Eco Flame Heating Solutions

Great service

I needed a kitchen tap fitted and Dan did an amazing job. He also took the time to check another issue with damp spots on my bathroom ceiling and gave me some really helpful advice about what might be causing it. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. I’ve used Eco Flame Solutions twice previously and I highly recommend them.

We had a boiler issue and Adam was so helpful in sorting our issue out. He responded quickly and sorted the issue on the day. He even followed up to make sure everything was okay. We will definitely be using him again. Highly recommend them.

My boiler failed and needed to be replaced only a few weeks after it was serviced (standard annual service) by an Eco Flame engineer. The boiler was fully functional beforehand, but the service they carried out left it in a worse condition. Following the service, two different Vaillant-authorised engineers inspected the boiler. Both confirmed that the previous service had not been done properly. One even showed me that the container collecting system debris had not been emptied. I was also told that the heat exchanger had been damaged due to the way the service had been performed. When I attempted to contact Eco Flame for an explanation, they did not answer. They took no responsibility or accountability for the issue. As a result, I had no choice but to replace the boiler entirely. I have now purchased a new boiler for £3,500. Please see the correspondence, invoices, and warranty confirmation for the new boiler. Read the dates, and it will make sense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Adam is on a local WhatsApp group and I knew he runs Eco Flame. I reached out last night with a boiler leak and asked if he might be able to attend either today (Sunday) or early next week to have a look. Following a brief message and a chat, he arrived today and dealt with the issue in an hour. Quick, clean, very helpful and I’m happy with the cost for what was effectively an emergency repair (combi boiler with no other hot water source). Really happy with response and work, 100% would recommend.

Adam, Dan and the team continue to impress. We have and are still getting extraordinary service from the team. Everything, from quick guidance on the phone today, to a recent radiator replacement, bathroom re-plumb and fit, a boiler replacement a few years back and many more high quality jobs over the years. I rate them highly and would highly recommend them too.

Adam, from Ecoflame, came out at short notice to fix a sudden leak from our boiler. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. His charges are very fair and significantly less than the bigger 'named' companies. We will be using Ecoflame again and would happily recommend them.

This is the third time that I have used Eco Flame. On each occasion Adam has arranged a prompt response which has been a life saver when I have been in the middle of fitting a kitchen, and when I have had water dripping through the ceiling. All work has been to a high standard and the pricing has been very fair. Happy to recommend.

I highly recommend Dan from Eco Flame. After years of dealing with persistent hot water issues and trying different companies with no luck, Dan was able to solve the problem. He was professional, efficient, and straightforward throughout the process. He recently returned to replace our boiler talking the time to explain what he was doing at each step. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly recommended! Great service and real expertise—definitely a standout experience!

I can't give more starts otherwise it would be ten. Adam has been servicing our boiler for over 5years already with the same friendly approach and generous talks. Always very helpful, on time and easy to deal with. I couldn't recommend him more.

Adam is brilliant. Came short notice and sorted a very troublesome boiler while giving good advice for future renovation plans that involve a new boiler in a new place. Would absolutely recommend.

I’ve used Adam and his team EcoFlame now for a number of years for various jobs. The team are always easy to get hold of and reliable/prompt with repairs and solutions. I’ve always found Adam honest and straightforward to deal with. Would definitely recommend Adam and his team at EcoFlame.

We've been using Eco Flame for a while now, and they've been fantastic every time! They are always on call, ready to help, and they reply quickly and efficiently. Adam, Dan, and Antoine are all really top guys — very polite, well-mannered, and genuinely helpful. They’ve all gone out of their way to sort out our old boiler a few times now, and we really appreciate their help. If you're looking for reliable plumbers who care about their work and their customers, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eco Flame. Thanks again.

Dan and the Eco Flame team have carried out work including relocating and installing a new gas combi boiler, radiator installation, radiator repair, and we know we can always count on them to do a good job. Extremely reliable and competitively priced. Highly recommend.

Good service from Adam at Eco Flame. Have used them for boiler service for the past few years. He recently serviced and repaired the boiler as the hot water wasn't working. Fast response time abs resolution around my working hours.

We used adam for a boiler install he was very honest and reliable . We tried about five different companies but out of everyone that quoted adam seemed the most genuine and we were right . 100% wouldn’t use anyone else now .

Very grateful to Adam for such an efficient response - and for getting our boiler up and running again so quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Adam was professional, polite and provided a fantastic service. He took me through what he was going to do during the servicing of my boiler and megaflo and he walked me through everything he did after the service. He also provided some recommendations with the current set up and fixed a faulty valve and leaking pipe. Highly recommended.

We had some boiler nightmares just before a house move and the team came to the rescue at such short notice. Adam went above and beyond all the way! We would highly recommend and will be booking them to come to our new home to install our new system.

Eco Flame is an excellent company. Adam and his team was extremely informative, friendly and tidy. They installed a new combi boiler and shower. The work was to a superb standard. Adam also recommended a tiler for the shower whose workmanship was fantastic! Highly recommend using this company for any gas and plumbing work.

My boiler stopped working which left my tennant & her 2 young children without heat or hot water. I called Adam from eco flame and he made it a priority job. The boiler was fixed without any issues or huge bills and my tennant was happy. What a great service from a professional. Nice to see there are proper firms about that do a 1st class job without any issues. I would very highly reccomend without any hesitation.

Great service. Quick and explains the issue. Have requested a service so will be calling back soon. Recommended (Adam)

Excellent service from Eco Flame Heating Solutions. Our boiler could not have picked the worst time to pack up. During the festive period during the lock-down and with young children in doors. Adam was responsive and immediately resolved the issue. We are firing on all cylinders now. Thanks for taking into consideration COVID safe working measures as we were concerned prior to meeting Adam. He kept his mask on and gloves which assured us of safe working during a tough climate with the pandemic.

Recommended to me for a boiler service and repair. They were able to come out very quickly, were a pleasure to deal with, and absolutely no mess left behind. We have a few other non-urgent things to get done and we will be calling them back in for those in January. Recommend!

Used Ecoflame for a complete new boiler fitting. They were very professional, very tidy, great workmanship and very reasonable. They worked so hard. Very happy. Thoroughly recommend
