B J H Windows

Had 2 windows & 1 front CompDoor installed by BJH. Really pleased with the service, had a couple of issues which they swiftly sorted. Overall a great experience from a local family run business

I recently had some windows installed at my property by BJH. Oscar was fantastic right from the start from coming round to provide our initial quote to post our fitting. We are really pleased with our new windows. As a first time home owner these big purchases can be a bit daunting but Oscar made it a really smooth process. I would certainly recommend BJH to others.

We have had BJH fit new windows into two houses we have lived in over the past 25 years and have been pleased with their professionalism and workmanship. We recently decided to change an old patio door and BJH recently fitted this for us. As a family business and there is no hard sell just honest help to ensure the customer gets the most suitable installation.

Oscar and the team at BJH windows were excellent from initial enquiry to fitting of our new front door. They worked with us during the design process to ensure we got the right look, and then the fitting happened nice and quickly and in a professional manner.

I couldn't be happier with my new window and door installation. What a difference it has made. From the moment I received the quote, right through to the completion of the installation, everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. Oscar spent a lot of time making sure everything was explained fully and answered all my questions. The team who carried out the installation were courteous, friendly and professional. They left my property clean and tidy and took all rubbish away. So pleased I chose this company, a local, family run business. Thank you.

Very happy with all the work. Very professional.

I highly recommend BJH Windows! We recently had a new composite front door and upvc back door fitted, and the entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Oscar was very helpful during the initial consultation, guiding us through the different styles and options without any high-pressure sales tactics. The door looks stunning and feels solid and secure. If you are looking for a reliable, professional team to upgrade your home's curb appeal, look no further!

As one who rarely leaves any reviews, today is an exception. BJH Windows have been most professional from initial viewing to completion of installation. Quality products and friendly, thorough installers. Delighted!

BJH, fitted our windows and bifold doors. Great, professional, friendly service from quoting to fitting. It was all done in two days. Clean and tidy work too. I would happily recommend them. They get a 5 star rating from me.

Used BJ H for our new Patio Doors and for existing blown double glazed units - quick, efficient, clean, tidy and very personable. So pleased with the end result. Would recommend. Thank you.

Fabulous service from BJH! Ordered a new front door and from start to finish the process was smooth and quick. Oscar helped me with choosing my door and BJH had a wide range of options to pick from. He was a pleasure to work with and was always available for questions. Within 2 weeks of ordering and paying the deposit my installation date was scheduled. The fitters Jake and Jack were very professional and did a fantastic job. Delighted with my new door, thanks BJH!

BJH Windows was recommended to me by a neighbour in our village.I admired the installation of their black gutters which went well with their period home. The BJH team arrived on time each day and did exemplary and professional work in installing the gutters and fascia of which was brilliantly done around tricky architectural period areas. The finished work looks absolutely beautiful and we are extremely pleased. The team was most professional and the BJH quote was the most reasonable and best of the three received. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier, from start to finish, the guys at BJH have been very helpful, friendly, great at their jobs and quick to resolve any issues we had. Our new Door is stunning and it feels incredibly safe and solid. We 100% recommend this family run company. You will not be disappointed. Thankyou Oscar, Callum, Connor and Tony.

We have used BJH twice now for a total of 13 windows, Richard came to view, went away, Sharon sent a quote a few days later, Richard came back to measure up, we were given an install date, 5 weeks later the fitters arrived, both times very pleasant, respectful, trust worth people, were fast and efficent , tidied everything up. Great experince, no window sales men pressure, good honest tradesman.

An excellent experience from the outset of our visit to the showroom and meeting with Oscar. Door installed today.

