Timbafix

Dean did an awesome job planing and refitting doors that needed adjusting post carpet installation. Highly recommend!

Dean has just helped re-fit our decking which had rotted, and made good 5 gates in our garden. We are very very pleased. The work looks great, and Dean has done what he said he would, on time, and as per the cost agreed at the start. I said this to Dean when he was with us doing the work - but responding to my initial quote request quickly, and doing the basic things right and keeping me updated throughout all the work was really appreciated. I hadn’t used Timbafix before, but Dean has been excellent. He even put up with our dog trying to steal the decking wood offcuts without complaining… Thank you and I’m certain we’ll be using and needing Dean’s help again. Alex - Bassett

Really pleased with the work Dean carried out on our decking, will certainly be recommending to our family and friends. A professional service at a fair price.

Dean has done an amazing job yet again. We had used his service to fix our door previously and recently we asked him to remove carpet in one of the rooms and replace it with hardwood floor. He worked quiet efficiently getting the job done in a few hours. The finishing was great and the room looked really good. He was kind enough to also get rid of few bulky items at home. Highly recommend him for carpentry work.

Dean did a superb job for us. We have a house which sits quite high on a hill and as a consequence our decking is raised and juts out from the back of the house and wraps right around the side. We were increasingly concerned that the structure wouldn’t hold up as it was built in 2007 then added to in 2010. We’d put off having the whole thing removed and replaced because of the perceived cost. Dean came round and advised that we should remove the top boards, review the structure then take it from there. Phase 1 - Boards removed at a very reasonable price. Phase 2 - The structure was reinforced with a mix of concrete, bolts and, where necessary, new and thicker timber to replace rotting areas. Phase 4 - New boards placed on top plus new steps. The new deck looks amazing! Throughout the job Dean was informative, always punctual and pleasant and just a decent all round guy. I would highly recommend his work to anyone. He takes great pride in it and gives great value for money.

Unfortunately the fence was not put up properly and I have just had to pay over £500 to have the work put right. Work to dismantle and remove old shed was good but I would not recommend for fencing especially if not a straightforward job.

We used Timbafix to have two mortice locks fitted on our fire doors at winchetser orthodontics, Very clean and tidy and very friendly service from Dean, would highly recommend.

Internal Door Replacement - I used Dean at Timbafix to replace all the 5 internal doors of a small flat. I found Dean extremely professional, very responsive and we are very happy with the work that has been done. I would highly recommend using Timbafix.

Fantastic friendly reliable service at short notice. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Excellent work by Dean at Timbafix. He recently fitted a new inner porch door to our house. When Dean was looking at the job he/we noticed how wonky our house was and it meant that Dean had to do a fair amount of work to create a level door frame. All the work was carried out to a high level and he always tidied up after himself leaving the area clean and tidy. We're really pleased with our door and the door frame. It all fits in with the rest of the house. Great stuff. I'd definitely recommend Timbafix's services

Tim was very professional and sorted the issue straight away. He was on time and his price was very competitive. Would highly recommend him

Highly recommended. Great standard of work, on time and fair pricing. Also very friendly and good to have in the house. No hesitation in recommending others to use Timbafix.

Very good carpentry and paint work on our windows - no nonsense, would highly recommend.

Dean at Timbafix is our ‘man on the ground’ to look after property matters when we are out of the area. He is fantastic, responds quickly and makes sure everything is finalised in line with our expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic Contractor! always there when you need him and gets the job done properly and at a reasonable price, I use him all my contractual needs. It took me a long time to find someone as reliable as him and would never look back! Would recommend him to anyone!

My shop's back door broke late on in the day, travelled to me on the way back from another job to fix at short notice. Good professional job done and very friendly service.

Replaced floor in kitchen and bathroom after a leak and laid new laminate. Prompt and thorough service, would recommend
