I have used this company for 10 years and always been vey satisfied wit the work done

Brilliant job by Iain and his office support. Prompt response to initial request and for visit to inspect / measure up to replace a broken double-glazed window. Arrived on time on the date agreed and did a great job on a stubborn unit. Careful to protect property and cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Invoiced on the same day as the work was completed, for the agreed amount - even though the job had taken significantly more time than expected. Highly recommended.

This made a good difference

I called this company and within days they arrived when they promised to. Ordered parts and were back within a few days to fit. Travelled 2 hours from their base. Knowledgeable, reliable, punctual, cheerful. Thank you Eric & Charlie! A job fulfilled when 4 other companies had failed! No hassle, a pleasure to deal with!