We’ve just had all the windows in our house replaced by BJH Windows, all with Notan integral blinds, and I’m really glad we chose them. From the start they were easy to deal with — no hard sell, just helpful advice and clear information so we could decide what worked best for us. The whole process felt straightforward and well organised. The fitters were great. Friendly, turned up when they said they would, and just got on with it. They took care in the house and cleaned up properly each day, which we really appreciated. The Notan integral blinds look fantastic and feel really good quality. We did have a small issue with one of them, but even that was handled really well — someone came out within a week and sorted it, no fuss. What impressed me most though was the follow-up from BJH. There were a couple of small snagging bits (as you’d expect with a full house job), but they dealt with everything quickly without us having to chase. Overall, a really positive experience and we’re very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend BJH Windows.

BJH replaced a shattered bi-fold pane for us. They came out quickly, measured up and the new unit was ordered and installed all within the space of 8 days. Excellent, friendly and professional service, a pleasure to deal with

BJH fitted a new front and rear door on my property. Quoting was very painless and professional - The installers were quick and I cannot fault anything on the workmanship 10/10! would recommend to anyone.

Had a new window to french door brick cut out conversion, seamless experience from start to finish. Thank you

These guys are great. Really professional, problem solvers and even clean up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

Can’t fault BJH, we had 10 windows fitted & they were excellent from start to finish! Talked through all of the options with us when we were quoted and the fitting process was flawless, no mess left behind, couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

My landlord arranged for all the windows to be replaced for my flat and I wanted to say the crew were lovely. They listened and worked with me to keep all of my pets safe, and were flexible with how they carried out the work to ensure that time spent in a cold windowless room was minimised for my more delicate animals. A really nice team.

have had a new door fitted by BJH and they have done a great job from start to finish, and been prompt in communicating with us through out.

This is the third time I have used BJH for our office and residential portfolio and they have been excellent each time. The installers are really helpful, considerate, clean and tidy. Their work is of a very high standard and our offices required a non-standard colour and technically challenging install. None of this was a problem and the whole project was delivered on time, smoothly and without any issues. I highly recommend BJH.

It has been really easy from start to finish getting our new windows. Oscar came over punctually and was really easy going and knowledgable answering any questions we had. Oscar was really responsive and flexible when it came to arranging installation to work around us. The windows came and were installed in a day and the guys that did it worked hard, were tidy and cleaned up after themselves too! Having new windows has made such a difference already to the house staying warm. I would really recommend them if you’re looking at upgrading your home. We had our bathroom, bedroom and spare bedroom windows changed

Alan cared for our project from start to finish. The products they offer are very high grade and look fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend, as the whole team are excellent. Faultlessly completed, a project with large components to go in. Very happy, thanks to all involved.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced. From the initial quotation to the fitting was a great experience, with all of our options clearly explained. Delivery was exactly as promised, and the fitting was completed to a very high standard, and they look great! The house is noticeably quieter and less drafts. Would highly recommend BJH!

Over the years, BJH Windows have now fitted every window and door in our house, some of them twice! Every time they have supplied and fitted windows, they have been reliable, professional and helpful. We would recommend them for all your glazing needs.

The team was extremely professional, attentive to my requirements, and handled everything with great care. They were prompt in addressing my requests, and the delivery was impressively quick—exactly as I had asked. Overall, the experience was smooth and efficient, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable window installation

Very professional job

Really happy with BJH Windows. Harry was brilliant — no pushy sales stuff, just honest and helpful. Luke and his fitting team did an amazing job too, proper tidy and friendly lads. Windows look spot on and the house feels loads warmer already. Can’t fault them, would defo recomend!

Recently had BJH fit out R7 Residence windows, they were professional from start to finish and kept us well informed on progress. Oscar was great and would 100% recommend

Had two large windows replaced. Contacted BJH windows and they were excellent from initial quote/ site survey to installation. Oscar was great, making the process really easy & stress free. Also, the installers were professional, putting down protective coverings & explaining what they were doing. 10/10, definitely would use them again.

