Reading Window and Door Repairs is described by customers as professional and tidy when supplying and fitting windows, French doors and front doors, including work at a commercial property. People mention help choosing a door colour in person, glass design options, and a written specification with a full price breakdown before installation. Several say the fitters cleaned up afterwards, kept them updated, and returned when another visit was needed, including a lobby where rotted window frames were replaced and a home whose previous supplier had disappeared. Customers call the finish neat and the price good value, and one noted minor fitting issues that the team put right.
Amazing service from start to finish. The team were not only professional and highly skilled but also genuinely friendly and helpful. They took great care with every detail, left everything spotless, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. It's rare to find people who care so much about their work and their customers. I would happily recommend Window Door Specialists to my friends and family. Thank you for a fantastic job!
Great value, good quality windows
We recently had a front door supplied and fitted, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, with great support in choosing the perfect door colour, including a visit to show us the colours in person, which was incredibly helpful. We were also guided through the different glass design options and never felt rushed. The team was prompt, professional, efficient, and always happy to answer any questions we had. Their friendly and helpful approach made the entire experience a pleasure, and we are absolutely delighted with our new front door. Highly recommended.
Very happy with the work carried out by Window Door Specialists, very helpful, polite and always keeping up-to-date on WhatsApp also they were cheaper compared to other companies I went to would definitely recommend.

Window Door Specialists installed 7 new uPVC windows in my flat and I found the whole process from initial engagement to installation professional and stress free. Great looking, competitively priced windows. The only company to provide me with a detailed design document and specification with a full price breakdown. The installation team were professional, tidy and very willing to rectify all the minor issues I identified. A great service from start to finish, I'd highly recommend this company.

Compared to other Window companies, Window Door Specialists are competent/skilled to provide professional services with the intent to turn things around in short periods of time.
We chose this company because it was local and customer reviews were positive and complimentary. Ash was our first point of contact and supervised the project at every stage. It is a small lobby where the window frames had rotted. The quality of fit and finish is excellent and Ash and his people have turned what had been an eyesore into an elegant aspect of the house.
My experience with this company was remarkable. Unfortunately, our original supplier and fitter went MIA. Ash at the company; supplied the windows and managed to turn our home around in the space of a week. The finishing of the fitting was clean (and they cleaned up after themselves !). The quality of the products were good! Thank you Ash
