Completed a small job in a timely and professional and friendly way, something I was unable to do, so very helpful indeed, thank you.
Mark was brilliant, I called him to secure threshold strips so that my dad would be safe with his new zimmer frame and he came out the next day and fit them. Friendly, professional and curteous- thanks Mark
Mark has just finished painting our 3 bedroom house internally. He is friendly, efficient, professional, punctual, reliable and very obliging. He clears up after and is a very tidy painter. He is keen to do an excellent job and does so, very successfully. This is the second time we have used him and highly recommend him
Mark fixed a drawer for my tenants and they were happy with the results. He was very busy over the summer and so couldn't go straight away, but he kept his promise and contacted the tenants when he was able to.

I'm delighted to recommend Mark without hesitation. He has just completed a full redecoration of an apartment to a high standard, including painting and other small jobs. Nothing was too much trouble. Mark is very professional and totally reliable. Very competatively priced. Full 5 star rating!
I've been looking for a reliable maintenance person for a while in Poole. Mark has been communicative, priced fairly, turned up when he said he would, did a great job and took loads of pictures to keep me updated. Will definitely use again. Also a really nice bloke - it counts.
Mark is super friendly and the work is of a high quality. Highly recommend.
Mark is FANTASTIC! He recently decorated my 2 bedroom property in London. Took under 1 week and it looks amazing. Am so happy with it! Price was also great. Mark is very professional and if I had a question he would get back to me very fast. Mark also helped with the house move, he was organised and efficient and we managed to get everything loaded and unloaded in less than 2 hours. I will most defo use Mark again for any decorating and moving in the future. Thank you so much! :)
Very happy with Mark's work. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and did the job for a very reasonable price. I would happily recommend him to anyone.
Mark did a great job and gave a quote on the same day and the tenants and freeholder was very happy and the pricing was very competitive and we recommend him to anyone else. – Ramzi & Allison
Mark did a great job, good price, friendly and helpful. He arrived to view the job when he said he would, and was able to give a quote on the spot. He arranged a time to do the job to suit us. Mark made sure we were happy with what he had done before clearing up. We will definitely be using him again for future work.
Mark of Bournemouth Property Services has completed a number of varied jobs for our landlords. His workmanship has been very good. Sometimes a task that can't be completed by a plumber of electrician, Mark has been the man to call. He will be honest and tell you if its something he can't. David@tonynewmans