BJH Windows have just installed bifolds and windows in our lounge, with the added benefit of integral blinds, and they look amazing. The guys arrived on time, immediately putting down protective coverings and got straight to work, non-stop throughout the day, until everything was finished. They were polite, courteous and when asked, took the time to explain what they were doing. At the end, everything was swept up and tidied away and we were left with a very smart, and much enhanced, looking lounge. I would strongly recommend using BJH and can't thank them enough.

New Bay window supplied and fitted at front of house. Very pleased with the result. Excellent job done by all at BJH from initial survey and quotation to final fitting. Well done and thank you BJH Windows.

BJH Windows underwent a mammoth task, installing windows in all of our 40 residents' accommodations at our supported living home in Surrey. Their organisation from start to finish was fantastic, with minimal disruption to our elderly residents and with care and consideration taken throughout the replacement project. The workmanship was top quality, with multiple checks done before the job was finished. The window fitters were friendly and courteous and worked well, accommodating our residents' needs. It was a pleasure to have BJH Windows on site, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently had BJH Windows install new windows and a front door, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very courteous, taking care to keep everything clean and tidy during the work. The quality of both the products and the installation is outstanding, and it has really transformed our home. Communication throughout was clear and helpful, and we felt well looked after at every stage. We would not hesitate to recommend BJH Windows to anyone looking for reliable service and top-quality workmanship.

BJH have been extremely helpful. The fitters who replaced the French doors in my lounge were very efficient & very pleasant to have around. I would employ BJH for any future work.

BJH have been great from the start, really helpful and informative. We have had Bifold’s, guttering and fascia’s, windows and doors done. Great job done, would definitely recommend

Fast, reliable service. Any queries are delt with immediately. Would 100% recommend.

Just finished having French doors and a window fitted and I would definitely use them again and happily recommend BJH. The whole process was about as simple as it can be from survey through to fitting. We visited showroom to get a feel for the product, you don't have to do this but it is a nice option to have. Very happy with the advice given by Alan once we explained what we wanted and why we were replacing old patio doors. Survey was done, our quote arrived which we accepted. On fitting day, three guys turned up to fit everything, they were on time, they worked non-stop and haven't left any mess anywhere. Couldn't have gone any better! Very pleased, many thanks to all the team.

Old houses always need work and finding the right company is not always easy. BJH fitted several replacement windows and extensive cladding. The materials were high quality, the installation staff were very professional. This may be due to the fact that they are company staff not sub contractors! Senior staff visited several times to check progress. If you need a good product and old fashioned service I recommend BJH with out reservation, I will use them again. PS the quotation was fast and helpful!

Great experience with BJH, would highly recommend. Absolutely love my new front door THANK YOU!!

Fantastic, friendly service. Super efficient installers. We are thrilled with our new doors (thank you) AAA+++

We recently had a rear extension built and our builder recommended BJH. We met with Alan who talked through our options and was quick to give us a quote. From the initial showroom meeting to installation everything has run smoothly. Would highly recommend BJH 👍🏼

The BJH Windows team was quick to understand and adopt the software. Their willingness to learn, ask the right questions, and embrace new technology played a crucial role in the successful integration of eva crm into their workflow. We were impressed with how quickly they got up to speed and began using the software effectively.

BJH are an excellent company to work with. Everybody in the team is extremely friendly and helpful which is always a breath of fresh air. They are a Comp Door registered installer because we have confidence in their expertise, professionalism and high quality work. We highly recommend them!

We love our new windows and bi-fold doors. BJH have been brilliant, from the initial quote to the fitting and aftercare. Their office team was very friendly, as were their fitters, who were on time and left everything very clean after they finished. I would definitely recommend them.

Great to see BJH Windows installing NOTAN Blinds. They have an extremely high standard! Thank you for being a great customer!

Very pleased. Got quotes from a few companies and while BJH werent the cheapest they seemed the most thorough. Fitters were on time, polite and left everything as clean and tidy as when they started. The work was done as agreed, no issues. Highly recommended

Absolutely first class company, very professional service with job done to a very high standard. Left the house in a clean and tidy fashion, would recommend BJH to anyone.

