frame and helped the funeral directors bring my son in to my home. I will never be able to show how grateful I am. They took my window frame out to bring Josh home and on the day of his funeral they put the window back in for me and locked my house up. They are trustworthy, reliable and a lovely group of lads. I feel like I have know them for years. I would highly recommend xx

Professional, quick and extremely helpful especially Ste who even went out of his way to secure loose tile on the roof. Would recommend to anyone

What a cracking local company. I turned up at their shop in Cherry lane yesterday and asked if I could book someone to come out to the house to cut some glass in mirrored wardrobes I was fitting. Amazed by the response "No problem we will be around in the morning". Gary and Ste were so polite and professional when they arrived, made everything look so easy. Not many places left like this now that offer that level of customer service. Thanks once again - Lee

Spoke to the lads at Walton glass about getting 2 bathrooms mirrors supplied and fitted to my new build house, and they where more than half the price of 1 mirror from the developers so that alone was great, 2 of the lads Ste & Stu came round that afternoon to measure up and the following day i had a phone call with my price and then a few days later they where here to fit them, Stu & Ste were great lads good bit of banter back and forth and the customer service was second to none from them, will definitely be using them again in future for any glass needs 👌🏼

Recently had all the glass in the front windows in my house replaced. The work was excellent and the workmen were a credit to the company. They were very knowledgeable & friendly.

I can’t thank you enough for the work you have done to replace a leaded window, not a straight forward job but Peter went above and beyond to help me achieve what I was after and we are really delighted with the end result! He really took the time to map out the design I was after and not once but twice until I was satisfied! The work was completed in less than a week from ordering and both men that did the replacement were fantastic! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them, not easy to find such genuine, hard working and caring people, thank you so much Marion & Paul

I can’t thank you enough absolutely brilliant guys. Without going into too much detail the gents at Walton Glass and Glazing came to the rescue at a very emotional time for me and my family. The fire brigade had to break into my mother’s house through a glass panel on her door these gents not only supplied and cut the glass for me but were extremely generous too. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you from my mum and all our family.

Peter was extremely helpful and obviously a very talented time served glazer, he cut what was an unusually shaped piece of glass for me within 2 hours. No job is too small for this company and although they do provide a service to commercial customers they also provide a fantastic service to walk-in customers like me. No job too small.

Third visit to Walton Glass for a replacement bathroom mirror. Excellent service. Mirror made just as ordered. Very friendly and helpful staff willing to give handy advice. Would recommend all day long.

Second time I've used Walton glass . Great service and top lads doing a great job. Lots of contact from start to finish over WhatsApp. Highly recommend 👌

We needed a heavily ornate leaded light replacement for our vestibule door and surround. Stuart from Walton glass went above and beyond, discussing realistic budgets and moving on to personally design a new, absolutely beautiful lead light replacement with several ideas about the type of glass/ colours. He even sent his design drawings for our consideration. Moving on to Working to removal of the old leaded light , creating and installation of our new leaded windows within a three week period. The installation was carried out by two professional, caring, workmen who clearly new their trade. The installation is beautiful, I am very happy , they even cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Walton glass.

My husband and I went here today to get an oval piece of glass for over the front door. My husband waited in the car while it was being cut. Ten minutes later the man came to the car with it all done perfect. My husband went back in to pay and the man gave him free putty and nails. How kind is that, we felt very blessed. It was very reasonable price too. I am going to recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much, didnt catch your name but Godd bless you.

Amazing service. Ste & Gary were super helpful, taking the window out to get our new sofa through. They both even helped get an old sofa out and the new sofa in. Both lovely guys!

We went to Walton Glass with some very specialised single glazing requirements for internal doors after looking all over the north west with little success. Peter and his team were fantastic. They solved all our problems, delivering way beyond all our expectations. Real knowledge, skill, expertise gained over decades of experience, that you just don’t find anymore. I can’t recommend them more highly. The very best. Lee and Alison

Walked into the shop on Queens Drive Walton and got a good price for a very large conservatory window. Steve and Gary were out inside 30 mins to measure up. Had a phone call today from Stuart the boss to say the panel was ready. I said “ can you fit it today “ he said yes between 1-3pm. Same 2 guys and little Joe turned up at 1.15pm and removed broken one and fitted the new one. All in all 10 mins. Absolutely recommend this company to everyone, you won’t be disappointed. They gave me loads of options and then advised me on what would work. Turned the job round in a few days and even helped me carry it all to the car. Cheers guys!

I've used Walton Glass many times over the years for work and in my own home, yes of course they do sealed glazed units for windows but they can also do mirrors for bedroom wardrobes, specially designed shaped glass for staircases and many other ideas associated with glass. I've now just used Walton Glass again and had A1 service (as always) from Stewart and all the team for helping me with bronzed mirror splash backs in my kitchen.

I needed glass for a unit I’d built at home. Got some great advice on glazing options (type and styles). Price was good, service was amazing with an extremely fast turn around. Friendly and helpful staff at the store too. We will use again and recommend

I called in to Walton Glass to see if they could repair a cracked mirror and Peter the owner could not have been more helpful. I explained the mirror had great sentimental value to me and Peter took the time to explain that the mirror couldn’t be repaired but he could disguise the crack by adding angled pieces of mirror, which would make a feature. The finished result looks great and I am really pleased with it. I would definitely recommend Walton Glass & Glazing. Thanks again Peter

I rang to get some advice as another well recommended firm only work with double glazing and recommended Walton Glass. Very helpful over the phone and took measurements to cut them within the hour. On collection I realised the measurements I had given were in the wrong metrics. They asked me to wait in the car and they will sort out a fresh order. To my surprise, the kindest gesture to not have to pay for my mistake and brought the glass safely to my car. Great host, great customer service and I would definitely recommend as a small business they produce great quality. Thanks again Walton Glass for being so humble in the situation.