BJH were recommended by a family member and have lived up to that recommendation.Throughout from enquiring, ordering and with their team members on site they were helpful friendly and polite. The installation team were very good and both clean and tidy. Our thanks to the whole team for a Job Well Done

Fabulous company! From our first contact with BJH, we were very impressed with their professionalism. Richard came out and advised us on what we could have as our conservatory was so old and the roof was leaking causing the wood to rot. He suggested a new poly carbonate roof and some new window units that had blown. He sent the quote through the next day and we were happy to proceed. We arranged a date and sure enough the fitters, Luke and Connor, turned up in a timely manner and got straight to work. They were polite, friendly and worked hard. They covered all the floors with boards through the house and tidied up at the end of the day. We are delighted with our new waterproof conservatory and will always recommend this company to friends and family. Faultless! The communication was second to none too. Any queries were swiftly dealt with. Thank you so much BJH!!

From my initial contact to the completion of works BJH Windows have truly provided an exceptional service. Everything was undertaken smoothly and efficiently, plus the windows, doors and installation were absolutely first class. We could not fault anything and would not hesitate recommending BJH Windows for anyone looking for replacement windows and doors.

New Front Door/ French Doors/Windows: Excellent service..... perfect communication between myself and Colin (responded without delay to all my emails). Installations went as planned, and the installation team were friendly, professional, and carried out the work in a clean and tidy manner. Aftercare so far has been very good (Sharon) 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Excellent service from all of the team! We’ve had new internal sliding doors and new frosted glass installed, both amazing quality and price. Couldn’t recommend BJH enough!

Excellent service from start to finish, BJH have been exceptional! From the very beginning, the team have been great - the service, quality of products, price and fitting have been fantastic and I am very happy with the work. With their profound design experience and expertise, the colleagues at BJH helped to both achieve and exceed my expectations! Couldn't recommend this company enough! Thanks once again!

Had a visit appointment. Company rep never showed, nor rang to say running late. Rang BJH twice and eventually cancelled interest and we are now going elsewhere. Arranged our day around this appt so not impressed. BJH have now lost thousands of Pounds of possible business due to lack of professionalism and customer care. Very poor. Not very good

Fantastic product delivered by a great team. Mr Hamilton and his team worked with us to achieve our desired outcomes and used their design experience and expertise to ensure that they exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a large or small project, thank you once again BJH .

I am incredibly happy with the service, price, quality product and fitting I have received from this company. They have fitted new windows, a front door and back door at my mums, who is 90, and I am very happy with the work done. The fitters were brilliant with mum and left the place clean and tidy. And when we discovered there was no letterbox, this issue was dealt with and resolved within 24 hours. I have also used BJH to fit a new front door at my own home and once again brilliant job! I highly recommend the company who were recommended to me by my neighbours.

Good customer service, professional workmen, clean and tidy.

We are very happy with our new windows and new front door. Callum and his team worked solidly the 3 days they were at our home.

Understanding manager

Had bad experience with a couple of the major players so this time decided to go small and local. Best decision ever. Will always look for independent local businesses as these guys were great.

Had a livin -room conservatory built on the end of house. Colin & his team did a great job & we are still happy with the job they did. Nothing was too much trouble & I did change plans at my expense! Which meant removing brickwork & starting again! Definitely 5stars from us. Well done BJH. A trustworthy company in these difficult times.

From my first contacted with this company end of November ‘21meeting Colin to meeting the fitters Callum and Andy everything went very smoothly. They fitted my door on the worst day possible storm Eunice.Even though they had a nervous customer on their hands they felt confident they could complete job and they did very successfully. Thank you to Andy and Callum.

Recommend every time.

From the salesman, Richard (no sales pessure) to the fitters, Jamie and Patrick, our experience was pain free. Installation was quick and efficient with no dramas. One little issue was speedily dealt with and we are happy with the end result. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing double glazing.
